I made an online order for a meal. 25 minutes later when I arrived to pick up my order, my order had not even begun to be proceesed. The cashier did not look like she knew what she was doing. She never gave me a cup for my drink so i had to remind her for a cup. I then sat down to wait for my order. A gentlemen came in, placed an order and got his food before i got anything. After 30 minutes, I asked the cashier about the status of my order and she had completely forgotten that it was ready a while ago. She went to the back and brought me back a cold sub with cold fries. I will never go back to this Jerry's, they are really disorganized and i was highly disappointed.

This Jerry's really Sucks!! I had spent 50 dollars the complete order prepared wrong! Lost my appetite after pizza and subs took forever to make! The supervisor on duty never washed his hands after screwing up my sub and after handling money he went to take the ingredients out of the sub and whip the tomatoes and lettuce off the sub. We threw it right in the trash. Last time going to these types of eatery for a quick bite. And defiantly not worth the money!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would but I ordered online and I just called just to confirm if my order went threw the first girl that helped me did fine but the manager came on the phone and didnt know a lick of english I couldnt understand her to save my life, then on top of that I asked to use a coupon 5$ off 15+ then she arguing with me and keeps telling me and insisting that the coupon is expired and I have a samsung galaxy S5 4GLTE so im looking smack at the coupon on my phone and it says 1/31/2015 so I guess jerrys subs hires no english no reading employees to be managers at that smh o well never ordering from here again, and if you think im lying coupons.com/coupon-codes… this is the link dumb a$$ manager

The Monday night pizza special is great and their Pizza is not bad, certainly better than most chain pizza locations.

We are new to the area and still looking for the perfect pizza. I don't usually like chain restaurants but as a regional chain we aren't familiar with it, and decided to use the coupon we received in the mail. Great price, convenient location. The website was user friendly while ordering. Fantastic price with the coupon. Surprised by the $2 delivery fee since I'm used to free pizza delivery, but placed the order anyway. Estimated time for delivery was 45 minutes. I called at 45 minutes to make sure the order was received and they told me it would be another hour. I canceled the order immediately ....don't keep a hungry toddler and pregnant chick waiting for food without any warning. Terrible customer service.

Can't beat Monday night pizza! Whole family loves it. Not NY pizza, but very good pizza and very cheap.
