This location has some of the friendliest staff I've ever had the pleasure of encountering in a fast food establishment. There's one particular staff member who is responsible primarily for just making sure diners have everything they need. She will refill your drink, remove your garbage from the table, bring you napkins, or help with just about anything you need. Most importantly, she's always bright and cheerful! The staff in general responds in such an organized and efficient manner that even though this is an incredibly busy location, I can always rely on them to process both the inside and drive through lines quickly and effectively. On their busiest weekend days, my order is still hot and accurate. I always seem to have a pleasant experience!

This CFA is such a great place to swing by for breakfast after gassing up at Costco on the way into work. Unfortunately a lot of people have figured that out, and the drive-through can get kind of busy in the AM. Even with all that traffic, they are unfailingly polite and get the order right. Hint: you can get the chicken and egg bagel spicy! They'll put pepperjack and a spicy filet on it. Get a pack of jalapeno salsa and you'll be ready to start the day right.

My friend is currently suing the chickfila in regards to giving her chicken nuggets with bugs inside of them and she was eating then while she was pregnant. She showed the cashier and they told her all of the nuggets are like that and then the manager contacted her in regards to making this go away so it will not hit the news. I was driving back from the gym this morning and saw the cow mascot on the sidewalk advertising "Free Breakfast". This got me all excited but I resisted until lunch when sadly it was not free. One of the reasons I love Chick-Fil-A is because they seem to love to give out free breakfast. Whether they dropped off 20 chicken biscuits to my office or were handing them out as I exited the gate at my apartment, it always felt like they were saying "We love you... come eat our food." This location is as crowded as any other I have ever been too but the food is just as good. I don't have a weakness for fast food but I will succumb to one of their chicken sandwiches pretty quickly.

Note: There are closer Walmarts and Chick-fil-A to Inner Harbor but when you have limited transportation while on a business trip, you'll take whatever opportunity you can get to drive and just get away for awhile (regardless if it's to a fast food restaurant and Walmart!). Anyhow, we already schemed after our lunch hour to make a getaway to Chick-fil-A after class to plan an upcoming trip to DC. Then, it dawned on me to make a supply stop as well at Walmart (makeup wipes and skin care were running low). Of course, I had to take a pic to post. Then, I had to take a pic of the inside because it was so clean with flowered vases on the table! Before we reached the counter, there were cashiers at every...register...with a SMILE and a "Hi! What can we get for you tonight?" After I gave my order, they asked if there was anything else and was ever so friendly. Now, let me just share why I'm so impressed with this... These days, you rarely...RARELY...find this kind of customer service at any other fast food chain. That's right, I'm going to throw Mickey D's (McDonald's), Wendy's (especially the one in Royal Kunia, Oahu), Jack in the Box, and Burger King) all under the bus for lukewarm customer service because the counter people have either one or all of the following: -Attitude of Entitlement "You owe ME a smile and thank you, customer!" -ESL (English as Second Language) and annoyed that your order deviates alittle from the standard menu -Boredom and refuses to apply customer service training to on the job performance So, yes-this is why I am so impressed with the customer service. In fact, I didn't realize they carry out the food to you. Not only that...they walk around like a regular restaurant and inquire if they can refill your drink for you? Huh? This actually made me sit up in my best behavior panties and politely say, "No, thank you, ma'am" because I was caught off guard! The food? Great chicken sandwich with waffle fries and deeeelicious lemonade! The price? Reasonable for any fast foodie Ambiance? Clean, friendly and relaxed Recommend? Yes, Yes, and Yes Additional Comments: Why can't Hawaii have a Chick-fil-A? On post? At Pearlridge since there is a Church's Fried Chicken?! Anyhow, despite my raving review, it's a sad fact that people will sniff and turn their noses up because of Chick-fil-A's political stance and religious affiliation refusing to eat at an establishment that I say provides outstanding customer service and the entire dining area is CLEAN. Not only that but they still keep to the tradition of not working on Sunday, holds the highest conservative morale for their workplace and regardless of your stance in politics or beliefs...will provide you the same customer service that they extend to everyone...respect with a smile.

Very busy location because of the Casino and Outlets mall. It's busy but the line goes fast and service is always excellent. Chick Fil A food is always fresh and tasty. Any kind of chicken, waffle fries and a light lemonade, it's a favorite any time of the day. Breakfast is good, but I don't like their coffee. Playground for the kids. Bathrooms are clean. They are always picking up the tables and wiping clean. Fresh flowers are a small bonus and put a smile on my face. Parking is a little tight.

I have nothing new to say about this location that I do about any other Chick-fil-A establishment. So here is my repeated review. I think I will stop checking in since I don't have anything new to say: I love this place!!! This place has the best fast food in this area! I love their breakfast too---you've gotta try the chicken breakfast wrap (with extra chicken)! I'm upset that they changed their sausage patties like the small. Now I am in love with their chicken strips. Not to bash any other fast food chains which I will not mention, but if you get chicken nuggets, sandwich, or strips from a place with Golden Arches, A King with a crown, A red head chick with freckles, a Colonel, a Louisiana Jazz band, etc....your tongue is really missing out on what "real" white meat chicken taste like. Oh, yeah...it is seasoned great too! Now to wash all of that down you will need a 1/2 and 1/2 sweet tea and lemonade mixed, I have never (that I can remember) a time when they are not packed with customers...that alone speaks volumes! I do miss the text messaging where they used to send you free coupons for chicken, shakes, etc. Their prices are high for fast food joint, but you get what you pay for!

I loveee Chick-fil-A this is my favorite location. They have very fast customer service. That is if you go inside. I've never encountered the drive thru. There always seem to be a line. Do your self a favor and go inside even if it's for take out you will be serviced a lot quicker. The reason I had to take off a star is because even though I asked for a wheat bun which they charge you extra for. I didn't receive it. That's my fault for not checking before I left. Grabbed it to go. Other than that the food is always fresh and tasty. The staff is very nice and friendly. Oh btw the guy at the cash register got it right it was the people making the sandwich forgot the correct bun that I ordered. They were very fast though i have to say. I ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich with a small order of the waffle fries which was very good. That's usually the case though. I also ordered the 12 peice chicken nuggets for my son. One of his favorites as well. I like that they have different types of sauces for you to try with your sandwich or nuggets or chicken strips. Oh and the milk shakes are awesome. My favorite is the Banana pudding which is one of there specials. All of them are good though. I find the lemonade to be a bit tart in my opinion. As i said before this is a great location with good service and good food. If you have never tried them before. Why not give them a try. I'm sure they can put a smile on your face.

In a way it's a typical Chick-Fil-A. That said, it means that the customer service is above and beyond most business and pretty much all fast food places. If anything, Chick-Fil-A is like the gourmet restaurant of the fast food business. I go to this particular one quite a bit, at least once a week. I go inside and use the drive thru equally, without and without kids for both. The food is consistently good, fresh, hot, and delivered quickly and absolutely accurately (granted you don't speak to them like a dumbass). The family nights here are chaos, but I expect that. But the staff handles it very well. In the 5 years that I've lived in this area, I have never had a bad experience here with the cleanliness (it's very clean), the service, or the food. The ONE thing that bugs me (not a fault of Chick-Fil-A) is the (occasional, not always) overaggresive idiot drivers in the parking lot. Parking here can suck, if you go at the wrong time (it's often busy), but once you get inside it's all good. One of my (and my family's) favorite places to get good food.

This Chick-Fil-A is close to work so I come here with some regularity for lunch. The place is always packed (sometimes you can't even get into the parking lot because the drive-thru line is so long). Without fail, every time I pull up to that speaker and give my order the response is "my pleasure". However, I have been here in the evening on a few occasions and have had quite a different experience. The first time the employee took my order and repeated it back to me par normal, but there was no my pleasure to be heard. Maybe he had a long day, it was almost 9pm so I decided to let it slide. The next time I had a similar experience, I gave my order and only received my total. No order repeated, no my pleasure, nothing. The third time I finally got my "my pleasure", however when we pulled up to the window the boys inside were having a conversation amongst themselves. Barely any regard for the car outside and the content of the conversation was definitely inappropriate. We didn't get asked if we wanted sauce and had to request it after the bag was handed to us. Overall, the food is always good, the place is always clean, but the level of customer service seems to heavily depend on what time of day you visit.

Had to find a somewhat healthy choice for my grandson after the movies so we settled on this version of fast food. Hit it at lunch time and the crowd was out the door and the carry out line of cars was causing a major traffic jam. But I was amazed at how quickly we got our food. They obviously got it going on at this location! They must have a crowd everyday like this as no one seemed flustered at all but me! He had a chicken sandwich meal and the fries were hot. In my opinion he destroyed the sandwich when he put ketchup and mayo on it but he ate the whole thing. Being 6 years old that's a good thing. He got a lemonade which I tasted and it was very sweet but not overpowering. Better than a coke I guess. I grabbed a chargrilled fruit salad and I was surprised how good it was. It had fresh strawberries, apples and tender chicken with a berry dressing. I really enjoyed it. I know they have the best chicken nuggets and have ordered them for parties so I guess that cow is right. I should eat more chicken. They even had a staff member going around the tables and clearing away your trays and asking if she could get you a refill on your drink. It was a pleasant "dining" experience with my grandson.

For fast food, this is about as good as it gets. The drive thru at this place is lightning fast, even at breakfast. This location avoids the "soggy breading problem" that I've had with chik-fil-a in the past. Everything I've gotten here has been crispy and hot, and the breading has had the perfect saltiness level. SERVICE WAS AVERAGE AT BEST NOT EXCEPTIONAL. Not sure what the hype was about stopped by on two non busy early am visits on way to work. First time was ignored for a minute then helped. Five people after me received there food then I did after I asked. Food was good (just like Wendys) pre-cooked average chicken. Second day I ordered chicken club and received basic chicken, No bacon no cheese. still good but not what I ordered. On a positive note sauce selection is cool and coffee is good.

I've been to many chick-fil-a restaurants, and this one is definitely one of my favorites. All of the one's I've seen have wrap around the building drive-throughs and they all need them! They are very popular. The staff there is so polite, even beyond the required "my pleasure" response. They bring your food to the table. One day when it was very busy they were even taking orders table side! kinda cool. They are also patient with my active 3 year old trying to order his own food. Their play place is nice. We frequently have breakfast here, before I take my son to school.

This Chik-Fil-A is great! It's always clean, and the staff is very friendly. I didn't have any exposure to this chain before moving to the area (there aren't too many in New Jersey), but I guess staff members roaming the dining area asking if you want a drink refill is common for them? Pretty cool. The food is good, I think a little bit more expensive than McDonald's, but miles better. My favorite healthy meal option is a grilled chicken sandwich, fruit cup (instead of fries), and unsweetened iced tea. Slap a little Texas Pete on the sandwich and I'm happy man. The fried chicken sandwiches are not grease-bombs, and the chicken nuggets are actually chunks of chicken, not chicken scraps and McBinders. Great salads and wraps for a fast food joint too. The parking area here can get very crowded and frustrating at peak hours with the drive-thru and Wendy's right next door. It doesn't seem to have been designed particularly well, but that's not Chik-Fil-A's fault. Just be careful backing out of your parking spot.

Chick-Fil-A is like the cool fast food place. You can say you're eating there and people will be like YEAH MAN! It's funny. I guess it's a bit healthier than other options, and it is cleaner, the service is more polite... Yeah, definitely a better choice than most. This one is no exception. It's everything you want a Chick-Fil-A to be, plus more. They have a little area beyond the tables for kids to play in. Nice when it's crowded inside and you don't have to eat around a million screaming children. The service is always very fast despite the constant line around the building. I really like this Chick Fil-A. I stopped by on a Saturday back in January and the restaurant was quite busy. Lots of tables seated with parents and children. The indoor play area may explain why. My nephew and boyfriend loved the indoor playground. I'm glad that my 190lbs bf did not break the equipment even though the signs stated that the play area was for young children. It was nice that the play area was also sound resistant. I could barely hear my bf and nephew screaming at the top of their lungs when they were testing the sound. Oh, and I could only hear them when I was sitting right next to the glass. The service was nice. The bathrooms were clean. The man who took my order...I think he was a manager, but I enjoyed talking with him. It was nice having someone who didn't mind chit chat and who took the time to actually answer my questions about the menu and selection. By the time I finished talking with him I had ordered a Chick Fil-A Chargrilled and Fruit Salad and a spicy Chicken Sandwich with lettuce and tomato with a side of fries. All the food was delicious. I told my bf that if you ever wanted to save a little but take me out I'd be happy with Chick Fil-A. The fruit in the salad was all fresh, sweet, and ripe. The chicken was flavorful and tender. I also loved the assortment of condiments and free items. There were individually wrapped dinner mints, wet-wipes, antibacterial wipes, lite mayonnaise, different hot sauces, and a bunch of sauces. Some other nice things about this Chick Fil-A was that they had vases with fresh flowers at each table. I also ran into a co-worker on my visit. It's a great place to eat when you don't want food court food and conveniently located by Arundel Mills Mall. They are also closed on Sundays so workers can observe the Sabbath.

You're right, this fast food restaurant IS as good as it gets... The food is fresh, chicken is juicy, fries on point, and the customer service is ALWAYS the best no matter which location I've been to in 2 states. Yes, My first time was about a yr and half ago... uh-huh. I always order the Spicy Chicken Deluxe meal and when I had it the first time, I was amazed to find out that it had a little kick from spice! The lettuce was fresh and crispy, breading was intact, and the bun soft. I've never had their breakfast or their shakes which I hear is equally phenomenal. I particular love their ketchup packets! I've been saying for years how annoying it is to open 20 packets and find a clean spot on your bag to properly eat your fries (lets face it, no such thing as a clean spot when it's been touched by hundreds). Their Chick-fil-a sauce is crack sauce... I don't even want to know what's in there. You will never be let down when you go to any location...TRUE STORY. I think all the happiest grandmas work here... it's like Disneyland of fast food chains.

Why do you think they have two drive thru lanes? The service here is really good like every chick fil a. They cater to you and clean up after you sometimes too. Everyone is friendly but my biggest concern is the traffic and parking. Its always so hard to find parking because the lot is so cramped and most of the time im parking at the wendys next door.

Yes, I'm reviewing a Chick-Fil-A. This will probably be the only one that I will be reviewing in my collective Yelp career. I'll explain why: This Chick-Fil-A in Hanover usually gets it right. Yes, I know that Chick-Fil-A (well the one's that I have been to) are usually known for great customer service, but this location has been the best one that I have been to, pretty much ever. I can't really recall anytime where an order was wrong, an employee was not polite, or when the food was not nice and hot. For those who have come to this location anytime during 11 AM - 1 PM know that the drive-thru and inside is insane, in a bad way. Even with the crazy long times, I still make a trip either inside or the drive-thru knowing that the wait will not be excruciating or mentally painful. I can go back to work knowing that I am still mentally and psychologically intact even with the lunch rush. There were times where I can re-call when the drive-thru was long, and an employee would take orders on a handheld PDA even before you drove up to the order screen. Niceeee. I won't talk about the food, but there are two things that I usually get on the regular: Spicy Chicken sandwich and the Vanilla Milkshake. It's mandatory. If not a milkshake, I'll settle for the large lemonade. So, in conclusion boy and girls, Chick-Fil-A in Hanover is a winner. If I'm in the area, I won't hesitate to make a stop here, even with the grouchy Wendy's neighbor right across the other side.

My friend is currently suing the chickfila in regards to giving her chicken nuggets with bugs inside of them and she was eating then while she was pregnant. She showed the cashier and they told her all of the nuggets are like that and then the manager contacted her in regards to making this go away so it will not hit the news. I was driving back from the gym this morning and saw the cow mascot on the sidewalk advertising "Free Breakfast". This got me all excited but I resisted until lunch when sadly it was not free. One of the reasons I love Chick-Fil-A is because they seem to love to give out free breakfast. Whether they dropped off 20 chicken biscuits to my office or were handing them out as I exited the gate at my apartment, it always felt like they were saying "We love you... come eat our food." This location is as crowded as any other I have ever been too but the food is just as good. I don't have a weakness for fast food but I will succumb to one of their chicken sandwiches pretty quickly.

*Baltimore Eats* *Yelp 365 Challenge x 2 #185/365* First thing first...Outstanding customer service Few weeks ago, my co-worker and I decided to reserve a trusty Zipcar and drive to Arundel for dinner and our replenish our supplies trip to Walmart. Note: There are closer Walmarts and Chick-fil-A to Inner Harbor but when you have limited transportation while on a business trip, you'll take whatever opportunity you can get to drive and just get away for awhile (regardless if it's to a fast food restaurant and Walmart!). Anyhow, we already schemed after our lunch hour to make a getaway to Chick-fil-A after class to plan an upcoming trip to DC. Then, it dawned on me to make a supply stop as well at Walmart (makeup wipes and skin care were running low). Of course, I had to take a pic to post. Then, I had to take a pic of the inside because it was so clean with flowered vases on the table! Before we reached the counter, there were cashiers at every...register...with a SMILE and a "Hi! What can we get for you tonight?" After I gave my order, they asked if there was anything else and was ever so friendly. Now, let me just share why I'm so impressed with this... These days, you rarely...RARELY...find this kind of customer service at any other fast food chain. That's right, I'm going to throw Mickey D's (McDonald's), Wendy's (especially the one in Royal Kunia, Oahu), Jack in the Box, and Burger King) all under the bus for lukewarm customer service because the counter people have either one or all of the following: -Attitude of Entitlement "You owe ME a smile and thank you, customer!" -ESL (English as Second Language) and annoyed that your order deviates alittle from the standard menu -Boredom and refuses to apply customer service training to on the job performance So, yes-this is why I am so impressed with the customer service. In fact, I didn't realize they carry out the food to you. Not only that...they walk around like a regular restaurant and inquire if they can refill your drink for you? Huh? This actually made me sit up in my best behavior panties and politely say, "No, thank you, ma'am" because I was caught off guard! The food? Great chicken sandwich with waffle fries and deeeelicious lemonade! The price? Reasonable for any fast foodie Ambiance? Clean, friendly and relaxed Recommend? Yes, Yes, and Yes Additional Comments: Why can't Hawaii have a Chick-fil-A? On post? At Pearlridge since there is a Church's Fried Chicken?! Anyhow, despite my raving review, it's a sad fact that people will sniff and turn their noses up because of Chick-fil-A's political stance and religious affiliation refusing to eat at an establishment that I say provides outstanding customer service and the entire dining area is CLEAN. Not only that but they still keep to the tradition of not working on Sunday, holds the highest conservative morale for their workplace and regardless of your stance in politics or beliefs...will provide you the same customer service that they extend to everyone...respect with a smile.

I was a little apprehensive about going to this location simply because going anywhere in the Arundel Mills area you're bound to have a long wait! But to my surprise, although the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, I placed my order and received my food rather quickly! The man at the window was exceptional! Chickfila always thrives to do their best and with pleasantry whether I go drive thru or walk in. The lady in the drive thru strike a small conversation and she makes you feel that this place is not stressful and for that reason, this experience is different than any fastfood in trying to compete with the chicken at best.

First time at Chick-Fil-A !! We loved it!! We had the eight piece nuggets, the meal strips, the kids chicken nuggets and lots of Waffle fries! The food tested very fresh. The place was very clean. Passing by.... But will be looking for chick-Fil-A on the road!

Very busy location because of the Casino and Outlets mall. It's busy but the line goes fast and service is always excellent. Chick Fil A food is always fresh and tasty. Any kind of chicken, waffle fries and a light lemonade, it's a favorite any time of the day. Breakfast is good, but I don't like their coffee. Playground for the kids. Bathrooms are clean. They are always picking up the tables and wiping clean. Fresh flowers are a small bonus and put a smile on my face. Parking is a little tight.

Came here a few weeks ago LEFT MY PURSE -- was on our way up to NY for memorial day weekend. So the manager kept it til my friend came and picked it up for me. I secretly love chick fila and they always get four or five stars but some of the staff here were out of it. It's a chicken sandwich place and they gave us a fish sandwich so I'm not sure what that was about. Not a lot of smiles either and the differentiator for cfa is the service!!

I have nothing new to say about this location that I do about any other Chick-fil-A establishment. So here is my repeated review. I think I will stop checking in since I don't have anything new to say: I love this place!!! This place has the best fast food in this area! I love their breakfast too---you've gotta try the chicken breakfast wrap (with extra chicken)! I'm upset that they changed their sausage patties like the small. Now I am in love with their chicken strips. Not to bash any other fast food chains which I will not mention, but if you get chicken nuggets, sandwich, or strips from a place with Golden Arches, A King with a crown, A red head chick with freckles, a Colonel, a Louisiana Jazz band, etc....your tongue is really missing out on what "real" white meat chicken taste like. Oh, yeah...it is seasoned great too! Now to wash all of that down you will need a 1/2 and 1/2 sweet tea and lemonade mixed, I have never (that I can remember) a time when they are not packed with customers...that alone speaks volumes! I do miss the text messaging where they used to send you free coupons for chicken, shakes, etc. Their prices are high for fast food joint, but you get what you pay for!

I loveee Chick-fil-A this is my favorite location. They have very fast customer service. That is if you go inside. I've never encountered the drive thru. There always seem to be a line. Do your self a favor and go inside even if it's for take out you will be serviced a lot quicker. The reason I had to take off a star is because even though I asked for a wheat bun which they charge you extra for. I didn't receive it. That's my fault for not checking before I left. Grabbed it to go. Other than that the food is always fresh and tasty. The staff is very nice and friendly. Oh btw the guy at the cash register got it right it was the people making the sandwich forgot the correct bun that I ordered. They were very fast though i have to say. I ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich with a small order of the waffle fries which was very good. That's usually the case though. I also ordered the 12 peice chicken nuggets for my son. One of his favorites as well. I like that they have different types of sauces for you to try with your sandwich or nuggets or chicken strips. Oh and the milk shakes are awesome. My favorite is the Banana pudding which is one of there specials. All of them are good though. I find the lemonade to be a bit tart in my opinion. As i said before this is a great location with good service and good food. If you have never tried them before. Why not give them a try. I'm sure they can put a smile on your face.

In a way it's a typical Chick-Fil-A. That said, it means that the customer service is above and beyond most business and pretty much all fast food places. If anything, Chick-Fil-A is like the gourmet restaurant of the fast food business. I go to this particular one quite a bit, at least once a week. I go inside and use the drive thru equally, without and without kids for both. The food is consistently good, fresh, hot, and delivered quickly and absolutely accurately (granted you don't speak to them like a dumbass). The family nights here are chaos, but I expect that. But the staff handles it very well. In the 5 years that I've lived in this area, I have never had a bad experience here with the cleanliness (it's very clean), the service, or the food. The ONE thing that bugs me (not a fault of Chick-Fil-A) is the (occasional, not always) overaggresive idiot drivers in the parking lot. Parking here can suck, if you go at the wrong time (it's often busy), but once you get inside it's all good. One of my (and my family's) favorite places to get good food.

This Chick-Fil-A is close to work so I come here with some regularity for lunch. The place is always packed (sometimes you can't even get into the parking lot because the drive-thru line is so long). Without fail, every time I pull up to that speaker and give my order the response is "my pleasure". However, I have been here in the evening on a few occasions and have had quite a different experience. The first time the employee took my order and repeated it back to me par normal, but there was no my pleasure to be heard. Maybe he had a long day, it was almost 9pm so I decided to let it slide. The next time I had a similar experience, I gave my order and only received my total. No order repeated, no my pleasure, nothing. The third time I finally got my "my pleasure", however when we pulled up to the window the boys inside were having a conversation amongst themselves. Barely any regard for the car outside and the content of the conversation was definitely inappropriate. We didn't get asked if we wanted sauce and had to request it after the bag was handed to us. Overall, the food is always good, the place is always clean, but the level of customer service seems to heavily depend on what time of day you visit.

Had to find a somewhat healthy choice for my grandson after the movies so we settled on this version of fast food. Hit it at lunch time and the crowd was out the door and the carry out line of cars was causing a major traffic jam. But I was amazed at how quickly we got our food. They obviously got it going on at this location! They must have a crowd everyday like this as no one seemed flustered at all but me! He had a chicken sandwich meal and the fries were hot. In my opinion he destroyed the sandwich when he put ketchup and mayo on it but he ate the whole thing. Being 6 years old that's a good thing. He got a lemonade which I tasted and it was very sweet but not overpowering. Better than a coke I guess. I grabbed a chargrilled fruit salad and I was surprised how good it was. It had fresh strawberries, apples and tender chicken with a berry dressing. I really enjoyed it. I know they have the best chicken nuggets and have ordered them for parties so I guess that cow is right. I should eat more chicken. They even had a staff member going around the tables and clearing away your trays and asking if she could get you a refill on your drink. It was a pleasant "dining" experience with my grandson.

For fast food, this is about as good as it gets. The drive thru at this place is lightning fast, even at breakfast. This location avoids the "soggy breading problem" that I've had with chik-fil-a in the past. Everything I've gotten here has been crispy and hot, and the breading has had the perfect saltiness level. Oh, and in the morning, the biscuit even smelled like it was fresh out of the oven. My favorite place to get fast food chicken!

SERVICE WAS AVERAGE AT BEST NOT EXCEPTIONAL. Not sure what the hype was about stopped by on two non busy early am visits on way to work. First time was ignored for a minute then helped. Five people after me received there food then I did after I asked. Food was good (just like Wendys) pre-cooked average chicken. Second day I ordered chicken club and received basic chicken, No bacon no cheese. still good but not what I ordered. On a positive note sauce selection is cool and coffee is good.

I've been to many chick-fil-a restaurants, and this one is definitely one of my favorites. All of the one's I've seen have wrap around the building drive-throughs and they all need them! They are very popular. The staff there is so polite, even beyond the required "my pleasure" response. They bring your food to the table. One day when it was very busy they were even taking orders table side! kinda cool. They are also patient with my active 3 year old trying to order his own food. Their play place is nice. We frequently have breakfast here, before I take my son to school.

This Chik-Fil-A is great! It's always clean, and the staff is very friendly. I didn't have any exposure to this chain before moving to the area (there aren't too many in New Jersey), but I guess staff members roaming the dining area asking if you want a drink refill is common for them? Pretty cool. The food is good, I think a little bit more expensive than McDonald's, but miles better. My favorite healthy meal option is a grilled chicken sandwich, fruit cup (instead of fries), and unsweetened iced tea. Slap a little Texas Pete on the sandwich and I'm happy man. The fried chicken sandwiches are not grease-bombs, and the chicken nuggets are actually chunks of chicken, not chicken scraps and McBinders. Great salads and wraps for a fast food joint too. The parking area here can get very crowded and frustrating at peak hours with the drive-thru and Wendy's right next door. It doesn't seem to have been designed particularly well, but that's not Chik-Fil-A's fault. Just be careful backing out of your parking spot.

Chick-Fil-A is like the cool fast food place. You can say you're eating there and people will be like YEAH MAN! It's funny. I guess it's a bit healthier than other options, and it is cleaner, the service is more polite... Yeah, definitely a better choice than most. This one is no exception. It's everything you want a Chick-Fil-A to be, plus more. They have a little area beyond the tables for kids to play in. Nice when it's crowded inside and you don't have to eat around a million screaming children. The service is always very fast despite the constant line around the building. There is even a lady who works there walking around asking you if you need anything if you dine inside. Gotta give it to 'em. The chicken is yummy and I love the lemonade. The milkshakes are to die for and I dig the fries. All good stuff!! One of the best fast food places out there no doubt. My only gripe is they aren't open on Sundays... not a fan of religious stuff but I will continue to support them since they're a quality company.

I really like this Chick Fil-A. I stopped by on a Saturday back in January and the restaurant was quite busy. Lots of tables seated with parents and children. The indoor play area may explain why. My nephew and boyfriend loved the indoor playground. I'm glad that my 190lbs bf did not break the equipment even though the signs stated that the play area was for young children. It was nice that the play area was also sound resistant. I could barely hear my bf and nephew screaming at the top of their lungs when they were testing the sound. Oh, and I could only hear them when I was sitting right next to the glass. The service was nice. The bathrooms were clean. The man who took my order...I think he was a manager, but I enjoyed talking with him. It was nice having someone who didn't mind chit chat and who took the time to actually answer my questions about the menu and selection. By the time I finished talking with him I had ordered a Chick Fil-A Chargrilled and Fruit Salad and a spicy Chicken Sandwich with lettuce and tomato with a side of fries. All the food was delicious. I told my bf that if you ever wanted to save a little but take me out I'd be happy with Chick Fil-A. The fruit in the salad was all fresh, sweet, and ripe. The chicken was flavorful and tender. I also loved the assortment of condiments and free items. There were individually wrapped dinner mints, wet-wipes, antibacterial wipes, lite mayonnaise, different hot sauces, and a bunch of sauces. Some other nice things about this Chick Fil-A was that they had vases with fresh flowers at each table. I also ran into a co-worker on my visit. It's a great place to eat when you don't want food court food and conveniently located by Arundel Mills Mall. They are also closed on Sundays so workers can observe the Sabbath.

I received a rushed employee on the the drive thru. She didn't seem to concerned with accommodating my order, and was only interested in rushing me. She did not try to suggest any other menu item. Customer service was poor. There was no one behind me, and the store appears to be busy frequently. So they should have employees that can work with the high demand.

You're right, this fast food restaurant IS as good as it gets... The food is fresh, chicken is juicy, fries on point, and the customer service is ALWAYS the best no matter which location I've been to in 2 states. Yes, My first time was about a yr and half ago... uh-huh. I always order the Spicy Chicken Deluxe meal and when I had it the first time, I was amazed to find out that it had a little kick from spice! The lettuce was fresh and crispy, breading was intact, and the bun soft. I've never had their breakfast or their shakes which I hear is equally phenomenal. I particular love their ketchup packets! I've been saying for years how annoying it is to open 20 packets and find a clean spot on your bag to properly eat your fries (lets face it, no such thing as a clean spot when it's been touched by hundreds). Their Chick-fil-a sauce is crack sauce... I don't even want to know what's in there. You will never be let down when you go to any location...TRUE STORY. I think all the happiest grandmas work here... it's like Disneyland of fast food chains.

Chick fil a is always a great restaurant with great food. This chick fil a is probably the most busiest ive ever seen. Go around lunch time and youre in trouble. Why do you think they have two drive thru lanes? The service here is really good like every chick fil a. They cater to you and clean up after you sometimes too. Everyone is friendly but my biggest concern is the traffic and parking. Its always so hard to find parking because the lot is so cramped and most of the time im parking at the wendys next door.

Yes, I'm reviewing a Chick-Fil-A. This will probably be the only one that I will be reviewing in my collective Yelp career. I'll explain why: This Chick-Fil-A in Hanover usually gets it right. Yes, I know that Chick-Fil-A (well the one's that I have been to) are usually known for great customer service, but this location has been the best one that I have been to, pretty much ever. I can't really recall anytime where an order was wrong, an employee was not polite, or when the food was not nice and hot. For those who have come to this location anytime during 11 AM - 1 PM know that the drive-thru and inside is insane, in a bad way. Even with the crazy long times, I still make a trip either inside or the drive-thru knowing that the wait will not be excruciating or mentally painful. I can go back to work knowing that I am still mentally and psychologically intact even with the lunch rush. There were times where I can re-call when the drive-thru was long, and an employee would take orders on a handheld PDA even before you drove up to the order screen. Niceeee. I won't talk about the food, but there are two things that I usually get on the regular: Spicy Chicken sandwich and the Vanilla Milkshake. It's mandatory. If not a milkshake, I'll settle for the large lemonade. So, in conclusion boy and girls, Chick-Fil-A in Hanover is a winner. If I'm in the area, I won't hesitate to make a stop here, even with the grouchy Wendy's neighbor right across the other side.

Chick-Fil-A is the lone bastion of good customer service still surviving in today's fast-food marketplace. At nowhere else are you always given the "please" and "thank you", "my pleasure", and "have a good day". And they do it with a smile on their faces. Visit any McDonald's, Subway, Wendy's, etc. and you will be met by someone who hates his/her life, hates you for bothering him, and couldn't care any less about providing the best service he can because he lacks personal integrity. Keep it up.
