Oh dear! I'm never expecting top notch service or food at any chain, maybe just some sort of consistency. What a nightmare... Waiting 25 minutes in store on a simple order and I'm not the only one waiting, oh no....try seven other people waiting inside, hungry and beginning to get ticked off about the major delay. What's going on at this place? Just ridiculous. Not to mention no working restrooms! Are you kidding! Actually, zero stars. Just don't!

I've been coming to this Wendy's off and on for years. Nothing impressive but I've never had horrible customer service and the food has been fast. I mean what else can you ask for? Most recently I picked up a couple crispy chicken sandwiches that hit the spot. I also wanted spicy chicken nuggets but apparently those take 5 minutes which was about 2 minutes too long for my liking. I think this location should definitely satisfy your Wendy's fix should you have a craving.

Slow service at the drive through from a speaker that was broken and from an employee that did not speak English as his first language. Fortunately, they have one of those screens that shows your order as I only had to correct him twice. The positive side is that my order, once I eventually got it, was exactly correct. I love the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger!

Meh. Getting in and out of the shopping center can get hectic. Moderately clean. Sometimes drive through gets your order wrong but it's fast food right? Low expectations, right? Service in general is on the slower side but it shouldn't be so slow that I am tempted to wander into Target across the parking lot thinking I'll have enough time to meander then come back before my food is ready. Yeah, it can be that slow at times. The spicy chicken, sandwichs with pretzel buns and the frostys will keep me coming back. But if I see a long drive through line or people waiting inside, I'll take my business else where to the plethora of eateries in that immediate vicinity. Wendy's you haven't lost my business but you haven't necessarily earned it either.

You know what a Wendy's is. But you came here because you're wondering about this Wendy's. Well, I'm going to let both you - and Wendy's management - in on a little secret. When you're thinking of firing that sweet middle-aged Hispanic woman for that slightly younger Hispanic man (who you think maybe just snarled at you), think twice. For whatever reason, this Wendy's did just this. Maybe I'm just mad that I no longer get a free five piece chicken nugget with my meal. Maybe I'm just bitter that the man who replaced the love-of-my-life (apologies to my girlfriend) won't look me in the eye, despite my ever-friendly attempts to engage him in at least mildly amusing fast food related conversation. All I know is this: Wendy's, we're through.

This Wendy's isn't that great. The drive thru is always rushing and that's the reason why you don't get everything you ordered. Or you give them money and you expect to get your change back and they make it seem like you didn't overpay them. I may have to go in rather than using the drive thru.
