Our waitress kinda sucked, but the food more than made up for it.

Kind of mixed on this one. Service was great. Food was split. Started with the Shrimp and Crab Fun-doo,,,that was the best ever. I could eat that every single day. Did I say it was good? We tried a deep dish, the Numero Uno. Was not that great of a pizza. They forgot the pepperoni, crust wasn't that good. I would go back for the service and the Fun-doo.

Oh another chain restaurant. Unfortunately, in the bustling metropolis of Hagerstown (tongue planted firmly in cheek, cuz this place is like a rotting corpse) there are no more Mom and Pops places to eat. Even the small towns of rural America have been infected with this evil blight. Row after row of chains whose food is barely fit for human consumption. Sometimes though, there are exceptions. Maybe I make the exception because it's the only place to eat. My family knows that when I'm in Hagerstown, I like to eat out while trying to be healthy with menu selections. This is one of the few places that will do in a pinch. I had the SOUTHWEST SALMON SKEWER Mixed greens, sun-dried tomatoes, tortilla strips and avocado ranch dressing. Topped with a grilled skewer of Norwegian salmon, tomatoes and a refreshing corn salad. The salad was very good. I just wish they would consider using wild salmon but since they grilled it and I rarely eat it, I figured it was OK to make an exception in this case. The service was great. Our server was Adam. Adam, you're a bit on the shy side I think, but you can wait on me any day. You are just that damn cute. OK, enough of that. You did a great job and maybe I'll see you next time I'm in town. Maybe I'll ask for your section just for entertainment while I'm eating :)

One star only because I HAVE to. We walked in feeling out of place. A pish posh of pictures, hubcaps, neon signs....kind of like Fridays only trying to be classier. The walls are coated with pictures and most of them have NOTHING to do with Chicago or pizza or Italy. Enough about the cluttered decor I won't even start on how EVERY server looks like a metrosexual dude even the chicks. For those that don't know me I have no problem with any people from any walk of life. It just seems at least in a very redneck country location it seemed they looked for a very specific type of employee. My husband and I ordered the thin crust pizza....it smelled like raw dough and didnt taste much better. Our daughter ordered the spaghetti it tasted like they smashed tomatoes and poured it over noodles. No salt, oregano, garlic.....anything. Our son ordered the Mac n cheese. I ate that only because I LOVE garlic and it tasted like I was eating a clove of it. My husband really enjoyed the sweet tea and our server was slow but nice. I wouldn't come here again though. I am already paying in terms of heartburn and upset stomach for the meal I had not 30 minutes ago.

This place is overrated. The flatbread pizza is ok. The deep dish pizza is not good. It tasted like a heated frozen pizza. I could have picked up a frozen pizza at the supermarket and saved myself some cash. I was told by one of the waitresses that I didn't realize what I had been missing. Now I know...nothing!

I love Uno's food, mainly because there is a good variety depending on what I am in the mood for. I enjoy their atmosphere too. But the number one reason they rock is that they have a GLUTEN-FREE menu! I will say however I am not a fan of their gluten-free pizza. On my most recent visit, I had a delicious sangria drink with watermelon and blueberries in it - very "summer"y. I had their snack- size appetizer steak skewer and the Wowza sauce - the sauce was really just like barbecue sauce I thought. The topper though was the huge Mediterranean shrimp salad. Very good and saucy, with lots of texture and level of flavor. Definitely recommend that!

Very much a typical Uno's. Very clean, crowded, with excellent, attentive service. Reasonably priced, tasty food. Must try the crab dip appetizer with the crostini bread. I usually prefer a thin crust pizza, but Uno's thin crust is lacking in flavor. Stick with the pan pizza, which is what it's known for. It's mall location makes it convenient for a little shopping and then lunch or dinner without having to drive all over town.

I'm a fan. The service was outstanding. The manager stopped by twice to chat. We were given a welcome bag with fruit, then treated to free samples (the pizza slice with figs and vinagrette was surprisingly tasty.) while waiting for dinner. The food was fine - plenty of options for a vegetarian. And our discount coupon took $5 off the check. What's not to like? I'm always please to eat at Uno.

Frequent customer of Uno's. I'm usually not a fan of chain restaurants but their menu selection is better than most and I find their food you can actually taste the ingredients rather than all mashed together. I wish they kept the Chimichurri Steak but they said it was not a big hit with Hagerstonians. The new fare two for $6 each is a great bargain that they just started doing. Ask for Kit as your waiter, he is the most attentive of all.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. I had a bowl o chili and a side salad. The food was good no need to complain at all and my server was very friendly and kept my glass full.

The service is lacking here. I am a fan of UNOs but they need to speed up their service in Hagerstown.

I'm not super horny for these chain types. In fact truth be known, I like to avoid them like I like to avoid a 14 year old Thai prostitute after a night of drinking at an Irish Pub. But Uno's is pretty consistent in quality. And they tend to have special like buy an entree' and get an appetizer and desert for $3 more. New year's eve, I went this route and expected a scaled back appetizer and desert, but much to my surprise and my belt buckle's dismay, they presented me with the full money-that's right regular sized appetizer and desert. It was crazy decent and my stomach thanked me if my pants did not. One thing I do need to note is the single serving pizzas are very deceptive. Every time I order one of these bastards at $10 a pop, I am always disappointed when it arrives and the diameter of the pizza appears smaller than the face of my watch.Of course halfway through eating the pizza do I remember that unlike Pizza Slut, Uno's deep dish is actually deep.Usually, I fill up by three quarters of the way through it, so, no complaints here. I'll be sure to hit Uno's again.

The garden salad was crisp with a good mix of greens. I ordered the honey mustard dressing which was above average and served chilled. My wife and I shared one of their new thin crust pizza with goat cheese, grilled veggies, tomatoes, & chicken. We chose the 5 grain crust which was a great choice! Service was confident with good check in but not a nuisance. Our server was very courteous and accommodating.

Small pizza Personal size has to be roughly 6" diameter. Dominos pizza may be a better value for the price, taste and fulfillment

Probably the best restaurant in Hagerstown. The appetizer menu and Happy Hour specials at the bar are incredible. The shrimp and crab dip is as good as it gets. Kat and Josh cannot be neat as wait staff. ALWAYS a great time when we eat at UNO'S.

I came here on a Saturday evening, there was a group of us consisting of 5 adults and one child. Our server Jason was super nice and engaging. He was the highlight of our evening, as the food left much to be desired. I ordered a deep dish pizza and penne with sausage. The hunks of sausage in my penne were way too large. My pizza crust was rubbery around the edges, a texture that seemed as though it had been microwaved. The icing on the cake was my boyfriend's dish. He ordered the Rattlesnake Pasta, and added shrimp (which was $5 extra). His dish came out with a shrimp skewer on the side, and the shrimp was charred and smelled horrible. The skewer fell apart into ash when my boyfriend picked it up, and when he told Jason, Jason apologized and had his dish remade. Jason told us he brought us someone else's food. So the next Rattlesnake Pasta is brought out minutes later, and this time the shrimp is actually in the dish (3 small pieces). However, the chicken wasn't cut up, or cooked all the way. My boyfriend went to pick up one piece of chicken, and literally all of the chicken was attached to it, dangling. The shrimp still smelled bad. Jason offered to go get his manager. The manager came out, with a stone facial expression. We explained to him what happened and he interrupted, asking if we'd like him to have another dish made. We told him this was the second one. He retorted "would you like a third?" No apology, no remorse, nothing. I asked him to take it off of the check, and sent the dish back. He walked away, and Jason brought back our check with the $5 shrimp charge still on it. I had to ask for that to be removed as well. Jason was friendly, and super apologetic, and we tipped him well. The manager and cook (moreso the manager) need to go through some extensive training on how to treat their paying customers. I will not be returning to Uno ever again.

We didn't even get a chance to eat here. The restaurant was almost empty, but when we arrived and requested a table for four the hostess disappeared for a few minutes before saying we would have to sit at a table (we could see several empty booths). When we asked if we could have a booth she sounded annoyed and said she guessed we could but that she would have to try to find silver ware (there was silver ware on most of the empty table around us). We ended up leaving and going to IHOP, where the service was excellent.

I don't usually patronize chain restaurants by husband was feeling nostalgic and chose this restaurant as our Family Dinner for the week. We were both severely disappointed. My husband ordered a pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and hamburger which was mediocre at best. Certainly not worthy of the $20 price tag. We ordered my 2 year old the kids macaroni and cheese and I was flabbergasted when they handed it to me and it was a bowl of Kraft macaroni and cheese. I tasted it just to be certain and sure enough, it was Kraft. I ordered the sampler platter and it was decent. Just an array of fried of food. With drinks, we ended up with a $53 check. I was less than pleased paying that much for food I have in my pantry and can make myself. This does not pertain to my review of the restaurant but I feel the need to add this as a glimpse into the people you will be dining with. The table behind us was a family of 5 and as they were leaving I overheard the man say that the server did her best although they did not like the food and was certainly worthy of the $2 tip he left her. If you do not wish to tip or can not afford to, please stay home. Servers work very hard and don't generally get a pay check. They live off of tips.

I generally order the beef tips at this restaurant because they are so tasty. However, my last visit resulted in overly cooked/burnt sirloin tips. I hope my next visit is A LOT better :-)

I would have given this a higher review since the pizza and bread pudding were delicious, however, seeing our waitress with her finger on her nose or nose ring...well, that is a sure fire way to lose at least one star.

My husband and I have loved the food we've had here (for the record we are both vegetarians and we've had two different pizzas, the veggie burgers, salads, and multiple appetizers). It is a chain restaurant so I don't want to focus on the food which has all been fine. What has stood out to us about the restaurant is the service. When we enter we are greeted with friendly smiles and are taken to a booth. We have had friendly waiters, our recent favorite is a young man named Josh who chit chats just enough to make you feel like you're friends but not so much to distract you from your meal. Service was great throughout dinner. As we left the restaurant the host held the door for us. All in all we have been very impressed with the servers at this location and have commented on it each time we've left.

Chose this location to have dinner with co-workers because I am from Chicago and wanted something familiar. We were off to a good start, I ordered a bacon burger medium, 20 mins later I get a well done burger. I tell the waitress that my burger was cooked wrong she responds with a quick " yes it is, we will remake that" without apologizing or stoping at my table even. I forgave that understanding she had a full section. Then the manager comes by and says the burger is on the house. I appreciate that and then the burger comes out, wrong again. At this point my coworkers are done eating. I tell the manager to not even bother making a new one just to keep his free burger, he says okay and just walks away. No apology, no moment to see if I wanted anything else, just walks away.... It's a shame the word Chicago has to house these employees.
