Another great day at Starbucks! I love the staff here. I think everyone does because it's always packed.

The highlight of my trips to this location was the über friendly staff. In the last year, many have left, including the talk of my college campus, the "British Barista". The drinks are hit or miss but I think that also has to do with the turn over as of late. You know, practice makes perfect at all. Overall, if you get one of the more established Baristas, your drink and the experience will be consistently awesome, if not, see above, it's bound to get better ;-)

The morning staff here is really nice and they make an effort to talk to everyone that comes in especially their regulars. This is a great touch in he morning when they are swamped to show you that they actually care. I have actually ordered my drink wrong and they were able to fix it for me. Sooo nice! I love coming here in the morning. I didn't put full stars since I don't come in the afternoon I am not sure how they are, it all changes based on staff.

I stopped going here due to how slow the staff is. There are a couple of baristas here that are very attentive but they alone do not make enough of a difference. Last visit they had four baristas with three preparing orders and one barely running the register. On a typical visit here : one customer processed at a time, the other staff not looking at or in any way recognizing waiting customers. Very rarely will someone open the other register or just ask waiting customers what they are ordering.

Ehhhhhhhh. That's really all I can say. Eh. As we all know, Starbucks is a chain establishment, so there's really nothing menu-wise that changes from store to store. The only variables we can examine would be cleanliness, customer service, and ambiance. After walking in, I noticed a faint bleach smell in the air. Yes, it means they're cleaning...but for heavens sake, you can't spray a little air freshener to get rid of the smell? Prop the door open? The weather was absolutely perfect, it's not like it would've hurt anything. Smelling bleach while drinking coffee is disgusting. Something is wrong if the scent of coffee isn't overpowering the cleaning solution...in a coffeeshop. That's filled with coffee, and people drinking coffee, and used coffee grinds...and more coffee. You get what I mean. So I get to the counter and order my drink, and the cashier is super sweet. Like she should get tipped sweet. Like she almost makes up for the stinky bleach smell sweet. After ordering, I wait on the side for my drink and it's made immediately. There was a line, but she managed to get a drink finished and in my hand within 5 minutes. I ordered the soy hazelnut macchiato, iced, with an extra shot. It was a little too sweet, even with the extra shot. Maybe the barista put an extra shot of syrup in there without meaning to. Still tasty. I'm giving 3 stars because the shopping center where it's located is revamping, so it makes it hard to find. I also hate the smell of bleach. Blegh.

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks in Maryland they are always out of everything I went after almost 7 months of not going here and of course they were out of the pepermint and the cashier asks if I wanted sugar free pepermint for my drink uhh nooo !!! And last time I went they were out of the chocolate syrup /mocha drizzle

The staff is always really friendly when I go in. They know what I want usually and some even know my name. Only complaint is how busy they are but not their fault.

friendly staff I wanted to get my stars so I ordered a drink and went back in line to get a lemon cake pop. Roberto was super friendly and nice and did not seem to be annoyed :) I also went again the next day and the baristas were super friendly again! they seemed to work well and seemed happy.

Nice staff. However, this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Every time I have been there are only 2 staff members, one working the register and one making the drinks. Due to Starbucks popularity you would think they would be better staffed.

Boo starbucks, your customer service sucks. So I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. And when I got into my car and sped off it was cold. I was running late for work. Mind you, if you get on 270 S... you know there is going to be traffic. Sooooo, I am about to take a sip from my latte and it was lukewarm! Yuck! So I saved it for the next day. So I return the next day and told them what happen. Well, I thought they would apologize for what happen and replace my drink in a jiffy... Instead they gave me grief. Lecturing me that I should have came back that same day so they can fix it."And ususally coffee is suppose to be return that day" some female barista kinda big...said this.. . So I was not in a good mood. So being the smarty pants that I am. I said, show me your return policy where it says that I need to do such? I am not going to exit off 270 in the mist of rush hour because some stupid barista cant make a decent hot cup of java. So I said, I just want a hot pumpkin spice or a refund. How hard is that? Are you Jerry Baldwin?( Founder) So then the barista. Some girl kinda big. Was like is this hot enough for you? The cup was so damn hot that i need three of those cup holder thingys and i said something that rhymes with witch under my breath and left. Bottom line, is that I work hard for my money and whether or not I paid $1 or $4 for my java I expect quality. If there is a problem you fix it and not give me grief. I would expect this treatment from fast food places. Usually, I get cold drinks from Starbucks, I will give them another chance.

Pretty efficient. Most baristas there are pretty nice. The short girl that works there is not very engaging and can be dismissive. The woman of color there is really nice, and so it the young guy that usually makes the drinks. They are both very personable. Go see them!

Staff are typically very friendly and attentive here. Today though the girl at register seemed to be on auto pilot and did not seem to have any customer service skills. She forgot my bakery item so after I picked up my drink I went back to her. She seemed to be ignoring me. I had to say "excuse me" 5 times before she finally acknowledged me. This occurred right next to the bakery case while getting something for someone else. So it wasn't as if I was interrupting another customer. Even then she didn't even look at me or give any indication she had actually heard me. She grabbed my cookie and handed it to me. At least she said, "sorry bout that" as she handed it to me. Just a bad day perhaps?

Recently I've been looking for coffee options on may way to work without going too out of my way. Google told me there was a Starbucks at Milestone, which would have been a perfect location, but I never remembered seeing one there before. Today I took a good look around, and found it. It's in the strip connected to Giant, at the very end after Rack Room Shoes, AT&T, etc. I was in and out with an espresso drink in ten minutes. And the staff was extremely pleasant!

i've been here about three times in the past two weeks. lots of stores in this clump over here, lots of errands to run. initially i wanted to post a five-star review but honestly, their drink making capabilities are severely lacking. boooo :( location's great. there's a large store next door (by that i mean next parking lot) that closed down so there's plenty of parking 10 feet away. the baristas here all have fantastic attitudes: cheery, chirpy, friendly, extremely personable. cashiers, nothing special but at least polite. i like the store itself, clean, i like the setup of the tables. so it severely pains me when after such an uplifting and percolating interaction, i would walk away with such a mediocre drink. that costs five bucks. how can the product so badly match the service??? hot drinks aren't hot, flavors aren't what they're supposed to be, and the drink overall doesn't do what it's supposed to do, doesn't convey the flavor you order. i will keep going back in the hopes that they will one day all that practice will amount to drinkable libations. i DO associate a starbucks drink with other-worldly transcendence. 10 minutes of liquid peace in a portable container; meditation in a cup mind you. or maybe one day i'll just have a hissy fit one day. :( but i sure hope it doesn't come to that. it would sure mess with my nirvana.

We lost count of the times they either messed up our order, or forgot it altogether. The worst part is when they do forget, and then mess it up! They serve a large area, and I don't think they can handle the volume. We've been to other locations that were just wonderful, but this one seems to be cursed with absent minded service. To their credit, when they do realize they messed up, they give you credit. But the prep time is always Long, and it's just a pain to have to wait and wait until they get it right.
