The biscuits though! Delicious. Service ok. A tad slow but over all ok. Food is pretty good. Over all a good experience and would go back.

Me and my brother came over here to get some seafood. I order the raw oysters on the half shell. After having half of it. I didn't like the feel of the oysters and ask for my money back on them. Also I order the White Wine and Roasted-Garlic Mussels With roasted tomatoes and green onions. 9.99 yummy was good bus the broth was salty. And not going to order this again. I start with the soup Lobster Bisque Bowl 6.79. It was ok. Not something I wood run back to order. Lobster-Crab-and Seafood- Stuffed mushrooms stuffed with seafood, smothered in Monterey Jack cheese and baked golden brown 8.79 I didn't really like this. It was off and not what I have in mind for what it is. Not going to order again. Over all I didn't like this Red Lobsters. Should have lesson to Chanelle N. review. Gone to Dave and Busters. The Steak and shrimp linguini was great. No I wood not come here again.

It has been a very long time since I have dined in a Red Lobster. One of the issues I had with this chain is the inconsistency of their menus from various locations. Things were removed and it really depended on where you are located. Still our server Timberlea was great and on point. The food was ok but plentiful. All in all I will make a trip back there if I am in the area.

It's been brought to my attention that I am a chain snob. Now I am not saying that's true but it has been my experience that when someone puts their heart and sole into their own business, the extra effort comes through in the place. Sooo, my daughter, with her fast food palate chose this joint for her birthday dinner a couple of days ago. Was I disappointed? Of course! We are surrounded by some of the best seafood in the world but hey, it's her day right. I expected a bit of a wait...we are a big family so the estimated time of 35 minutes was no surprise. Even thought it was just before 5 and the place was not exactly hopping. There was a huge booth just inside that door that would have sat us but it needed to be bussed. We were seated in the center, in chairs. Our waitress was on it, saw that I had little ones and brought biscuits right away, took our order quickly, got our order correct and the food was actually quite good, even the oysters on the half shell and the lobster tail. Yes, yes, I was just looking for something to dislike about the food. No luck! Three couples around us however had the same waitress and were complaining about waiting 30 minutes to order, another one was 30 minutes waiting for the check and the last flagged a manager about something. Two other large parties came in just after us were told thier wait would be in excess of an hour since they only had two highchairs in the place! The parties even said they would just put the toddler in a seat, still no earlier seating, so they left. At 6:30 as we were leaving the huge booth was just being cleaned. They must really not need business!

Service was slow. Calamari looked like it was sitting in oil for 20 min. Pizza app was raw on the bottom. Kids meal was good but the fries were covered in salt.

It's okay, but the cooks need to get their act together. They ought not cook unhealthy. Watch for the grease! The manager was understanding and nice though that we deserve better food for the price we paid for.

Hadn't been to a Red Lobster in about a year so we were so confused why all the food tasted slightly off. The biscuits were bland, the shrimp scampi was oily and the mashed potatoes were worse than you'd find at a fast food restaurant. The butter that was there to dip the crab meat was pretty much oil, not butter. Gave two stars because the alcoholic drinks were well made and the waitress was great.

Don't waste your time and money. Go somewhere else like Green Turtle or Bonefish Grill. The waiter charged my neighbors food to my card. My food was charged to my neighbors credit card. It took about 30 minutes to correct the problem. When the waiter realized he/she made a mistake, he/she crumpled up our receipts and ran off to find a manager. The manager asked us what the problem was... we responded, that he/she charged the wrong cards and then crumpled up the receipts! 30 minutes later, the manager finally had our cards charged the correct amount. We demanded our meals be covered by Red Lobster for wasting our time and screwing up the bill. The manager said, "I can't do that. It's in the system." I've never heard of a manager that was unable to apologize and forgive customers of their payment. I would give this place a zero (0) if I could. Considering the waiter's behavior was borderline unethical/illegal for attempting to destroy evidence, I'm hoping a General Manager/Franchise owner reads this post and reconsiders his/her staff and leadership whom seemed incompetent.

Red Lobster.. Been here several times and came for lunch today. Was promptly greeted brought to my table quickl while enjoying a very nice atmosphere The waitress was excellent, very attentive but not overbearing. I ordered a new addition to their menu, the lobster linguine. Portion was excellent with plenty of well cooked lobster. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

I ate lunch here today and was quite disappointed. The waitress was very nice but when I told her I needed a few minutes to decide what I wanted she seemed to disappear for quite a while before coming back to take my order. I ordered the lobster tacos but the meat was cold and the soft shell was not soft.

Unfortunately, I was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and am now forced to preview restaurant menus ahead of time before I decide to partake of their offerings. I have to give Red Lobster cred for being open and honest about their nutritional information, as well as actually offering me quite a few choices that fall within my dietary budget - so an automatic couple of stars for that. We went to the Arundel Mills location tonight for dinner. I ordered the garlic shrimp scampi with a side of broccoli and a side salad, and was able to partake of one of their "famous" cheddar cheese biscuits (which actually sort of disappointed toward the end - I find that I can no longer tolerate a lot of butter or grease on ANYTHING, and it was even hard before the diagnosis). The scampi was really good, but be warned - this stuff is SWIMMING in butter. It was only good for a little while, but the butter and salt became really overpowering, so I had to stop while I was ahead. The broccoli, however, was seriously awesome - cooked just right so that it was tender without being overdone. I would have been satisfied with just that, to be honest. And the side salad was great - the management was very nice and said that I could actually bring my own carb-free salad dressing for a substitution. Most places aren't that generous about it, so definitely a good thing. The boyfriend ordered a "pick your feast" dinner with shrimp alfredo linguini (a diabetic's worst nightmare) and garlic skewer shrimp (which I actually could have eaten). He was stuffed full at the end of the meal and really enjoyed it, I think. Dessert was not an option here for me - nothing was low-carb enough for me to be able to partake. Service was great and they really worked with me to create a good experience despite my diagnosis. We'd come here again for that reason. I know that Red Lobster is a "chain" type of place, but when it has this much detailed information about its menu, it's important to me. And they do have quite a few things that diabetics can eat. So, yeah - four stars for sure. I have renewed faith that I can still eat out and enjoy being a "foodie", even on a limited scale. Tip For Diabetics: The garlic shrimp scampi, when Red Lobster has their "Endless Shrimp" promotion, is the safest thing on the menu, carb-wise. Broccoli is also safe (and in this case, tasted awesome). Be careful with the other dishes, as they tend to heap on the butter and salt. One cheddar cheese biscuit is 1 carb choice (about 13 grams). Skip dessert entirely - you won't be able to afford it here. (One dessert packs a whopping 116 grams of carbs - holy crap. That's like signing your death warrant.) Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor. YMMV. Seek medical advice and tailor my review to your situation. I simply provide opinion.

Red lobster is one of my favorite restaurants to eat in. This location is nicely placed in an area that provides plenty of parking and entertainment for afterwards. The food menu has enough choices for the sea food lovers and novice seafood eaters as well. I highly recommend

For my dad's birthday we decided to go back and I have to say my opinion hasn't changed at all. We waited for about 5 minutes for a hostess to come out. We were told it was 20 minutes and we reluctantly agreed. While we waited, my dad was going to get us some drinks and there was no bartender. The dishes were piled onto tables that could be used for people to eat at. We left and went to longhorn. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not go here.

Justin our server earned this place 4 stars. I wasn't over joyed by our food but it was okay. I didn't have any of the $30+ entrees this time so I can't complain too much about the food. I had the Admirals feast. Everything tasted fine but I wouldn't come back just for that. The service and drinks were really really good. I'd recommend this place highly for quiet nights out. Ask for Justin if you want 5 star service.

I like Red Lobster. Not love, but like. I know I am not going to get the mack daddy of seafood entrees here, but I know I'll get my crab leg/shrimp craving satisfied and not break the bank. Hubby and I usually order 1 1/2 pounds of crab legs each (fatty time!) and it comes with corn on the cob, potatoes, and a side salad with those delicious biscuits. All that for $25 bucks a person. Um, take my money, please! The servers here have always been nice and most of the time are even fantastic. Only one or two times did I go there and not get the A-list treatment. Again, they aren't the most upscale seafood place, but they take care of business. I love their coconut shrimp appetizer with that ridiculous coconut/pineapple sauce, and they also have some yummy and fun mixed drinks you can order from the bar. I'd recommend coming during the week, as weekends in the Arundel Mills area are just insane.

After reading most of the dreadful reviews of this location on Yelp, I was weary of eating here. Most of the reviews talked about how bad the service and food were. I guess I lucked out because I had a great experience. I wanted to sit in the bar area at a booth however all the booths were taken. I was able to get a pager and sit at the empty bar. I was greeted by Brandy who quickly brought me my drink order. I was surprised she whipped it up so quickly and it hit the spot. Yummy. After about 20 minutes, a booth at the bar opened and the host seated me. There was no problem transferring my drink to my table bill. Amanda was my server and took my order, pick 2 appetizers and the Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Scallops dinner. Both plates came in a timely manner, hot, and were tasty. Amanda was very understanding of my desire to just relax and enjoy my time at RL. I was a squatter. She checked on me at just the right time increments. I also told her about the poor reviews on Yelp but I did not experience any of that on my visit. I would definitely return to this location, but only if I sat in the bar area with Brandy or Amanda.

(05/12/2013) The place was super packed on Mother's Day, apparently everyone's mom likes some lobster on her special day. There were all sorts of moms there of every shape, color, denomination. Red Lobster is still a chain, but apparently, it does mean something special to many folks in many places. The restaurant is elderly and kid-friendly, a blessing to many a frazzled parent/adult child. Seeing as we were at a Red Lobster, had to get something with lobster on the plate. The Ultimate Feast seemed a propos (a split Maine lobster tail, steamed North American snow crab legs, garlic shrimp scampi and Walt's Favorite Shrimp). The steamed seafood was all right, from frozen, of course, had that telltale metallic/iodine aftertaste to it. Walt's Favorite and shrimp scampi were tender enough (a little small, like U31s), notover cooked, but both pretty muchh overwhelmed by their dressings of batter/garlic/butter. The other meals were enjoyed sufficiently: Fried Farm-raised Tilapia (flaky, crisp on outside) with steamed broccoli (no salt, but al dente); Grilled Shrimp Salad with Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup (MIL said it was spicy, but she's a heat wimp); 4-Course Feast with Jumbo Coconut and Pineapple-Grilled Shrimp (came with a dessert-like sauce that seemed a combo of mayo, coconut milk, and canned pineapple), the Potato Bacon Soup (creamy, salty, thick), and Key Lime Pie (plain, cheesecake like, not even tart). Sides were sufficient, Caesar and Garden Salads had a few wilty pieces, but weren't overdressed. Best thing about Red Lobster, EVAH, is the Cheddar Bay Biscuits (buttery, cheesy, moist, garlicky); really, they're just the perfectly designed vehicle for salt, fat, starch. In general, I'd much rather patronize a non-chain establishment (this one wasn't my pick), but franchises are owned by people who live here, too. They treated us all right, and the food was OK, just have another biscuit.

It is easy to dismiss Red Lobster as a low-end chain, but that is an unfair assessment. We went there to use a gift card my wife received for the restaurant group, so I was also sure to snip a coupon out of the newspaper to save a whopping three bucks as well. Parking is always packed at this location, so be prepared to drop your party off and then park across the travel lanes in the mall's parking lot. The inside of the restaurant is tastefully decorated, and they have a full menu which includes many seafood options, as well as pasta, chicken and steak. My salmon was cooked very well (although I should have ordered the lunch-sized portion.) My wife enjoyed her lobster tray (although the half tail looked a trifle unappetizing, as if it was over-steamed in the shell but she had no complaints.) My wife enjoyed her lobster pasta. If you can deal with the parking, this is a fine enough place. But it is a chain, after all.

For the chefs: Learn some new words when preparing a chefs signature salad, such as arugula, romaine, and spinach. Week old chopped lettuce in a bowl is not a salad. For the servers: There are about 8 different 'trio' dishes on the menu. Learn what each of them are. Serving the same trio of broiled fish and shrimp to everyone is not doing your job.

I was bringing the Missus home after picking her up a BWI and wanted to stop for lunch. We had tried the Red Lobster in Annapolis so we thought this might be good, too. We were right. It's a fine place with very friendly staff. The person who sat us was really perky and the waitress was friendly and efficient. The food was plenty good, too. I really like the lunch portions. Not too big yet still filling. I had the breaded shrimp which was prepared well and the salad that came with it was fine. They kept our drinks filled and the ambiance was warm and quiet. It's probably not the very best food in the world but it's Red Lobster and it's consistenetly good enough to eat.

This was by far THE WORST Red Lobster I have ever been to, EVER. The shrimp looked so sad and pathetic. The vegetables were wilted and the steak that I saw on someone's plate at the table adjacent to ours, looked like it was from a cow that died a VERY long time ago. For the menu prices, you would think that the portions would be a decent size. I mean, I'm not looking for gluttonous portions, but what we got were practically kid portions. We were all asking where the rest of the food was. And the taste!! Or should I say the lack there of! Everything was bland and unseasoned; completely devoid of salt. I did something that I don't normally do at a Red Lobster. I ate my food begrudgingly. Thank goodness I was only visiting the area, so I don't ever have to experience this awful place again. Now only if I can erase the memory....

Came here for a late lunch. It was almost 3 when I walked in. I had no idea 3 was the end of their lunch specials. Apparently, I came in arty a shift change, because the girl behind the bar was leaving. It took several minutes to get served. When I did, she asked me if I was dining in and i said yes. No mention of the timing to get a lunch special. I decided quickly, but she was doing a multitude of things and it took her several minutes to get back to me. After several minutes, i asked if it was too late to get lunch specials, and she said yes, it was too late... Then she asked me what I wanted (I thought I was going to get the special), when I told her my choice, she said I could order that, but it wouldn't be the lunch price. Since I didn't want to eat a big meal, i settled for a bowl of lobster bisque. It came and the base was very good, but it really didn't have any lobster in it other than a few chunks. Not what i would expect. So, if you're looking for a place to frequent, I'd say "stay away". It's definitely NOT that kind of place. I can't speak of anything other than soup and service, but both were somewhat of a disappointment. Personally, b I v wouldn't go back, but my standards are moderately high and I'm glad I didn't order a more expensive meal.

I know this is a chain. I know that their menu offerings are the same, in every location, in every state. However, this location has probably solidified my decision to never return. I was MILDLY IMPRESSED, and even then, that's probably giving them too much credit. Place was clean enough, server was lovely, but the food, the food, the food. Honey that seafood was DRY, TOUGH, RUBBERY, AND BLUBBERY(not a word---I know. But I couldn't think of anything else to describe the atrocity here.) Even the world-famous cheese biscuits were DRY. The "Crabfest" was a disappointment. I know it's not an expensive place, but by all means, Red Lobster has been consistently decent over the years. I've been probably three times within the last year and half (at other locations too) and I've been noticing the quality of this place go down. The food couldn't even get away with pretending to taste "fresh". It was sloppy. Sorry Red Lobster, your 'chefs' at Arundel Mills have ruined a customer's chances of ever returning to another one of your locations.

GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!! I have never been a huge fan of Red Lobster but my girlfriend is so I find myself going more than I like. About a year ago I came to this location with friends and it was the worst. There was a 15 minute wait at the door but plenty of open tables. Being in food service industry, I jokingly said to the host, "yall must of had some no call, no shows today." She was not enthused at all. Because I work in the food service industry there is a lot I can tolerate but this was just bad. My girlfriend ordered a strawberry daiquiri that she said was watered down. I told her not to get something frozen so she sent the daiquiri back and got a Long Island which was incredibly strong as if the bartender said "now say this one is watered down asshole!" Next, when we do get seated our server took 10 minutes each time to come to the table. The soup I ordered was spoiled. I mean literally I was served a lobster bisque in clumps. Then after that episode the shrimp Alfredo look like it may have been sitting under a heat lamp for about 15 minutes and tasted as such too. By the point I got the manager and she seems pretty much unapologetic about the whole thing. This was a year ago when I said I would never go back... A year later when my girlfriend dragged me here. Just as much drama. Went to the bar first for drinks while we waited for a table. Both bartenders looked like they were more upset than happy that people were at the bar. One bartender actually called the host stand to ask why he was sending people to the bar. When we got to the table Meagan meant well but was forgetful. A table say down after us got appetizers and dinner before we even got our starter salads. No complaints about the food this time. When it was time to pay I realized I forgot my credit card at the bar when I paid for drinks. I rushed back and told the bartender who seemed clueless. A bar guest actually told me she saw it and where the bartender put it. It was literally on the counter behind the bar. Not in a register, a office, or hidden. But literally just sitting behind the bar. I made sure to get the GM's name. Staff here is so nonchalant as if I should be lucky they are serving me. I plan on contacting the General Manager and hope he cares more than his staff.

Forget this place!!!!! This is for this location only. Not Red Lobster in General We went in today. It was a Sunday around noon. Not busy at all. The hostess was very nice and sat us immediately. She handed us our menus and told us our server would be right with us. And that's it. in the next 10-12 minutes, we sat there. Waiting. And Waiting. And waiting. No one, not any of the 5 different servers who walked past us acknowledge our presence. Nobody said "Be right with you" or anything. One server eventually pulled the hostess aside and complained about being "over sat" Which means you were given more tables than you could handle (I worked in restaurants for 7 years). And even if you counted us, that meant she had THREE TABLES!! Another server leaned into the booth and kneeled low so the guy at the table across from us could openly flirt. But she ignored us as well. It was impossible to get anyone to make eye contact. It was almost as if they were willfully avoiding doing so. At about the 15 minute mark my wife and I decided to get up and leave. To be fair to the hostess, she did apologize and offer to go track someone down for us. And to be honest I was rather short with her, which was unfair to her. In a place that has a Casino with 6 restaurants in it. A mall with dozens inside and probably another dozen restaurants outside, I don't see them as being able to ignore business. But what do I know.

Horrible service at the bar... I decided to try this Red Lobster after a couple marginal experiences at Joe's Crab Shack down the street. Service was HORRIBLE! It was five minutes sitting at the bar before I even saw a bartender. Then it was at least a minute before she took my drink order. Drink came right up and ordered an app. Stuffed mushrooms. They were ok, but a lot of butter. I followed up finally with a second drink and the crab linguine Alfredo. I think they used a whole stick of butter per serving. Gross! Bartender was gone more than she was behind the bar. Not impressed. Will not be going back.

First time at this new red lobster and was intrigued by the nice decor. It was just as beautiful on the inside as it was on the outside. Our waitress was young and very spunky which enhanced our dining experience. My boyfriend ordered the chicken Alfredo which looked scrumptious!! He said it was just as good as it looked. I ordered the cherry maple glaze salmon and shrimp with wild ride, salad and baked potato which was pretty tasty. The cherry maple glaze was just perfect not too sweet or tangy My only gripe was the long wait on the biscuits and salad. The cheddar bay biscuits are my absolute fav!! I could eat them everyday sans the fat and calories!! I also ordered a sangria that was really good and came with huge chunks of strawberry, orange and lime!! YUMMY I will def be back to this location

Went there tonight with the family. They were just starting to get busy. People were seated before us that got there after us (same amount of people in party). That should have been a sign for us to go. When we got seated it was over a 10 minute wait to even order our drinks (although people got theirs who were seated after us). Our biscuits didn't even come until we were there for 30 minutes. When my husbands salad got there we had to wait for our waitress because we didn't have any silverware. Our waitress was nice enough but there was no reason for us to wait as long as we had to. Food was mediocre at best. We won't be going back, especially with better restaurants in the area.

Horrible. One of those moments when you realize you'll never return, not only to a location, but a brand. Terrible food (how can you screw-up broiled scallops, shrimp cocktail, and chicken strips? - a) WAY over-season, b) thaw and serve wet-shrimp, and c) 2oz of breading for each of chicken). Put the really terrible food with a horrible set of selfish mothers and their four screamers, and the formula for bankruptcy and closure is clear. All that, with a premium price. Unbelievable.

Red Lobster is always a favorite because of their biscuits, otherwise, I've ate at the place so much I'm over the same menu and same items. They need to introduce new items and drinks more often ! It's time to reinvent the wheel...

Interior - clean and fairly new as this one opened up just last summer. Customer service was really good. Came here on a Friday at 12 and it was not busy. Food - The salad came out with a drizzle of dressing and the soup was semi warm. The main course = holy salt batman! Cheesy biscuits were salty, my wife's shrimp pasta dish was the same. Half the chicken was rubbery and dry. The texture made me grimace after the first bite. Yes I told the manager but being that I needed to get back to work, I ate the shrimp, and didn't have them make me another chicken. This will be my first and last time here.

Like everyone else my thoughts of Red Lobster come from it's Darden restaurant chain connection, generally a nice interior, easily laid out and staff who are okay at best with average priced dishes. My visit starts on a Sunday at lunch, looking over the menu it is easily tempting to order the all you can eat shrimp or the ultimate feast; however my lunch pick is shrimp scampi. The shrimp were small, tailed ( which is very hard to eat with the dish being served in a bowl of oil it was cooked in) and a little disappointing, the mashed potatoes were above average, and the rice pilaf was average. I will say one the best things this restaurant does their cheddar bay biscuits. Served endless, this starter is one of the best things about Red Lobster. Cost vs Value a visit here will not be disappointing, many dishes start well under $15 and are large enough that you won't leave feeling empty. -This place can be busy at times , located next to Arundle Mills mall on a weekend or night, this place will be a mad house. - Catch of the day menu, offers great options, but costly. -Large parties are accommodating well, with semi-private seating areas.

Same ol' Red Lobster as the rest that you've probably been to but just with a MUCH longer wait! I am not sure if it is due to the restaurant being located smack dab in the middle of several car dealerships and a residential neighborhood, but it seems to ALWAYS be packed even at the oddest of times. No matter what day you come, be prepared to wait more than 30 minutes to be seated. Also be prepared to see people that come in after you to be bumped ahead of you either due to "having a hookup" or "sweet talking" the host/hostess. It's NOT that serious for a Red Lobster, but folks seem to do it all the time. Depending on the day you attend, they can also be short on staff, making service a bit slower than normal. With that in mind, I will say that the staff is courteous and friendly. The food is good, of course the Cheddar Bay Biscuits (a/k/a MyMamaBiscuits!!!) are awesome!

My wife and I went out last Saturday for a date night, this was our first stop which we wished we had skipped. We sat at the bar which we were impressed we were able to get 2 seats next to each other since the wait for the sit down area was over 30 minutes just for 2 people. It took a while for us to even be acknowledged by the bar staff. The bartender was very quiet which even at this small bar, it was difficult to hear and understand her. Most bartenders are much more outgoing and understand it will be loud at the bar and need to talk louder. This lady didn't understand that even though it was very quiet at the bar she should have been a bit more vocal. All of this would have made for a decent visit here had the food been better. The shrimp and steak I had was decent while the steak my wife which she ordered Medium-Well came out with more pink in it than Medium-Well should. We said something to the bartender and she said that is how they come for Medium-Well. Needless to say we won't be returning to this location. The food was way overpriced for the quality and the service was horrible. The only good thing about this visit was we had a gift card which was the main reason we went. We still have a gift card for Red Lobster but we will be using it at another restaurant of Darden most likely Longhorn Steakhouse.

Ok, we are in MD and have some of the best crab cakes on the planet and as for fish... Forget about it... But Red Lobster has a certain appeal and although it's not Michelin star rated it always gives me a little familiar taste in all of our moves. Being a military family you seek stuff like this out when you move to a new area and it is comforting. That said the new Red Lobster at Arundel Mills mall doesn't disappoint. They still fry shrimp well and have some of the best small baked potatoes around. The staff is still in training and you can see the trainers hovering like a former HS quarterback watching his 5 year old at his first practice. That leads to a lot of confusion and we paid for it in time. The drinks took an avg of 7 minutes with refills taking nearly 15 (for a 30 minute lunch that's a lot of time) same with simple things like condiments but hopefully when the eyes are off them those things will go away. Overall it's a Red Lobster and it's a fairly nice one but that seems to be the case with newly opened franchises so I'll wait and update after they've had a month or three.

As a chain restaurant, there's not much surprising about the place. The 4-course meal deal for $15 is back so we've tried the ones that we've not tried before. Everything was fine, we couldn't finish our dinner, blame that on the shrimp nachos we ordered for our appetizer. It was suprisingly good. A few slices of jalapeno peppers, good amount of grilled shrimp and cheese that didn't run all over the large serving plate. Our server, Allie, was pretty good as well. The wait was just the issue, we had to wait for at least 25 mins, it's a Tuesday @ 6:30pm.

The endless shrimp options for a low price had me interested in trying out Red Lobster. Unlike many reviews the wait time was a mere two minutes tops. We arrived on a Friday evening around 7pm and the restaurant although packed the hostess was very calm and professional. The waitress was very personable and attentive. The endless shrimp chef may have been a little overwhelmed because I love shrimp. Although it was plentiful you do get what you pay for. The shrimp was greasy and very mediocre, but just the thought of having a lot on your plate makes me salivate haha. The beloved cheddar biscuit were great as always. The price was very reasonable at $14.99. The varieties include the following: Teryaki Grilled Shrimp, Parmesan Shrimp, Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Shrimp Linguine Alfredo, and Hand-breaded Shrimp. I tried just about everything and may be a little bias because I really prefer the least things added to my seafood. Minimal seasoning is the best. I really could not stand the SALTY rice pilaf but the shrimp linguine Alfredo was a nice change of pace.

I will never return to this location the portions are ridiculously small for the price the service is pushy and the kitchen is right beside the bathrooms. Personally my whole experience at this location screamed "Low Class" I will not be returning. Other Locations I have had better experiences it's just how the employees carried themselves and the atmosphere. Also the food tasted very plain.

My son took me here for Mother's Day. The wait was only about 10 minutes and everyone was very polite and friendly...from the hostesses to our server! :). And the food was fresh and super yummy!!

I went to meet my daughter in law and her father for dinner in Arundel Mills. We were promptly seated, service was excellent. Restaurant was clean and the food was decent. I would go back if I'm ever in the area.

Customer service was decent. My waiter was attentive. .. Food was fair it just sucks I found a hair in our biscuits... definitely an appetite killer.

Our server megan was one of the best ive had. Food was ok. Will definitly be back because of the service and excellent biscuts
(5)Alex A.

(1)Ashley W.
Red Lobster is always a favorite because of their biscuits, otherwise, I've ate at the place so much I'm over the same menu and same items. They need to introduce new items and drinks more often ! It's time to reinvent the wheel...
(3)Jordan K.
(2)Joe K.
(2)Jessica F.
Your average red lobster... My woodfire lobster scallops and shrimp looked like it was just tossed onto my plate. Service was on the slow side.
(2)Joel P.

The service was great. We were seated quickly with no problems and really enjoyed the all you could eat shrimp. This is a far better Red Lobster than the Alexandria location. Our waiter was pretty good except that he was a Seminoles fan but other than that it was great.

Dry lobster left under heat lamp while steak was cooked. Never good when you walk in and it smells like fish.
