Non-buzzer location. Fair amount of parking in the shared lot, plenty of seating inside. Tomatoes weren't omitted from friend's salad as requested. Bread was good despite minimally thick crust. Bacon wasn't very crisp, nor was the apple.

Had to go to Petsmart around lunchtime so I decided to check the place out. Very busy, yet the food was delivered quickly. The cashier needs to slow down whilst talking, she spewed her words out quicker than a auctioneer. Got the meditarian sandwich with the words smallest bag of chips. Not worth the money to be frank, could alo do with seasoning. The patio offers a stunning view of Garland Groh Boulevard with I81 in the middle distance. A place where artists must gather for inspiration. Free decent wifi which is good if you need to get work done, but I disagree with a previous reviewer who sees it as a great place to escape the local culture. Better places to eat & relax in the area. It's just another chain...

Awesome location, food is prepared right, and you can usually find a clean table even though this restaurant routinely breaks sales records for the company per the manager. You often see people hanging out beyond their snack/meal because of the jazz music filled ambience and the free wi-fi. There is also a nice sized outdoor patio, although you will have to contend with people walking through as they enter and exit the restaurant since it is situated on the main sidewalk area in front of the restaurant. In the summertime don't miss their strawberry yogurt smoothies and their raspberry mango iced blenders.

Always a favorite of mine. I love their everything bagels and the Italian combo sandwich. The spinach berry salad is great too. The service is quick and the seating is a pleasant place to enjoy your meal. The one bad experience I had here was a sandwich that I received with some of the ingredients missing. It was quickly rectified and there has never been a problem again. Always a goto place for a quick enjoyable meal out.

You pick two: Tomato-Mozzarella Panini, Macaroni and Cheese, or any soup. Perfect lunch on a cold day. (Then a cookie for dessert...shortbread is the best.)

I really enjoy eating at this particular Panera location. The Panera location makes it feel like you are a 100 miles from the local Hagerstown culture.

I've been to many different Panera Breads across the US and this is probably my favorite, due to its atmosphere and layout. The seating is plentiful and well-organized. The outdoor area is quite nice, as well. I was here around 3:30 and it was very relaxing. I could get plenty of work done with minimal distractions. My only complaint is the wifi quality. The latency is pretty good, hovering around 50ms, but the bandwidth is terrible..less than 1Mbps. This seems to be a very common pattern amongst all Paneras. Nevertheless, this is a great location.

I enjoy Panera and it was nice to find one right off 81 South on our way back home to North Carolina. It sure beat getting yet another fast food burger. It's conveniently located a little ways off the exit kind of in front of a mall. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of, and even though we arrived at noon for the lunch rush the service was still quick. I stuck with my broccoli soup which was as good as ever. I did try something new and went for the turkey and avocado blt. I was not a huge fan of the sandwich as the sourdough bread it comes on is very crumbly, so my sandwich kept falling apart. I was also a little sad that it wasn't served hot, so not only was the bread not toasted or turkey hot, but I also had to deal with cold, chewy, tough bacon, which was very lame. The avocado slices were fresh and added a nice creaminess to the sandwich. Overall this particular location was pretty good, and since we got there around lunch time coming from New York I'm sure we will remember this location for our next return trip. I'll just make sure I avoid that nasty blt in the future.

This is about the biggest Panera Bread I've ever been to. I mean, the seating area is just huge. The service is extra friendly, the space is kept clean (especially the restrooms). A great place to stop mid-roadtrip if you're passing through.

I love going to Panera with my team- I roll in with 25 people and we sit and dine in under and hour. I try to make things as easy as possible, splitting the order and paying at three different registers to we keep it movin' sister. The only thing I'll always find strange- is that the food that is ordered last comes out first so the kids who order at the beginning...are always left standing. No biggie (especially since I always order last!!) but strange. Cheers to Panera for making post win dinners the bees knees.

Decided to try Panera over the weekend. Plenty of staff around to wait on customers. All the baked goods lined up near the counter looked delicious.. I placed my order and it did not take long for it to arrive. I decided to eat the Chicken Cobb Salad. It was a very good salad. Also, I tried to chicken noodle soup. It was loaded with chicken. I grabbed a menu and I think I will be returning. Like this healthy choice to fast food. Like the previous reviews, there is a WiFi and an outdoor patio area.

I really enjoy every bit of the food at Panera, it's fresh, innovative sandwiches, salads and soups are always delicious and priced right. The Bakery items ROCK. Pastries, Brownies & Blondie's, Cookies, Cakes ~ LOVE the Chocolate pastry and shortbread. This place is perfect for picking up items for the office, either breakfast or bakery items. The staff are always friendly and even when they are packed their smiling and the food still comes out fast! YEAH for outside tables and FREE wifi! GREAT webs site for everything you need! Except coupons, where are the coupons EVERYONE loves especially in this economic time? One last thing and the ONLY thing that drives me CRAZY! I drink water, lots and lots of water and they give me a TEENY TINY plastic shot glass size cup for me to refill a million times through my meal, which is why I don't go there as often as I would like. Which I almost removed one more star but the bakery makes up for the TEENY TINY cup. :( UPDATE: They still use ITTTY BITTY water cups. :(

Fast. Got the order correct. Food was good. Can't ask for more than that. Since yelp is saying my review is too short I am filling it up with what we ate. We ate food.

I love coming to Panera for their new "soups", or bowls as they call them. Not too many calories, and delicious. Great service here, solid wifi, plugs for laptops, great place for small groups to meet. Decent parking.
