Good typical Cheesecake Factory food. Everyone had a good meal. Good beer selection. Fast service. Friendly. We had a really nice dinner.

Service was good. We always order the chicken piccata and chicken costoletta, and they made them perfectly. My only concern is that some of the utensils were not washed properly. The place also had a mild foul odor, like a wet rag that didn't dry properly.

Service is consistently hit or miss at the Arundel Mills location. They also have a regular problem of citing waaaaay off wait times at the host stand. Almost every time I've visited during the evening, I witness customer complaints being made to a manager or the hosts about why they were quoted a certain wait time, but then have actually been waiting an eternity to be seated. The thing is... I don't think people really mind waiting an eternity for monster size portions of food with slabs of cheesecake to wash it down. I think we mind having our expectations set for 30 minutes before being seated and then actually waiting an eternity for a table when we could have killed some time in the mall or casino had we been advised more accurately. The bathroom here is always an utter disaster. There are no paper towels ever in sight to dry your hands/ open the door with, as was the case this past Saturday at 7pm. Toilets were unflushed. Toilet paper was strewn across the floor. Soap dispensers were empty. Even chick fil a appears to have a regular schedule for employee bathroom checks but I've never seen a staff member attending to the ladies' room here. The miso Salmon entree is always spot on. There's an abundant selection of cheesecake to choose from which have all worked out great for me over the years, and I love many of their appetizers. The kitchen and menu don't seem to be an issue here but overall management of this location could stand to see some improvement.

I love the Cheesecake Factory it is always my "go to" restaurant. I recently learned about the happy hour, which is amazing. An entire delegate menu is given with many choices from drinks to appetizers for only 5.50 each! I've so far enjoyed all the drinks offered. The jw's pink lemonade is my favorite not to sweet or overly loaded with alcohol. It's delicious and gets the job done. But all the drinks are good the margarita is refreshing and the Long Island is on point. My boyfriend ordered the factory nachos and buffalo blasts. Even though they are very generic bar food they were very good for 5.50 each.., Finally the cheesecake is amazing I mean you can't go wrong with any of the selections. I had the Reese's peanut butter cup cake cheesecake. It's huge and was absolutely delicious for this peanut butter lover. The service is a different story.... Normally I sit at the bar and have the same bartender a very nice light skinned overly energetic woman. Absolutely love her! Now no joke, every other time I have a different server or bartender it leaves me wanting more... You can tell a lot of the staff does not follow the cheesecake dining experience that they are taught during training. The servers tend to be over whelmed and running around. I do think the management needs some tweaking to make service better. I remember when they first opened and for the first few years they were definitely on point. I hope they can get back to that perfect 5 level! I will always return

Our experience today at the Cheesecake Factory was mediocre. First, the service was extremely slow! Took a while for our waitress to take our order even bring our drinks. And the place wasn't even busy. We ordered calamari, crab and artichoke dip and pot stickers. Pot stickers were amazing but crab dip tasted disgusting!!! Tasted like tuna smothered in mayonnaise. Our entrees were just ok. Disappointed that my chicken bellagio was missing 2 components (the procutto and the arugula).

1st time visiting here and we are big Cheesecake Factory fans from where we live near Vegas. This one is just not up to standards. The low carb cheesecake with strawberries was embarrassing. Literally ONE strawberry cut into 6 tiny pieces. Waiter went back to the kitchen and staff told him it's supposed to be that way! Manager came over and admitted it was embarrassing and brought some extra berries. Shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get it right......

Absolutely the best service and food we've had at any Cheesecake Factory, ever! We arrived 45 before closing, but the entire dining experience felt like they really didn't even know/care what time it was. We ordered Pineapple Moscow Mules for drinks and the calamari appetizer. The cocktails were refreshing and beautifully garnished. The calamari was perfectly tender and seasoned. For dinner, we had a duo of ribeyes. His came with a velvety macaroni and cheese side and mine came with the normal fresh fries. There is an up-charge for changing sides, but no big deal. Lastly, for dessert, my husband had the pineapple upside-down cheese cake and I had the dulce de leche cheese cake, both to-go. His cheesecake was a little over-sweet, but my cheesecake was ah-ma-zing! Will definitely come back again...and knowing what I know now, I will plan to come on their non-peak hours. I can only imagine the madness during the dinner rush.

Nice lunch and dinner here. I got their sliders, tortillas, and fish and chips. Food was tasty. The wait before being seated was long and the booth they gave us was crowded. Service was friendly and fast. Overall a good experience.

Love love love the Cheesecake Factory. I come here at least once a month. The food is always amazing. The only thing is Arundel mills does not have a happy hour (they'll get the business regardless). For happy hour you should go to Columbia.

Only had the pecan cake it was awesome. The bar a bit too small. The place and staff are nice. Our bartender Jason was great and interactive (congrats on the baby) certainly will be back.

We really like the Cheese Cake Factory. We are still waiting for Penney to serve us. Our experience was bad from start to finish. We don't mind waiting. We waited for 20 minutes before our beeper went off. After being called we stood for 10 minutes more before were seated. Then we were seated at a very dirty table. What ever it was it was dried and greasy over most of the table. This should have been the first sign or should I say the second that something was wrong. The waitress took a rag and wiped a small spot on the table, I requested another table. The maitre d' noticed but took no action. Our drinks took a long time. Make sure you know the cost of the items you are ordering. My beer (Dogfish 60 minute IPA 16 oz) was $8.50 a glass, equal to a mixed drink. We never saw anyone clean a table while we were there. It will be a long time before we go back to this Cheese cake factory. The food was good service was way below standard.

Since my girlfriend and I had a gift card, and we had just finished shopping at the nearby mall, we thought we would have a bite at the Cheesecake Factory across the mall at the casino. I have eaten at several other Cheesecake Factory locations nearby, and am very familiar with the way these chains are run. While I usually enjoy my visits to Cheesecake Factory, this visit proved to be not only unpleasurable for the both of us, but also seriously made me reconsider the overall quality and standards of this chain altogether. Things were amiss from even before we were seated, as we were given a broken pager. We were seated in a small table that was accommodating in size, but not in its proximity to the surrounding tables. While I understand that this is an extremely popular restaurant, I did think it was slightly strange that the tables on either side of us were placed less than a foot away from ours. I am by no means a claustrophobe, but seating felt pretty cramped and slightly uncomfortable. I'm not exactly sure how servers at Cheesecake Factory work together in terms of sharing tables, but I do recall being helped by three servers total, and regardless of whether taking care of one table is an individual or a collaborative effort between servers, I felt that the overall service left much to be desired, while my girlfriend was positively furious regarding the service that we were given during our visit. Our server seemed to be decently helpful, at least when she was around. While I did appreciate how she explained to my girlfriend what exactly their polenta fries were like, she was hardly around for the duration of the meal. It took her roughly ten minutes for her to take our order, which isn't bad, unless you count in the fact that it took an additional ten more minutes for our water to come, which we had ordered ten minutes before our order was taken, making it a grand total of sitting twenty minutes at the restaurant with nothing to eat nor to drink. We had to flag down another server for straws and lemons for our water, of which only the straws were given to us. The lemons never came. Our order consisted of one order of the skinny turkey and avocado sandwich with fries substituted for the salad, and an order of the chicken and shrimp jambalaya, which took 40 minutes to come out after we completed our order. I understand that this sometimes can happen at restaurants, but there were at least two free tables in our seating zone alone and the restaurant did not appear to be busy. We were neither offered an apology nor an explanation as to why our food had been so slow to come out. In the meantime, we had ordered a second serving of bread to stave off our hunger, which is usually very soft and tastes very good. This time, though, the bread was not only cold, but hard. By the time our food had come, we had almost satisfied our appetites from the bread alone. This was roughly fifty minutes, almost an entire hour, since we were initially seated. The food was hot, which I was grateful for, but when my girlfriend immediately noticed that she needed ketchup for her fries and voiced her request for ketchup, the server was nowhere to be found. This usually wouldn't be a problem, but the fries were neither seasoned and actually tasted inferior in quality to fries that are available at fast food places. The quality of the food was a little less than what I have come to expect from this restaurant chain; the chicken and shrimp tasted bland, as if they were plainly cooked and the jambalaya sauce was tossed on top of it when finished as an afterthought, and several times I bit into the jambalaya and felt and heard a crunch, and really couldn't figure out what on my plate should be making such a sound when biting into it. It felt a lot like undercooked rice. By the end of our meal, my girlfriend was so put off by the restaurant that she opted to skip out on cheesecake for dessert, a decision that is quite unusual given that she had specifically ordered from the skinny menu so that she COULD have a cheesecake for dessert. When we asked for the check initially, our server was unable to produce it, and said she would go and find it for us. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the way our visit ended up, as it came up way below what I came to expect. I'm usually not a hard person to please, and typically if any one or two of these things were to happen on separate occasions, I wouldn't have really cared too much. However, since they all seemed to happen in combination at once, it seemed that what could have been a simple mistake or mishap appeared to be more like a series of unfortunate points which resulted in sub-par service. Even though there was still a balance on our gift card, she seemed to be quite adamant about never returning to eat at the restaurant again. I'm not sure if I could personally recommend this Cheesecake Factory if most customers end up having this sort of experience.

This was my first time at this location. It was late night on a Friday. I was shock that the wait was only ten minutes. While I was in the bathroom (that was not too clean) we were called for our table. Table of two. I ordered a shirley temple. It was ok. I also ordered a buffalo blast which I though was shrimp but it was chicken. It was just ok. I also had shrimp as an appetizer. I was using a gift card that I received for my birthday so that pretty much took care of the bill. I just had to tip. The server was ok but, not all that great. Not sure if this would be my place of choice to dine in the future.

Always great food but the service was not expected to be so lazy. It took a great amount of time to receive our food and water. Each time we received something we were missing something. We spoke to two managers, one manager said they can't do anything for us. But it should not take an hour to get water with lemons and 2 hours to get food.

Fantastic service. The food was pretty good, but very salty. One of the most difficult parts is deciding what to get, the menu is quite extensive. Our server was helpful, and made several recommendations. My chicken sandwich was very tasty, but the fries were waaaaaaaay over-salted. Inedibly salty. We did not stay for desert, but will instead save that for our next trip.

I'm a big fan of Cheesecake Factory but the location at the Casino is not typically up to the standards of the others I normally go to. The waitstaff can be very hit of miss, some are excellent others shouldn't be employed there. I've never had issues with the food at any other location but this one at Arundel Mills really needs to re-evaluate who's working in the kitchen. Some days they do just fine, others it's pretty bad. Things like under-cooked meat (chicken), not following what is on the order ticket, putting out poor quality food, missing items, etc. I'd like to see this location up their standards to those of the other locations.

Believe me, I'm the biggest cheesecake lover you can find lol. I always always have either the red velvet cheesecake or the original one. They are my favorites! I get scared to try anything new lol. But I tried the mango key lime cheesecake today. And I wasn't satisfied :( it firstly has the coconut macaroon crust which I don't prefer. Graham cracker is the best you can have in cheesecake. Secondly the mixture of lime and mango didn't go well with me. It isn't that bad but it's not great either! My friends called for Kahlua coffee and the lemon and raspberry one. If you like coffee in desserts you'll love the Kahlua one. I personally don't prefer coffee in my desserts so that's not for me! Lemon and raspberry was good, but too lemony for my tongue. Original and red velvet for the win! But of course I love Cheesecake Factory :D

I went into the restaurant after hitting the casino with some friends. I walked in the the bar area and sat myself. For 10 min I sat without being acknowledged by any staff. Eventually I was able to grab a server who was walking by to put in a drink and food order. Overall the food was solid but the reception I had from the staff was very poor. I have eaten at Cheesecake factories all over the US when traveling for work and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at one.

Worst experience ever! Especially for a group! Called the day before to give them the heads up for a medium size group. Who ever answered the phone disregarded me the whole time speaking with her. Swore that for a Tuesday night, my group would have no problem getting seated. I even asked her if we should get there a half hour early to make sure. Of course the next day they were swamped their were 4 other parties at the restaurant and we were quote over an hour wait! We spoke to the manager, who could give us no explanation and once we did get seated he never came back to check on our table or our experience. The food was horrible, with the exception of the bread. The waitress was extremely slow especially with a group. I have contacted the general and corporate manager. So after that experience I will never be back!

To my surprise this was one of my better CF experiences. We went on a Tuesday evening and were seated promptly. Drinks were flowing and service was polite and attentive. Standard CF fare...the toddler enjoyed her Chicken Quesadilla and I my chicken Littles. We tried the CF Merlot and it wasn't trash...so that's good! I will visit this location again...on a weeknight.

If you want to go big with gusto, Cheesecake will give you the calories you need on the target. Cheesecake is a factory of all food fairy tales. The food look and taste very good but watch out - they food-foul you. The magic starts when your tummy gets as big as you don't want them to be. But have fun as the food is attractive and pretty tempting too in price. I'm sure you can handle it otherwise why would you come to cheesecake if you can't.

I have been here several times since its opening for different occasions. It's okay, I guess. I like the atmosphere. The restaurant is nice inside. The outside seating is nice too, however, it does not have the most pleasant view (the side entrance to the mall/parking lot). The food is okay. The best thing that I've had there was the Chicken Bellagio which is really good, but the proportions are ridiculous. I was barely able to finish just a quarter of the meal. The Peach Bellini is also really good, but it depends on who makes it and I don't like to play roulette with my drinks so that is no bueno.

We ate here 7/19/14 which was a Saturday so they were super busy as expected. The wait time was reasonable for a table for 2. Had the crab and artichoke dip for an appetizer and it was absolutely delicious - a huge serving of hot dip and plenty of bread with it. Our entrees were good. I ordered the skinny chicken lettuce tacos which had really good flavor and were actually filling. My husband had something that included chicken, steak, and a huge portion of mashed potatoes. All very good. Only issue was our server, it was almost as if she totally forgot we were in her section. She'd help the tables immediately around us and then just skip around ours. Not a huge deal, but slightly annoying.

Went here a while ago, definitely the worst Cheesecake Factory iv been to. They really are feeding hungry gamblers here. The food was tasteless, the same food elsewhere tastes amazing . Worst cheesecake branch ever !! Cajun jambalaya was horrible Avacado rolls were sickening Mac and cheese balls were chewy What else do u wanna know?

I want here last night around 9pm and it was a 20 minute wait, which is usual. I ordered the fish tacos and split an appetizer of wings. The food was average. The fish tacos were kind of bland so I was a little disappointed. Our waitress was great. She was very attentive and catered to our needs. Overall a decent experience and I am still on the hunt for great fish tacos.

Labor Day and we got sat in 10 mins. Curious well attentive server and drinks that hit the mark. I don't like avocados but their avocado egg roll were awesome! Just goes to prove that if you fry anything its delicious!
I have been here about ten or so times and have never been disappointed. My favorite appetizer is the Tex Mex rolls and sometimes I will come here for dinner just because I want those. I've tried the artichokes and they are delicious as well. For main entrees I've gotten salmon and chicken dishes for the most part and it's always been fresh and delicious. The dark ambiance is a treat most times, sometimes it'd be nice to have a little extra lighting. The drinks are fine as well; especially the cocktails; they are never watered down. The cheesecake in and of itself is a special treat. It isn't as good as Juniors, but for this area; it's some of the best. I also like the carrot cake. The staff has always been engaging and helpful. Not a bad word to say about the place.

My order was screwed up 3 times. If that was bad enough, my sister and grandmother's orders were messed up too. The manager came over to apologize but that was it. Im not necessarily looking for free stuff but I would have been nice to have them acknowledge their mistake by offering to cover at least one of the meals. H*ll, a slice of cheesecake for my grandma would have worked wonders. On the upside, when he wasn't avoiding my table, our server did have a LOT to say about gambling in the Casino tho...

Whether your up or down in the casino, you'll inevitably end up hankering for a bite to eat. Cheesecake Factory is one of the few nearby options between the hours of 9:00PM and 11:30PM so bet it all on black or bet it all on a slice of cheesecake. The portions are large enough to whether you're eating your sorrows away or celebrating a winner-winner-chicken-dinner. [Last Visit: June 2014]

This location is insane. The crowds, the wait, etc. They quoted 50 minutes and the wait for two people at 10pm on a Saturday night ended up being around 37 minutes so it wasn't terrible. The server was very nice and good - he was fast and friendly. Food came out quickly for how busy they were constantly so props to the kitchen for their efficiency. I eat at CF ALL the time in Virginia Beach, it's my favorite restaurant, so I'm really familiar with the food and menu but since it was so late I ordered from the skinnylicious menu and finally tried the mexican tortilla salad that I've been eyeballing for a while which is under 590 calories, it was really good. I really liked it. I'll probably get it again and again. It had tomatoes, black beans, corn, chicken, and some vinaigrette dressing topped with a little avocado dressing and a warm toasted tortilla underneath. Got the white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake (my fav) and it was delicious as well. Nom noms. Only complaint is that everything here is crazy busy on weekends and that it was REALLY loud inside.... like almost miserably so.

I can sum this up in a few words...lack of attention to detail. We arrived and the hostess told us the wait was 20 minutes for a party of 4. It took 40 minutes (give or take a minute) for us to be seated. Our waiter was attentive and took our drink and appetizer order promptly. We ordered the factory nachos. They came out about 15 minutes later, however they nacho chips were quite greasy with quite a bit of oil built up at the bottom of the plate. Our meals eventually arrived and that's when the experience continued to go downhill. I ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta and my wife the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp with white rice. My pasta had virtually no sauce and was simply hot pepper on pasta (maybe its supposed to be this way, it looked like the picture on their website - I ate a few bites and decided to take the rest home where I could doctor it up with more sauce.) The server did not offer any grated cheese. My wife's dish came out with brown rice. My son's pasta didn't come out until about 5 minutes after ours. When our waiter came over about 5 minutes after that, my wife asked for brown rice. He asked if I wanted grated cheese and I said yes please. He was shocked the server didn't offer it. He then took my wife's dish back and it came out 'replated' (their term) a few minutes later and by then her food was luke warm. It was a busy night, but if you spend $70 and up to take out a family of four, you shouldn't be walking out of the place complaining about the experience.

I've been here a few times while shopping, going to the casino or catching a late night movie. The food is great. Much better than the other locations I have been. Fun place for a meal. Large portions served up but they also have the slim menu for those watching the weight/cholesterol. Reservations are highly recommended because this place gets really busy on the weekends. If you don't have a reservation, chances are you won't get in, especially on weekend nights. Recommend!!

Love love, did I say LOVE this place!!!! The servers are so professional, speedy, friendly, honest (with recommendations)! Every dish I've tried here is outstanding. We havnt even gotten started on the cheesecake!!!! I get this turtle caramel cheesecake with whip and it's too good to be true!!! I had a friend that was a chef here for a while and we even requested she cook our food. She came out to greet us and came back to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. OF COURSE IT WAS!!! I don't go to LIVE! Casino but I do go to the Cheesecake Factory inside of it :-)

I was disappointed with the service before and during my dining experience. Our seating took more than 20 minutes after we were told a wait time of 10 minutes. The hostess appeared bothered when I asked her when my party's table would be ready. The management informed my party that a large group arrived which created an extended wait time. I strongly encourage management at this location to huddle with staff to ensure staff remain focused on the mission during busy periods.

We went on Columbus Day around 130 PM and no wait in line whatsoever. If you haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory, the menu is intensive! A lot of variety from mexican to chinese to italian. We stuck with the lunch specials. I had the fish and chipsand my wife got the grilled salmon. Both were good! I enjoyed my coleslaw and fish. Service was a bit slow on refills and our bread plates were still dirty. You can feel the grime and see the sheen of grease on it.

Dined here with 9 of my of my friends to celebrate my birthday. I've been in the restaurant industry for almost 14 years and I always say your experience at any restaurant truly depends on the server/bartender taking care of you. That being said our server Adam made sure we had an awesome night at Cheesecake. Food and drinks were delivered promptly and as ordered. Drinks stayed full, plates were promptly pre-bussed and all of our requests were fulfilled. Must add I ordered the filet and it was cooked perfectly!! I've been dining at Cheesecake for years and while the food is usually good it is not always consistent and neither is the service. This was the first time both were spot on. Thanks Adam for a great night and for taking care of us!!

It's difficult to find if you've never been to Arundel Mills before-- but overall I had a great time, the floor is very slippery so beware if you're wearing heels!! The service was terrific, the food was awesome, the decor was amazing. I would definitely come back here soon.

Omg this place is delicious! I've been here a couple of times. If you go during the day I suggest you get the lunch serving because it is huge! The staff is also very friendly. The only thing I suggest is adding more lighting inside. It's too dark in there at night!

It's always hit or miss with this place. Today was a total miss. I ordered the "spicy" chicken sandwich. The chicken was over breaded and incredibly greasy. The only thing that could've been mistaken for spicy was the chipotle sauce. Don't waste your time or money ordering this one.

We were looking for a casual place to have coffee after our meal at another restaurant in the area. We were greeted and seated promptly. Nicole was our server and she was very gracious to our needs. Refills were served regularly and she was very knowledgeable of the desert menu. It was my daughter in laws first experience of the Cheesecake Factory and our server Nicole made it a good one. We'll definitely go back.

Short and sweet of it...Service was great, FOOD WAS AWESOME!!! You cannot go wrong with a meal at the Cheesecake Factory. They give you hefty sized portions and I have never had a meal here that I did not like! On my last lunch here we arrived at around 11 AM. There was no wait and the hostess seated us immediately. I ordered the Chicken Carbanera pasta and it was delicious!! This was the first time I tried this pasta and I was not disappointed. I ordered my usual strawberry lemonade as well. I was way too full to get cheesecake but trust me next time I will get one to go!

I play poker a lot at Maryland LIve and I must say that the only place to get a decent meal is at the Cheesecake Factory. I really like the asian grilled chicken salad. I substitute regular grilled chicken for the breaded chicken that normally comes with the meal. they also have good sandwiches including the chicken salad and turkey sandwiches.

I went here for National Cheesecake day, where they were offering 1/2 off on cheesecakes. Who wouldn't take the opportunity to buy one? The wait to order was not bad. We waited for about 5-10 min. However, the waiting process to pick up our orders was ridiculous. There was no sense of order on the tickets. The pile was sloppily set aside, which kept getting knocked over. I ended up waiting 1.25 hrs for one slice. A group of us had to bombard the cashiers to finally get our order. Apparently the only way to identify any sort of order was through time stamps. As bad as I felt for the workers, I can't completely give them the benefit of the doubt. They should find a better process to obtain orders and distribute them. I will probably comeback, but definitely not to this location on National Cheesecake day

Portions are extremely large but it's mostly veggies and carbohydrates. Protein portions seem small. I has the 'Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp' and there was nothing bang bang about it. By the time I finished the small portion of protein, I wanted to shot myself. There were about 3 very small pieces of shrimp and 4 pieces small pieces of chicken is a sea of bland and slightly sweet Thai curry peanut sauce with some jullianed veggies and two very large cups of white rice. The rice was very out of proportion to the rest of the components, except for the bland sauce. From the name I expected at least a hint of heat but there was none and they didn't even have any siraccha hot sauce. They should narenane this dish 'bland bland Thai peanut rice' . I knew it wasn't going to be the quality go a Thai restaurant, but this was almost inedible. The Cheesecake Factory is known for their large portions and this was large, but they need to do better. I'll stick to the mom and pop restaurants in the Arundel Mills area. The chain restaurants aren't worth the money.

Here only because of the casino, glad they were open latr but was very mediocre because of the service! Definitely not better than any other cheesecake factory ive been into
Good customer service..food is ok. Sometimes I have got some dry rice and untidy utensils.. But still worth visiting them. Try their Georgia peach drink, it's really good.

Came here for date night on a Saturday night. It was about a 40 minute wait, which was expected. Overall, delicious dining experience. Maybe I've been very lucky, but all of my Cheesecake Factory experiences have been great. We got the Pasta Carbonara, huge portion! It was surprisingly light to be a cream sauce, which was great. Our favorite dish was the Shrimp Scampi and Steak Diane... I highly recommend it. It's the perfect potion and absolutely delicious! Two regular Margaritas (compliments to the bartender, they were beautifully crafted and tasted amazing), and two entrees later it was about $57 without tip. Not extremely cheap, but for the quality of food and the portions we were very satisfied. Only wish I would have saved room for dessert! Lessons learned... Will definitely be back!!

This is a chain...so the review is not about the food. Of course its good. Its the same as every Cheesecake Factory in America. This review is about the service. I was recently there to celebrate my mother's birthday. She turned 67 which is f'in amazing and we had a blast with her telling stories of her past. That is until the waitress comes over and tells us she'd received "several" complaints about us laughing loud. Really. Really (in my Amy Pollard voice). I mean...its the Cheesecake Factory. A chain restaurant. Inside a casino. We had to hear 3-4 birthday songs, machines going off, babies crying, people laughing, and we have to be checked out our volume. UGH! I HATE SHISSSHING! ABSOLUTELY HATE SHUSSSHING!!! If you come out, to a busy restaurant, or you know what if you come out the house, don't think you can control other people. And servers, tell people to get a life. Managers, seat quiet people somewhere else. Don't ruin a 67 year old's birthday with the shhhh game!!! At a chain restaurant. In a casino. Really. Ugh! I wouldn't go back. To this place. In the casino again.

I avoid chain restaurants when I'm on travel. Why go to them when you can go to them while at home. I'm at home. Even with that, I prefer the local establishments. But I have to say, the Cheesecake Factory is one of the better chains. Nicely decorated, good atmosphere and a menu with plenty of quality choices. This particular one is basically the same as the other ones. It is part of the casino, although it has its own door so you don't have to go into the casino. Unlike the other chains, it has opened windows to the casino, raising the decibel level higher while you listen to all the slot noises. Don't worry about the people noise because casino patrons are typically losing their money and suffer silently. The meals are quite large and because of that, I never go for a cheesecake. Rather ironic. Today was an exception. As I thought it would be, it was great., particularly the Red Velvet Cheesecake. Service was friendly and fast. Come here, eat good food and be entertained by the losing slot players.

Great service, great food, great environment! Even though its attched to the casino you still get a full restaurant experience. Very clean and professional and the wait isnt long at all. Love it!!

I should have originally given this place 3 stars, because I came back two nights ago and my food was not very good. My loaded baked potato soup tasted like clam chowder soup- I do not know why. It seems like they made the soup in the same bowl, or somehow used a clam chowder base? It was not as thick and creamy as I like, and not as "loaded" as I would have liked, as they barely sprinkled some bacon bits and a sliver of sour cream on top. I ordered their small side dish of kale salad, and they forgot to put marcona almonds on it. I asked them to take it back. The service was spot-on though, our server is really nice and attentive but not overbearing. He was nice about making sure our food order was right and getting us more bread!

Went here for lunch with some ladies from work and got less than stellar service. I enjoy the food at Cheesecake Factory and my order was correct but I can't say the same for all of the people I was with. Simple things such as extra mayo took forever to get! Plus, my friend ordered a small appetizer and a Greek salad. Most people were about done their food before she got her 'salad'. I put that in quotation marks since it looked like it was all the toppings and fixins' of a salad but no actual lettuce. Why call that a salad? Just seemed strange to me. But, like I said - my food was correct and tasted good. Just not too crazy about this specific location.

I love every Cheesecake Factory, most likely my favorite chain restaurant. They're always very consistent in their food execution and presentation. When I visit, I'm ordering the Thai lettuce wraps 90% of the time as my entree. I use it as an excuse to get a slice of cheesecake to go. :) Thai wraps to me is like the one thing I could eat once a day and never get sick of. You have the sweet, heat, and sour... My fav flavor combination. It's also a textural heaven with the julienned veggies of cucumbers and carrots. The coconut thin vermicelli noodles sprinkled with sesame seeds for crunch.. Cilantro.. Chopped peanuts.. Ahhh! Soo good all wrapped into a butter leaf lettuce! They have 3 amazing sauces that accompany this dish.. A spicy peanut sauce, a tamarind sauce, and a cilantro/honey/cumin sauce. It's messy to eat but worth all the wet napkins you'll be needing. You can forget the bread basket they give you at the start that's complimentary and if it wasn't, I would be happy paying for it. It's soft and chewy and with the whipped butter.. Ohh wow. Look at me with my run-on sentences. Now I either get the Godiva chocolate cheesecake slice with sliced strawberries ( you have to ask ) and whipped cream. I'm not a chocolate person but when I do get chocolate.. I do it right and it's dark chocolate. The strawberries balance out the richness of this dessert which can easily be divided over 3 days. My new discovery, is their pineapple upside-down cheesecake. This is just crack.. Plain and simple. I want to go door-to-door with plates of this stuff and spread happiness everywhere.

Tea glass was covered in stuff, spinach dip was cold, burger was suppose to be medium and wasn't, pizza was good, but no bread was provided. Refills were rare if not non-existent. The bathroom was without toilet paper (even after being reported). Overall there seems a real lack of attention to quality on the part of management and staff. The servers effort and willingness to apologize was the redeeming thing on this trip.

We came here for my wife's birthday on Saturday evening. The 40 minute wait was more than an hour, but no big deal it was Saturday at a casino. The problems all started at the table, it was sticky and dirty. The silverware was dirty. Now i know why is so dark in there. Our food came out wrong and our waitress was no where to be found. When the correct food did arrive it was cold and bland. Not worth the wait. We left without dessert, we had enough of their lackluster effort. I won't be going back to this location.

Part 1 I am writing this review in advance of being served my food. For starters, this wasn't my first time eating here. When me and my family were seated I noticed that the lights were dim. Too dim for my liking. Upon, sitting down my wife noticed that some of the silverware was dirty. After using my flashlight on my iPhone we discovered that all the silverware was dirty!

Have been to this Cheesecake several times & had great service each time. The food is great here - just like any CF. Impressive for how extensive the menu is. I would recommend having a meal here. Guessing you will be too full for dessert but don't forget to take a piece of cheesecake home. It's fabulous!

I went for lunch before a little shopping and gambling. The service was awesome. Our waiter was great!! The food was great. This was my first time trying the Louisiana chicken pasta. Wow, it was awesome. I've never had a bad experience at any Cheesecake Factory so I wasn't expecting anything other than the food and service I reviewed.

Food is amazing and its given in the appropriate portions. This is NOT the place for an intimate date, or any type of date for that matter. The environment is just too noisy. Service was amazing when our waitress wasn't attending the three other tables. Location isn't the best, if you didn't know that the casino had restaurants in it then you might never find it. Overall, great food, great service, not enough waiters per tables, and noisy.

10.25.14 Reggie is the best server we have ever had anywhere. Despite our app arriving minutes (and not so warm) before the meal, Reggie made sure it was taken off bill AND we got a free one to bring home. The manager (asian man, didnt get his name, sorry) even stopped by the table to apologize. The best service and food. Thanks guys!

This was the worst Cheesecake Factory I've been to. The hostess was friendly, efficient, and organized, but the food and service otherwise left much to be desired. We had to finally ask for drink refills. The waitress didn't check to see how our orders went or if we needed anything additional. She was obviously untrained. My quinoa and kale salad had no quinoa to be found. I mentioned this, but the waitress shrugged and pointed to the non-existent quinoa, saying, "see, there it is!" (Um, no, but okay). The fried shrimp was super greasy. All portions of all items ordered were smaller than we receive at other locations. The food didn't look or taste like the Cheesecake Factory food that you'd expect; it was like diner food, but not in any positive way.

I ordered the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp, which consisted of 4 or 5 small pieces of chicken and 6 medium sized very, very tough shrimp. My companion ordered the Shrimp and Angel hair pasta, which came with 5 medium sized shrimp. That is a very small quantity of protein for the prices charged. I remember when Cheesecake Factory was synonymous with a lot of good tasting food. Not at this particular CF. Never again.

My boyfriend and I come here once in a while, but have been only disappointed three times and on the same night! We came here for a friend's birthday and it was obviously busy as it was a weekend night, but the most ridiculous thing was that we didn't get our bread until we had finished our meals. That's one. Two - my bf and I shared a dish, because come on, their dishes are big enough to feed an entire family. I don't remember what we ordered, because it wasn't memorable. It did have brown rice, chicken and peanuts, but the chicken was so salty, we couldn't finish it. Three - our server, very sweet but really really talkative. Which is not a bad thing. I"m sure he was excited to talk to us because he was young and asian, and we were young and asian. The only thing that put us off was that he said we had to get this amazing alcoholic beverage (I believe it was a mixture of fire ball and blue moon?) and he hyped it up so much saying it was so good and what not. We got so into it that we all decided we wanted to get one. His reply? "oh... we don't have fireball at the bar" ... WTH? What a let down. It just felt like all he wanted to do was talk talk talk, while we wanted to eat eat eat. It would've been perfectly okay if he said something like "we don't have fireball at the bar right now, but if you guys go out, try this drink"

Disappointing. The margherita pizza had almost zero cheese, and the taste was not even as good as a $0.99 Totino's pizza you can get at Safeway. The cheesecake was OK, but it's been better in years past. Pizza = one star, cheesecake = 2, and only the server kept this from being a one star review overall as she was pleasant and attentive.

A buddy and i sat at the bar. He ordered steak. I got Cuban sammich. He ordered med-rare. Came out med well. They gladly fixed with another BIGGER cut. Bartender apologized. Manager came out to apologize and checked up on us when the syeak situation was rectified. The Cuban was super dry but it was all good. Overall, bartender and manager played a big role by being cordial and professional. 4 stars only because of Cuban. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Okay so I love this chain. First time at this location, tried previously but the lines were too long, through no fault of their own obviously. I had the chicken carbonara, which I loved. My date decided to try the chicken enchiladas which she didn't like at all, and ended up getting garlic noodles to go. The staff was all very pleasant, absolutely no complaints there, especially considering that it was after midnight on a Friday night.

I hadn't been to a Cheesecake Factory in probably 5 years until yesterday. Every time someone suggested it, I'd nix it because the menu is so overwhelmingly huge, and I remembered it being just kind of generic - like Applebee's or Ruby Tuesday. But yesterday I changed my mind. I met some friends here for lunch before going to a movie and really enjoyed the meal. Our waiter was really friendly and attentive. The food was all really good. The buffalo wings and spinach-artichoke dip were especially good, and I love the chips they serve with the dip. The avocado egg rolls were great, as well. The nachos could have used more cheese, or at least have the cheese dispersed more evenly over the chips - some chips didn't get any. Anyway, next time someone suggests the Cheesecake Factory, I won't turn them down!

I WILL NEVER BE BACK. I went out of my way to stop by on a Tuesday afternoon - at 12:30 pm - to pick up a could of slices of cheesecake to take home. Easy, right? Not so much. I walked in and headed straight to the Bakery. No one was behind the counter. After waiting for a few minutes, I tried to check at the hostess station to find out who could provide the service. But no one was at the hostess station either. When someone finally did show up to the hostess station, they said that there is only one person assigned to the bakery, the person was probably in the back doing something about carryout orders, and would be back shortly - and that there was nothing they could do to get me on my way. Another employee came up behind me to get a receipt from the bakery counter, but did not say anything to me, and certainly did not try to help me. After waiting another bit of time for the mythical person working the bakery, I walked out - without any cheesecake. I considered asking to speak with a manager, but considering how the employee at the hostess station was unable to help me out in the first place, I figured that would be a further waste of my time. The lack of service at this location makes me seriously consider ever going to another restaurant location, even though I have had good experiences at other locations.

I don't eat at the Cheesecake Factory very often, given that I live deep down in the wastelands of southern PG County, and the price of gasoline is comparable to the cost of a down payment on a small townhouse. Yet I have always had good, if not stellar experiences at each of the locations that I've been to. Until now. I did not deduct any points for the wait. It was a Saturday night, and this location is inside of the new Maryland Live Casino. I actually found an hour wait for two people to be pretty reasonable, given the circumstances. The ambiance and decor is the same as every other Cheesecake Factory, although a bit smaller. The waitress was very attentive and polite, which was great. The same could not be said for one of her colleagues, who while turning to service the table next to ours bent over and put his ass directly in my face. It was so close I had half a mind to bite it, but I imagine my date might've had a problem with that. Interesting view aside, my only complaint with this particular Cheesecake Factory is the only thing that a restaurant should be concerned about. The food was, for lack of a better word, gross. I ordered the herb crusted salmon, given that salmon is one of those things that is fairly difficult to really screw up. "That's what you think, lady," said the chef, as he proceeded to really screw up my salmon. Basically, it was blander than a Lifetime Original Movie. The asparagus was built Ford tough, which while desirable in pickup trucks is not so desirable in vegetables. And the potatoes were just glad to be there. They were neither part of the problem, nor part of the solution. I don't remember what my date ordered, but I believe it was some sort of chicken mushroom pasta thing, that vaguely resembled a small sea monster. He was not overly impressed with the taste. Needless to say, neither of us finished our meals. He threw his out, and I took mine home and cooked it the right way. I'm willing to chalk this little mishap up to growing pains, as this location is still fairly new. Hopefully the chefs will get better, if not I'll have to start carrying around some sort of seasoning utility belt like the world's lamest Catwoman impersonator.

I like this location better than the Columbia one, but your results may vary. I've had good food both times we've been here, but the service was mixed. Awesome the first time, meh the second. Same with the tables. Nice and quiet the first time (on the outside wall by the windows), ridiculously loud the second (next to the casino floor). Standard cheesecake factory menu, so no surprises there. They have a bit of everything. I like to get an entree from their skinnylicious menu so I don't feel so bad about getting cheesecake later. The soft tacos with spicy shrimp are very tasty, and the tuscan chicken is good too. The cheesecake is always good. Just need to eat nothing but gruel the next day to make up for it.

At first I was impressed when I went on a Thursday night with a group. But went on a Saturday late afternoon and it was horrible. We had to wait 20 minutes for our waitress. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes for our beer and milkshake. Okay then we had to wait another 30 minutes for our order and when it came it was wrong. Our waitress, Melody made excuses that the entire afternoon all her orders were messed up. Like I believe that BULL Shit!!! Not!! Will not eat there again. Thsnk God parking was free.

Being only a mere mortal, unlike the Yelper with the FTR, I had an opportunity to sample this outpost AFTER it opened to the general public. It was tha' bomb dot com. It was the Cheesecake Factory, which is always awesome (except while you are waaiting in line to get in). Who doesnt like cheesecake? Well, okay, me. But I still love this resfaurant with its fresh ingredients, 30 page menu and mashed potatoes of which I dream...

I came on my birthday to celebrate, it wa my second time at the restaurant, (I'd been there previously and didn't have a great experience but chalked it to being very busy) I was disappointed once again and mad that I gave this location a second try. I relocatd from philadelphia and frequented the King of Prussia and South Jersey locations. Once again I found that the food tasted horrible in comparison and the service sucked. I understand that this location is located in the casino but thats no excuse to prepare subpar food. My dinner was no where near what I expected (I've had the dish at other locations several times) and I had to wait 20 minutes for another dish to be prepared while my guests ate, only to find when I got my dish the pasta was hard (either over or under cooked) at this point I wanted to leave because I was yet again disappointed and did not have the patience to wait another 20 minutes for them to get it right. The waiter seemed unavailable and Ive never got out of my seat and darn near yelled to get a waiters attention as much as I did that night. Given this is my second bad experience I felt the need to write these comments and I will also share my review on yelp. This has left a poor taste in my mouth and I've learned my lesson I will not be returning.

I always enjoy my visits to the Cheesecake Factory. This particular location is conveniently located in the Maryland Live Casino so it's usually pretty busy. The food is always good and the service is hit or miss. I've never had a bad experience but there, as with most restaurants, those special servers and hostesses that go above and beyond to give you a memorable dining experience.

I've never understood the appeal of this chain. Sure, the cheese cake is good, but the food is average at best while being slightly expensive.

Had a chance to enjoy this beautiful outpost known for its ginormous plates of fattening, yet delicious, decadent food and desserts BEFORE they opened last Wednesday to the general public. Seems incongruous to open The Cheesecake Factory in a casino, right? The national chain of popular resties is known for it's family-style environment, in which many celebrate birthdays, anniversies and the like. Well, they could probably put a CF anywhere and people will flock to it like bees to honey. It's on the outside of the Maryland Live! Casino so families with youngins' not fit for the slots can come and go as they please. It's a smaller member in the group of area CF's, yet it's elegant and the decor is more upscale than the others. I can't wait to come back for happy hour or on a romantic date in the evening. From what I hear the lighting is lovely, ladies! As far as the fare, you know the drill. The menu selection is massive and the portions are even bigger. You can basically find ANYTHING to eat here. But, beware, don't overdo it or you won't have space (without a trip to the bathroom) to sample their namesake specialty cheesecakes. I had the latest limited edition Hershey's one and I savored it for 3 days because it was THAT good. Drinks are also served in huge glasses and fail to disappoint, if not a little on the overly sweet side. I tried a Pinaepple Mojito and it was fantastic, which is interesting since I usually avoid them because I can't get with sweet and minty. That cocktail was a welcome exception.

I really like how there is a cheesecake factory attached to the casino. The service was good, there wasn't a wait, and the food was pretty good. We sat on the side that we could watch other people gamble. Everything is the same as other cheesecake factories. Will come back.

Let me start off by saying I love Cheesecake Factory usually! Today I ordered Fried Mac and cheese (burned) followed by steak Diana and chicken Madeira. The Madeira was flawlessly executed as usual but came with cold mashed potatoes, the steak Diana was rubbery on the outside and loaded with pepper. Fresh cracked black pepper it tasted like. But all in all very peppery in nature and the meat was actually questionable? Yes I ate it I work in the restaurant business myself. I am saying that immediately following the meal I wanted to throw up. Luckily it is the only thing I ate today so we shall see what happens tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed I am wrong on the meat.... Kiana b was a great server our check was number 11 table 221 on 11/18 just in case you were wondering. Yea I ordered cheesecake to go because I literally don't want to waste it when I throw up when I leave here. That being said I have had great experiences here in the past and will probably be back to a different location. Good job kiana. Bad stuff kitchen!!

The C Factory is usually an overall good experience, so I'm not exactly sure what the deal was this time with the kitchen staff. My friend and I met up here one weekend night before checking out a movie. We ordered a couple of salads with sandwiches to keep it quick. The farro salad and eggplant sandwich were good. The kale salad was anything but a kale salad with romaine lettuce and some other stuff. A veggie burger also came out with no top bun. (No mention of open-face on the menu...) The waiter joked it off and said that he would have the kitchen correct the issue. About 10 minutes later, he brought out a small plate of wilted kale and a bun top - the size of a slider roll. Yeah, there were a few laughs about the whole issue, and sure, it was a busy weekend at a casino, but come on now... Our fault for not bringing it to a manager's attention.

I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Firs of all let me say that the reason for giving them two stars is because their food was edible. That's it. I was very surprised to know that to apply to be a server at Cheesecake Factory, you have to have years of prior serving experience. I think my emotionally sour, angst-filled, people-hating teenage brother could have provided better service than the THREE servers COMBINED who came back and forth to our table, who probably have had "years" of experience serving. It seemed as if my boyfriend and I had not walked into a Cheesecake factory, which is supposed to be a great restaurant with delicious food and EXCELLENT service, but rather an institution for people with memory loss and horrible customer service skills. Let's start by saying this chain itself is not too bad. The Cheesecake Factory location in Columbia, MD, is better. Go there if you have a hankering for yummy mango cheesecake and good food. It was a weekday night, so this restaurant was decently busy. We were informed our wait would be about 15 minutes. That was fine, since I had expected around half an hour. EXCEPT...15 minutes went by, then 20...then 25...then 30...We took our pager back to the counter, just to find that we had been buzzed already and that our pager was broken. It would be another 15 minute wait. OKAY FINE, but could we get an apology? Nope, the girl at the desk made it seem like it had been our fault our pager was broken. Like we'd actually spent the past twenty minutes huddled over the pager with screwdrivers, giggling and taking all the wires out. Finally, we were seated. The waitress seemed decently friendly, and gave us both menus and asked us what we'd like to drink. Both my boyfriend and I ordered waters. It took about fifteen minutes for the water to actually come out. What were they doing, milking the great cow of wonderful tap water? We placed our orders, him for some Jambalaya and I for the skinnylicious turkey sandwich. I noticed the people around us had straws for their water, so I asked our waitress to come by with some straws and lemons. Fifteen minutes later, I asked another waitress for straws and lemons. Ten minutes later, my boyfriend finished his nasty tap water. That's when the second waitress decided to come by with straws. No lemons. I asked her to bring lemons, and she said she would. Maybe she was scared we'd squirt them in her eyes in revenge for the horrible service, but I couldn't do that because she never came back with lemons. It took this terrible cheesecake factory an additional 40 minutes to cook our food. Seriously? The skinnylicious turkey sandwich requires no cooking and is only about 4 inches in diameter (warning to everyone! THE SKINNYLICIOUS MENU IS ONLY ENOUGH FOOD FOR ANOREXIC BABIES WHO WANT TO PAY ADULT PRICES!) The fries I got with my sandwich were soggy and limp and seemed like they had gone for a nice, hour-long swim in stale oil. To make this worse, the waitress did not seem to understand that most people like their fries with ketchup or some sort of seasoning. I had to actually ask yet another waitress (our first one never came back until the end) to bring me some ketchup for my sad excuse for fries. The ketchup came in about five minutes, the quickest thing that had been served so far. Maybe next time I go to a cheesecake factory I should just order ketchup. My boyfriend's jambalaya looked like some middle school science experiment, and the rice was crunchy - not in a good way, but in a this-chef-does-not-know-how-to-cook-rice way. The seasoning was too strong, and not mixed in very well. So in summary, we starved for about 40 minutes before we were seated, about fifteen minutes for water, starved another 45 minutes for our food...and all the things you'd think servers with years of experience would know to do, such as give customers straws, ketchup, and requested lemons, were completely absent. And following our disgruntled prodding at our food, I at my gerber-bite-sized sandwich and he at his puke-looking-uncooked rice, our original waitress finally showed up. I have to give her props for being so obliviously cheerful. She came up to us and told us she hoped we had a great dinner, and asked what we'd like for dessert. I was so fed up with the terrible service I told her I wanted nothing but the check. She looked extremely surprised, like two people who had just paid a horrible amount of money for crappy food and even crappier service should give Cheesecake factory the opportunity to show them how rock-bottom they could get. My boyfriend and I paid the bill and left. I can't speak for the actual cheesecake here, since I didn't actually have it. But I do know that I will never, ever, EVER be back for the dine-in experience at this restaurant EVER AGAIN. It wasn't that busy when we ordered our food, since the two tables to our right were completely empty. So what's your excuse, Cheesecake Factory?

I came to this Cheesecake Factory yesterday for dinner. This is one of my favorite places to dine and I come here constantly. Over the years, the quality of food has gone down hill. I have been loving and ordering the Miso Salmon for over 10 years. This time it was alittle bit different, the miso stated like a watered down miso that someone made on budget. There was a very light hint of Miso and a mixture of water on top of my fish. I was very unimpressed. They need to bring back the quality of the food.

I am no stranger to The Cheesecake Factory, but this was the first time I stepped out of my comfort box. I ordered the Kale salad and the Spicy Tuna Roll which is flash fried tempura style.... Both were very delish. I am now a fan of Kale salad's thanks to TCF!

I don't know where Wendy M. went to below, but I thought the this location was stellar. NEVER a wait. Always good food and the best burger. Even better than Bobbys Burger which is in the same building.Palace. Had a nice waiting. He kept inquiring how everything was, i think like 10 times during the meal which was a little irritating after the 5th time, but he was very cute, so its ok LOL. Burger was perfectly cooked. The Crab Rangoon was the best i've ever had. They make it much better than any asian place I have ever been to. Loaded with real crab. Most asian places use imitation. My advice to Wendy below is, try it again, maybe in the beginning of the month LOL.

Horrible service! My husband and I went here for our anniversary. We came late afternoon and it was not very busy which we prefer. We both ordered drinks and I ordered the artichoke appetizer. The waiter who took our order delivered our drinks and informed us his shift was over and we would have a new server. The new server came and took our dinner order. After about 15 minutes out dinner came out and I still hadn't received my appetizer. I told our server and she said our original server must not have put it in and she would put it in now. When it was finally brought out to me it was completely under cooked and not edible. I told her and she said she would et me another one to go as we were basically finished up with our meal and were ready for our cheesecake. When I got home I tried the artichoke only to find again it was not cooked and not edible. We spent $90 on this meal and service and food were not even close to worth that. I contacted corporate through email and have not heard a thing!

Clearly with a menu that large they can't be good at everything! This was my 2nd visit to this place and I was quite disappointed. The service was excellent. Servers name was Kiana - she wanted a good tip and she knew how to get it! I was disappointed with the food. I had the pizza and mac n cheese. I've made both better at home. The mac n cheese was lacking flavor and extremely oily. And the only flavor on the pizza was the pepperonis. Quite a shame really to spend almost an hour waiting to be seated (saturday around 5pm - seated at 6) only to have the best part of it be the $4 strawberry lemonade. BTW the mac n cheese was a side dish and at $6.95 seriously overpriced - both for the size and lack of flavor! If you are looking for a good meal I suggest trying something other than the two dishes I've mentioned here. This is definitely a place where if you find something you really like, stick with it.

This location is going to "sink" the brand. I have frequented many Cheesecake locations I ordered the Jambalaya pasta at the Hanover, MD location and it was horrible. No where near the dish it use to be. They have basically stripped out all of the flavor so that all you get is bland over-cooked pasta with protein and vegetables and cayenne sprinkled around the edges of the plate. NO FLAVOR cooked into the dish at all. This use to be one of my favorite dishes and it was extremely flavorful. I would rather they have raised the price of the dish instead of lowering the quality of it. I cannot believe that the quality of the food has diminished like this and that they are deceiving folks. I complained on their website and was contacted by the manager and sent a gift card and asked to try it again. I went back on Saturday night 8/2/2014 and tried the dish again (thinking perhaps it could have been an off night for the kitchen) but no such luck-- Same story--dish cooked the same unacceptable way so I sent it back again FOR THE SECOND TIME. I will not return to this location.

This is my favorite Cheesecake Factory location. Driving around the Arundel Mills Mall to find parking is never a fun experience, but the restaurant is worth it. I have never had a bad meal or had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table - and this includes Saturday nights at dinner time.

This was the first time I was trying out this restaurant. It was my friends birthday. We went about 6pm to have a small dinner and mainly to go for desert. We ordered bbq pull pork sandwich and it was amazing.. the bun was soft and meat was cooked right. They only fault it had was that the fries were cold... Our server, Ciara was awesome, she was nice and pleasant. They were efficient at what they were doing. we didnt have to wait long for anything really. Also when it was cake time she remember it was my friends birthday as she told her when we got seated and she sang happy birthday to her and she made it truly special for her. It was quality service and excellent food along with very reasonable prices. I would recommend anyone to head out to the cheesecake factory at the arundel mills mall.

Is this the one next to MD Live Casino? If so; I love thier Chicken Marsala. Better than Buca di Bepo's. The reason is that they portion are LARGE and flavorful. Buca does not give you pasta with the MArsala....weird!

Avocado egg rolls are amazing! Loved entree too. Small bar, waiting area, and bathrooms for a big busy restaurant. We will be back:)

We came here for my sister's birthday dinner. The wait wasn't too terribly long especially with them being as busy/crowded as they were. I had the Chicken Madeira which was not only plentiful but really good! My sister had a Cobb salad that could've fed the table and she said it was good. My brother-in-law had the Firecracker Salmon appetizer which was also delish. Our drinks from the bar were great so we will definitely be eating here again!

I honestly didn't know that this establishment came along with Maryland Live!, a very much publicized casino. It was only when I ran into a friend at Arundel Mills that she told me that Cheesecake Factory was inside of the casino. Interesting. I walked in and went straight to the Take-Out cheesecake counter. I was feening for some quick sugar. (I ain't ashamed!). Peering inside the see-through counter, I was impressed with their variety. Each slice was either $6.95 or $7.95. I almost lost my shit when I saw a Snickers cheesecake. I heart Snickers (from time to time, of course). After probing, the associate pulled out the cake to show me. My excited quickly dissipated. The cake looked gooey, and quite honestly, like a baby threw up on top of the cake. That's where the Snickers part was located. I'm pretty sure it's tasty but seeing it up close, I just found myself giving a stank face. A few minutes later, I'm pretty sure I fainted when 'Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake' flashed across the screen above the register counter. I heart Reese's (all the time, of course). I made a mental note to come back and taste this heavenly wonder. Yes, I'm already proclaiming it to be heavenly. In the end, I went with the vanilla bean cheesecake (DELICIOUS!) and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cheesecake (It was for my Mom but I sneaked a bite. All I have to say is when did nuts come with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough? Not impressed). All in all, I was fine with my orders.

cheesecake is pretty same every where. there are always so many options its hard to decide what to get. i got the miso salmon this time, and it was a little bit overcooked. also when we ordered the calamari, there ended up being a bunch of chicken in it... so they comped that for that us, which was nice. ehh.. its cheesecake.

I went on a Friday night with a group of seven and the wait was only 10 minutes. A little surprising for a Friday night but the were seating people fast. Otherwise, cheesecake factory is the cheesecake factory.

Great food. Service could be a bit better. I definitely did not enjoy the experience from the hostess. It's ok to have a bad day, but don't take it out on my family. When someone asks a question, no matter how annoyed or busy you are, try smiling and answering instead of rolling your eyes. Professionalism truly lacking, but the cheesecake defintely made up for the experience.

We arrived on a Saturday night at 6pm and waited under an hour so I would consider that pretty good. I wish their seating wasn't so close. We were seated so closely with the couple next to us that we could clearly hear their awkward "first date chat". Their menu is huge! I ordered the Crab cakes and was getting all excited until 5 minutes after I ordered our waitress came back out to tell me there wasn't any. I ended up with the lemon chicken which was good but it was NOT crab cakes :(...They give very large portions which is good because their dishes come with a hefty price. She did a great job at keeping up on drinks and checking on us. Of course we got the cheesecake which was pretty good but not as good as everyone makes it sound. All in all, I probably wouldn't fight my way out of the door but I wont be jumping up and down to head back there.

The food was cold and the wait was extremely long which is to be expected on a Saturday due to it being connected to a casino.

Service was sooooo slowwwwwww. We sat in the bar area and it took 2 hours for 2 people to eat. Chicken was burnt and bread arrived with our lunch. Never again.

Would be a 5 out of 5 but seriously common why would they leave the building open to the noise from the casino. Food was great as all cheesecake factory is but it's so noisy. It kinda changed the atmosphere from quiet hot date to noisy obnoxious date. Only good thing is that the wait isn't as long at this location.

This location still being fairly infantile, I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. Server was awesome. The food? Nobody at our table really cared for their meal. They consisted of the Chicken Littles dish, Ahi Carpaccio, Fried Artichoke Hearts, and Turkey Burger. Maybe in a few months it'll be the well-oiled machine that TCF is known to be! :)

Love this place & location. 3rd or 4th time visiting. I came to the grand opening and have only been slightly disappointed once. Even then consideration and extra steps were taken by management to accommodate.
Came here to celebrate my 21st bday and we (the fam) had a great time. I should warn you (even though i shouldn't because this is common sense) the wait on friday nights can be up to an hour long. I wasnt bothered because an hour in a casino can go by fast like a thief in a jewelry store. By the time i had played 10$ worth on the quarter slots plus a trip to the bathroom it was time for us to eat. The very first thing that i said walking in was "where are the lights"? like seriously....this isn't a nightclub. I'm not too sure why most CF's have the lights dimmed so low but they need to fix that because i would like to see my food. To start i had the dynamite shrimp that weren't very dynamite...just mite. they claimed it was supposed to be very spicy but a toddler could eat one and be fine..the sauce was also lack luster. To drink i ordered a strawberry margarita and it was good...what would've made it better was a bit more sugar and a bit more alch por favor! As an entree i wanted to try something new and i really wish i didn't...i had the cajun jumbalaya with chicken and shrimp over rice...it was just so meh..i had a firm grip on my hot sauce bottle the entire time while eating it. And for dessert i ordered the tuxedo cheesecake...OMG...THIS CHANGED MY LIFE LOL...its my new favorite...it was so good that as i started eating it, my mom asked for a bite but decided to get the money ready for the check..BIG MISTAKE MOM! lol because it was gone!. all in all the waitress, nicole, was so nice and patient. I think i might try Bobby's burger place next time i go to maryland live.

This was unlike any Cheesecake Factory I have been to. The food was terrible. The Spinach dip came with cold stale chips. The quality of the food in general was not as good as other Cheesecake Factorys. Service was slow despite restaurant being about half full. We didnt get our water until about half way thru appetizer. Beware this is NOT the same standard Cheesecake Factory. I wont be back

I've always had good meals here, but not this time. We ordered a chicken caesar salad and hibatchi steak. After 10 minutes, the waitress came back and said they had to restart the steak because she never told them how its done. We said we wanted medium and then she said my salad was ready. I said I'd wait for his steak to come out, but she said it would take 14 minutes. I said that's fine and she said she'd get us cheesecake as desserts on her. We didn't eat the cheesecake as we waited because that would be stupid, so we just sat there. When the hibatchi steak came out, my husband said it was good until he got to the 2nd piece. The rest of the steak was purple...disgusting. Not even red, or bloody...raw and right out of the fridge purple. My husband was sickened by this and couldn't eat. We asked for our cheesecake to go and we wanted to leave ASAP because he was getting nauseous. The comped the steak and cheesecakes and we left $0 tip.

(2)Renee B.
(3)Rummy V.
Always great food but the service was not expected to be so lazy. It took a great amount of time to receive our food and water. Each time we received something we were missing something. We spoke to two managers, one manager said they can't do anything for us. But it should not take an hour to get water with lemons and 2 hours to get food.
(1)Jason L.
(3)Chen C.
(2)Ishita V.
(5)Chris B.
Delicious !!! Perfect evening, service was right on and the food was hot & fresh they have something for every one . Make sure you save room for dessert they really live up to there name!
(5)James C.
(2)Diana M.
(1)Erica C.

(3)Jasmine W.
(3)Laura V.
(3)Zara K.
(1)Monique P.

I have been to this restaurant a few times at various locations but more recently, I have been to this location the most in the past two years due to the fact that it is located near my job. The size of this place seems pretty large and due to it being fairly new everything looks nice and clean. The bar is kid of small compared to others I've seen but it seems to do its job without any problems. I am sure most people come here for the great cheese cakes that this place offers and is probably best known for but for me I come for the tasty appetizers and entrées that this place has to offer. The appetizers are big enough to be a meal in itself but if you are in the mood to do some serious eating, then get an appetizer and an entrée. You will most likely feel really stuffed after wards but it is well worth it. I have tried their pasta dishes, several in fact. I normally get the lunch size portion since it is very filling. I like to eat and I can eat a lot but between an appetizer and a lunch size pasta dish, I get full easily. The menu here is full of great choices. Even though I stick to the pastas most of the time, I do like their salads and sandwiches. All their items are large and filling despite being called Skinny or lunch portion. If you like good food served in large portions for a reasonable price, give this place a try. If you are a regular here, try something different. I've tried several things over the past few months and everything I've had I've enjoyed. Thanks for reading my review. This review is based off of my personal opinion and experience.
(4)Christal W.
(4)Ric P.
Great menu! Great food! Great service! What more can be said...

(1)Jack F.
(3)Alison M.

Recommend!!
(4)Rachel S.

(4)Grecia O.
Omg this place is delicious! I've been here a couple of times. If you go during the day I suggest you get the lunch serving because it is huge! The staff is also very friendly. The only thing I suggest is adding more lighting inside. It's too dark in there at night!
(5)Crystal S.
It's always hit or miss with this place. Today was a total miss. I ordered the "spicy" chicken sandwich. The chicken was over breaded and incredibly greasy. The only thing that could've been mistaken for spicy was the chipotle sauce. Don't waste your time or money ordering this one.
(2)Michelle H.
(4)Ms S.
(4)Rob P.
(4)ML V.

Definitely not better than any other cheesecake factory ive been into
(1)Nicki M.
Somehow I got talked into going to Maryland Live Casino in the middle of the day for a "girls day." Since I'm not big on gambling and cards, the lunch was the highlight of the trip for me. The Cheesecake Factory had no wait around 1pm on a Saturday. Score! So I went for the savory Chicken Madeira (Sautéed Chicken Breast Topped with Fresh Asparagus and Melted Mozzarella Cheese. Covered with Fresh Mushroom Madeira Sauce and Served with Mashed Potatoes.). Not bad. And as always... the cheesecakes are always fun. I just can never eat them AFTER those huge meal servings. Cake to go!
(3)Pr S.
Good customer service..food is ok. Sometimes I have got some dry rice and untidy utensils.. But still worth visiting them. Try their Georgia peach drink, it's really good.
(3)Linds M.
(4)Brandee S.
(1)Darrell K.
(3)Robert J.
Great service, great food, great environment! Even though its attched to the casino you still get a full restaurant experience. Very clean and professional and the wait isnt long at all. Love it!!
(5)Jenny H.
(3)Sarah H.

(2)Greg A.
(2)Lamont W.
(1)R E.
Have been to this Cheesecake several times & had great service each time. The food is great here - just like any CF. Impressive for how extensive the menu is. I would recommend having a meal here. Guessing you will be too full for dessert but don't forget to take a piece of cheesecake home. It's fabulous!
(5)Veronica J.
(5)Javier S.
(3)April C.
(5)Lisa M.
(2)Dennis T.
(3)Lola L.
(3)pseudo n.
(2)Michael C.
(5)Alvin W.
Great people at the bar! I am going to go Duke here.
(4)Ericka C.
Came here one night while gambling at Maryland live & had a great time. The service & food was good. I ordered the skinny chicken chili and a Cosmo. I was pleased with my meal. For dessert, I chose the pineapple upside down cheesecake and it was delicious!
(3)Ethan H.
(4)Claudia R.
I been here a lot of times but this time it was bad. Food was flavorless service was terrible, waiter took the orders wrong we let him know and didn't bother at all.. I will not be coming back for a while..
(2)Heather J.
(3)Samuel M.
its really not worth your money for the food I ordered a the crab cake and fries and I received 4 small ice hockey putts cakes and a handful of fries it was a little for $34 but the cheesecake was pretty tasty
(3)Megan R.

(2)Hoyt H.
(3)Betty L.
I ordered the Shepherd Pie, it was awful. Look like they throw se veggies together and heated it, potatoes were raw. Will never order again. Wad very disappointed we were celebrating my daughters Birthday.
(1)T. B.

(1)Shakeem B.
(4)Courtney F.
I've never understood the appeal of this chain. Sure, the cheese cake is good, but the food is average at best while being slightly expensive.
(2)Eric E.
The stuffed mushrooms are to die for but the chicken and avocado club was so so! But the dulce de leche milkshake is delicious!
(3)Tiffani N.
(4)Elizabeth S.
I really like how there is a cheesecake factory attached to the casino. The service was good, there wasn't a wait, and the food was pretty good. We sat on the side that we could watch other people gamble. Everything is the same as other cheesecake factories. Will come back.
(4)Jay M.

I love this place! What else can I say! The menu is like a sensory overload! I always want to order everything!

It's a Cheesecake Factory. I know what I am getting into. Too much of everything, good service, decent food. This one was all these things. And it's fun walking thought the casino. Parking can be a challenge though.

like the food cheese cake a little high but i would go again

(3)Angie M.

(4)Daniel Z.

(3)Temeko W.
The food was cold and the wait was extremely long which is to be expected on a Saturday due to it being connected to a casino.
(3)Ed B.
Service was sooooo slowwwwwww. We sat in the bar area and it took 2 hours for 2 people to eat. Chicken was burnt and bread arrived with our lunch. Never again.
(2)Jacob S.
(4)Lesley E.
(2)Nytisha F.
Love this place & location. 3rd or 4th time visiting. I came to the grand opening and have only been slightly disappointed once. Even then consideration and extra steps were taken by management to accommodate.
(4)Frances M.
We ordered the burger sliders besides being a HUGE appetizer for $1 more you get a side! My fiancé ordered culotte sirloin and that was DELICIOUS!!! Cooked to term requested and PERFECTLY seasoned! For dessert we got the ultimate red velvet cake cheesecake and the only thing I can say is DEAR GOD!!! Delicious!!! Everytime I go to Cheesecake Factory the experience is excellent! Love it!
