This is my favorite location! The ice cream creations are tasty and my orders are always handed over with a smile. I usually create my own treat and the staff members whip it up quickly. They get you in and out and they never have a long line. With awesome service and sweet treats this is my one stop shop for ice cream.

As my reviews have stated many times I have a sweet tooth and chocolate is my game. Cold Stone is okay. My issues with it is that the their banana splits aren't that great. To delve further into it the ice-cream tends to have ice crystals on it so you don't really get a smooth scoop and the bananas aren't ripe. That's a terrible combo for a banana split. The end result is a dessert that tastes like mediocre ice cream with plantains. I love plantains fried and with other hot foods but on ice cream not so much and it's not the cheapest place out there for ice cream. Portions don't really match the price tag.

whats not to like the product speaks for this place the only reason they will not get five stars from me is just for customer service.the people that work here lack of some serious appreciation for the customer.there is no excitment no smile the ambience is just very dead specially for an ice cream shop.since i am a dessert fanatic they will probably see me again but the staff needs to be mindful that yogi berry down the street offers great service n healthier options just a lil hint if business isnt all cray cray this summer

Cold Stone ice cream is delicious! But the customer service at this particular location is horrific! I tried to reach out to the manager but unfortunately she has not taken the time to get back to me. I refuse to take my family there and spend my hard earned money where my patronage is not appreciated! I can go right down the road to Rita's and have a joyful, delicious experience. Thumbs down for this Cold Stone in Germantown, MD.

Ice cream is always good - a great treat. Just a bit pricey compared to others.

One of my go-to ice cream spots. I love the selection of ice cream, toppings, and frozen carry out items. This place is great. I was stumped on this visit. They introduced about 6 delicious looking hot stone items ie brownie sundae, chocolate lava cake, funnel cake... So it took me 10 minutes just to decide. I was so excited to be here. I ended with up with a peanut butter cup perfection. It had chocolate ice cream with a large peanut butter cup and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Holy mackerel that thing was good. I also had a chocolate dipped waffle bowl with almonds. I licked it clean! The frozen cupcake thingys are so money. I've had them a while back.

Coldstone ice cream is the key to world peace. Need an ice cream cake for an office birthday party? Coldstone's got your back! Need a late afternoon pick-me-up during a stressful Monday? Coldstone's got your back! There's a couple tables inside, but plentiful seating outdoors. I would recommend to take your creation and enjoy it outside! First world problem: the signature creations start melting pretty fast, so start licking once you get it! Sticky fingers don't mix well with smartphones.

Everything tastes bomb!! The only reason I don't go that often is because of the price! $6 for a small smoothie?? I mean it's delicious but it's not worth $6!! My recommendation: Birthday Cake Remix Now that's worth $6!

This place is always dead....no matter what season it is... I think watching paint dry would be more exciting then to come here. So I come here with my friends and their kids. The employees are slow but nice. Also,it seems like . Nothing but kids work here..every blue moon you will see mother hen come out her nest to check on her staff and fly back to her nest. The prices are high but the ice cream flavors are good. I agree the tables and chairs are falling apart... Im afraid to sit on it. Overall, I come back but the staff should be more engaging. They suppose to sing when you tip right? I tipped and didnt get any gratitude..No thank you or anything?!WTF, I should have took my dollars back....But this place is much better Yogi Castle

One of the best Coldstones I've ever been in. Everyone is always nice... If they come out of the back room to notice you. Otherwise ice cream is always good and they will customize for me when I ask. I agree with everyone that the prices are a little high but that's a corporation thing not a store thing.

This is my favorite Cold Stone. I have fond memories. When I would finish an evening class at Montgomery College, I would go to Cold Stone for a pick me up. Ice cream was always good, service always polite and friendly. I've tried so many of their signature creations and the servers are patient as you try flavors to know what you want. They're very patient with kids, regardless if I had 1 kid, all three, or just the over eager toddler. My new current routine is an Elevation Burger and then walk over to Cold Stone, grab and ice cream and walk back. Parking hasn't been a real issue for me, whether it's in front or around the back behind the building or even in the next parking lot over. I love the staff, the atmosphere, but especially the ice cream.

I don't think I've ever seen an employee over the age of 18 when I'm there... but despite the youthful staff, the place runs pretty smoothly even when there's a line. Cold Stone is pricey, but if you're looking for a really crazy ice cream creation, it's the place to go. Parking can be annoying if you try to park on the street in front, but if you go behind the building (past Moby Dick & Five Guys) there's a parking lot back there.

It's a Cold Stone, which means you'll get decadent ice cream treats. Yummy, but not real good for you. This one's in the heart of Germantown Town Center, right across from the library. It's street parking only, which isn't too bad when it's not busy. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth going every once in awhile. Staff is nice, but a little slow (at least when we went there, and it wasn't all that busy). Overall, if you want overly decadent ice cream treats this place is where to get it in Germantown.
