Went in here with a friend a few weeks ago, and ordered a large pizza, old bay wings, fries, and some drinks. The server was a young girl who was very nice, and professional. The establishment was very clean. I wasn't super impressed by the pizza, but the wings were very good. However it wasn't the taste of the pizza. It was just topping overload on a meat lovers. To some that is a good problem to have. I would definitely go back.

Super underwhelmed. New to the area and wanted something 'local'.. The pizza not only tasted like cardboard, it looked like it'd been previously frozen and heated up. I gave it two stars for service. The girl behind the counter was fantastic. I won't eat here again though.

I'm not a huge fan of the pizza from Ledo Pizza, but I came here with a co-worker for lunch today. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was that it was very warm in the restaurant. I said something to our waiter and he had a manager come over. The manager proceeded into this seven-minute long lecture about why their air conditioning isn't working and blamed the property owner and the maintenance company. He told me it is only getting the inside of the restaurant about five degrees cooler than outside, but it is "okay because today is a cooler day." I think he had a case of word vomit because he just couldn't stop talking. This was definitely a case of TMI. As for everything else: The food came out hot and was decent. The server did his best with the slow lunch crowd. The floor was pretty dirty though in the booth next to us.

I like this Ledos and its close to my job, which is a plus. Pizza is good of course, though my husband thought they slacked on the hot sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza. But, I thought it was tasty as usual lol. I never had any issues with the staff, they are friendly when I call or come in.

One of my worst restaurant experiences ever. Went went a small group for lunch, only one order was right and one person never got anything. The waiter complained that since the manager was out he couldn't correct his mistakes on the bill. Yelp won't let me give 0 stars!

I ordered the pizza online. I picked it up on time. When I got home, it was missing pepperoni and it was undercooked. This is not the same Ledo's that was in Adelphi. Next time, I go to Pizza Oven in Riverdale.

The food is good, but the service sucks. I called a week and a half in advance to place a large order for my office. I noted that the pick up time would be 11:30 a.m. and even called back to confirm. Despite that, my order was delayed by 30 minutes with minimal apologies. And when I asked for a receipt, I was told that the manager has to fax it to me later on in the day upon his return. I thought that was strange that I had to wait for a faxed receipt on an order that was charged to my company card a week and a half prior. Good thing Ledo is not my favorite pizza chain because I'm not compelled to return here.

Called in a pizza order and mentioned during the call that I planned to redeem a discount associated to a fundraising event at the local high school. I was told that was fine. When I get there, the cashier tells me they don't accept the fundraising card. I mentioned that I was told it was accepted at the time of the order. Then she said, the manager has to apply the discount. Again, I said that wasn't mentioned to me and it's not a condition on the card for its use. Then she calls up another employee and he looks at the card for a second and says they don't accept it. When I scoffed, he said it's not that location. I mentioned location specifies the address of the store I was in! Then he asks what the actual discount is... After explanation, he says "yeah we do that all the time!" He proceeds to call his manager and finally after 10 minutes, I'm allowed to use the discount I purchased as a fundraiser through a prominent area high school. Ridiculous!!! Not to mention the pizza was undercooked! Officially worst customer service ever! I had to stand firm to get my rightful discount. They weren't really trying to work with me at all! If I hadn't stood up for myself, I would've paid full price when I shouldn't have...

This Greenbelt location is the WORST Ledo's I have every encountered. The food is a hit or miss, sometimes it's ok, and sometimes it leaves me pissed that I paid for food that I have to throw away. Some of the staff are very nice, but all of them are lazy as heck. They have it listed online that they close at 11 pm but I called at 9:30 tonight to place an order for one sandwich, and they tell me they are closed. I'm surprised that this location is still open. Tonight was the last straw, I will NEVER order from this location again.

Worst dine in experience I've ever had. Our waiter came back to our table 4 times over twenty minutes just for our drink order because he refused to write it down. There was only two of us. .. we ended up being there 90 minutes for a small pizza and calzone. The waiter returned to our table to retake our food order so many times it literally became awkward.

The food is good. The pizza is tasty when they make it right. I tried the casar salad today which was warm/room temp but still edible. I usually just stop in for lunch. The staff is accommodating. The food is reasonably priced. Pizza is super cheesey.

Unfortunately I had a really poor experience with this location of ledos they put me on hold for 25 minutes and were very rude when I ask to speak to a manager to make him aware of the poor service they told me he was not available when he was clearly in the back when I finally got my pizza the crut was solf and cold I had no other choice than to throw it away I will never go back to that location and I hope they improsve their service and management because ledoa pizza has higher standards

Standard Ledo's franchise. They do a great pizza but be prepared to deal with a lot of ugly before you get it. Phone manners are largely absent. Wait for food to be ready is always longer than it should be. The young waitstaff would prefer to be anywhere else than at work as their attitude and poor customer service shows. Two stars exclusively for the mature waiter who graces the front end with kindness and professionalism. If he serves you, you have gotten the Ledo's prize. Otherwise be warned.

The opening of a Ledo in Cipriano Square brings a reliable local standard to a shopping center dominated by take-out with high turnover rates. I admit, I was pretty excited when I saw the sign go up above a long-empty storefront, and I had to try the new restaurant within days of seeing the windows uncovered and the OPEN sign turn on. This location has more of a casual fast-food vibe than the bar-restaurant Ledo in College Park, but there's plenty of space to sit down and eat. Pick your table, and menus are waiting. You can't escape the sound of the television, unfortunately, because there's one on each side of the restaurant (tuned to rambling sports news when we visited, alas). The menu is the usual - appetizers, quirky square pizzas on the flaky pastry-ish Ledo crust, salads, subs, a small selection of pastas. The manager was out and about, and stopped by our table when he overheard us discussing the variability of the white pizza at other locations. He assured us that he'd be making any pizza we ordered himself, and that he'd do it right. His Pop Pie didn't disappoint, and he checked in after we were served to make sure we were satisfied. The highlight of our meal was the Salt & Vinegar Shrimp Salad, or really, the skewered shrimp on top of the salad (the lettuce and tomatoes underneath were nothing special). The shrimp were perfectly cooked and the breading stayed nicely crunchy. The salt & vinegar powder (which I guess they usually offer on fries) was a great burst of flavor on each bite. I would totally order these shrimp skewers as an appetizer if they offered them. The employees were pretty on the ball for only having been on the job for a week. Our server was a little overly hasty to clear things from the table as we finished them, which was awkward when we had to tell her we weren't done, or she spilled food from them onto the table. I appreciate having some space on the table, but I'd also just rather leave some articles at the end to be cleared after I've paid and left. I'll be back, certainly. Need more shrimps. Edited to add: Second visit still had good food, but the servers were really frazzled and made a lot of mistakes. Water and iced tea both had a really strange flavor. The TV was showing TeenNick and turned up to 11, and we actually changed tables mid-meal because it was so loud and obnoxious. Another patron complained about the TV and the staff did nothing, claiming they only get 3 channels. I wish they'd just turn it off, I don't think any of the customers in there while we visited were watching iCarly or Degrassi or whatever was drowning out our conversation with preteen dating tips. Ugh.

It was a mistake and a disappointment to eat here. Firs off our server smelled bad. It was awful. The cheese sticks were clearly not fresh and were cold. The wings came in after the other person was eating. The wings were mediocre. Once again the food came out at different times. The pasta with meatballs was gross too. This joint has bad food. I'll never return.

I had such high hopes for this place. Tonight was a disaster. Ordered a Rockstar pizza and a meatball sandwich on ciabatta. It was 8:40 pm. Paid with a credit card, and was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. Sat down and waited. And waited. Sandwich came out 15 minutes later, and I waited. And waited. I went to the counter and asked about my pizza. I waited. And I waited. I asked what was happening to my pizza, so the cashier went into the kitchen. I was then told that they were out of goat cheese, and they sent someone to the store to get some. By now over 40 minutes had passed. I told them to change my order to a pepperoni pizza and to make me a fresh new sandwich and a side salad. I waited another 15 minutes. The pizza came out. The sandwich did not. I asked about canceling out my initial credit card transaction, and paying for the new transaction. The manager told me he was discounting my pizza. I waited some more. I told them not to include a pickle with my sandwich. I waited some more for the sandwich. The sandwich finally came out. I still did not have proof of the canceled initial transaction. They said the manager was in the back canceling it out on the computer. I finally left and went home. I got home at 9:45. I live less than a quarter mile away. The pizza was lukewarm. The sandwich had a soggy bottom crust and lukewarm meatballs. They included the pickle that I specifically said that I did not want anywhere near the sandwich. I hate pickles. This was a very sucky experience and an embarrassment to the Ledo name. I was charged full price for the pizza.

Greenbelt has a Ledo pizza! Pizza was very good. Crispy crust, generous toppings, good sauce. The side salad was way too tiny. Tip- they stop taking orders 15-30 minutes before closing.

Today was my 3rd time trying the new Ledo in Greenbelt. The first two visits were during the summer when it first opened. I was not very satisfied with my orders then, but figured the mistakes were due to them being new. Tonight, I ordered 2 chopped chicken salads. There was NO CHICKEN on either salad, the lettuce was not clean, it was tough to chew(I had to use a steak knife to cut through my "chopped" salad) and I asked for Italian dressing, they gave me balsamic vinaigrette. My friend ordered shrimp fettuccine parmesan, they used spaghetti instead of fettuccine, there was no cheese and barely any sauce. It was also cold, which shouldn't be the case because l live less than 5 minutes away. We were really excited when the Ledo opened in Greenbelt. But we will not be returning.
