I go to this location because it is the closest to my home but I normally leave there disappointed. I've only gotten donuts a few times after work and they were stale (is 5pm too late to get a fresh donut?) Anytime I get a latte or anything other than plain coffee it has a very weak taste to it. The only good thing about this place is if you order something from the Baskin-Robbins menu; that has always been pretty good.

I wouldn't recommend coming here on a Saturday morning. Long drive thru wait, they run out of items early (went there around 10ish, maybe a little earlier, and they were out of two different types of their munchkins, chocolate cake donuts, one of their coffee options, and I think one other item). To top it off, my wife and I ordered breakfast sandwiches with coffee and hash browns and I had to ask twice for our coffees from the person at the drive-thru window. Just seemed like a disorganized mess. And that was on a Saturday, I hate to imagine how it's run on a weekday morning. I must also add, thanks to its location, the drive thru can be a bit of a pain to get into as there are two ways to enter.

Horrible. Went through the drive thur today and the individual who helped us had nothing but attitude. I called her out and she responded by saying "Thats just how I talk" Yea ok

They mess up your order just about every time. Check your bag before you leave! A shame bc dd has the best coffee.

Went there this morning. There were about 10 people behind the counter, but still the line moved slowly. When I got up to order, I SPECIFICALLY said "Turkey sausage egg white omelet on a multigrain bagel and that will be it". It is what I order at every D&D in the mornings and I get the bagel because I think the flatbreads are gross. The guy rings something in, turns and talks to another worker about something completely unrelated, then says "And you ordered a medium coffee, right?" I responded that no, I didn't want or order a coffee. I know most people probably order coffee, but I didn't and he was too busy not paying attention to notice. I pay, go down to the end of the counter, wait for my food, get my food in my bag, and leave. I get to my office, and the idiot had NOT put my order in as a bagel, but rather the gross flatbreads. He could not be bothered to be paying attention to what he was doing, so I ended up with a breakfast I barely ate. Horrible customer service.

I come here mostly for iced coffee and most of the time, it's good. Sometimes, it's not mixed all the way, so it tastes funny. I cut them slack if it's busy and just mix it up with my straw, but when it's not busy I don't really know what the problem is... I've tried their sandwiches on two occasions. The first time, I enjoyed it. The second time, the sandwich was so salty I couldn't finish it. I feel like there's a 50/50 chance you'll walk out happy. It must depend on who's working.

I was ok with this place until I had my cup of coffee today. I picked up a large coffee, cream and sugar as usual and it was too hot to drink. I took the lid off and the top of the cup was lined with curdled milk. It was disgusting looking. I get sometimes milk curdled with really hot liquid so I decided to pour it in my personal mug, which I rinsed out before pour the coffee in it. I went to take a sip and a short black hair was floating in it. Never again. Super skeptical to eat out anywhere.

I had a pretty good experience at this DD location this morning, contrary to the other reviews. My reduced fat blueberry muffin was moist and fresh (wait that sounds like a bad maxi pad commercial). The bf enjoyed his toasted bagel with cream cheese and coffee. Granted, we arrived at 5:30 a.m. so one would expect the food to be fresh that early in the day. The 2 female workers were cheerful. They were chatting with each other while we looked at the menu but quickly broke it off when they saw we were ready to order. I added the fourth star because my vanilla chai is priced at only $1.99. The other DDs I've been to recently charge a dollar more.

When I come to Germantown a few of times a month to visit my friends, I stop in this Dunkin' Doughnuts location because it is the closest for coffee. My experience is that the doughnuts are always stale (even at noon), not a very big selection of flavors & employees who are generally unfriendly. Please call the executive office to complain if you have a bad experience: 800-559-8339

If you want to double your waistband, this place is it. From their coolatas to their very fattening crossaintwiches, the have what it takes to clog your arteries. When the sunday coupons come out, there is always a DD coupon. Sometimes its for a free item or special. When I go there, if its for a free tumbler, they are always out. They act like they dont understand they coupons. The donuts are scarce. The ones are left reminded me when in gym class and the kids picked teams and no one wanted to pick the last kid yup thats how those donuts looked like. The donuts are hard not moist or even fresh. They have no urgency to make anything. Everytime I wanted a sandwich, I get "we are out!" How is a restaurant out of cheese? when your are in proximity of two grocery stores?! The service sucks honestly. This place is an epic fail.

The donuts are dry and last time I got a milkshake it was super watery, my dad told the lady how to make a milkshake.

Went in here yesterday, and it is absolutely disgusting. Every single (literally) table was dirty, and my feet were sticking to the floor as I walked. The health department should pay this place a visit and shut it down. Unless you want to risk food poisoning, stay clear.

It is what it is. Nothing special and nothing terrible. They seem to screw up sandwich and bagel orders a lot so I stick to doughnuts here. Overall it's a typical dunkin doughnuts with nothing to write home about.

I love this location! Staff is always friendly and polite. Order is fast and correct. I tried the drive-thru today and it was reasonably fast too. I've been there were soccer kids roll in, they handle crowds well.

So bad. I love donuts, but seriously, they just ruined it for me. The kid was sitting in the window of the drive-thru. I pulled up to order and he proceeded to tell me that they were out of everything that I wanted, while he was huffing and getting all flustered. I finally ordered chocolate munchkins (which they had). When he handed them to me, I checked because he had been so rude. He had already swiped my card. He had stuffed 10 munchkins and and two donuts in the box. I ordered 25 munchkins. When I asked why he had done that, he responded that they were out of munchkins and they were the same thing. No they aren't! 2 donuts do not = 15 munchkins! And why wouldn't you tell me that and ask if I would like something else!? I told him that it was bad customer service and he slammed shut the window mid sentence. So rude. Never going back.

The people working here seem very upset to see you. I don't know what dd calls all of their donuts (I must have failed donuts 101) and the staff can't work with you to figure out what you want. Example: me: can I have a Boston creme donut? Employee: No Boston creme here. Me: but I see them right there. Employee: that's custard filled you want that? The conversation went to that tune. For goodness sake just give me the dang thing so I can leave this God forsaken place. As you can determine from the other reviews the product is what you would expect but the staff is remedial.

Slowest service and always has a line wrapping around the corner at the drive thru. Every time. Without fail. Go to the one at fox chapel instead, it's infinitely better.

Went here yesterday and went in to order since they got it wrong at the drive through on our last visit. I ordered 2 donuts and a bagel twist. They tried to give me the wrong donut (same problem as last time) and I had to ask 3 times to get the bagel twist warmed up. Went again this morning and tried to order 2 steak burritos, 2 hash browns, a coffee and an orange juice. Had to repeat ourselves at least four times! Communication is obviously a problem here, even face to face. Burritos are tiny and they suck. Each order of hash browns had only 5 in the bag. Not what you expect for a $12 breakfast. Last time I will drop a dime there.

This DD is the pits. Deserves the crappy reviews that it has already received. I came here with the 99 cent refill cup. It rang up wrong and I complained. Instead of fixing it, I got an argument and was told it would correct itself when I used my Perks card. It didn't. So I complained again. And I got another argument. I hadn't registered my Perks card yet. Of course, my Perks card works fine EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK at the Woodfield Rd DD. So, I get another argument. Then they do offer a refund, but since they can't credit my Perks card, they offer to mark my receipt so I get a discount the next time I come back. I finally get a cash refund when I point out that I'm NEVER coming back. I was angry enough that I filed a complaint with Dunkin Donuts corporate. They sent it to the local owner, whose basic response was, "Sucks for you." No one is perfect and customers are sometimes wrong. But you can tell how good an establishment is by how well they respond to legitimate complaints. With that as the measure, this Dunkin Donuts is a FAIL.

I like this DD. I'm a frequent drive thru customer and the staff is always nice. There's one particular female employee who always greets me with "hi, sweetie." I'm a decaf with cream only drinker. It taste great the majority of the time. The drive thru moves quickly, even on busy mornings. My only complaint is that this location is often out of a specific pastry.
