DO NOT do business with this place. 3 for 3 on messing up orders. simply idiotic workers who can't seem to follow simple instructions. My order (which I ordered online) was completely ruined; wrong food was delivered, and was delivered about an hour after the online tracker said it was "out for delivery". If i could i would take away stars from this place i would. I repeat. Do NOT conduct business with this Dominos.

Everyone knows what they are getting into with Domino's, mediocre pizza that you can order late without breaking the bank. Right after they rolled out their facelift commercials 6 months ago or so I gave it another try. While the food still tasted like Domino's, to my surprise they had bumped the quality up a notch. The pizza wasn't skimpy on cheese, the toppings were actually loaded, and there was a nice garlic butter crust. I don't know if it is just this location but the last couple times I have ordered the quality has seriously reverted. Look forward to getting 4 mushroom slices and 5 pieces of pepperoni, the pizza being delivered cold, and the crust being dry and bland. Go back to your short lived glory days domino's!

Ordered pizza at 10 pm using the iPhone app. The tracker said the pizza left dominoes at 10:20 pm and by 10:30 the tracker said the pizza was delivered. After a call to the store, the pizza was delivered at 11:00, cold and with the wrong toppings. The cheesy bread was uncooked and very doughy. Called the store to complain and was put on hold for 5 minutes. Won't be ordering from this store again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered delivery tonight and in the middle of eating our pizza, my sister almost took a bite of a slice of pizza with a COCKROACH in it! Good thing she look at her food before eating it! OMG! Super disgusting! After she saw it she threw up. I'll post a picture of the roach in the pizza. We just stopped eating from that point. Everyone lost their appetite.

So being that I have contacted corporate AGAIN and have not received anything from the franchise owner or the GM I am assuming that they don't care about customers. However I did get a $10 coupon and an apology that no one has contacted me. Personally, I feel as though Dominos doesn't care about the customers experience.

For a pick up, this place was relatively hassle-free and the pizza was pretty decent too. I wouldn't mind coming here again - yet to check out the delivery service though!

I would not recommend - frequently takes much longer than anticipated and the customer service at the store when you call is less than friendly. If your job is to deliver pizza - there is not much room for poor performance. The pizza is good, service needs a lot of work.

Not impressed. Man who answered the phone was impatient. My pizza was lukewarm when delivered. I had requested no olives on my veggie pizza and there was almost more olives than anything else. The delivery man was polite enough. Overall, I would not recommend this Domino's and I certainly will use either a different store or a different company.

Ordered online from this Domino's location on Friday evening. It was so easy and delivered very fast! I was impressed, we ordered the thin crust cheese pizza and it was really good, may be as good as Ledos! Will definitely order again! Thanks Domino's!

Lesson learned: NEVER DO BUSSINESS with this place again! We ordered a medium pizza, cheesy bread, and chocolate lava cakes. The food delivered an hour later, cold, and they left out our lava cakes. The driver said he would be back soon. We waited and waited. Called the store and they said it should be coming any time. It has been almost THREE freaking hours since we placed the order online!!! Ridiculous!!!

Don't order from here. I have given them so many chances & they never seem to get it right. Pizza does not taste fresh & is usually burnt. Drink orders wrong & missing items. I love Dominos & this store just doesn't measure up to their standards.

The pizza is great! The only disappointing part is when I ask for thin & crispy I don't want the crust to be slightly crispy. I'd like the whole pizza to be cooked a little more. I like that extra crunch without having the pizza over cooked. They've done it before, but the past few times I've ordered it hasn't been as crispy as I'd like.

So my kid got great results back on his national test scores and therefore, to celebrate, I told him we would go eat anywhere he wanted...he said he wanted Dominos delivered. So that's was we did. Ordered a split pizza (half Hawaiian and half Pepperoni). When it arrived (on time) it smelled just a bit off, but tasted okay. The next day I had to stay home from work and my kid had to miss school because we were both very ill with food poisoning. It was a very unpleasant experience. My wife didn't eat the pizza and therefore didn't get sick, so I'm am 99% certain it was the pizza. We called the store and spoke with the manager, he appeared to be very concerned and said that they take these things very seriously. He said he was going to call the previous and past 10 customers to check and said he would call us back. He never did. To his credit, he did offer us a refund, but that's not going to convince me to ever order there again...so we turned it down. Moral of the Story----if it smells off, don't take the chance.

Ter.ri.ble!!!! Drive the extra miles toward Germantown or Rockville if you really want dominos. This place is locally owned (according to a dominos corporate representative), obviously under poor management because the service and food quality is terrible. Delivery will take at least an hour even if you live next door and order at 11AM on a Tuesday. They forget orders whether you order by phone, online or in store, and when they do manage to make your pizza it looks and tastes like something you'd get in a cafeteria. Save your money and tastebuds and skip this dominos.
