I admit, I'm one of those disgustingly annoying people that will find the closest parking spot to go to the gym, take the elevator to go down one flight, and will use the drive through if at all possible. Am I lazy or just a fatty? It's like asking what came first, the chicken or the egg...this is a conundrum that has no answers. So you can imagine how I love that this Starbucks (the closest Starbucks to me, to boot), has a drive through! Hurrah! The drive through can be slow at times, and they probably need to get a new speaker/intercom since the words tend to be a little garbled, but it's fantastic for lazy fatties who need their caffeine fix, so they can sit in front of the TV eating nachos all day. YAY!

I like that this Starbucks location has a drive through. What I don't like is that the drive through always takes forever, compared to just parking a little far and walking in. The parking can be a tad obnoxious because of the layout and how the drive through literally wraps around the Starbucks during the busiest times. Otherwise, the service is always good. My drinks are usually on point, however 1 out of the 5 times I have come here, they did use the wrong milk in my drink. And it was already too late by the time that I noticed, so I couldn't go back to exchange it. It's an older Starbucks but everything is very consistent with the other Starbucks. Definitely my go to Starbucks for my early Saturday morning freelance work that I do in the area.

3 out of 5 times they got my drink right. The other 2 it tasted burnt and icky. Definitely a busy location. Sometimes the staff is friendly, sometimes not. Sometimes they seem to know what they are doing, sometimes not. It was the closest location to the hotel, so we went almost every day. I never tried the drive thru, it always had a line, and i generally wanted to get a yogurt and didn't feel like explaining that thru the squawk box!

It's starbucks - what can you say. Just like all of them but the staff here is super friendly. Really nice folks. And it's a DRIVE THRU!! Only one I know of. Gotta love a drive through coffee shop!

A drive-thru Starbucks that gets a lot of traffic. A great location, yet could've been layed out a little bit better to handle all the business they get. The lobby is a little small when they get busy and there are sometimes delays getting in and out. The drinks are well made - the barista usually making drinks (inside) in the morning is very good. I have also had good luck getting excellent service and drinks using the drive thru. All that said, this is my #2 place to stop when I'm headed to work - mostly because of convenience in relation to my place of business and proximity to I-270. Very easy to get to.

I love that this Starbucks has a drive through. The employees here are also very friendly and serve you with a smile. The couches are comfy and the ambiance is inviting and everything is kept clean.

I have to disagree with some recent posts. While I to love the drive through - my sole reason for visiting this store - they service is OK at best. There are a couple people working at this store that seem to be in a trance no matter how busy. I think today was my last try as the person behind the machine couldn't see more unfriendly and the person behind the register seemed to be operating in slow motion. I don't think all of the staff are bad - some I see hustling around. But the manager needs to take a look at the staff. The drive-through crawls and it's typically faster to go inside. And this isn't based on one or two visits - this is a pattern over months. Sorry, I'll start using another location even if they don't have a drive through.

Store placement is bad- the filled parking lot doesn't have a lot of room to move around so there's only one aisle to the small drive thru which seems to have a long line everything I try to get a coffee. The time I went thru I was 3rd in line and it took almost 20 minutes for a drink.

What with the bad reviews? They probably have not had the apple fritter warmed up ( TO DIE FOR ) nor do they covet iced decaf coffee which some of the smaller Starbucks do not have. It seems to me that it is very busy store, the workers work very hard and are constantly busy and there is never any room to sit. Who cares? I am eating a warmed up apple fritter with a decaf iced coffee. The world could end and I would not notice. Love the drive thru if there is no more than 2-3 cars. Otherwise, save yourself an hour and park and walk.

Starbucks are still in domination. ..this place is on my way from home to office so I always end up buying coffee n yum yum birthday cake pops...they do run out of veg tomato mozzarella sandwich...drive through lines are big during office hours. .obv!!..so if you don't want to wait much , go inside n order..they are quicker there....people are very friendly..Starbucks needs to provide more vegetarian options ..this doesn't open 24 hours ...which sucks...

This is my go to Starbucks only because it has a drive through. Which is soo convenient! Lines do get long sometimes but mostly goes by fast. My drinks have always came out tasting great and have not disappointed me. I've never been inside but it doesn't really matter because I go here just for the convenience of the drive through. I have no complaints.

I'm a huge Starbuck fan. I've been gold since 2012. This location has a drive through in a tiny strip mall. I'm not a fan of this location because the drive thru is insane... They need to move this to a bigger shipping center so that it could accommodate the cars waiting in line. These cars are always blocking up the parking spots so think about this before you choose your parking spot. I've been to this location multi times and it was pretty slow every time. Needless to say... I this isn't my go to spot.

Came here during the morning rush, shortly after 8:15AM and used the drive-thru. There were about 7 cars ahead of me and it took me about 4 minutes in total to get my drink on exit, which breaks down to approximately 34.2857 seconds per person which is pretty badass fasssst. Service here is welcoming and friendly, which is always great. I was told by a friend to go try their new S'mores Frappuccino, which is described on their website as, "Marshmallow-infused whipped cream, milk chocolate sauce, a creamy blend of graham, coffee milk and ice finished off with more marshmallowy whipped cream and a graham cracker crumble". Umm, Okay. Sounds like a lot going on. First, I definitely taste the graham cracker and milk chocolate, but not so much the marshmallow, but I know it's there because it's pretty damn sweet, dare I say almost too sweet, cloyingly sweet. So I don't taste the marshmallow but I know it's there? Yes. The marshmallow-infused whipped cream is on the very bottom of the cup, then the milk chocolate sauce is layered on top of that, then the bad boy is filled with coffee, which I still taste by the way, then more infused whipped cream on top. I believe my mistake was that I didn't stir the concoction before sipping it. But, as I'm staring at my half drank cup, the mixture has blended itself, or perhaps I've drank all the chocolate and marshmallow first, hence the overwhelming sweetness. With every sip, there's sugar then coffee with a finish of graham on the pallet. So what do I know about coffee? Absolutely nothing. I usually go to 7-11 for their Brazilian Dark Roast. No sugar, no cream, just straight. Straight as a right angle. Dark as a blackhole. Face-cringingly bitter. Smooth like Aqua Velva. Hard like seasoned lumberjack. Hot so it burns going down. Pain. Yes. Nice. No BDSM, but borderline when I'm with a cup-of-joe. These Starbucks Frapps are nothing like that and they're a wonderful break from a cheap dark coffee. Summer is just starting and this S'mores Frapp is 500 calories for a grande size, which is not going to help me for my summer bod. I'll swing by here if I'm ever in a mood for another Frapp.

I only keep going because it's close to my house but when I'm working I go to the Muddy Branch location and Germantown. The staff is RUDE and not friendly. It's the saddest Starbucks I've been too ever in my life as a Gold member since 2006!! The coffee never tastes good. Never mind asking for it to be made over because you'll get the biggest attitude ever. Something needs to be done about this locations staff, their lack of excitement, quickness and the nasty coffee constantly.
I will continue to visit this Starbucks out of my addiction to caffeine and the convenience of the location. As always the service skills of Martin and Suki are second to none. In my last review I mentioned the difference between 3 star and 5 star service are the little things. So what if they get my drink right? I paid for it and they should give me what I paid for... The little things: Letting customers know that there are promtions, giving out treat receipts that have promotions, or even making drinks in the order they were taken. Recent visits have caused me to lower the ratings to 2 stars but prior to submitting it I decided to remain neutral and change the ratings back to 3 stars. I can only assume Starbucks pays close attention to Yelp. In my last review I mentioned they should print out receipts when there are promos and inform all customers. So they are printing out receipts during promotions. BUT they are forgetting one small part: Giving the receipt to customers and informing them of the promo. Please see the pic.

We were in the area, so we stopped to use my gift card for the drive back to DC. I excitedly ordered an eggnog latte, only to be disappointedly told that they're all out. I look up at the menu and change my order to one of their top 3 feature drinks (see photo), and order a caramel brûlée latte, only to be told that is also out. WTF? I land on the gingerbread latte, and they give it to me with whipped cream, since - at no part in my customer experience did anyone ever care about the customer by asking me if I want whipped cream (per usual). I take it back and ask for one without, and am rudely lectured by the barista. WTF is wrong with this location?!? Get it together!

Staff are very friendly and courteous. They often remember what I usually order. Has a drive thru. Store size is small.
