The restaurant is cleaner now, they actually bring the food to you, and clean up after you. It's nice since one meal is $10.00. The service to your table is still relatively slow, especially given that all the food is precooked.

It's Boston Market. What do you expect? Exactly! Chicken was good. Sides didn't blow me away, but weren't bad either. It's hearty fast food. And it's cheap. Last time I had it was about ten years ago. I'm sure I'll have it again in a decade or so. Till then, fare thee well ye Market of Boston.

This is my second time going to this particular location and I must say that it is horrible. The first time I found food in my hair!!! I usually enjoy BM but the string beans were simply boiled with no usual BM flair, the chicken just ok and the boston market sandwich was a mess! The moment I opened the wrapper the mayo oozed out, the bun was hardened! Seemed as if the sandwich was pre made, but I should've guessed it when I waited for a while to be serviced at the drive thru! The young lady at the window was pleasant which is the only reason I'm giving this one star. If i hadn't gotten so far i would've turned back and got a new sandwich but I'm NEVER going back!!!!

I haven't been to Boston Market since my kids were younger. So, with my granddaughter along I decided to give them a try. She had her heart set on chicken and macaroni. There are many Peruvian chicken places around, but they don't offer cheesy macaroni. The staff was friendly and helpful. The macaroni was a big hit. My granddaughter loved the spiral noodles and the cheesy taste. I had to go back and order a side order for seconds after she finished her child's portion. She was not a fan of the chicken. I on the other hand ordered the barbecue chicken and it was moist and delicious. I also ordered the creamed spinach, which I quickly finished. It was creamy and freshly made. I also ordered the corn,which unfortunately tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. The child's meal was $4.95 and came with 2 drumsticks, a side, and a drink. In today's economy that is quite a deal. Both meals came with corn bread muffins, but they were drab and a bit on the harder side. The staff brought our meals to the table and were very kind. There are free refills on fountain drinks. We were partial to the strawberry lemonade. It was on the sweeter side, but refreshing. If you want a quick and inexpensive meal this would be a place to visit. It is very family and child friendly. The manager came over to the table to check on us and see how we liked the food. That has never happened to me in a fast food restaurant. I would give them a 3.5 just because of the service and of course,the cheesy macaroni.

I recently used this Boston Market for a catering order for 10 people and Luis, the manager, made himself available to answer all my questions, made recommendations for what would be the best way to order, accommodated all my wishes by giving me split orders of sides (because I wanted so many different kinds), and just all around terrific service. Everything was hot, delicious,and more than enough. We also had lunch there after ordering and I love that they use real dishes and silverware. The only thing missing for me was the opportunity to tip the staff. Luis said it was a company policy. I think it should be changed.

Here with my family on a Friday night. I got here before the rush. I showed them a coupon on my iPhone for a discount and they said I could use it. Sweet. Food was good. I was disappointed in the pot pie. It used to have sides and a bottom. Now it just has a top. My husband and daughter like the sides better here than at Chicken Out. It's fast food. Not much to rave about.

The Stuffing: Soggy and always two breaths away from being COLD. The Pulled BBQ Chicken: Don't try this.. I only did because it was advertised as "The Manager's Special"... guessing they cut the price and called it a "special" only because they were trying to get rid of it. It is truly the blandest BBQ Chicken that I have ever had in my life. However, the original rotisserie chicken is good but all the sides to choose from are either soggy, bland or cold. The only good thing about this place is the service is really good and you get your food really fast. To bad the quality of the food doesn't match the service.

The staff at this location is extremely racist. Every employee is black and they served every other black with food in about 1-3 minutes. If you white you will be made to wait 10-15 minutes. At least 5 different black people came in several minutes after me and EVERY single one was given there food before me. I overheard them saying some racist comments about whites and joking about how long they could make me wait. Keep in mind I was extremely polite & patient the entire time here and i only ordered a basic meal. Ill be having a nice long chat with corporate about the racism and lack of professionalism at this location.

I just loveeeeeeee this chicken. The seasoning, the texture, the sides .The only thing that turned me off is that the chicken was a little dry this time. Maybe it was because I got to the place around closing time, but it seems that the chicken is reused for the next day?. The staff seems very nice and attentive ( at least for letting me order few miniutes before closing). I will totally go back.

I always order carry-out or drive through, and I'm not sure what the problem is, but the staff here rarely gets my order right the first time. Yes, the first time, because I always check it now before I leave. Last night, the girl who was taking orders just couldn't get my order right, so I had to proceed to the window to finish ordering. I gave my order to a new person at the window who was quite apologetic, but silly me -- thinking I gave my order face-to-face, it should be correct, right? No, it was still wrong. It would be really helpful if the drive-thru menu was placed at an angle so that people waiting to order could actually see it. Doing that would most likely save on ordering time, as right now, only the car right in front of the speaker can see it.

We loved this place, then hated it, and now we like it again. Who knows what will happen next. Not sure but maybe they changed management. anyway, its good comfort food in a fast food format. 1/23/2010: "Welcome to the new Boston Market". I hate when they say that. The chicken got smaller again. Probably come back again in a year or so, but for now I'm going someplace else. They are still pleasant and all, but a chicken leg should not be the same size as a buffalo wing. Where did they find such tiny chickens?

I went there tonight for the first time. I ordered the turkey dinner and my husband ordered the meatloaf sandwich. His baguette looked so good I regretted not getting my turkey as a sandwich. I asked the cashier if I could buy a baguette, lettuce, and tomato. They said no way would I be charged and handed me the requested items. The turkey was just ok, but served it's purpose. My kids got drumstick kids meals and were able to get an extra side item in lieu of cornbread. The service was excellent and will keep me coming back.

I been to the Gaithersburg Boston Market couple of times, usually drive thru but today I ordered some food for fathers day. Employers are really nice, they're are helpful. They are not rude at all. Even the teenagers who work there are friendly doesn't have an attitude.The food is really delicious. I would recommend this Boston market because this is the only one In the Gaithersburg area. I Would definitely come here again. Also one time I went through a drive thru I ordered some entrée they told me they was out of it I asked them if they can give me more corn bread and they did. I was impressed with the service.
