This is my closest Starbucks now. It's conveniently located right off 15 so it's easy to stop by on the way to work in the morning. I've been there quite a few times recently while running errands nearby and service is usually pretty amicable, and fast too. I decided to splurge calories on a coffee cake on one visit and was asked if I wanted it warmed up, which I didn't know was an option so that was nice. This particular location gets a bonus star because it has two restrooms that are clean and outdoor seating too.

Drinks here are standard to any other Starbucks, which is pretty decent but nothing to write home about. Convenience and dairy-free options make it worth visiting, and with a standardized chain menu, at least you always know what you're getting. (It's a shame there are no independent coffee shop within a convenient radius.) I've never been here when there's NOT a wait -- even at random times like 6pm on a weeknight. At least the line moves quickly, and I usually get my drink within 5 minutes from ordering/paying. That being said, this is NOT the place to sit down and read a book. Sure, there's ample seating, but the "leather" chairs are always sticky, you can smell the bathroom, and flies seem to crowd around as soon as you sit down. Granted, this could have been just a busy/dirty/unsupervised weekend when I visited, but it makes me think twice about visiting for more than an in-and-out experience.

Well I thought I had class today but I showed up at the college and the doors were locked ! Thanks for the email Professor NOT! Anyways I decided to go to Starbucks. I got a white chocolate mocha & turkey breakfast sandwich. My coffee was perfect today and all is well. I'm sitting outside enjoying the weather.

Fast and delicious. Not the prettiest store I've seen, but very friendly staff and quirky customers as I have come to expect. Outdoor seating is available but not much of a view. My go-to work Starbucks...line moves pretty quickly and MOST importantly, my coffee always tastes delicious! Definitely a good store. (Sometimes at lunch the FMH crowd bogs the lines down a bit, but nothing that the staff can't handle) - Minus 1 star for parking. The store sometimes gets busy and parking can be a little troublesome...by no means the stores fault...just the reality!

There is this one or two particular Baristas that only work there part time that makes the best Cappuccino. Overall their customer services are satisfactory!

I've had my drink forgotten more than five times. They are just really disorganized here. Some of the staff members are really great and make good coffee/chai. However, I am always in a bad mood when I leave.

Went to a coffee tasting here that was both well attended and well done. They had four or five of their special limited edition roasts to sample. They French pressed each one in turn for us to sample and provided ice water for in between. Turns out their Cameroon was a hit. Kudos to this SBucks team. My Jura is back from NY now, but I still stop in here several times a week.

I hate to break the chain of Starbucks love here but in my opinion this is the WORST Starbucks in Frederick. I typically visit this location because it's a convenient stop on my commute to work. Some of the staff members are friendly and accommodating but a majority are just plain rude. I'm sorry if what I called a "venti triple" is actually called a "triple venti" but there is really no need for the Barista to roll her eyes and correct me. Every time I order hot food (a bagel, oatmeal, or a wrap) I end up having to remind someone that I ordered food so that they can put the order in. I originally planned on only giving one star but I am giving two only because at least you know what to expect with Starbucks. The coffee is decent and the food is good for a quick bite. On my last visit I received a free drink coupon because the experience was soo bad...but think I'll be going out of my way to another location to use it.

Consistent as most Starbucks are. The inside could use a little refreshening but what separates this Starbucks from many is the bar. Six bar stools face the coffee makers bringing a slightly difference atmosphere. Employees are usually nice and friendly when I visit this Starbucks, which is not frequently.

Of all the Starbucks locations in town, hands down this is my favorite. Even through it's a chain store, the staff here make the regulars feel like this is a neighborhood joint. They can tell what I'm going to order out of my favorites before I know, and if I'm gone for a week, they notice. Recently the seating arrangement was changed a little bit, which can be a problem when they really get busy and there are a ton of people crowded near the register in a tight pack waiting for drinks. The coffee, its Starbucks. Don't expect Illy, that's an entirely different art. People like Starbucks because they know what they are going to get whether it's Seattle or Florida. 4 Stars largely because of the great service I get here.
