Show these delis how to do it! I have eaten at Jersey Mikes since I was in high school back in Memphis and we would go weekly. I always got the club, my mom would get tuna and my dad would order the roast beef sandwich. Subway was soon forgotten. Well that location is gone, I live in MD and Jersey Mikes found its way back to me..... ...to a location just 5 minutes away from my job... Thank you God!! This is one chain that never disappoints. All of their sandwiches are stuffed and made to perfection and if you don't like it... you probably messed it up with your weird topping selections, lol... I kid, I kid (not really) I am in love with their cheese steaks... yes, all of them. Chicken, steak, chipotle, no chipotle... The thing that makes this place even greater than the great food and prices.... the staff is soooooo super friendly! The staff seem happy to be there and are very attentive. And they're mostly teenagers! (surprised) Maryland is really showing me up on my bad customer service claims. Good job!

I came here for the first time with some co-workers. We've been searching for a new deli place since our old favorite ran out of business. I didn't know what to get, so one of the employees suggested The Original Italian cold cut sub. They slice the meat fresh in front of you, so you know it's good. Then they ask you for what you want to put in it (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc). Be warned, when you say lettuce, they pile a mountain onto your sandwich. You can tell they try to have fun, though tossing Italian spices in the air, trying to be fancy. Along with the cold cut, I got some Mrs. Vicky's chips. I can't handle spicy, but my coworkers LOVE the jalapeno chips. So if you're a fan, Jersey Mike's has got 'em. So I got a regular, and I could not finish it for my life! It was pretty large, but I am a pretty small person. So I ate half, and saved the other half for lunch the next day. It was still just as good as the day before.

Hands down the best sub shop in 20878! I'm not sure why it took me so long to try this place, but it was my loss. The bread, meat, and toppings are simply better quality than the other chain sandwich shops. Subway, although cheaper, from a flavor perspective doesn't compete. Staff is friendly and the place is clean...a great lunch spot!

My go to lunch place!!!! My oh my.....I'm so hooked on a number 3. This place is so good!!! The staff is so nice and friendly and very accommodating. I love their sandwiches and chips. Because I found a new job and this is no longer close its a little upsetting. However I recommend you give this place a try. Pretty fun place to go have lunch.

Always get great service, fresh food, and MIKES WAY!! I have tried to stay away from bread because of my diet but I plan on going back on my cheat day very soon!! =]

Fantastic quality and service. Freshly sliced, high quality deli on fresh rolls, are kidding me? The kids working there are polite and clean cut and have you out the door in a flash. It was awesome, I'm glad they have enough menu items to allow for some exploring but anything based on Italian charcuterie is a winner.

Ahhh, Jersey Mikes! Proving time and time again that all good things in life are simple things. Holding the torch for best cold cut sub ever. Every time I visit this location there are teens running the joint... Not that there's anything wrong with that BUT I really am impressed at how polite, organized and well mannered each of them are...And guess what?! Khalil remembered my order! Club sub: light on the oil, lettuce, mayo and TWO (not three) onion slivers. They rock!

This Jersey Mikes has limited seating among a very busy shopping center. Their food is fresh as expected. My issue is the few times I have eaten here, the dining area is a mess. They focus on orders, allowing customers to have to clean recently vacated tables and walk on a debris laden floor.

I love me some steak and cheese and Italian subs. Of all the places in the area, Jersey Mikes gets it right for me! When you walk in you are greeted by energetic staff that act like they really love their job. Although I think management trains them to act that way, it's really a good thing! Makes your experience better. Only someone like the Soup Nazi can act mean cuz the soup is so good it doesn't matter. It's located right next to Not Your Average Joes. It's clean, they cut the meat there and everything at least seems fresh. I usually order the Big Kahuna - steak and cheese with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos and extra cheese. I'm salivating right now just typing the description. Bread is awesome but the taste is phenomenal. Also my other go-to is the Italian done Mikes way with some of their red vinegar and oregano which I love. Those two sandwiches are so good that I have not tried anything else, I start to order something else but then just give in and do one of my regulars. The Good: - steak and cheese, Big Kahuna! - Italian sub, Mikes way. Pow! - great service, fast - clean, fresh ingredients The Bad: - parking can get bad cuz they share it with other stores, restaurants in this strip mall - I can't convince myself to try any other new sandwiches because my go-tos are too good The Ugly: - my face after I devour one of these babies

It's not the cheapest sandwich shop around the area, but it has fresher ingredients than Subway and cleaner practices than Quiznos. Ever since a bad episode of food poisoning, I've kept my eyes on fast food places where speed often trumps being clean. However this particular Jersey Mike seems to be fairly consistent (wearing/swapping gloves, cashier who doesn't handle food and money). The meats are in a deli showcase instead of arbitrary containers, and twice the lettuce, tomatoes and onions were all fresh in the sandwiches. I deducted one star with the dining area being a bit messy and dirty. Granted many kids and their parents come through here for a quick bite. Also the bread could definitely use some improvement, which is something (surprisingly) Subway and Quiznos do better at.

Yuck.... tried a chicken parmesan sub and the chicken tasted like rubber... I couldn't even finish the sub and had to throw it out. Maybe I just had a bad experience, given the overall ratings of this place.

Jersey Mikes makes the best cold cut subs period. My favorites are #7 turkey and #13 original. The regular portion is huge (enough to feed two people) and mini is a good single serving size (reminds me of a 6" subway sub) even if it looks smaller. The service is great too. Very friendly and courteous staff. It's no wonder I come here so often. Sign up for their email list and join their frequent sub card. You get a free chip and soda coupon about once a month too.

It was a dark and stormy afternoon, as I cruised around the perimeter of the Kentlands looking for a lunch spot. In the far corner of the lot, I spotted Jersey Mike's for the first time. I had a hankering for a great sandwich, but in Gaithersburg, I've learned to settle for just a good one. If Jersey Mike's was at least "good", I'd have had an okay meal. I entered Jersey Mike's for the first time in my life and was greeted from behind the counter by a friendly employee. She happily explained the menu to me, and my questions about sizes, ingredients, etc. I told her how I just had a lousy cheesesteak the night before at a local take-out, so I chose the next closest thing, the chicken cheesesteak sandwich. It's like a cheesesteak, only chicken. I requested a simple chicken, cheese, and ketchup combo. Nothing else. Never liked those peppers, onions, mushrooms. You can have mine. Chatted a bit more with the employee, who told me about their chipotle sauce, which she gave me a sample of. Next, my sandwich was up, and it was time to chow down. First things first, the sandwich was delicious. The bread was soft and easy to bite into and chew. The chicken, thinly cut and chopped, mixed together with melted provolone cheese, just oozed warmth and flavor with every bite. The dash of ketchup gives it a slight sweetness that reminds me of summertime. The flavors and textures in my mouth sent my mind on a journey back to my youth, along the Jersey Shore where the best cheesesteaks were plentiful. For a moment, I was there in my old hometown, a greasy teenager, biting into a cheesesteak by the beach. I indulged in the memories, and continued to enjoy my sandwich. I tried the Chipotle sauce sample, and that was great, too. On my next visit, I had a real cheesesteak, which was fan-friggin-tastic. I just had ketchup on it, but the nice employee from my last visit (who I've learned is named Tiffany, and she is an assistant manager with aspirations to grow within the company. Go Tiffany!), allowed me a Chipotle Sauce sample, which I also enjoyed on this sandwich. I'm getting closer to just going for it and ordering the specialty sandwich that this sauce comes on, instead of liberally dabbing it about from a sample cup. What else can I tell ya? The have fountain soda with free refills. They have a whole cold deli section. It looks good, but I haven't tried it yet. Tiffany gave me a sample of the tuna, which tasted good, even though I am not a huge fan of celery in my tuna. (it was still good though, don't get me wrong.) The rest of the employees were equally as nice and friendly. More restaurants, take out spots, could learn from this crew. Good attitudes all around. Long story short: Great food and value. Great employees and service.

I've been here twice now and I gotta say, this place is great! Store is clean, staff is friendly, prices are reasonable. Giant sub is giant. Will go again.

I generally don't like to review chains, but this was a first time visit, so why not? The place was packed on a Sunday afternoon for lunch, and given the length of the queue, the service relatively quick and courteous. I'm not sure what a "Northeast" sub is supposed to be, but after all my years living in New England, I'm not sure if this should be different or the same. To me, this place reminded me of another chain, Firehouse Subs, but with their own spin on sub construction/design - "Northeast" style(?) . Meat and cheese are sliced to order. With three sizes of subs, I'm guessing 4-, 6- and footlong, I needed the footlong to feel sated. In doing so, this puts the price per person over the $10 limit for cheap. Throw in a soda and chips and you're closer to $15. The best part of the meal was the sub prepared "Mike's Way," which is a must for the cold subs. Part of the allure of "Mike's Way" is their generous dousing of red wine vinegar and olive oil, and a "secret" blend of herbs to go along with "standard" lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The one thing I would have liked to have known is where the deli meat and cheeses were sourced. But, given the line at the store, I'm sure that wasn't top of mind for everyone there! On this visit, we did see the manager(?) come around and ask if things were ok...at a fast food place. Nice job!

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub place, and I've been to the one in Germantown several times, so I know what the subs are supposed to taste like. The Kentlands JM is SUBpar (ha!). The staff is SLOW - we waited behind one lady who was ordering 5 subs and the 2 other people working there did nothing but hung out. They skimp on the meat, the sub rolls this past time I went were stale and hard, and the roast beef was overcooked and oddly stringy. This last time I went I asked for mayo and they overloaded it to the point that it was dripping. It was just gross. In general I had a lettuce sandwich with tons of mayo. It felt like Subway. It can't be a coincidence that every time I go to this JMs I'm disappointed, and every time I go to the one in Germantown I'm happy. And to add to that, the place itself is freezing cold. No clue why they have the a/c blasting in the Fall (this was 2 different times I went that I left with numb fingers). Just an unpleasant experience all around. Sticking with the JMs in Germantown from now on.

Really friendly workers with good vibes throughout the place. I got the turkey provolone sub mike's way and my brother got the hot chipotle steakcheese sub. Turkey provolone sub was delicious and I loved how the cheese in my brother's steak cheese sub was warm and melted throughout the whole meal. Very flavorful and easy to eat subs! Definitely recommend.

2.5 stars. I'm a roast beef sandwich fiend and unfortunately, the one from jersey Mike's was very disappointing. The meat was dry, the cheese was so thin, I couldn't taste it. At least the fresh bread was tasty. The Italian my brother got was a little better, but again... Microscopic cheese slices was disappointing. I do like that they slice meat and cheese fresh. The service was fast and friendly despite the long line.

Great spot for lunch!... Much better than Subway & healthier that the fast food joints. The fact that they slice the meat in front of you makes it fresh. I usually get #56 steak&cheese or #9 roast beef/turkey & bacon. And always finish with "Mike's Way!" Sports fans... They always have ESPN on their TV's. And their staff is always smiling & give good customer service. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is sometimes they slice really thin & don't give as much meat or cheese like they use too. Not making it very filling.

Love your super fresh food! All the workers are friendly and work well together! The food is refreshing. The restaurant itself definitely has a beach theme! I love it! Keep up the great work!

On a whim I decided to check out Jersey Mike's Subs in the Kentlands for lunch, it just opened and I figured I would give it a shot. When I went into the place there were two employees standing by the door holding it open and welcoming everyone. I stood in line and watched as about 10 employees behind the counter assembled and cooked sandwiches. The line moved quite quickly and it was packed for the lunch hour. There were a a couple employees that were sorta just standing around but that was more of a space issue rather than not having something to do. I ordered a Cheesesteak and fries. I was told that they don't have fries because they want me "to taste their sandwiches". They did have chips but I decided to get a pickle from the jar near the cash register instead. The pickle was huge, cut into quarters on-the-spot and very tasty. As for the cheesesteak; I took it home which was about a 15 minute drive. When I opened it up I was quite surprised to find that the sandwich was not soggy at all, but the meat inside the soft thick roll was juicy and the cheese was melted perfectly. Still, I would have loved to had some thick-cut fries with it. I plan to go back a few weeks from now to try one of the cold sandwiches and see how the service changes over time, as today was their grand opening.

I actually went to Jersey Mike's for the first time at the Germantown location because my co-workers kept talking about it. A few months after that, the Kentlands store opened up and I was excited because the location is perfect for my lunch hour. Since they opened I've been coming at least once a week. If you want a large tasty sub its definitely a good alternative to Subway and Quiznos. They slice the meat and cheese fresh right in front of you so you don't get cold cuts that are sitting in a bin all day like most other places. On top of that their bread is much lighter, tastier and higher quality than Subway and Quiznos. The cold subs are very tasty if you order them "Mikes way". Actually, if you don't order it "Mikes way" it's surprising bland. I made that mistake once. So if you're ordering a cold sub "Mikes way" is the way to go. For the hot subs, the cheese steak is delicious and one of the best I've had outside of Philly. I prefer take-out because it allows me to bypass the long line and avoid eating in a noisy crowded environment. Also the sandwiches can be messy and sometimes they go crazy with the sauce/oil. But I'd rather have a tasty messy sub than a neat bland one!

Such fresh food, they cut the meat in front of you, the giant subs actually fill you up and my goodness they have excellent bacon. The service is also very good everyone is nice and seems happy to work there. Its also very clean. However at lunch time...its packed.

Very good food, very clean, very well ran, and great service. Fresh cut meats are nice. Bread is a step up from subway but not Philly-authentic. Can't go wrong.
(4)
Cynthia L.
I like this Jersey Mike's better than the one in Germantown because (a) it's closer to be, and (b) the staff are friendly actually all work really hard and keep the line moving, so it doesn't take 15 minutes to get a sub. If you're new to Jersey Mikes, try a meatball sub, their philly cheesesteak, or their famous jersey cold cut (eat this right away or it gets soggy)...be forewarned that they have huge portions.
(4)
Jamie B.
So long, Subway. Now I don't even know why someone would open a Subway, or a Jerry's, unless they just didn't know about or couldn't get a franchise license for Jersey Mike's. 5 out of 5 coworkers agree, this place makes all other sub shops irrelevant, and this location in particular seems well managed. To be sure, this is still a "sub shop". You go in, you stand in line, you order what you want, they assemble it right there but it is one step above the Subways: the meat and cheese gets sliced fresh and there's a grill where things like cheesesteak gets cooked up fresh. No sad cheesesteak grilled who-knows-when sitting around in heated buckets. Subway does have more topping choices but everything Mike's has is superior, hot and cold. Their hot subs in particular are way above Subway quality. This has become our new default option that everyone can actually agree on.

Love this Jersey Mike's location. Staff is friendly and although this spot packs a large lunch crowd, they're super efficient! I've only had the regular sized chicken Philly 20 times! It is my go to item when I'm in the mood to be a skinny/fat girl. Regular sized subs are a nice size and could easily serve as lunch for two, with chips of course. I like my food on the messy side and Jersey Mike's doesn't disappoint. They will pile on the toppings at your request! Everything is fresh, the bread is super soft and covered in melted cheese. Chipotle sauce is pretty good too!

Service here is what makes coming even more enjoyable than just the food! The guys, clearly all young, are incredibly professional and friendly. The food is great too, love the cheesesteak. I personally enjoy more than subway, and I feel the sandwiches are bigger too!

Ok. I love these subs. The food is incredibly consistent. I've never had any food here that wasn't top notch. And I've got to give it to the staff. They are friendly and have good recommendations. Even when I come in 15 min before closing they have a great attitude.

As a chain, the food at Jersey Mike's is pretty consistent. Like I mention in my Jersey Mike's Germantown review, the chicken cheese steak is the actual bomb. So yummy. However, the service at this location SUCKS. They are painfully slow and I'd rather drive to Germantown than waste my time at this location, even if I'm already in this shopping center for something else. Seriously, if there are more than 5 people in line, you'll be waiting at least 1/2 an hour.
(2)
Jonah G.
Sometimes they mess up orders, mostly they are friendly and laughing and making you a great sub. Everything I've had I enjoyed. Awesome customer service too, including giving me a free sandwich voucher and correctly remaking my sandwich when they messed it up. Good people great food

Get the big kahuna cheese steak! It's the best! It's loaded with grilled onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños and cheese!! The prices are a little more than subway but the you get what you pay for.

Best sub shop around by far. There is never a long wait. They slice all meats fresh right in front of you. Subs have a good amount of meat on them. Yes, they are more than subway but worth every penny. Their pickles are great. If you join the email club you get coupons for free chips and drink every few weeks. Shocked that a decent food chain came from jersey!

Orlangela A.
She said..."I love me some jersey mikes. The Italian sub and steak and cheese are always my favorite. Its always fresh and yummy. The only thing I don't like is the knife they cut the subs in half with. It always has mayo or mustard on it and I am not a fan of mayo or mustard, so I specifically have to ask every time to not cut my sub with their knife. Wish they would clean the knifes more often." He said..."This place puts together a good sub. Their steak and cheese is good by Jersey standards and their Italian sub has a good bite to it. All their meats are cut as you order, the prep table can get a little messy, but overall the sandwiches come out clean. We have seen some nasty prep tables full of blood before, but not here, so it is an improvement from the other ones we have seen."

Considering it's a chain restaurant, this place rocks! Awesome steak and cheese, Italian sub's like you get @ the beach, friendly staff, and a good value.

I had stopped eating subs for awhile since I've been in the DC area. It just was not worth it, but then I found Jersey Mike's. They really load up on the toppings especially the shredded lettuce, but the end product tastes great. This location can be hit or miss in terms of speed, but there is usually plenty of seating.
(5)

As far as Italian cold cuts are concerned, this place is the #1 seed. I was never a huge fan of italians before and pretty much just "dabbled", but after trying the italian from Jersey Mike's (Mike's way, with mayo and hots, on wheat), I'm cracked out. In the past month, we've probably been there 6-8 times. Every time I get home and eat the cold cut, I look like a savage because I refuse to talk, there are toppings hanging out of my mouth, and there's mayo/hots smeared on my face. It's filthy. The employees there are cool too. They're easygoing and crack jokes with each other and customers. If you're uptight and/or communicating with strangers is your enemy, stay home. This place is awesome.
(4)
Eddie K.
The original Italian and Chipotle Cheese steak are my two favorite subs here. I love how they slice all the deli meats in front of you and how fresh it tastes. Get the cold subs with the oil and vinegar. This place just blows all other deli's - in fact this place closed the Subway located around the corner from them.

I really wanted to be excited about this new sub shop in our area, but I wasn't. Perhaps my expectations were too high....but the subs we ordered (Italian and Club Supreme) fell quite short. Walking up to order, you can see a display case of all their meats and cheeses. Presumably, this is to give you the feeling that you're ordering a deli-fresh sandwich since they slice the meat fresh after you order. For us, though, it was a display of the sub-par meats as the packaging clearly stated that all their meat was "Water Added"and high in nitrates...that does not speak to high-quality meat as they claim. After ordering, we watched as two employees stood in waiting while another scrambled to get our meats and cheeses sliced up for our sandwiches. This doesn't seem like the most efficient use of employees...but, not a major upset. The subs are definitely huge...we could barely get through one regular sub. They are super messy with their oil and vinegar covered shredded iceberg lettuce falling out from every opening. My bread also broke apart which made for an even bigger mess. Although the sandwiches were "Mike's Way" with all the spicy toppings, they did not end up packing much flavor. Maybe some extra salt or something would have done the trick...but we just found these average with a $7 price tag. Clearly, they are trying really hard to be a cool neighborhood hang out. Really cheery people behind the counter and loud music do make for a fun atmosphere...but I don't see myself here unless the food gets better.

Jersey Mike's is the best sub in the whole country. That is for their cold subs. I love the fresh cut meat. The bread is also awesome. I have only tried their hot subs once and it was a dissapointment. That being said, for cold subs they rock. They also are at the best price and I like the three size option. One other thing that is a minor annoyance is the way they wrap the subs up. The extra twist bugs me.

When I'm starving and want something fresh I come here, so fresh and so good I hate going anywhere else to get a sub, slice the meat infront of your pack it with what every you want and your out the door with a great sub that will fill you up and the staff is great and friendly. A+
(5)
David F.
All of the employees are friendly, but it'd help if they could get an order right. If they would cut back on some of the chatting and focus on each sandwich one at a time, I might be able to take my food home and eat it instead of having to go back to have it remade.

What Blimpies used to be and what Subway hopes to be. Totally incredible sandwich, worthy of a great tailgate, quick lunch, or hungry crowd. The sandwiches I ordered (turkey/provo and Italian) were both gigantic, had the perfect seasoning, and delicious meats and cheeses. I'm very impressed with how quickly they handled the dense crowd in there; with a line to the door I was maybe there 10 minutes. I will absolutely go back, and plan to try their hot sandwiches, or maybe one of their "featured" treats.

Good stuff! Club Supreme reigns! Especially Mike's Way! Great folks behind the counter too! Been to both the Kentlands store and the one up in Germantown. Both hit the spot and then some. I have been there when the lines were long and short, both move fast as the staff don't screw around. Great place and highly recommended!

it opened today! i was driving in the kentlands with my mom and saw a gigantic banner for jersey mike's off of kentlands blvd. i had to get in and try it and also get this first review in. we split a regular chipotle cheesesteak which was really really tasty. wish there were a little more meat in there though. there were many other tempting sandwiches being assebled before our eyes that looked good as well. the famous roast beef & provolone and the original italian where on the assebly line. my only complaints are that it's quite confusing understanding where to get in line and where to go once you place your order as they ask you to start in the middle and then go either left or right. also they said they could not give me a reciept for my cash payment only credit. it's possible the staff (all new) did not know how to print the reciept.

I'm originally from Long Island, NY, so I tend to be a snob about certain things (bagels, pizza, deli's, and subs, or as we call them back home, "heroes"). I've been living in Maryland for 6 years now and had never found a good sub place, trying but failing to satisfy my cravings at Subway, Potbelly's, and Quizno's. I recently moved right around the corner from the Kentland's and saw Jersey Mike's. Originally I expected it to be like any of the millions of pizza places that claim to be "NY Style pizza" but are just poor approximations of Domino's, but I decided to check it out anyway. I was blown away - they slice the meat right in front of you (true, it's not exactly Boar's Head brand, but still better than pre-sliced meat that's been sitting out for god knows how long), and then pile it high with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and most importantly oil and vinegar. These subs look just like they do back home! This is by far the best sub place I've discovered in Maryland, and I've already gone back 3 times. The staff is very friendly - on my second trip in, the server gave me a free sub. Highly recommended.

(4)Dan H.

They rock!
(5)Brian C.

I was born and raised in NJ and this the exact way we make it back home. Love this place!

(4)Nicole R.
Yuck.... tried a chicken parmesan sub and the chicken tasted like rubber... I couldn't even finish the sub and had to throw it out. Maybe I just had a bad experience, given the overall ratings of this place.
(2)Fred K.

(4)Alex Y.
I've been here twice now and I gotta say, this place is great! Store is clean, staff is friendly, prices are reasonable. Giant sub is giant. Will go again.
(5)Sam W.

(2)Sharon K.

(2)Doo P.
(4)Jamie E.
Love your super fresh food! All the workers are friendly and work well together! The food is refreshing. The restaurant itself definitely has a beach theme! I love it! Keep up the great work!
(5)Ricky C.

(4)Gordon T.
Such fresh food, they cut the meat in front of you, the giant subs actually fill you up and my goodness they have excellent bacon. The service is also very good everyone is nice and seems happy to work there. Its also very clean. However at lunch time...its packed.
(5)Mike M.
Very good food, very clean, very well ran, and great service. Fresh cut meats are nice. Bread is a step up from subway but not Philly-authentic. Can't go wrong.
(4)Cynthia L.
(4)Jamie B.
(5)Adora P.
(5)Marianne Z.
Service here is what makes coming even more enjoyable than just the food! The guys, clearly all young, are incredibly professional and friendly. The food is great too, love the cheesesteak. I personally enjoy more than subway, and I feel the sandwiches are bigger too!
(5)Josh A.
Definitely one of the best subs you can get in the area. Staff is friendly and has some personality which is always nice.
(5)Vital C.
Ok. I love these subs. The food is incredibly consistent. I've never had any food here that wasn't top notch. And I've got to give it to the staff. They are friendly and have good recommendations. Even when I come in 15 min before closing they have a great attitude.
(5)Melanie K.
(2)Jonah G.
Sometimes they mess up orders, mostly they are friendly and laughing and making you a great sub. Everything I've had I enjoyed. Awesome customer service too, including giving me a free sandwich voucher and correctly remaking my sandwich when they messed it up. Good people great food
(4)S. O.
Get the big kahuna cheese steak! It's the best! It's loaded with grilled onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños and cheese!! The prices are a little more than subway but the you get what you pay for.
(4)Bradley H.
(5)Orlangela A.
(4)Don D.
Considering it's a chain restaurant, this place rocks! Awesome steak and cheese, Italian sub's like you get @ the beach, friendly staff, and a good value.
(4)J.m. R.
(5)Will H.
(4)Eddie K.
(5)Tyler W.
Walked in at nine as they were closing, the guys working were in good moods and told me it was no problem to take an order. Got a Club Supreme Mike's Way. A+ for customer service A+ for rare roast beef I was satisfied beyond expectation.
(4)Ewansiha P.
The sandwiches that i got from this place are like no other. 15 inch sub, what more can you ask for!!!! Very accommodating.
(5)Puja L.
(2)Marc I.
(5)Sergio P. T.
Overall a good sandwich or sub is always a favorite of mine . If you simple it's great it'd you go Mikes way you're in for a treat. Enjoy !
(5)Gautam S.
I just had the best turkey sub of my life here...love it.
(5)Alice Z.
Yum. Love this place mainly because of the customer service. The guys who work here are young, cute, and fun to talk to. Subs are delicious too, better than Subway.
(5)John M.
Great customer service and awesome food. Nice friendly young staff who seem to like working there. Testament to their managements hiring skills. Food is always great. Always feel at home when I am there. Don't think twice if you feel like having a good sandwich/sub.
(5)Michael H.
Best sandwiches in the area hands down. The cold subs are always better than the hot. Staff is "attitude friendly", like you'd expect at the jersey shore.
(5)ET J.
Best subs. I always go with the number 7 (turkey) and it never disappoints. The guys in there are always friendly and act like they know you. Can't beat it.
(5)Jerry W.
When I'm starving and want something fresh I come here, so fresh and so good I hate going anywhere else to get a sub, slice the meat infront of your pack it with what every you want and your out the door with a great sub that will fill you up and the staff is great and friendly. A+
(5)David F.
All of the employees are friendly, but it'd help if they could get an order right. If they would cut back on some of the chatting and focus on each sandwich one at a time, I might be able to take my food home and eat it instead of having to go back to have it remade.
(2)U W.
This is our first time trying Jersey Mike's. It was pretty good. The people who work there are nice. I may have had a better experience if my kids liked it more but they are picker eaters.
(4)Chris M.
Wow, after that classic Italian sub I am ready for a nap.......bravo.
(5)Michael S.
(5)Rex R.
(5)vanda g.
it opened today! i was driving in the kentlands with my mom and saw a gigantic banner for jersey mike's off of kentlands blvd. i had to get in and try it and also get this first review in. we split a regular chipotle cheesesteak which was really really tasty. wish there were a little more meat in there though. there were many other tempting sandwiches being assebled before our eyes that looked good as well. the famous roast beef & provolone and the original italian where on the assebly line. my only complaints are that it's quite confusing understanding where to get in line and where to go once you place your order as they ask you to start in the middle and then go either left or right. also they said they could not give me a reciept for my cash payment only credit. it's possible the staff (all new) did not know how to print the reciept.
(4)Chris M.
