Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at MCDONALD'S
Prices just keep going up... but the kids need a quick fix and Mickey Ds is what they like. This specific MCDONALD'S is alright, staff could be more friendlier. Plus what's the purpose in asking for here or to go when every time I come in they put my food in bags? The short manager def needs to be checked sometimes. As he has a tone in his voice that he hates working here. Cheer up bud! Atleast you got a job.

Ok, so why is it that I drive thru the drive thru and I can not get a "welcome to McDonalds". "Have a nice day" or anything. On top of that, you almost have to order in Spanish, due to the fact that most of the employees have a hard time understanding orders. In a one week time frame, I ordered the same breakfast meal 4 of 5 days. Each day they messed it up. On the 5th day I asked them to pick something for me. I have called there district office and no one seems to care. So I do not eat there and recommend you head on down the street to another restaurant or head to the Walmart down the street to eat at there McDonalds.

Never had a problem with the staff as outlined by others. Maybe they are reading the review and getting better? I was always greeted and told to have a nice day after getting my order, which was always correct.

The last few times my order was not taken at the drive through correctly. My music was off and I drive a small car. How come I have to repeat myself 3-4 times. -.- not only that the last time the drive through told me It would not have been my problem if I didn't take my order at the wrong menu. Well hey McDonald's maybe your automated system should not have told me to move forward.

Ok, what is the point of having 2 drive-thru ordering spots, on the same lane, if you refuse to take orders and instruct drivers to the other one? I mean, hello, you're speaking at the first one. Might as well take my order here! And worse, the other wasn't visible until you drive around a corner. Anyways, I was not impressed with this McDonald's. - First, of course, customer service was not up to par. - Second, the Diet Coke I had was flat. Someone forgot to do quality checks. - Third, my special instruction was ignored. No onions in my burger. Guess what I had in my burger? - Fourth, the bun (or is it buns?) was not fresh. It tasted like it was a week old. This is the only time when I wished I was a head honcho at McDonald's doing "mystery shopping" so I could write her up or have her fired! Dang, I'd be a mean boss!

I am never happy with this McDonalds, but because of the location, I continue to go. I don't know why. 4 of the last 6 times Ive been there, they were accepting cash only. They only use one of the two drive through stations, and most of the time other then the person I ordered from, no one says a word to me. Not a "hello", not a "here's is your food", not a "have a nice day"... just a blank stare. I don't expect much from McDonalds, but this is the worst one Ive been to!

McDonald's is McDonald's. You either love it or hate it. The chicken nuggets are the best of all fast food burger joints.

I thought when approaching this McDonald's, "wow, what a beautiful place." As I was deciding what I want to eat, I was soothed by the pristine water feature. I said out to my colleagues "I can't wait to give his McDonald's a five star review" that was until I drove away and realized, after eating my 2 cheese burgers, that they had for got the frys. I'm sure you can understand how traumatizing of an experience it is. It gets worse. Not only did they forget my French fries, an American Classic, try also forgot the number one American Classic, MY APPLE PIE. 'Devastated' does not begin to describe my pain. I almost drove off the road when I realized this.

I don't understand why this McDonalds has such a low rating. It has one of the cleanest McDonalds around. My sister always makes me come in here for her when she has a hangover or for her to buy food for herself before we go see a movie. The service is constantly fast and the manager is continuously present. Also, we have never had an issue ordering inside or through the drive up window. *I don't eat fast-food, therefore, I cannot rate based on food.

This place is terrible! The prices are much higher and the employees not only look like crack heads but they act like them too! The employees have no idea what they are doing two times I went to he drive thru there was a girl who looked anorexic with long blonde braids and kept scratching her hair and plucking her dandruff. She was talking to her coworker and got mad when I asked for my straw I could hear them huffing and puffing because I interrupted her story of how her boyfriend "beats it up" for my straw. This place is extremely ghetto and would run better hiring a homeless person who would want to be there rather than these ghetto people who don't want no part helping people!

Tried the drive thru-when the wrong order showed up on the display and my husband tried to bring it to their attention, they said "no it's not". We decided to go inside to order. When we tried to bring it to the expediter's attention, he said "the headsets were wrong" and basically ignored how rude the drive thru person was. Then looking over to another employee (who looked like an asst mgr), they started speaking in Spanish and she made a huge sigh while rolling her eyes. I don't need to speak Spanish to read that body language. Sure hope she's not the GM of that store because they have REAL problems. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll make a point of not visiting this store again
