Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

If you really want Chipotle, this isn't the store. Take the extra drive time and find another one. Service is unacceptable. Expecting the usual Chipotle portions? Forget'bout it! Story behind service? Guy behind me was given a full bowl while I got half. Guy in front ordered TWO burritos and was charged half/half. Humm maybe you have to get the insider hookup from those people that serve you? Really doesn't deserve anything higher than 2 stars for this store specifically.

Your every day, run-of-the-mil Chipotle. We came in here for a late lunch. I went for my usual low carb Burrito bowl with lettuce, bell peppers and onions, chicken, salsa, cheese, and Guacamole. Food was tasty and came up quickly!

Don't be intimidated if you see a line... Service is fast at this location! Indoor and outdoor seating fills up quickly. They could bus the tables quicker, but that's tough during the lunch rush. My only issue is that I experienced some inconsistency in the portions depending on the server, also some of the seasoning has been heavy-handed.

I have frequented this Chipotle probably 30 times and have to say that it is one of the more consistent ones in the Baltimore area. Without a doubt it has one of the most efficient and lunch-time crews around: my last experience (from ordering to paying) literally took 60 seconds. This is amazing, and frankly should be expected of any restaurant that caters to business-park areas like Hunt Valley. As with any chain restaurant like this, occasionally some of the ingredients aren't as good as they should be, or the portion sizes vary... but I don't care and neither should you. It's a Chipotle for god's sake.

Re downloaded yelp just to leave this review bc every time I come here I always feel like I ruined someone's day by asking for a burrito - the people are so unpleasant its sometimes funny. I'll drive 5 more mins to timonium from now on.

This is your typical Chipotle chain, but suckier. I love Chipotle, but lately they have all been more and more disappointing and this one is continuing that trend. I stopped by during the lunch hour to get a to go bowl. The line was long but wasn't moving at all. After a while we finally learned that they were out of rice...and chicken. How do you not have rice and chicken prepped during lunch rushes? It's the most common ingredients in all of your dishes. Finally they got new stuff on the line and we started moving again. When I got my bowl, it was sloppily thrown together and spilling over the edges of the container. The fresh chicken was somehow cold and the steak was overcooked and borderline rubbery. I got my meal to take out, however I could see the couple of empty tables were covered in food/trash and the floor was in deseperate need of a mop/sweep. Overall, it's still a Chipotle, but this one is pretty mediocre.

The ice machine was broken, and the soda fountain was warm when I was there. There were no signs warning you of this, and the cashier didn't mention it. When I asked about it after the fact, they told me that it was broken. Thanks for telling me when I ordered a drink. I guess? Other than that, I've come here a bunch and it's an average Chipotle location. Just don't expect warnings about things that aren't correct.

We went there this past Sunday about 4pm. The staff were so rude especially the girl who was assembling our food. Her attitude was almost hostile. I would love to speak to a manager but none was present. Give jobs to people who want to work and get rid of your current staff. What a horrible place. Definitely will not be going back there!!!

I heard a recent news show talking about the McDonald's saying they can't raise their workers wages because that would raise their prices and drive away customers. The interviewer replied, "Well, Chipotle seems to be doing okay." And they are. The prices are higher than standard fast food, but you get a lot of food for your money. You can order the different offerings, such as steak, chicken, sofritas (marinated tofu), veggie, etc., prepared in different styles, such as burrito, bowl, salad, etc. It is unfortunate that the ordering process is not very clear to the uninitiated or infrequent Chipotle diner, and that their set-up is not very conducive to ordering. The large glass partition is so tall that it can make the transaction very hard to understand, a fact I did not fully appreciate until I realized my barbacoa bowl was in fact a veggie salad. I could have had them remake it, but I only ordered a random item anyway. It was good, tasty, and filling, which is all I expect from fast food.

Closed on July 4th! I love this place but I can't believe it's closed on a Friday for July 4th.

We have been to this location twice so far and really have been satisfied with our meal and experience. It's on the same level as other Chipotles we have frequented. We will return!

Worst chipotle ever. Food was ice cold. Bag leaked fluid. Chips were stale. Tacos were completely soggy after only 5 minutes in the bag. Found lettuce stems in the salad. Staff gave me a bad vibe. I never bother to write bad reviews. I'm serious. This place is the worst.
(1)Peter C.
I agree with the bad reviews because last time i came here, the person who made the burritos took forever. It usually takes legit two min. Tops to jus make one but this guy took at least five min. Jus on one burrito. I love chipotle. Just not this one. Go to a diff. Chipotle errbody

why is this restaurant always so dirty?!?! And, why is the food always cold?!?! I think it's time for the board of health to check into this place... Their bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and the staff are concerned with chatting amongst themselves than providing quality food and good customer service.

Food quality is up to par with every other Chipotle. You can count on them for fast service if you're eating in. The reason I only gave them 3 stars is because of my online ordering experience with this specific location. I enjoy using the smartphone app to submit orders for carryout. After about 8 attempts, 6 of them were not ready when I got there. The app instructs you to show up in about 15 minutes. I never come earlier than 20 minutes after...but I am always disappointed. Even when I prepay online it doesn't expedite or guarantee the food will be ready when I arrive. I thought the idea of online ordering was to eliminate the need to wait when arriving? These guys just don't get it most of the time. *UPDATE* I decided to try them again. Now they're out of sour cream. I think I'm done coming here for good. Make it 2 stars for the consistent disappointment they deliver.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Chipotle. The cashier is rude and shouldn't work with people. If you can avoid going to this location.
(1)Diana R.
I love Chipotle. They always have fresh ingredients. I just wish there were more tables outside. I had to go across the way to Noodles & co. to grab an outside table.
(4)Ida L.
My experiences here have been pretty good. Ordering online or visiting in person, the food was somewhat consistent and the staff was nice enough. I usually order a burrito bowl sans rice. So usually I ask for a tiny bit more chicken. One of the staff members wanted to charge me more for extra meat, but changed her tune when I explained I only wanted a tiny bit more. I was a little put off by that.
(3)David R.
After 2 tries with online ordering, they don't come close to the quality of other local Chipotles. Food was cold and all portions of my burrito bowl were light (since the customer is not watching them make it?) Next order will be in-person so I can watch them make it.
(2)Juliet K.
this chipotle sucks. no quality control and its messy. they were skimping on the rice. couldnt put the toppings on there evenly, and was not able to wrap the burrito correctly so that it was easier to eat. yes it tasted all the same, but it looked like garbage when we sat down to eat. ugh.

A good Chipotle! Gets busy around lunchtime but the lines move quick. One of the biggest Chipotle's I've been to-lots of seating.
(4)Tim Y.
Very mean and cheap staff! Tried to get to kids cascadias with cheese and sour cream instead of beans. The entire staff refused to substitute and wanted to charge extra. But if one orders a burrito and asks for SC on the side it's not a problem? So we went to Penera and spend $26 on 2 kids and 2 adults. I would rather give money to a chain that wants to work with a customer vs. just work there!

Chipotle is always a safe bet.

I have been to this chipotle at least once a week for the past year, so I have a general idea of the overall quality of this restaurant. I can say that among the chipotle's that I have been too, this one ranks up there. The food is always well prepared, tasty, and the service is always excellent. I can't comment on online ordering, but the staff here is always willing to accommodate a customer's request.
(4)Shelly A.
Just your run of the mill Chipotle. Nothing special to report here, this one never really gets that busy except around lunchtime because Hunt Valley is a very corporate area. They seem to do a good job with the lines though.

Theres nothing like a warm homemade tortilla filled with thin slices of grilled carne asada, homemade pico de gallo, and shredded queso blanco topped off with a dash of hot sauce and a pinch of chopped cilantro. Sometimes though, I just have to settle for a Chipotle burrito. I know it may not be authentic, but it sure does hit the spot. My favorite part is the corn salsa. If you've been to Chipotle, you know the deal: rice, choice of meat, beans or fajita toppings, salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. This location is no different than the rest in that regard. Bonus points for an extra huge burrito: more rice and meat than typical. Negative points for over flowing trash cans and unruly utensil area.
