This is by far one of the best Chick fil a's. I travel here often for work. The service is courteous and when they make a mistake they own up to it. If you're in the area, you'll not be disappointed.

Just tried the New Fish Sandwich...and Im So Disappointed. Not sure why since this location is one of the very best I frequent...My sandwich was cold and fish wasnt flaky sort of flat and dry...i never complain...but I drove 20min just to come here for the 3rd time in the past few days.. working in the area.oh well hope the next one ro try this fish cod sandwich has a better experience...ill be sticking to my regular #2from now on....3stars for service..and cleanliness...fast service.. and very well stocked...

Based on multiple visits over the last few months, I am giving this location 5 stars for their consistent excellent service. The employees greet customers with smiles and are cheerful, outgoing and efficient. Employees are extremely courteous and their answer to customer requests are "my pleasure" accompanied by smiles. If you would like a drink refill, an employee will get it for you and tell you it is their pleasure to do so. This location is bright, appealing and very clean. An older lady and gentleman (both of whom are absolutely delightful) circulate through the restaurant cleaning tables, picking up trays and trash and asking customers if they need anything. A manager/floor supervisor is visible and steps in to help employees/customers as needed. On a recent visit, an employee was having difficulty processing a promotional offer I had and a supervisor immediately recognized there was a problem, and resolved the transaction issue. When I thanked him for his assistance, he said "my pleasure". Definitely recommend this location. Kudos to the management and the employees for creating a positive experience for customers.

So so happy to have driven by the Chick-Fil-A sign on my way back home from DC. I live in western NY where I feel like there is no chick-fil-a's to be found. I went to school in the south and have not had access to a chick-fil-a in the past year that I moved back to NY. I pulled off the highway so quick when I realized this was here and was very happy that I did. The signs were a little confusing to get here, I turned left one turn too early and had to u-turn around after getting stuck in an oval loop. But when I did arrive- The store was clean, great food, fast pleasant service. I missed breakfast hours (end 1030am... Got there at 10:45am) and couldn't get a chicken biscuit. The workers even say "my pleasure" every time you say "thank you" just as how I remember it. So thank you for being here chick-fil-a. Hopefully I will see you again soon!

We have been here twice already. Chick Fil A is always clean, and service is excellent, no matter to which location you visit. Food is always fresh and we don't mind waiting for a few minutes. Drive thru staff and all staff is always super polite and friendly. We have our dogs today and they even offered us treats for them. How cool is that??? Very cool! Thanks Chick Fil A, you all rock!!

I ordered my usual Chick-Fil-A sandwich here, and it was among the best I've had. This location is definitely one of the nicest I've seen. The people were friendly. A woman came over to take my tray when I was finished. The food was good as always. I really like the simplistic yet tasty chicken sandwiches. I noticed that this location had many more sauces than I usually see. Free WiFi, new and clean dining room - highly recommended.

One thing you can expect from Chick Fil A is the sunny and polite service. You'll hear employees say, "It's my pleasure." This restaurant is really clean and spacious. There are plenty of tables and booths plus an indoor playground for children. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. It gets very busy with the lunch crowd with workers emptying from the neighboring office buildings. The food is well prepared. There is a huge condiments bar with all the Chick Fil A sauces, ketchup, etc.

This place is the best! I think I could eat here everyday for lunch. The food is always hot, fast, and the service is fantastic! These people generally care about what they are serving you. After only a few visits at this location they already new me by name. I gotta admit, it feels good. Rather than here somebody yell out a number, they say my name. I actually have grown to know some of there names too. It's cool! The people busing the tables are very friendly too. You will most likely never have to throw away your trash. Someone will gladly do it for you. They also ask if you'd like a refill and even offer mints. It's sometimes hard to believe that places like this exist. In a time where customer service has gone digital or just fallen apart, we have these lovely treasures like Chick-Fil-a. I work not far from here and have been so impressed by the service. So impressed that anytime my work caters, I recommend this place. I picked up a few orders myself, gladly ;) Keep it up guys. Hunt Valley loves ya.

Chick-fil-A isn't horrible, but I think they've ruined my children. Lately, I've noticed some misspellings in my children's homework: "Mor" instead of "more" and "chickin" instead of "chicken". For awhile, I tried to figure out why they would do that, and it finally dawned on me when I drove past Chick-fil-A this morning! CHICK-FIL-A IS TEACHING MY KIDS POOR SPELLING HABITS! Like Winnie the Pooh before them, they must be stopped... Chick-fil-A is willfully helping to create a culture of misspelling. Oh, sure, if you write to their corporate office (AND I HAVE!!!), they'll tell you that it's "cute" and "harmless", but I disagree! How can it be cute and harmless when my children's grades are at stake!? IT CAN'T BE! Chick-fil-A must be stopped! Their cow campaign must be fixed and brought in-line with traditional spelling instruction. If you won't do it for me, think of the children. THE CHILDREN!

Maybe it's because it's relatively new, but the store is always clean, the staff is always SO courteous, and the food usually comes out looking just as it does on their menu boards. Kudos!

Personally I've never eaten at a Chick Fil A but my husband and my brother love it. I don't know why I haven't there's really not a reason except I don't eat fast food. Although if I did this would be it! My brother told us that they have the BEST milkshakes. My husband couldn't get the milkshakes off of his mind. After grocery shopping I drove to this location to get him a vanilla milkshake and bring it home. I was pleasantly suprised and very pleased at how polite the girl at the drive through was. I've gotten used to hearing "uh-huh, yep or no problem" as a response to "thank you". She was young and very professional and friendly. She replied "my pleasure" to my "thank you". Which I appreciated. I say bravo to Chick Fil A for hiring such a young lady. Keep up the good work.

As much as it pains to rip my favorite chain a good ripping is in order because this Christian Chicken outpost did not live up to the standard that the many other locations I have visited have set. First off I the drive thru was very, very, very slow. Easily a good ten to fifteen minutes. I had the O's game on the radio and I got through a full half inning plus the in between inning commercials from the time I ordered until when I got my chow. Speaking of the chow, I asked for Chik-Fil-A sauce when I ordered and I asked at the window if it was in the bag yet naturally when back at the hotel I find of course that the damn sauce was NOT IN THE BAG. Doing that is such a McD's move and is completely beneath the usual standards of flawless excellence set by this chain. The food itself also was a bit quirky in that the Spicy Chicken sandwich wasn't very spicy and the lovely wife's nuggets had a lot of hard inedible grizzle on most of them which required far too much manicuring. I'm not going to stop eating at the chain but I sure as hell will avoid this location the next time we're in the area.

Never have I had such a pleasant fast food experience as this... Think and say what you will about the Chick Fil A corporation, but don't deny they provide consistently great food, service, and homey southern feel. #Service Service Service. Here's my story: in a rush to drive up to NYC on Friday night, need to get my chicken fix before leaving MD and took the Hunt Valley Exit. Was supposed to be a quick in and out type meal, but I was compelled to stay. As with all Chick Fil A, quick yet friendly service is expected but at this particular location they take it a step beyond. .. I quickly made it to the front of the line, ordered my food, and to my surprise they asked for my name and after a few blinks, the manager called my name and delivered my food to me. I wasn't that special. I sat down as saw every order hand delivered to the customers without fail. If a patron was in the bathroom, the staff would make sure to wait and get the food to you as you came out. Other fast food chains please take note. Another huge bonus, all of Chick Fil A sauces, which are normally found hidden behind the counter, are tidely stacked to the taking with the usual salt, pepper, ketchup, and mayo. So if you want bufflo sauce, polynesian sauce, you can grab as many as you want. NEW heinze catchup dip and squeeze dispensers, I've only seen these dispensed by Chick Fil As (and not all of them mind you). #Food: nothing much to say about the chicken. Can't find any better. I wouldn't if they ventured into the beef market though... #OVERALL: not just another fast food chain, not just another Chick Fil A
