This Sweet Frog at Kentlands is the best froyo I've had in the area. A few reasons why it deserves 5 stars: - A variety of toppings (Yes, FRESH, not disgustingly smooshed/old looking fruits) - Clean store that is well-maintained - Friendly & Welcoming employees (who are actually kind enough to offer you a loyalty punch card!) - Competitive price for the excellent quality - Delicious Mochi!! Definitely worth a try, I will be continuing to return here for my froyo cravings.

I really really wanted to like this place as much as other yelpers did, but I didn't :( Being the sweets fanatic that I am, I was super excited to try a new froyo place. The place itself is clean and cute and there was only one member of staff (that I saw) but she was friendly enough. They do have tables if you prefer to sit down but it is just a tad bit limited, not unheard of for froyo places though. The yogurt was where I was disappointed. While the tart had a bit of a lemon-y taste to it, I liked it. The dulce de leche and expresso however, definitely ruined my cup. Neither tasted like what they were supposed to be. The toppings were okay, mochi wasn't my favorite and the marshmallows seemed stale but everything else was just fine. The fro-yo also seemed not to be so frozen, it started melting as I put my toppings on which I've never had a problem with before. By the time I was in my car I had more soup than froyo! The pricing seems to be a bit lower here but I'll stick to the froyo in Rio!

I knew about several other Sweet Frog locations, but I'm glad I discovered this particular location because it is much closer to my house than the others. Located in the Kentlands, it is nestled between Subway and Bonefish Grill. It's a very small place: one table outside and a number of tables inside. I came when there were only a few people, but I don't think I'd want to be here on a hot summer weekend when hoards of kids and their parents will be roaming around the area. Compared to other Sweet Frog locations, this one does not seem to have very many frozen yogurt choices. Perhaps I am jaded by the wide selection offered by other frozen yogurt places (e.g. 16 Handles). Anyways, I counted around eight (maybe more) choices with flavors ranging from original tart to cinnamon roll to no-sugar-added vanilla to cappuccino. As usual, I mixed up my small container with at least half of their offerings and topped my miniature mountain with some fruit and sweets. One thing that caught my eyes was each tong being labeled with its respective topping (hooray for discouraging cross-contamination!). I sat down and ate my creation. The fruit and sweets tasted very fresh! The frozen yogurt tasted very good as well. I especially liked the cinnamon roll. However, I wish the original tart could be more tangy. I know 16 Handles offers "Eurotart," which I find to be much more tangy than the original tart, but this is just a minor personal complaint. The service is great; they are very attentive to those who are deciding which flavors to get and to those who are sitting and savoring their own creations by asking if they would like a sample cup and napkins. Their price is $0.45 per ounce, which I find very reasonable. I think I will come back if I want to go somewhere else other than Yogicastle and 16 Handles, both of which are also within the area.

This place made me never want to go to Pinkberry again. I love coffee flavored frozen yogurt and this is one of the few front places that has it AND it's really good! I love to top my yogurt with fruit, and they had a nice fruit selection which was all fresh!

Absolutely loved loved loved it! I love that they have wet nuts! usually you have to ask places if they have them, and usually they dont, but I was happily surprised when I saw them! I get a huge cup filled with the original tart yogurt and for topping I get wet nuts, moichi, fruit poppers and marshmallow sauce. Very very delicious it's must try!!! SweetFrog has best yogurt in area!

Self serve froyo is virtually the same anywhere you go but the variety of flavors, texture of the yogurt and friendly staff make this place good. My issue here is cleanliness. Depending on when you go, it's anywhere from acceptable to downright filthy. Now I get that there are a lot of filthy children running around a place like this, but it is concerning that it doesn't seem to be a primary concern for management.

I've been meaning to write a review for this place. It's been a few months since I've been do hopefully they improved since then. This was the worst froyo I've had ever. The froyo wasn't really frozen and the flavor wasn't there. I ended up throwing out most of my cup. On a better note, the staff there were friendly.

The smell in this place is so offensive that it's hard to even eat here. My children and I love froyo but they even said "lets not go back!" I can't recommend this place at all.

Sweet Frog is the BEST froyo self-serve chain, hands down. They offer lots of soft serve options to choose from (e.g. fruity flavors, creamy vanilla/chocolate classic flavors, etc.) and every topping you could possibly want, along with about 12+ different syrups to try. They charge by the weight and I think their prices are comparable to what you'd pay at Cold Stone Creamery, Maggie Moo's, etc. You choose which soft serve you want and how much you want, pour on your favorite toppings and then take it to the register to pay. So, you get exactly what you want! Super adorable theme, excellent service, very clean, etc. Sweet Frog is definitely my favorite.

I frequent this location because it is clean and the staff are friendly. ALL the flavors offered are gluten-free, and they always have at least one flavor that is dairy-free. There are many many topping options, but I always get the nuts and/or fruit toppings. The nuts are crunchy, not stale. The fruit topping are always fresh and delicious!
