The burgers taste like you made them at home yourself and the fresh cut fries I can't get enough of

Typical Five Guys which I like. The issue I had was that they open later than posted. Hours say they open at 11:00am but I went here at 11:05 and he doors were locked. When I looked through the door the employees just stared at me.

Always glad to have great burgers around. The staff here are friendly and have a familiar attitude with customers. I once stopped by here on New Years' Eve, because everywhere else was closed... felt bad for the staff, but I stuck around just to chat with them for awhile. Hope they get paid well for working hours like that! One minor complaint is that they need to turn their mic up when announcing orders ready to eat. It's nearly impossible to hear them unless you're sitting towards the front of the restaurant.

Paid $4.69 for the single cheeseburger and the slice of cheese is bigger than the burger and the bread is bigger than the cheese, you get the picture? Their burger is thin and small than McDonalds. No more Five Guys for me.

Service is good even if it take a little long. Got a wrong order last week but they contacted me and made things right.

Five guys is a glorified fast food place, pumping out over cooked small tasteless burgers. Normally filled to the back of the entrance, this location can be busy at times, but offers the same universal food people have came to know and love from the chain. They really offer about ten items on the list, including their fires. As for value, they're unmatched. Their burgers are small, and can be made with double patties for less than about two dollars. But touching back to the burger itself, I have tried over the years to see something good about it, but it's always over cooked and flavorless. The topping options are limited and nothing is really is above average. As for the unmatched value, they give tons of fries with all of their orders, and most food is under $7 per burger. As for saying the best burgers and fries in the area, that's a little far fetched they're okay, at best for a chain restaurant. Now if they could hire someone to bring your food, or a buzzer to let you know your order is up, rather than someone announced it on a loud speaker it might make the experience of dining inside better, but that's at all of them ; 2 stars.

Typically delicious, albeit unhealthy, of course. Not the cleanest 5 guys I've visited.

I just tried Five Guys for the first time on Sunday night, and... honestly, I didn't really think it was "all that". I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a small order of Cajun fries, and from the buzz that I'd been hearing about this place, I guess I had been expecting much more than what I actually got. Mind you, it wasn't BAD - on the contrary. But I just didn't think the hype was worth it. The burger honestly reminded me of a Burger King Whopper - but BK Whoppers aren't that bad, so take that as you will. I didn't like the fries, though; they weren't seasoned enough for my taste and they got pretty greasy toward the bottom of the cup. The Love of My Life was underwhelmed, as well, though his feelings are the same as mine are. It was good, but it's not a place we're going to make a special trip to come back to any time soon. Our meal was 22 dollars, which is also a bit steep considering what we got. I just think we could have spent that 22 dollars elsewhere and received a lot better quality. Color us not impressed.

Located in a wonderful strip mall location right next to Target, now you can eat and shop. My first experience here was strange, I ordered a veggie burger with cheese and was shocked to find that there was no veggie patty just lettuce and the works. At first I thought it was a manufacturing error but apparently not. Nevertheless, it was delicious. I guess next time, I learned my lesson and will order a regular burger. The fries were greasy and not very appetizing. But it was a decent spot for a quick bite.

Today is my 1st time going here to eat. Ordered little cheeseburger, asked whats diff between cheeseburger & little he said "cheeseburger has 2 patties vs 1". I ate with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup and its nothing spectacular. I don't see the big deal, Five Guys burgers are bland and Burger King is a better bet. Just a regular burger. Happy I went now I won't go again

They have very good burgers, and are Gluten Sensitive friendly. You can get a burger in a bowl and they are very good! Their fries are very well seasoned, better then boardwalk fries in Ocean city. The only thing I do not like is they give you fewer fries every time you go there, but they still give you a ton! I would recommend.

I'm a moderate fan of Five Guys, just not this one. I know they only server burgers well done but mine were beyond that and burned. In addition the Cajun fries were terrible. Barely any of the fries had cajun seasoning on them. To top off my visit was the outstanding service they provided. I get off work late and I know I was there an hour before closing, but dammit if the crew there didn't give me a death stare for interrupting their cleaing to take and make my order. So obviously I wasn't greeted so I turned the tables on the insanely rude and abrupt cashier and asked him how he was doing. Had to ask him three times before he finally acknowledged and answered. I'm sure this location has times when the food and service 4 to 5 stars. It most certainly was not on a Sunday night! Don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

Food is delicious. Burgers taste fresh and juicy. Fries are hot and you get a lot. Lettuce wrap instead of bun option. Not too sure about the cleanliness of the cooks/staff. Saw a worker biting nails and another burped very loudly while making my burger.

It's clean and quick but food cost too much , average tasting loved the fries though but really I think it's overrated so probably won't visit again, Oh and don't like the fact there are no combos

Nice, quick, cheap burgers. Always stop here if I'm in a hurry. Fastest substantial food in the area. I can get out for less than $5!

Surprisingly they have an awesome veggie sandwich! Nice variety of toppings and fries are homemade style. Very good but very unhealthy. My only suggestion is they should have a waitstaff of just a food runner, they call your name/number over an intercom which is fine but inconvient when there is alot of people. Also not too sure about the cleanliness of the place. Possibly I would return if I had a real hankering for veggie sandwich again, but nothing to get excited over. just a burger joint really.

It's a franchise, it's a Five Guys, If you've not been before, you must go. That said, this particular Five Guys is clean and reasonably quick. (Some locations seem to take forever to get the food out) Their food quality is fairly consistent. Good cheap eats, you can't lose.

Great burgers with fresh toppings but those fries are awful. Too oily and the oil gives off a bad taste. So much so you can't taste the potatoes in the fries...

Yum yum! Love this place! Great big burgers made to order. Service was good too. 1 order of fries can easily feed 4 people.

Five Guys has above average fast food burgers with yummy toppings and decent fries. I enjoyed this Five Guys location more than I have previous locations. It was bigger, more clean, better organized and somehow the burgers tasted better. I also like its location; now shopping at Target means shopping at Target + a burger at Five Guys.

Never had I had a burger of such sloppy proportions... but it all worked. Think Animal Style to the second power with mushrooms wrapped in foil. FOIL! Lastly, thanks for opening up on the west coast... finally In-N-Out has some competition.

Fresh burgers, made your way, right away. It's all fresh ingredients. Their ground beef, their toppings, their french fries.....no frozen stuff! I've never eaten a burger here that I did not like.
