I didn't think I would find good Vietnamese restaurant in Frederick but the food from this place definitely exceeded my expectation! The restaurant is located in a strip mall next to Weis supermarket. The decor is simple and pretty standard yet very clean. For appetizers we ordered crispy spring roll and grilled beef wrapped in grape leaves. Crispy spring roll came out fresh and hot. Kids loved it! Beef with grape leaves was recommended by our waiter and it was delicious. Next time we might need to order two! The soup base for pho was made just right. I could taste the "beef taste" in it and it's not too sweet like some other places would make it as they put too much MSG. The spicy beef noodle soup was very tasty and got a nice kick to it. Service was great as well. Really friendly people! Overall a very satisfying experience and I would recommend anybody who's looking for Vietnamese food in Frederick to give this place a try!!

Wow - Change of ownership/management. DO NOT BOTHER. Prices are higher - food is not as good - and staff has major nasty attitude. Got order to go. Pho AND order of vermicelli. No sprouts/mint/basil, etc. Asked for it. Told "That doesn't come with it". Well it always did before, and if it was forgotten I got it with an apology if I asked for it. PHO - NO BROTH. Essentially a container of noodles. No mint, basil, sprouts, jalapeno slices, etc. Called and asked, "Where's the broth?" Man on phone said he was the owner and essentially called me an idiot for expecting broth. I got back in the car and drove 6 miles to show them there was no broth. Guy says "Do you want another?" Right - so you can go spit in it before you give it to me? I think not. I miss the old people. And by the way, the food is not the same. Hardly any meat with the vermicelli - the portion size on the grapeleaves is much smaller and they are smushed and greasy We are very very disappointed. Now need to find new "regular place". We eat Vietnamese style food a few times a month. It's a shame these people don't know what it is.

First time eating at a Vietnamese restaurant. I got the Pho GÃ which was pretty good. Great service.
(4)Joseph K.
This place has the best pho in Frederick, and some really good food all around. My favorite is the carmalized fish in a hot pot, very tasty! The service is good and friendly, and they just repainted the place so it looks bright and clean.

I don't know what's going on with this place. A year ago I would have given them five stars, but now I feel that a two star rating is more than generous. They used to be my favorite place in Frederick to get pho, but they've gone completely downhill recently. This past weekend was the worst experience that we've had so far and we probably won't be back. We should have known when we walked in that something was wrong because half the tables hadn't been cleared and just about everybody at the remaining tables looked very impatient. We ordered our usual: spring rolls, two pho tai, a limeade and a coconut water. Our waiter was confused about the drinks and we had to point them out on the menu (we've been going here for years and have never had this problem). In the 45 minutes that we were there, we received an order of summer rolls (not spring rolls), but no drinks. Considering that the tables that were there before us hadn't received their food yet, we paid for the summer rolls that we didn't order (but were too hungry to send back) and left. They used to have a lady working there who was extremely efficient and could easily run the entire dining room herself, but I haven't seen her in awhile. They seriously need to hire some competent help if they're going to keep their customers. I really hope they turn things around.

Best Pho in town!! We loooooove this place. The kids do too! The take out is good too. The owner and his daughter run the restaurant - the nicest people you will meet. The food is consistently good and reasonable priced. Parking is easy - don't have to worry about parking downtown. One of our favorite restaurants in Frederick!!
(5)Dan B.
The hot spicy beef pho at Viet's Aroma is excellent! Not too hot or spicy, the beef pho strikes a perfect balance with a beefy flavor. The rice noodles and spring onions make for a yummy combination. At $8, the is a no brainer if you are a fan of pho. Although very good, Viet's Aroma comes in second place to Viet Gourmet on Rosemont Av., Frederick. VG is the best in Frederick!
(4)Melinda S.
Best pho in the area! We love this restaurant. The owner is an awesome cook. I also love their beef curry. We take our kids and they love it too. I could it here every day!!
(5)Matthew B.
I had been told by a couple of my friends that I have to try pho. After putting it off for a while I decided to stop in after work and give it a try. My friend Colin had recommend a simple beef pho to start, and that's exactly what I got. Let me tell you that I can't find the words to describe how this tasted. It was noodles with beef, and bean sprouts in a broth that was sweet, salty, and a little hint of spice. After this trip I have been to a couple pho places and yet none have compared to this place. If you're craving pho or want to try something new then I highly recommend you one come here. A bowl of pho will cost you about 7 dollars which is great price.

My husband and I frequent this awesome restaurant and it has never disappointed us. Today, my husband ordered the pho with eye round and well-done brisket (S-5). The broth is buttery and flavorful. I ordered the curry chicken with a side of rice, which was a recommendation from the owner. He took the time to ask us if we had any questions and described the dishes perfectly. The owner is one of the best things about this place. He's extremely personable and friendly. Today, it seemed as if he was training two new servers, who provided great service. Fantastic, as usual!
(5)Joyce G.
The broth was just ok. No limes - lemons were provided. I was told they ran out YET there's a Weis (or whatever the name) Grocery store literally two (2) doors over. Good packing job on the to go order. ALL the sauces were FABULOUS and exactly what I like and I'm used to! Simple and to the point decor.
(2)Cassandra K.
Not only is the food authentic but the service is impeccable. I am not one for wait staff that is pushy but this place knows the balance. They remember us every time we come in even if it has been nearly a year since we visited. Portions are larger than Lucky Corner and atmosphere feels more laid back.
(5)Gregory M.
An accidental delight. We only intended to use the parking lot to meet some one but he ran late so we opted for Viets Aroma to pass the time with dinner. Chinese or Pizza were lesser options but little did we know how good it would be. Vermicelli bowls with a dash of fish sauce and garden rolls finished with ice coffee. Service was wonderful by a surprising Anglo waiter with excellent skills and manners. Prompt ordering followed by fast serving made for a memorable and likely repeat visit. Pricing is good. Clean. Decent ambience. As we left, it was filling up while Chinese 2 doors down was empty. Kudos.
(4)Harper W.
First time visit. Service was excellent! Resturant was immaculate.. Spring rolls were amazing, beef salad was very fresh and the beef noodle soup was the best. For all the food, could not believe the low price. Will visit again, glad this place is in Frederick.
(5)Dylan K.
Best Pho in frederick. Lucky corner is good too but I think this place edges them out. Really nice owner and servers. Super quick service. Always fresh bean sprouts.
(5)Brandon B.
My favorite pho place I have come across in MD. Extremely friendly service and great food. Never ordered anything but pho and garden rolls, but friends got other things that were delicious. Make it a weekly thing to travel here. Broth was a little light, but each time we have come back it has been richer.

We're near Martinsburg, WV and there are NO vietnamese restaurants in the Eastern Panhandle, so we wanted to give this a try on our outing to Wegman's to stock up for the month and we were well pleased. Wife had the Viet Aroma Seafood Tom (with Shrimp) Ram Tieu (option to have scallops or combo) and it was lightly battered in tempura and in a delicious sauce. I had the Pho Seafood, and it was very good. It had about three decent sized shrimp, two large scallops, two spirals of calamari and some imitation crab meat. Don't care for the imitation crab meat, but together this made a nice pho. Doesn't seem like they season the pho, so I added hot sauce (I saw other patrons doing the same) and that helped add some heat. Solid 4* experience. At lunch, this was a busy place, but service was reasonable under the circumstances. Busy, with business luncheon patrons and Asian clientele I take as a good sign. We definitely will be back. BTW, I asked for a take out menu, and they don't have one. Eat In only apparently. See pictures

A group of us was visiting the area from the West Coast, and we were curious to see how good pho was on the East Coast. Now as West Coast residents, our appetites at 6pm West Coast time would be 9pm East Coast time. Most businesses (from what we noticed) closed close to 9pm, at 8:50pm we were at the Francis Scott Key Mall when we decided to get Vietnamese food and realized the place closed in 10 minutes. We called ahead to let them know we were coming and they stayed opened for us! The staff was very nice knowing that we were coming in even though it was past closing time, and they served us as if we were the first customers of the day! The pho itself was pretty good, we weren't sure what to expect being on a different Coast of the country. The portion size and price was average to what we were used to. Overall, knowing that the place stayed open for us throughout the duration of our meal was pretty amazing, highly recommend it if you're traveling from out of town and want to grab some pho in the area!
(5)TJ B.
I've been here a few times now and it is pretty good. Heck, it is Pho in Frederick, so that's a plus no matter how it comes out! I've gotten the PHO each time. A couple times I got the eye round (Tai) and once I got the Seafood. The broth is good and the noodles are cooked just right. Each time it did seem like the bowl was heavy on the broth, though, and light on the fillings (meat, noodles & greens). I seemed to spend a lot more time spooning my soup down until I could get the noodles to stick up above the broth than in other PHO places. Could be the bowls or just that they give you a lot of broth...but I think in the Large bowls, more noodles or meat would be nice. Anyway, great stuff, friendly service, and a superb addition to Frederick! I'll definitely be back again! One warning if you don't live in Frederick, is that this shopping center is tricky to get to off the highway. So, map it or pay attention because it is easy to miss. Look for the CVS and Viet Aroma is in the "Weis Festival" shopping center behind that.

This is one of my favorite places to go in Frederick. Coming from Chicago, where good pho is plentiful and easy to find, it was a delight to find a place that has such excellent food. It's a small, storefront restaurant. On my visits, it's always been clean and orderly and the staff has always been prompt, attentive and friendly even during peak/busy hours. We usually get the spring rolls, which are always fresh and delicious, the pho or the vermicelli. I love the pho here. The broth is rich and flavorful, with an excellent proportion of vegetables, meat and noodles, so that no one overpowers the others. The lemongrass vermicelli is so wonderfully seasoned and delicious. Sometimes I just daydream about their food. The vegetables are always fresh, good looking and tasty. I have never had a bad experience here.
(5)Jamie B.
Food was amazing. I am no pho veteran, but the service and food was great. Aps took about 5 min, as we were finishing our aps, our pho was delivered. Very nice gentlemen as our waiter. Price was very affordable too. Great place, would return again when in the area.

Who would've thought finding a good tasting Vietnamese restaurant in Frederick...? Not only that but a nice clean homey touch to a small gem located in northern MD. Service was good with friendly staff. The food is also clean fresh with just the right amount of flavor and seasonings to give you a taste of authentic Vietnamese food. True to its name, Viet Aroma excites your senses before you even eat the food. We had Pho and Pan Fried Seafood noodles for lunch and it was generously served in good sized portions for the price we paid. In particular the seafood noddles had a generous serving of seafood to include jumbo shrimp and good amount of squid and scallops. With just the right amount of sauce on the bottom, I still got the chance to enjoy the crunchiness of the noodles before they soften up from the sauce - good balance with the right amount of salty taste. The pho was also tasteful coming out in a steamy bowl of broth, not the luke warm broth at other places - just how Pho should be served. We went here a few years back and to come back now, the taste and service has maintained and stayed consistent. Definitely a place I would come back to and eat. Good food and good service, I recommend it!
(5)Dennis Y.
Always love their PHO! Dude server is very friendly. Order and no more than 5-7 mins your food is right in front of you. Love coming here. Aroma chicken with veges and rice is delicious, as per the mrs! A+++++++ all the way!!!
(5)Ebbonie K.
I'm not sure what happened with one of the other recent reviewers but I have found that even with the change in people the food is still great and the service very pleasant. Garden rolls and vermicelli are still wonderful. We do take out every couple weeks and are still in love with the place.
(5)Leilani R.
I have been going to this place for several years. It's great all year round. As a regular, they know what you want the moment you walk through the door. It is simply the best soup for those cold/rainy days. Compared to most pho places I have tried, this place is just the tastiest with regards to pho. The best I've had. EVER! :)
(4)Kelly K.
Quick place to eat for a workday lunch. Nice waiting staff. I like their Pho Ka the most! :)
(4)Sonya P.
Very good food. I did try something thai inspired that wasn't so great but everything else is awesome. Fast service and very nice staff.
(4)Joe S.
Not terrible.. would eat their pho if I was desperate. Not authentic.
(3)Dolly G.
The only Pho I would come in for I'm Frederick. Friendly staffs soups' good no complaints. I'm not a very good review writer but for me this place is yummy haha
(5)Neal E.
Stopped in here for lunch on my way out of Frederick. Ordered the small bowl of Pho Ga. I asked up front what kind of broth the Pho is made with - I was advised that it is a chicken broth. Yaaayyyyy!!! Bowl came out quickly, along with a plate of very fresh aromatics/veggies. Added everything to the soup and dove right in. Bowl was steaming - so that was a good sign. Noodles were not clumped. The broth is very, very light in color. Not a bad thing - was very tasty! Of course I added shots of Sriracha sauce intermittently to bites of food as I went, and a healthy squirt into the remaining broth at the end before guzzling the broth down. The one thing I will ding them on - I had a small sharp fragment of chicken bone in one piece of chicken - thankfully, I bit down on it in a way that alerted me to its presence before it had the opportunity to puncture some surface inside my mouth! I enjoyed the Pho and would come here again!
(4)Mel W.
Decided to try the pho and was disappointed - the broth tasted like plain old chicken broth out of a can, no spices or richness to it at all. I guess if you want a bowl of chicken noodle soup it isn't bad. Service was slow and discombobulated too. Also, the place wasn't the cleanest.
(2)Kim M.
If I could give a negative star I would! We just left Viet Aroma after sitting in the restaurant for 45 minutes without even receiving our drink order. This used to be one of our favorite places for pho...sadly it's either under new management or the owners are too cheap to hire the staffing they need to run a restaurant on a Friday night. Staff was busy taking care of carryout orders and completely ignoring the seated guests. Annnnnnd it was freezing cold inside!! Very, very disappointing.
(1)Kay N.
The food here us great! The traditional pho soup was perfection. It wasn't over loaded with soup like other pho places. Noodles, meat and soup was perfectly even. Ive also had the caramalized fish and it just melted in my mouth it was so good. Service is terrific. My daughter and I go to Viet Aroma alot and the young lady that takes our order remembers our order from previous times. She actually talks to my daughter and is a very sweet person. Best service in Frederick. I would definitely recommend everyone come here.
(5)Heather S.
Went in tonight at 8:30, they are supposed to close at 9, as soon as we walked in she said they were closed. I asked if they close at 9, she said yes, you want carry out? Just plain bad customer service as well as false advertising. I will NOT be back!
(1)Henry M.
The beef stew with noodles (rice or egg) is very tasty. It's a little spicy, and the beef is particularly nicely seasoned, but if you call this a stew, then you gotta call pho a stew, and pho is universally described a Vietnamese noodle soup. I'll be back to try the pho, dumpling, rolls, the Viet's Aroma Seafood and, when I visit with at least one other person, caramelized fish hot pot and hot and sour seafood soup, which they suggest go well together.
(4)Jake W.
Me and a friend are here. We both had the pho. I have tried a few different pho's and this time I had the one with a fish ball and other seaborne invertebrates. It was very good and the atmosphere was a lot more quiet and casual, which I enjoy.
(4)Laylah G.
If you try one thing, make it the Pho. Delicious, huge portion (especially for the price), and filling without making you feel like you're going to die afterwards. I order the smaller/appetizer size, and am constantly amazed at the size of the "large" which could easily drown a small child. They give you plenty of sprouts, basil, lime wedges, and hot peppers to add as you please. The other food is quite good too, I've never heard any complaints from anyone about the food here. The rolls are a great appetizer, and there are plenty of vegetarian options featuring tofu and veggies. My only complaint there is that the tofu is always drowned in whatever sauce is used for the dish, but hey, it's gotta get flavor from SOMEWHERE. The outside is super sketch looking, and it's tucked back way away in the Weis Festival shopping center. I happened to see the sign off in the distance, which saved me from getting lost in the dark. Other than that, this place is great: good food, great prices, friendly service, the whole shabang. (Oh, and they were super understanding and sweet when we brought a couple of insanely hyperactive children in with us for carryout one time; even though they were behaving like little monsters, the staff didn't let up their smiles with us once, which I found HIGHLY impressive).
(4)Nick C.
This is the place for Pho in Frederick. We have been here 6 to 8 times and have not been let down. Very consistant and delicious. The broth broth is outstanding. The Viet Aroma Chicken is a kids favorite.Spring rolls are good. The owner is there and very involved in the food preparation. The wait staff is fast and courteous. Prices are good and food is very good.
(5)Chris M.
This place is our new obsession. Great food, wonderful staff - this place has it all. Waiting for an order now, and yet wondering what I'll get next time! Plan to eventually eat their whole menu!!
(5)D. C.
Completely mediocre food at escalated prices. Walked into an empty house, but only two tables were clean and available. Is anyone working the front lol? After trying every Vietnamese place in the area I can truly say these guys have the best pho at the best prices...for Frederick. You'll still pay $6.95 for a $5 bowl of pho, but it beats Lucky Corner's prices! I recommend the soft tendon, theirs is actually one of the best I've had if you get it on a good day.
(3)Niki N.
My boyfriend would eat their Pho every single night if I let him. I've created a monster. I prefer a little more variety in my life.. but I can't say I blame him. The Pho here really is awesome. Super fresh and tasty - the broth is perfect, not overly fatty or watered down like some places. They're super generous with the herbs and veggies as well. A small portion is dirt cheap (a little over 6 bucks) and absolutely enormous. You can add extra meat for a dollar, but they give you plenty to begin with! They also have a good veggie Pho with tofu - it isn't on the menu, but they'll make it for you if you ask. My favorite is the eye of round beef pho. I also love their garden rolls - super fresh and crispy veggies and perfectly rolled rice paper. Service is extremely fast - the last time I visited, it was pretty busy for a monday night and most tabled were full. A waitress took our order almost immediately - our food took maybe five minutes total to come out. You can't really beat that. My only gripe is the lack of a soda fountain - if you order a soda, they bring you a glass with ice and a soda in a can.. but for food so fast, delicious, and cheap, I can live with canned soda. This is my go-to Pho place in Frederick.
(4)Jennifer K.
The pho, spring rolls, grilled pork and lemongrass beef was delicious! The place is small but cozy and clean. The Vietnamese beer was tasty and worth going next door to buy a 6 pack for home. Service was attentive and polite. Thank u for accommodating all 13 of us! Will definitely go back when in the area.
(5)Shutian Z.
It took me more than 10 mins to place the order and at least another 30 mins to get my pho. Waaaay to slow. Don't go if you dont waste ur time.
(1)Christie V.
Of all the vietnamese places in town, I prefer this one. It's not as fancy as Lucky Corner or as pretentious as Viet Gourmet. I come here often after work for a bowl of Pho or the lemongrass chicken. When it's not screamingly hot outside, they will also have a "Bun Bo Hue" a noodle soup dish typical of central Vietnam. The service is good, and the prices reasonable. The current owners have worked very hard to make this a quality establishment. Last year, my folks came to town, and I took them here. The owners made some off menu dishes for them and my parents were very impressed.
(5)andrew n.
I don't get here as often as I'd like, as my wife and kids aren't the biggest fans of Vietnamese food. I've had the pho, curry chicken and Buddah's delight. I've enjoyed everything I've tried there. It is small inside, but i have found the place to be kid friendly, as I have a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old.
(4)DJ J.
Very nice and friendly staff!!!! The owner came up to us and prepared the PHO soup as it is custom in Vietnam. Food had a lot of flavor and was VERY enjoyable. Restaurant is located in a small strip mall and the inside is not very big either. Though, the owners are trying to make the vibe warmer by cute authentic pictures and music. Prices are very moderate. Will be definitely going back and recommending it!
(4)Fish P.
Had standard fresh garden rolls w/shrimp & pork~ no flavor and not wrapped tight enough so they completely fell apart when dipped into sauce. Entrees were also bland~ vermicilli noodles with chicken and shrimp. Only 2 shrimp to be found and they were very small for a $10 meal. The fresh lime soda was served boiling hot over ice (if this is a tradition, I've never experienced it this way before) but the iced jasmine tea was delicious. The iced tea is the ONLY redeeming quality of this flavorless overpriced meal.. which got even worse when I found they had double charged my card and refused to admit it. I had to dispute with my credit card company to get the funds back. Do not recommend at all and this is coming from 2 people who eat Vietnamese food at least once a week in the greater Baltimore area. Always looking to try new places, well we gambled and lost here.
(2)Hungry C.
What a very pleasant surprise!!! So I finally made my way to this restaurant. It's a little piece of Vietnamese heaven in the middle of...an almost abandoned strip mall. I am writing this review after...I kid you not...4 nights of having this for dinner!!! Everything that we have tried so far was sure to please!!! The Vietnamese steak, coconut chicken curry, pho...I could go on and on and on. They have this mango flan which seems to sell out on the very same day that they have it available! You have to request it so they can special order it for when you cone it (unless they already have some available). The ingredients are very fresh and they place effort and passion in making sure the dishes are presentable and more importantly satisfying!!! All 5 stars very well deserved.
(5)Cindy K.
Love the Pho, Spring rolls and Summer rolls
(4)Rick P.
Discovered this place by accident...OMG, what a treasure. Great food, nice staff, good prices, nice location
(5)T A.
Best pho! Hands down! amazing broth freshest sprouts and basil. Great environment. Singapore noodles a bit dry. Excellent spring rolls. Well worth a visit to eat good food.
(5)Will M.
My go to Pho spot! I have been to the others in the area and they are so so close to a no no. Also the waiters in the other places are too nice, in this place the lady gave my buddy and I a slight "Ghetto Smile", the angrier the waiter the better in Pho joints. The broth is the key here, it is Rich and flavorful, not a salty MSG stew. Plus they have beer, so you can get your swerve on! Disclaimer: drink responsibly, don't be an idiot. Holler!
(5)Lou L.
The place is great! Tucked back in a little shopping center next to the Frederick Animal Emergency Room is the best Vietnamese food I have tried in Maryland. The pho is very aromatic and comes with a nice plate of fresh sprouts and basil. The large size was enough for myself and my wife to share. The tofu curry dish was also very fresh and light tasting. I like that the chef put in plenty of lemongrass and there was a fantastic balance of sweet and sour that curries don't have normally that had me slurping the sauce like a soup. The apps of fried calamari and spring rolls were great as well. Service was very friendly and kind. I can't wait to return and try some more delicious food. Like Peter B. mentioned, the place is the type of place that you want to become a regular at. I just wished they made bahn-mi, those delicious Vietnamese sandwiches but the pho will definitely keep us coming back.
(5)Sharon S.
I was do disappointed in the food after reading all the great reviews. The Pho Ga was seriously bland and there was entirely too much broth and too little chicken and noodles. The Lemon Grass chicken had the same tough chicken as the Pho Ga and the portion size was incredibly small. The staff however were very friendly and the place was very clean. I doubt that I will go back. Lucky Corner has far better food, but even better yet is Pho 81 and Pho House in Germantown.
(2)Karen B.
As soon as we walked in the door, they were playing with my almost 2 year old and getting things for her. They were no less attentive to my husband and myself. The Pho was incredible, the veggies fresh, and the tea was very good as well. I come from a city with a large Vietnamese community and Viet's Aroma is on par with the very best I've had. On our second visit, they already had my daughter's name down and gave her a great glowing cup, which kept her thrilled for a while. I also tried thier specialty seafood dish. Several hours later I still keep saying, "You have no idea how good that was!"
(5)K C.
We love this restaurant!! My husband would eat their Pho everyday if I let him. Great soup, great crispy spring rolls...wonderful menu at wonderful prices altogether. The staff is courteous, friendly and service is quick. Better than Lucky Corner or that other place Viet Gormet (??) for Vietnamese cuisine in Frederick you can't get any better. Only wish they were open later than 4pm on Sundays!
(5)Tub V.
If youre looking to try a vietnamese dish, this is the place to go. Everything on the menu is legit and tastes great. The service is excellent. Dont be deterred by its location and size.
(4)Barbara F.
Very nice interior, compared to most pho places. Friendly service & pretty good summer rolls. But my hubby & I are pho- natics, and the pho chin broth left very much to be desired. It was the right caramel color, but literally tasted like warm water--no anise, no cardamon, no beef pho broth flavor, which made for a very disappointing pho experience. Pho nam in gaithersburg or Pho 95 in Prckville forthe real deal.
(2)Peter B.
Viet's Aroma is a tiny little treasure hidden away in an unassuming Frederick strip mall. Don't judge the tiny exterior because big goodness is contained within. They have a menu that carries all the staples you expect from a Vietnamese restaurant, including the ever-lovely Pho. Their prices are reasonable, and made even more so by the quality of the dishes they serve. The staff is extremely friendly and makes the place fee like the kind of neighborhood restaurant you could easily become a regular of. Take this hidden gem and put it in a large fancy location and triple the size and you would be very likely to find a Zagat's Guide emblem in the window. As it is, you can consider this your 'secret' source of delectable Vietnamese goodness.
(5)Kat G.
Best Pho I've found in Frederick the broth is great, unlike some of the other places who put like sugar or something weird in the broth. Dumplings are also very good. Service is friendly.
(4)Gene S.
This place has the best Vietnamese food, not pricey either, atmosphere is the only downfall, in a kind of scary strip mall - but it's made up for by the food. The Pho is amazing, the chicken coconut chicken...yummmy. Pretty much everything i've tried has been great, give it a try.
(4)J E.
Good quality pho in Frederick.
(3)Zahra R.
This might be my go to Pho location in Frederick. Small sized pho was generous portion, broth was just right, even better after sriracha and lime added in. Also ordered the crispy spring roll which had a crab and shrimp mix, they were amazing. Service was friendly. Definetly coming here again in the future.
(4)Cassie R.
The best Vietnamese food in Frederick in my opinion. I used to live near here and would eat in a few times a month with my husband. We would recommend any Pho from here as well as the caramel fish in a hot pot dinner. My favorite entree is the "Viet's Aroma" shrimp. If you're not sure what to order, the servers are very helpful. it is fun to order a couple things and share. The food is always very fresh and you can tell they use high quality ingredients. They have a variety of vegetarian friendly dishes too.
(4)P K.
Good Vietnamese food. In expensive . Used the other reviews and found those useful

I had been here several times before and really liked this place. Food is excellent although I will agree with another reviewer that the portions are somewhat small. I think the prices are fine. Generally - the food is great! I've never had anything bad here. Today I went and the service was pretty bad. I don't know if this place is becoming more popular and they aren't anticipating the rise in the amount of customers or what, but they should hire someone soon to accommodate. There were people that came in well after my daughter and I, whose table was cleared before ours. We sat for a long time - I'll say at least 20-30 mins without anyone speaking to us - prior to that while eating - they did come to check on us, after the 20-30 min wait, I decided to go to the register to pay. I would give 5 stars if not for the service today. I was going to get something else to go but the wait was so long - and as it was just the one waitress(may be the owner) - I didn't want to bother her or wait - so I didn't order further. But in the past when there were not that many people - the service was excellent. Today, there was a large party today that also came in well after we did and I'm sure they wanted to make sure they were taken care of as well as the other party I referenced who came in after us - they were dressed rather well. So, I'm guessing we got lost in the mix. But, as I like the food - I'll go back again to give them another chance. Maybe today was just a bad day.
