I love Wendy's and on a cold winter day there isn't anything better than the chili! This is a typical Wendy's. Most people here are shoppers that are going to or leaving Arundel Mills - so its very busy. The drive-through was very busy so going in and ordering might be a better option. There was only one register open on a busy shopping day but the young man at the register was doing the best he could. He was very friendly and took everyone's orders then he would review them for accuracy. There are lots of finicky customers here with their special orders - sometimes you just have to laugh it off. I love this location so I'll be back for sure!

This is by far the slowest Wendy's I've been too. The drive-thru attendants need a bit of training when it comes to people skills. I've seen them cut off people as they order and make them start over, degrade them while ordering, and suggest stuff that isn't what the customer wanted. I've personally left in the middle of ordering because of this conversation: Me: "I'd like two number ones, large, with a coke." Attendant: "Tell me your first order." Me: "I'd like two number ones, large, with a coke." Attendant: (Rude, stern tone) "Sir, first order only." Me: "I'd like two number ones, large, with a coke." Attendant: "I can only do orders one at a time, FIRST ORDER!" Me: "Can I get a number one, large, with a coke." Attendant: "Alright, SECOND, order!" Me: "Same as the first." Attendant: "Do you want that large and what to drink." Me: "Same.. as.. the.. first.." Attendant: (Haughty) "Anything else I can do for you..?" Me: Drive off. I seem to always get this type of service at this particular Wendy's. However, I always go to this place after 2300 so it may just be the night shift. In addition, the food is overly greasy and fries are overcooked. Sigh, if only another Wendy's was closer.

Pretty slow service, but the food was hot. My spicy nuggets were a bit salty, but I have a salty tooth, so this was no problem. If you're tired of the usual food court fare and you're slightly ravenous, Wendy's is a decent option.

Thee Slowest. Drive. Thru. In. The. Western. Hemisphere. Food is cold by the time you get it even if you are the only car around for miles. Chick fil a next door does 10-15 cars for every single car this place gets through. Writing this as I'm still waiting at the second window....6 minutes and counting.

How the heck do you operate when your credit card machine doesn't work?!?!?!? Wait let me first say I stood in line for 10 minutes...and it wasn't a long line, I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LINE!! The worst place ever! They are worse than McDonalds...at least when you go to McDonalds it's expected but not at a Wendy's....that's a damn shame

This the second and last time i visits this Wendy's! The first time I went the girl at the drive thur was such in hurry to take your order it as though your bring rush! Now I get the idea of fast food, but when it effect your customer trying to order more food then it becomes a problem! I order the spicy chicken combo without mayo and they got it right and I order a cup of chili! And guest what no saltine crackers and the fries were luke warm at best. my most recent visit i order a double with extra pickles and no mayo ! Guest what I got extra mayo and no pickles . Really I paid $10 for a meal and all I had to do was squeeze my burger and mayonnaise dripping out ! And I wait over 15 minutes for my food !
