Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

I absolutely do jot recommend eating here, unless you're needing a good clean out. I have never eaten at any place that has made me ill every damn time. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but as I write this I am wretching my guts out. This is the 3rd and LAST time ever suffering from their food. And for the price....shit just go to olive garden if you want fakethentic Italian.

I went here for the first time on Memorial Day, actually stumbled accrossed it while lost looking for a different restaurant. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, it reminded me of the typical pizza and sub spot. Their customer service wasn't that great, but it could be because the lady who took my order English wasn't too great so it could just be a language barrier? Everyone spoke Italian there. The food was pretty good, I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and my friend just ordered wings. It was cooked to taste and very fresh, we were both very pleased.

Love this little place, my fav of all So MD. Great pizza and cheesesteak. I've heard it gets busy on the weekends but during the weekday it's quick and clean.

Just went here last night. We walk in the door not expecting that you order at the counter and have a seat. There was no warm welcome and by watching the customers in front of us we "figured out" how things go here. Placed our order with an unhappy, non friendly girl at the counter. She gave us a number and told us to have a seat. Clearly forgot to inform us that for our drinks we have to grab our own glass from the pile and get it ourselves. This is fine but please inform your customers! The salad was non edible. The lettuce was brown and on its last leg from whatever package it was pulled from. Packaged dressing to go with it. My husband had the veal parm. The meat tasted like vinegar and I just about puked on that one bite. My son had pasta carb which basically was packaged noodles with bacon and SCRAMBLED eggs! I had the fettucini bolognese in which the sauce was 80% cream and no flavor. The bread was pizza dough that was chewy and hard. The establishment did have a nice decor of flies, one bee, and various other critters hanging on the windows. I will not even give this place a second chance. It was that bad!

Great pizza. Great Italian dishes. Need to work on the ambiance a little though. The place has the look of a pizza joint but the food is too good! The fettuccini bolognaise is outstanding.

I always have a great experience here! The food is always great! The service is even better! I only live a few minutes away from this restaurant which makes it easy for me to drop by often! I come here a few times a month & have yet to be disappointed! All of the pizza is delicious, house dressing for the salads is light & fresh! My most favorite dish would be the shrimp & scallop fettuccine!

I have driven past his place so many times that when I moved I decided to come here to treat my movers as well as my family to some pizza The service was outstanding everyone was very nice and the place was very cozy is in a small town and you feel very comfortable here the pizza was pretty good and the crust was thin I saw some deserts in the showcase that were calling my name but I was able to resist this time I might check it out again just to see how good the pasta is

This place is hit or miss. We were super excited when they opened up and ate there quite a bit. We get take out a lot now because it is close. We always try to check our orders before leaving because we've gotten the wrong thing more then once. Usually the food is good, but sometimes it's not so good. For example the pizza we got tonight was dry and chewy like it was over cooked. Overall it's not a bad place just don't expect it to be the same each time.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place minus the angry man sized hostess lady. Dear hostess if you are mad at the world don't get a customer service job. Rant over. Now for the food, really good pizza dough and excellent pizza sauce. Looking forward to returning and trying the margarita pizza! The owner was super friendly as well as the rest of the staff.

Ok so I have been back a few more times to see if that one night was a fluke. Well what I have discovered is that this restaurant is consistently inconsistent. I have gotten the veggie calzone the last few times. The first time it was perfect! the second time burnt not too badly then I got one still doughy? I have noticed that when a man named Lucca (I'm pretty sure that was his name) was there that was when I would get the good food. I am a youth leader across the street and when we did our youth kick off we got a lot of pizza from them and I had a slice of peperoni and to my surprise it was good.

Went here for an impromptu Valentine's Day dinner. We wanted to try a local place, and hadn't tried La Bella Italia yet. I'd have to say that the staff complaints I've seen on Yelp didn't resonate in our experience. The staff were all very helpful and friendly to us! I ordered the Chicken Parmesan dinner, my fiancé ordered the Four Cheese Calzone, and we got an order of Garlic Knots to try. The Chicken Parmesan wasn't the best I've had, but was a large portion and above average. My fiancé's calzone was large and tasty for the price. The garlic knots had good flavor and were warmed up well. Overall, give this place a shot if you're looking for a casual italian place with decent prices. It can get a little crowded in the dining area, but it's not a deal breaker. We really need to support local restaurants better in the area, and should start with La Bella Italia!

This little gem is hidden off of route 2. They sell a variety of pizzas by THE SLICE!!! All are excellent flavor with a crisp crust just like NY. For lunch you can get two slices and a drink for 7.95. We tried the taco, meat lovers and Mediterranean slices. All were excellent.

Having frquented the annapolis location on many occassions I was happy to have a NY style pizza place opening up so close to home. The first time I went the pizza was great- just like the Annapolis location and better then the usual chain pizza. But sadly I have to say there's some kind of problem because since then the pizza quality has widely inconsistent- even more so without take orders. I've never had that problem in Annapolis. Many a place struggles during the winter when the tourists and summer people are out and about but even so quality and service shouldn't suffer because of it. The last time I went there may actually be the last time I go there the quality was that bad- clearly one pie had been sitting around all day so it was dry, hard and overcooked and the was a soggy oily mess. Very dissappointed.

Best pizza in this area. Pasta dishes are also good as well. Will definitely continue eating here.

We ordered the Sicilian pizza which was like eating thick dough with some cheese sprinkled on it. No taste! I got some avocado chicken salad which was edible but good luck finding the chicken. As another review mentioned the service was horrible and some big guy working the front. .I think the owner, was not friendly at all. Almost acted like he is doing YOU a favor by taking your order.

I drove by doing a delivery today and decided to try out this new pizza/pasta place for the first time. There isn't any good pizza in the area so i've been waiting for La Bella to open to try them out. Sadly they didn't impress me. When you go in its a small place, a front counter with some pizza samples out front/etc. A small dining area with maybe 10 tables, good enough for locals to come buy and eat but not for any busy nights. I ordered 2 large pizzas. Went to do my delivery and came back about 1/2 hour later. Pizza's still weren't ready i had to wait another 10-15 minutes. Shouldn't take that long to cook a thin-crust pizza (more on that). So went to eat my pizza and noticed right away its a very thin crust pizza. This is fine if you know how to make a thin crust pizza. These guys don't. The crust has to be thick enough to support your topings, you don't want to pick up a slice of pizza and have the toppings fall into the box due to a thin flimbsy crust that can't support itself. This was the case with these pizzas. Thin crust, just way to thin for the toppings. Also with a thin crust it burns easy due to being thin and you can overcook it very fast. This crust was overcooked, brown-black and slightly burnt, not appealing. The toppings were great, but for an almost 20 dollar each pizza, not up to standard. So I guess i still will be hunting for a great pizza place in my area, this one won't fill that void

Great place for any Italian food and I found the staff to be friendly.

Loved the place since they opened, but got violently ill from their lasagna the other night. I tried to contact them and got no response. Not worth the risk.

Just a fail in general. Food can be tasty on the rare event that you get what you've ordered correctly fulfilled in a timely manner. Sadly, in my experience (4 visits) that has only happened once. We won't be back until we hear from reliable folks that they have improved in service and civility.

Visited again yesterday to see if they were doing any better. They were friendlier, though they were not busy at all. Ordered a turkey sub w/provolone to go. The ingredients were ok - but their bread is awful. No flavor or texture. Subway does a better job with their subs. No reason to go back - yet. I hope they can turn their food around. Good location - lots of potential.

for the area, pizza is pretty good. I have had it a couple times now. Chris M creepasaurus rex when it comes to pizza. After having super saucy poopa johns, it's nice to get some decent pizza. If this place wants to last, HIRE A DELIVERY GUY. Creepin while your sleeping; if you're living in the boonies and want some pie, go here.
