The service is quick and the food is fresh and good as always. I love their chicken noodle soup. I like the pastas but this branch doesn't serve them anymore. I hope they start doing it again

Extremely poor service this morning! Place an "order to go" on the Panera iPhone app at 7:05 am, for pickup from this location at 7:45 am. Immediately received my confirmation e-mail from " no-reply@panera.com " (a "very cordial" phrase), and then a text msg with the correct amount showed up from my bank - all is well. Arrived at this location at 7:37 am and waited by the shelves where "order to go" bags are placed... as I watched one walk-in customer after another pick up their orders and go on their way. Finally, at 7:45 am I asked about my order and a young man said that "I'm working on it". I finally got my order at 7:53. This isn't the first time I have received very poor breakfast service at this location. Obviously this is yet another unsupervised rookie being "managed" by a rookie supervisor! So, then I try to send a complaint using the same iPhone app that I ordered with ... but I couldn't because the app kept telling me "please enter valid characters" - which I had!!! Extremely sorry performance by Panera, this morning! Conclusion - Avoid this location!

Food: hot, fresh, made to order Service: fast, friendly Environment: BUSY, tables always dirty I live nearby and My husband and I have "breakfast dates" on the weekends here. I always order the same thing, small coffee and sausage egg ciabatta. The dark roast coffee is D E L I C I O U S. I need to find out what brand they use so I can use it at home. The breakfast sandwich has never failed me. I always end up inhaling it but I blame how good it is! Make sure you get extra napkins.. in the morning the tables are always dirty. I never see a staff member cleaning them.. I think it's "all hands on deck" making the food and that's why the tables aren't cleaned. Not really worth taking a star away for that.. Doesn't take long to swipe the food aside. Would I recommend? YES.

What a cattle-fest! They treat you like cattle and feed you worse than any red-blooded bovine. The mocha I had was la latte with 1.5 inches of syrupy sludge on the bottom. I wouldn't be surprised if this was dredged out of a septic tank in back of the place. They took my $$ then gave me a number and several mochas popped up 5 min later but I don't know who's was up.

I know I shouldn't have gotten my hopes so high while looking at a chain website, drooling over the bagels description. The bagels were really disappointing, a notch above safeway, a notch below einstein bros, and definitely not worth of a NYC deli. Oh well, it was worth a try, once.

Can I give this place zero stars? Would not come here anymore if I had a choice. On 12/26 I come here and order a four cheese souffle and a pumpkin muffie. The black chick who kinda looks like a dude tells me they're all out of the four cheese and before I can tell her the other one I will have she just walks away...no excuse me or anything. She comes out with a souffle from the back (which is nice she did that) BUT she comes out holding it on the palm of her hand...no gloves or tissue paper. GROSS. I'm in the Christmas spirit still and really don't want to complain, especially since she just went back there to get one. Now she is getting me my pumpkin muffie and she picks it up with the tissue paper (whew!) but then places it on the counter to get a back with no barrier protecting my muffie from the counter. I ask for another one and she dares to ask why...umm because that is soooo unsanitary WTF? The next day I go back for breakfast making sure I don't have the same chick help me. As I am standing in line one of the guys in the back swipes one of the cashier's (Edwin). The girls are laughing and Edwin says outloud "I'm going to kick his fuck!ng a$$" and laughs out loud. Word to the wise Edwin...that wasn't cool or funny. On top of that the drink maker calls out my green teas and as I wave my hand to let him know I heard him...he places them down on his side of the counter and looks at me. Forcing me to excuse myself and reach over the cashier and customer as he is standing right there. Panera Bread at Gaithersburg: What happened to hiring people with customer service skills? From now out I will be going to the Fallsgrove location where the staff are actually nice, friendly, and have customer service.

I work right down the road, and this shopping center is usually ALWAYS packed to the brim with people around lunch time. The Rapid Pickup online ordering is probably the most amazing invention in the WORLD. I can sit at my work computer... peruse the menu without worrying about taking too much time, and then hit submit and By the time I hop in my car and drive the .5 miles to Panera, it is hot and ready to go. There is nothing better than skipping the crazy long line and wait area to grab my bag and be on my way! I can get back to work within 10 minutes and never lose a chunk of my day! Food is always great, my personal go-to is the Autumn Squash soup right now since it's in season and usually ad a

Can't go too wrong with Panera for fast food that is actually food! Love the chipotle chicken panini and I am ADDICTED to the vermont white cheddar mac and cheese. Its my vice, my one comfort food I can never give up. The chipotle chicken comes with BACON (ahem...guys) and its just...amazing. The mac and cheese is so consistently creamy and good and just....GOOD. Hot drinks are great and cold drinks are too. Sad part...its always sooooo busy!!! The parking is infuriating. Difficult to find seating if I'm there with the wives for lunch. You have to hound the good booths!

Fast food, usually. A little slow tonight because an order was messed up. The Autumn squash soup is back. Tasted fine, could use more spices. Mac and cheese is overly yummy. The baguette is so good .I enjoy panera. I feel it is nicer than the"other"fast food places.

First of all, this Panera isn't that good. I don't fux with it after what happened today. I get the same thing as always (the mediterranean veggie sandwich joint). It's good and all. I fux with it. It comes with vegetables. I get the sesame semolina bread. I highly recommend it. I gave the cashier a twenty. She claims I gave her a ten, so then I make her close down the register and count the money in the register. This looks bad because I'm Jewish. L'Shana Tova by the way. It turns out I was wrong about the money, but then the manager brings my friends and I a strawberry smoothie that we didn't order. They thought we ordered it. She asked if we ordered the smoothie, and I said "Yes, can we get it?" More importantly though, I'm always zoning out when I'm here because my friend of a friend tells me the dumbest stories. The lunch hour is very busy here. I see all sorts of people here. My friend typically gets the big kid grilled cheese with the frizzled onions, peppers, onions, shrooms, and he substitutes mozzarella for American.

Let's go to a completely mediocre sandwich shop and feel great about ourselves because it has a faux-French name (see what I did there?) I ordered something called a Souffle, it was a bread bowl with microwaved scrambled eggs inside it. Sandwiches skimp on the meat and are loaded with butter (I hope it's butter) to compensate. I honestly don't understand why you wouldn't just go to a grocery store and make these sandwiches yourself. Someone once commented that the sandwich is the poor man's luxury because anyone can afford to but the ingredients themselves, but almost anyone can also afford to buy a sandwich at a place like Panera. Show me someone who likes Panera and I'll show you someone who likes Cheez Whip and Miller Lite

Compared to other Panera locations this one and one other usually have no problems. The building is a little small so the seating can be a little close together but the staff is friendly and the management is caring.

I'm rating the rapid pick up ordering. We have used it a couple of times now and could not be more pleased! Order before leaving the house or the night before and it is hot and waiting right on schedule and perfectly made! Every restaurant needs to take note! We didn't wait in line, no repeating of order and no human interaction.... The best thing since sliced bread!

Gotta love them for what they are, truly efficient. Nothing is amazing but the food is always good and consistent. To eat healthy I get the Asian chicken salad with double chicken, no wontons and extra cilantro. This way I only use 1/2 the dressing and it's near no carbs. Very good and healthy post workout meal with my protein shake.

Someone riddle me this. HOW on earth does all breakfast goods magically disappear on the stroke of 11:30? I mean, we were the next in line, and it was 11:35...and *poof* no more breakfast! But let me start at the beginning. This Panera is near my house, and as I'm lazy and can't cook, usually on the weekends my husband and I try to figure out where to go to grab food in the mornings. This is generally not a problem because we tend to sleep in late - so our first meal of the day on weekends is usually lunch. But on this day, we magically woke up around 10:30, and after our morning absolutions and got dressed, we decided to grab a quick breakfast at Panera. We got in line around 11:15, I think we were the third in line. When we got to the line, my husband ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches...only to be told that they have stopped serving breakfast. Immediately, the both of us looked at our watches and asked when did breakfast end. The cashier said 11:30...it was 11:34 (I wish I took a picture of my husband's face at this point). He starts sputtering...but as Panera is not the first place where we've had this phenomenon happen, we quickly moved on. ***But before I continue - really...what happens at that stoke of 11:30? Does the breakfast elves come and take the breakfast foods away? Does the breakfast food turn stale at the stroke of 11:30? Why does this happen?! I'm dying to know!*** We order our food and went on our merry way. We've been back to this Panera many times, but we have yet to ever have their breakfast. Mostly because we (I) just can't wake up...but I'm starting to suspect there is a conspiracy. But I digress. Personally, I enjoy Panera, but my husband does not. He finds the dressings and sauces (on the sandwiches) to be sour without any sweetness to balance the flavors. I know what he means - their foods definitely tend to be more tart, but I happen to enjoy the tartness (besides, their salads and soups tend to have less calories then Corner Bakery, so I leave feeling less guilty about my meal). Eh, each to their own. Overall, this Panera is nice, the service is fast, although all breakfast elves jokes aside, I do find that the tables and the floors tend to be a little unkept which is why I'm deducting a star. I know that there is a lot of table turnovers in a cafe like this, but I hardly ever see anyone on the floor cleaning while I'm there. Eh.

Super friendly staff, same sandwiches same quality I'm not a big panera fan, mainly because the sandwiches are so tasty and calorie count is so high! In contrast to the previous reviewer - I had a good experience with the brewed drip coffee - in fact it was strong and delicious! I also got the low fat blueberry muffin. It was better than I was expecting. The surface of the muffin had this light, chewy, tasty crust to it that was very yummy!

What happened to you Panera?! Years ago, I used to enjoy this place, but now it's just eh. The last couple of times I've been here, the food was not good. My panini's were never grill pressed correctly. They just grilled the outside of the bread a little, and the inside of the panini is cold. Yuck! For now on, I'm going to my trusty Corner Bakery for my panini fix.

The Panera Bread Mediterranean sandwich just cannot be beat. Why? Because it's really filled with ingredients you can't find anywhere else (unless you really try) including piquant peppers and pesto hummus. So there you have it: a delectable, unique vegetarian sandwich that you can't make at home. Other vegetarian delights: portabello and mushroom sandwich, salads, broccoli cheddar soup, garden vegetable soup, black bean soup, corn chowder (the latter three are vegan, I believe). Pretty cheap, comes with delicious chips, and home-made lemonade. They also have tasty bread samples and great chocolate chip cookies. Love this place! Update! My favorite place just got a NEW vegetarian option! So of course I had to try it. It's a pretty good sandwich. It has the ever-delectable sun-dried tomato spread, tomato, and mozarella. It was tasty, though I think it could have used a wee bit more cheese. It still can't compare to the Mediterranean (can anything??) but it's a nice 'hot sandwich' option. Another win for Panera!
