Diabetics at TGI Friday
If you're a diabetic, then you must be extra careful while dining at TGI Friday. Try the salad menu at TGI Friday to keep your sugar and sodium intake in check. Soups are great to keep you full and satisfied without munching on the unhealthy greased meat-based dishes on TGI Friday menu.
Foods to Avoid at TGI Friday for Diabetics:
Sugar and sodium intake are crucial if you have diabetes. While the salads are the best option for you at TGI Friday, it is recommended to avoid the Pecan-Crusted Chicken Salad containing over 1000 calories and 1,650mg sodium. Also, skip Warm Pretzels with Craft Beer-Cheese dipping sauce as it contains more than 3000mg sodium. It is wise to skip the dessert for diabetics, especially the Brownie Obsession topped with Vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and pecans.

I was looking for a breakfast restaurant and this one did not show up in yelp. However a local recommend it as it is the only restaurant in the area that serves an actual breakfast and not just egg sandwiches. I ordered the garden omelette and it was surprisingly good and was served with toast and roasted potatoes. Waitress was friendly enough and quick and the restaurant was not crowded at 10:20 AM when I needed some good breakfast food. I think Yelp should put this restaurant on the breakfast search.

The ice cream was delicious however, the staff made me feel like waiting on me was an inconvenience.

Horrible experience overall. Got carry out for breakfast and received this inedible "egg" substance, greasy bacon, and a yogurt parfait that consisted of overly ripe bananas, granola covered in corn syrup and old grapes. One still had the stem attached. Employees loitered around aimlessly and talked and the whole atmosphere was uncomfortable and "sticky" feeling. I just can't believe that this food is acceptable; I took one bite and had to throw the rest of the egg away, (I've had better free eggs at low class hotels) and the parfait I couldn't get through halfway either. Will not be returning again.

Food has always been decent, but the service could use some serious help. Waited 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. And another 25 before our food arrived. Then after we ordered dessert, our server stood and talked to another employee as we waited for their conversation to be over to receive our ice cream. Of course it was half melted. Very very poor experience. We will not be visiting this Friendly's again.

Ordered a happy ending and a caramel brownie sundae. Both came out with melted ice cream. The server said "we have a problem with our fridge, is that ok?" If you want expensive ice cream soup, this is the place!

Ice cream is great but very expensive. $6 for a sundae is much higher than most places in Hagerstown. If you are dining in, be prepared for your wait staff to act like they are running a 5k. They seem distracted and race from one table to another. If you are sitting at the bar, be prepared for staff just hanging around the bar. Pretty funny when the staff on the floor are in a race for their lives, that you have others sitting at the bar stools talking about their relationship issues

Ice cream is good because you can't really screw up ice cream. Service, and food are both terrible, and it's not clean.

Service was good but we could tell the server was new. Food was good and prices were very reasonable. Other staff members were very attentative and helped our inexperienced server out. Will eat here again.

The food was amazing as always, but the service was terrible. I pretty sure it was just our waitress. FYI Tuesday nights are kids night so it's a bit loud.

Good: Food was hot and seemed fresh Bad: Hostess was very unfriendly, didn't smile at all, and set our menus down and took off. I had to call her back and ask why she was like that. Then she gave me a fake smile. Took forever to get appetizer and food. For lunch you would think that 30min is the proper time but we were here for over an hour. Don't ask for water with lemon. It must be city tap water and I never got a lemon. Menus at table are dirty and crusty with food. I only have 2 stars because the food was hot. I don't know if they were just overly crowded for this Monday or way short staffed. I prob will not come back. Ugh!!

Server was inattentive and spoke too softly. I had to request buffalo sauce for my chicken tenders twice and still ended up with BBQ sauce instead. He also forgot my dining companions' sauces. He wasn't unfriendly, just didn't pay attention. Food was tasty and hot, but either the kitchen or the server forgot my french fries the first time around and then never brought out the cole slaw my meal should've included. Wait time was acceptable. I believe I just had an "off" server. Future visits will tell if this is the case.

My wife and I came in for ice cream. We were promptly seated at the ice cream bar. Although there was no specific place to put out newborn, we were told that we could just place the car seat on a stool next to us. The waitress was polite, responsive to questions, and took our order accurately.
