Just discovered last week and have a new favorite! The Toasted Marshmallow is terrific! Can't wait to try other flavors!

My boyfriend and I love to go to Menchie's when the froyo craving gets the best of us. They're always super friendly at this location and make small talk with us as we're loading up our cups. The yogurt itself has the best taste compared with the competition. There are a ton of toppings, fresh fruit, and sauces to choose from to make whatever you are in the mood for. The one thing I would stay away from is the chocolate shell sauce. An employee recommended it and I gave it a go and wish I hadn't. It had an odd taste and I basically just had to scoop it all out/try to eat around it. Other than that, this place is aces!

This froyo shop is vibrant and clean with a friendly staff and great tasting everything. The yogurt sample cups are left out on a tray and there is a good variety of delicious flavors to try. The topping station and the yogurt machines as well as all of the tables, both inside and outside the store, are very clean. Make sure you join the rewards program!

Definitely the friendliest yogurt place I've been in. Good yogurt and a different arrangement than most. The guy working was very helpful and seemed to be enjoying his job. At most yogurt places the employee is disconnected from you, in the back, on their smartphone. Maybe sticking their head out occasionally, but obviously not doing much work. Here the register is in the middle and all the yogurt and self serve fixin's are around the outside. It was a much nicer arrangement. I think it could get crazy when they're busy, but it's otherwise pretty nice. Employee was busy making waffles, offering samples and helping out. Yogurt wasn't as fluffy (more dense) as most, flavor was fine. Lots of dry add-ins. Less fruit. Had mochi. Coming in at 51 cents per ounce it's on the medium-high end in terms of cost. Surprised me as this is a pretty dated strip mall.

Delicious frozen yogurt. Loads of toppings and EXCELLENT customer service!! The two ladies working today, 9/9/15 were fantastic!! It was our first time visiting and they went out of their way to answer our questions, help us with samples and explain weekly specials. The customer service alone makes us wanna revisit!

Stopped here for dessert after a good meal. I love the options they have to pre-blend some of the flavors, and they have a good selection of toppings. My biggest complaint was the sticky floor- seriously, it felt like my shoes were going to come off. Staff was very friendly and greeted you right away. A good option for dessertt.

It seems like there are hundreds of little frozen yogurt places around. My daughter though loves this place (something about the colors I guess), and I can't blame her. They have really good flavors here. Their cake batter yogurt is so tasty, it makes you forget you're eating yogurt. The pumpkin though is so tasty, combine it with the graham crumbles and it's like eating pie. They have those machines which allow you to combine flavors in a swirl, which is cool. They have a lot of stuff to add afterwards (fruit, different candies, etc.). And it's really cheap too. Even in this cold weather it's quite nice.

Yum yum and more yum. If you want soft serve ice cream / frozen yogurt, this is the place to go. All the flavors you want and all the toppings you want. This is an on the go ice cream place, not many seats inside but it was clean and the dessert was yum!

I almost never give anyone 5 stars but this place deserves it! Clean, FRIENDLY STAFF, Authentic REAL yogurt (not that nasty powdered stuff you get at competitors that they just mix in). A variety of different flavors! They have a special every Tuesday 6-8pm you can get as much yogurt as you want with toppings for only $5 I have to mention this again.. The level of service I received was unheard of!! 5 STARS

Most memorable was their genuinely friendly customer service. It was a fun first-time visit w/the nephew. Big points for their Reese's frozen yogurt - I hope it'll be a regular flavor.....I believe it's a limited one for now (hint, hint). The nephew favors rich indulging creations while I'm into fruity/tarty picks. Boy, was I glad he swirled some of the Reese's. Smooth, creamy, and yes it tasted like the comforting peanut butter cups. His cookies and cream fro-yo was additionally spot on - seems this chain does well w/confectionery-type of flavors. Of course just the fro-yos weren't enough - he then went bonkers w/the toppings but hey, that's predictable, right? I can't give the details but I recall spoons of chunky chips, dollop of puffiness, and squeezes of unnecessary syrups. Teenage metabolism..... My fro-yos were either a yes or no. The pomegranate acai was both sweet and tart w/a creamy finish so that's worth a repeat. Original and strawberry, not so much - no. Just lacked the flavors that agree w/me. To each their own so I'll pass. But when I return, I'll sample other fruity/tarty options. Appreciate that you may sample before adding to the cup. Thanks for offering white mochi. Oh the kid in me likes the fruit poppers/bursts so those were a treat. There'll always be parking in this shopping center so no worries.

THEY HAVE CHEESECAKE PIECES :-) That's enough for me to warrant 5 stars, lol. I tried this place after Yogi Castle royally disappointed me. I love it here. The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean and cute. Nice variety of yogurt flavors and toppings. I love that they have liquid toppings too: fudge, caramel, peanut butter, etc. The outdoor seating is nice in warm weather. Didn't know about the Tuesday special but I will remember that now!!

Food: there are a lot of fun froyo flavor options. The flavors were a little too sweet/strong for me though. Not as many topping choices compared to other places I've been. They had Heath bars.. Not crushed.. But broken in half (huge bars). Might be a good thing for some but I just wanted to sprinkle some on my froyo. "Colored Mochi" pieces aren't like other Mochi blocks I've had at other places - they were less soft/chewy, resembled the texture of gumdrops, and didn't taste good. Service: the workers there were welcoming and friendly. They have tasting cups out for you to use which was nice. The place was bright and clean - but it didn't seem like a very busy shopping center.
