I can't remember a Five Guys I wouldn't give less than 4 stars, but this place stands out for its friendly efficient service. Never a mistake; the counter staff smile and the behind the counter call your number loudly enough. No problem with getting a small cup for just water. The junior bacon cheeseburger is usually plenty and small fries are generous enough to share with at least 2 others. It can get busy because of its location, so try to plan to be there just before or just after the lunch crowds. Parking lot is free and spacious enough with multiple entrances and exits.

Wtf? 23 dollars for 2 burgers with fries and drinks? We will NOT be returning. No. Freaking. Thank. You. I've never been to a 5 guys before and will never go to one EVER again. I expect to pay that for shit like Panera, not freaking burgers. Also, dirty and they spoke poor English and had to fix our order like 3 times.

Got to love hot fresh fries and a good burger with all your perfect toppings. Clean and always playing great music.

Where is the ONLY burger place where you will see: - classy looking businesswomen in suits/skirts/heels - burley construction types still covered in dirt - casual dressed white collared workers - teenagers - grannies in walkers/oxygen tanks AND it is packed during lunch? You got it..... *No need to order the large fries as the small one is more than enough to share with someone as they always load up the bag!

This one is standard.

Love the food here, but this is now the 2nd time I come and an employee is sweeping and sweeps over my feet while sitting . Wtf!!!

I liked Five Guys when I was an elephant. The free peanuts were always welcome. But now that I am human again, I was not impressed with the burger. I ordered a bacon cheese with all the toppings. The burger is way too greasy. You can tell how the bag is saturated before you even walk out the door. And BGR has tastier, less greasier burgers. Some of the Five Guys toppings are definitely canned. I rate the burger 7/10. They do have great hot dogs though, believe it or not. Go to Five Guys Burgers HOT DOGS and Fries and get a kosher bacon dog with all the toppings and you won't be disappointed.

I wish Yelp allowed for half stars so I can give this a 3.5. This place is the closest I can get to an In-N-Out burger out here and is much better than the fast food burger places. I like that you can completely customize what you want on your burger and that they have so many options for it. It's also cool that you can munch on peanuts while you wait for them to finish your burger. The size of the fries are definitely to share with another person as I have never been able to finish them by myself, nor do I want to. My usual order is a cheeseburger all-the-way with some relish as well. This place also has some outdoor seating which is good for enjoying your burger on a nice sunny day. Overall, this is a decent burger place.

Staff in this location are nice and fast. I love burgers and this has got to be the yummiest burger in the DMV area...IMO! The fries are soo good not to greasy or crunchy and who doesn't love their cajun fries YUM! I like that you get your assortment of add ons, the burgers are cheap tasting like McDonalds or over priced, fancy, and over cooked like McCormick and Schmicks. I've tried their hot dogs and they aren't bad but I come for the burgers.

This place is definitely trying to imitate In-N-Out's style, but their burgers will never compare. Burgers here are delicious, but not even close to the west coast burger joint.

5 stars for Five guys! Closest burger to in N out around and with so many options of toppings you can get pretty close to "Animal Style" or "The Flying Dutchman" for those that don't do carbs. The burgers are made to order and you can smell the yumminess from the parking lot which , by the way, always has ample parking. The fries are as good if not better than boardwalk fries and they load you up on fries. There's always fries at the bottom of the bag and plenty to share. This location is clean, has very polite staff who seem to enjoy their jobs and hey if you want to eat outside, they have an outdoor patio. Great burgers, however you like them. Don't be fooled by the "little burger" it's not small at all its just a single and load it up however you want. Drag it through the garden, or get it plain, the burgers here will not disappoint. Line moves very fast! Great lunch to fill the burger crave! Thanks Five guys!!!!!

When you're starving and you're waiting for your food, it's nice to know that you can have something to munch on while you wait. Mexican: free chips and salsa Italian: free bread with olive oil Chinese: fried wonton crisps with sweet & sour sauce Five Guys: free peanuts!! Burgers here are OK, you add whatever toppings you want. I think the mushrooms are canned. You can get a Chicago style hot dog here -- just order the grilled hot dog and add all the toppings. I like their hot dogs better than their hamburgers. Urban Burgers makes far better burgers, if you can make the trip.

Burgers. Yes, I've already reviewed this place, the Aspen Hill location, but I must review it again, since I had a different type of burger at this location. I tweaked my normal order this time around, and had my burger with hot sauce. Was it a good idea? Maybe not. Not that the burgers here are not good. More a fact you just have to figure out what works with your burger or not. While the hot sauce did give it a good kick to the burger, it made it a bit messy, as hot sauce isn't thick like ketchup is. As always, Five Guys is a great burger experience. I still have to try 'In and Out', and in NYC we have the 'Shake Shack', but the burgers here are a bit better than the Shake Shack, yet a bit messier to eat. But as always, I must advise you to stay away from the fries as they are uber oily!

I don't see what all the hype is about. I had a bacon cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and onions. It wasn't bad nor great. The burger was not juicy but it wasn't dry either. The cajun fries were saltier than I prefer but again nothing terribly memorable. If Five Guys were next to me and I was short on time, I'd go in, but otherwise nothing compelling here.

This Five Guys is sooo Gaithersburg -- I think it's the only one I've seen with outdoor seating. It had been forever since my last burger, and I was pretty excited to get some BEEF in me, but when I opened up that foil, it was like looking at the old naked ladies at the swimming pool locker room - things were just hanging out at all the wrong places. Tomato slices were practically outside of the burger and only 2/3 of the cheese touched the patty. It tasted great, but when a hamburger - no matter how delicious - makes me think of an old naked lady...that's not good.

definitely tasteeest burger on the east coast not too greasy, loads of flavor, bacon and jalapenos are a must cant give it five stars because of in-and-out burger carrying that throne
(4)Jen L.
Very informal atmosphere, large location with plenty of seating, pretty good service. The good - really good flavorful mushrooms on pretty good overall burgers. The downside - the burger patty meat could be less greasy, bigger and thicker in size, and better tasting overall.
