You might think that Jersey Mikes is just like Subway or Jimmy Johns or Potbelly or another sub shop. Think again!! It is SO much better. The chicken here is actual chicken not faux chicken like Subway. They take this real chicken and grill it up right behind their workstation. The bread here is also way better than any other sub shop. It is hearty but allows for a good bread to meat ratio. Super important! Their subs are also much bigger then other sub shops, albeit it is a bit more expensive than Subway. Well worth it. Lots of of sub options my favorite is the one with blue cheese dressing and hot sauce and chicken. Delicious.

Great eats at Jersey Mike's! Fast and friendly service and the Subs are delicious to boot!
I've been hearing buzz about Jersey Mike's for a while and finally got around to checking this place out. It's definitely better than Subway, but it doesn't compare to my favorite sub shop, which is a mom & pop spot. However, for a chain, this place is good. The store was cleaner than I expected for its location at Beltway Plaza. Customer service was OK. I tend not to expect a lot when I see teenagers as cashiers, but the group here was a mix of friendly/politely apathetic. However, they got my food right and did so fairly quickly. As far as sandwiches, we got a turkey sub and an italian. Both were pretty good. The food seemed fresh, and the seasonings were a flavorful touch. I'd be willing to check this place out again.

Their Chipotle Chicken Cheese steak is divine. I normally can't eat a whole sub... 7"! Somehow someway I woofed the whole sandwich down... With 3 bites helped by my bf.

My go to fast food place for subs. The meat is cut fresh as the sandwich is made. And the bread is baked in house. And Jersey Mikes must be a great company to work for. Because every employee is so far above other fast food places. Subs are huge! Get it Mikes way!

Great subs if they make a mistake, they often give the mistake to you for free , but it's very seldom they make mistakes. Unlike sub way their sandwiches looks like the do in the advertising.

There used to be this little tiny sub shop in Herkimer, NY called "Big Jim's" that had the BEST subs. My grandfather used to get them for us every time we would drive up to visit, and they hold a very special place in my heart. Jersey Mike's subs are the closest thing I have had to a Big Jim's sub, which is really saying something for a chain restaurant! I ordered the #13 "Original Italian" which has provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni on it. I loved it! They slice the meat right in front of you, and the onions and lettuce are shaved (as they should be on subs!) Prices start at $4.45 for a mini, $5.65 for a regular (about 6-8 in sub) and $10.45 for a giant (about 14"). The staff are very friendly and the place is super clean. I'm very excited to have it here in College Park! I hope it stays this nice for the long run.

Maybe I came here on the wrong day, but my whole experience was terrible. My husband and I walked up to to the counter to order and the staff member just looked at us. The only time she spoke to us is when she said she couldn't here us ordering over the music. My husband ordered the turkey and cheese sub, and I ordered the chicken caesar wrap. Both sandwiches left much to be desired due to the bland taste. Due to the unfriendly demeanor of the staff, I didn't take it back to the counter. I ate half the wrap because I was hungry, and I threw the other half in the trash. If you want poor customer service with attitudes and bland food, this is the place to go.

Never a bad experience. Staff is friendly and food is superior quality. Sometimes I order the giant sub (waaaay too much food) and put half in the fridge for later. Despite getting it "Mike's way" with oil and vinegar, it doesn't get soggy. This location can get crowded around lunch time during the week.

I'm really liking Jersey Mike's! Who knew I'd ever fall in love with something from New Jersey? Alas, these guys get it right. So far I've had the tuna sub and the Jersey Shore's Favorite. The tuna sub comes with a pretty generous serving of their tuna spread, while the Shore Favorite comes with provolone, ham, and cappacuolo. The ingredients taste pretty fresh. You can get every cold sandwich "Mike's Way," which gives you layers of onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and a mix of vinegar, oil and spices. I usually ask them to go easy on the oil, since the sandwiches can get a little soggy with the full blast. What really wins me over is the quality of the service. All of the employees I've interacted with are very friendly; never gotten any attitude from anybody here. That's always a big plus in my book.

Sandwiches are great! No toasted bread though. I had to take a star away because they ALWAYS forget or add something to our sandwiches. Basically, dont call in, watch them make it and you will be stoked. Or check them after you get them. They will be so nice about their mistake and fix it but it would be easier and less wasteful if they just make it right from the jump. Cashiers are so sweet.

Love the vibe here. The staff makes the place, you aren't ass kissed when you're in line, in and out with a great tasting sub.

Tasteless roast beef and provalone. Affordability does not make up for lack of flavor.

I've been here a few times for the Original and it was good. Because of the cold weather I opted for the Chicken Parmesan. What happens when you microwave a sandwich? The bread and chicken turn to rubber. I could see where they made an attempt to slap some tomato sauce on it, but barely. I ate half of it and threw the rest away. I'm surprised that they microwave their food because they cut their meat right in front of you for every sandwich. I also noticed that no one came to the table to see how things were. They used to do that and they used offered to take your trash. Not today. I haven't been here in about two months, but I won't hurry back.

I am thoroughly impressed with this establishment. The subs are GREAT! The staff is highly efficient, courteous and professional. I ended up eating my sub in the dining area. I noticed that the staff preparing the food wear gloves. They keep the dining area very clean. A young lady walked around and asked if anyone required napkins or anything else to enjoy their meal. It was like dining in a 5 star restaurant. There was a mix up with my 1st order that caused a delay in receiving my sandwich and the manager offered me a refund due to the delay. While this was not necessary or expected, it made me feel valued and I look forward to returning.

This Jersey Mike's location is awesome!!! The people there are friendly and PLEASE order the Original Italian Mike's Way (w/ onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar). I always order the GIANT because it takes me two days to eat.

Awesome. This place was great. I gotta tell you nothing could have been better. When I went in it just opened for lunch and was very busy. I thought aww crap I gotta wait, but they were moving getting those orders out. They were flying but still nice and courteous. I was impressed because I still didn't feel rushed. The restaurant is cozy and clean with a nice tv in the front for your viewing pleasure. Very up to date environment it actually looks out of place in where its located....but delicious non the less.

They have great sandwiches however the service is not the greatest. I walked in and no one spoke. I walked up to the counter and gave my order even though I was not asked. They young man behind the counter just looked at me as he put on gloves to make my sandwich. Another young man came from the back to ring up my order. Still no greating. I will go back to my regular Bowie location where the customer service is very friendly and they seem glad to see you coming.

Glad they're getting a Jersey Mikes here just before I move (grrrr). Best chain in the College Park/Greenbelt area, for sure. They really do a good job of making you as a customer feel welcome. I've order to-go about 5 times and it's never been a second late. Don't really like this shopping center, but I'll go here just for the subs.

Chicken Philly cheesesteak is huge!!! It tasted pretty good but just too heavy for me that day. My fiancé got a sub that was kinda like a cold cut.. #11 he says lol. It was pretty good too. The employees seem to like their jobs which makes any experience more welcoming. The #11 was special so it was only like 6$. My sub was regular price at 8$. I don't think either one was too expensive or a rip off. My sub was so huge I felt gross when I finished it - gluttony. This location def made my first jersey mike experience very good.
