Overpriced as always, but then that's just Cold Stone. I wasn't very happy that we my friend and I came in, we were just stared at and then told to hold on a second. But the every other person who came in behind us got a "Hi! Welcome to Cold Stone!" They were perfectly courteous to us once we ordered something and everything else went fine. The table we sat at was sticky and disgusting. And while we were still sitting at the table outside, the employee decides it's the perfect time to come outside and put all the umbrellas down. Usually nothing wrong with this except he almost hit me and one of my friends with the umbrella when he was doing so. Kind of bad experience, so 3 stars.
this location is probably the friendliest cold stone I've gone too, although it's a bit pricey the staff is very welcomed. I asked for extra sprinkles and she was kind enough to put them in a extra cup lol :) will definitely be coming back!

I used to snub my nose at this uber-sweet place, but after giving it several more tries, I think I have really found the perfect combination (for me at least). AND, before you think ice-cream only...their other products, like chocolate-covered fruit and candies, are actually not half bad...tasty and soft (not pull-out-your-teeth hard)....i Love their caramel apple with peanuts. I would recommend trying to mix up your own creation. However, if you're feeling plain jane, go ahead and try their suggestions...they're not bad either.

I still don't like dairy and I still don't like ice cream. But on *super rare* occasions, I do get a yearning for something cold and sweet and thick and creamy. On those occasions, my husband gladly throws me in the car and zips us over to Cold Stone (clearly, he's a fan of ice cream). Personally, to me, it's just overpriced frozen milk...but I do have to give props to the employees here that they are willing to put up with my nuttiness in making my ice cream. For example, I may order the Strawberry Cheesecake, but with strawberry ice cream, and instead of graham crackers, more strawberries...which basically turns into a strawberry ice cream with added strawberries...which I can't simply just order - I must make it convoluted, and the employees here gladly comply. Oh, and they ARE next to a Chipotle...which tends to mean I'll get a burrito to go with my ice cream...because I'm a fatty. Yay fatties!

This location makes good ice cream cakes and ice cream concoctions. I wish they took coupons from your phone but thats not the location's decision. It is pricey for sure but its okay for the occasional splurge. Usually the people are friendly here and not too busy when I go. I like it...

Definitely a fan always get the everybody size the biggest tub. Got the Cheesecake Fantasy and its awesome, I like the cookies and cream also. Can always add more toppings if needed. They work the ice cream to death, its probably a pretty intense workout for the employees. I offered to mash up my own but the employee told me I'm not allowed to. It looks like a lot of fun for reals. Free Ice cream on your birthday!!

banana caramel crunch, no caramel, extra banana and almonds my fav! my fam loves this so we get the huge one to take home soooo good! when we first ordered this we had no problem with the ice cream getting too hard but the past several months we have had a problem. i dont know why cus we always order the same thing. our ice cream gets soooo hard we can't even scoop it out that we end up throwing it away sometimes. now we just go once in awhile when we really crave it and get a smaller container that we can eat right away. and we dont like doing that cus sometimes it melts a lot.. :( dilemma..

I love Cold Stone. Overpriced, ice creamy goodness. And I mean this is in a good way. And I've been to Cold Stone in Germantown enough to know what I love and what to order. What I wish this location had was a smile. Customer service. Politeness. Something. I went in and got a surly teenager who could barely ask me what I wanted. I ordered and was rushed through. A couple came in behind me and they were treated with smiles and politeness. And I was a little sad because it was the pervasive Kentlands double-standard. The businesses want your money, service with a smile is extra if you "look" like you're upper middle class. I guess I didn't "look" upper class enough. The ice cream was great, I always get "All Lovin' and No Oven". But it was a reminder of where the real Cold Stone is: Germantown.

The red velvet cake/strawberry ice cream cake combination is DIVINE. The cake is moist and the strawberry ice cream has the perfect amount of sweetness/tangyness. GO NOW. Ice cream flavors are always fresh; scoopers are generous with the mix-ins. Fast service. That is all.

The only reason I left off a star is because sometimes you just want ice cream with nothing added. The flavors can be very sweet if you don't cut it with something. But overall we love this place and kids LOVE that bear. I hope it gets washed now and then.

This location is near a variety of restaurants so its a perfect stop after a meal. There's a big stuffed bear inside, which is interesting décor. The ice cream and fixings are good though! Had the mojo mud pie. Lots of Oreos. Chocolate... and yumminess..
