I come here almost every morning before I drive 1 hour to work down 270. The staff is always smiling, the condiment station is always clean and my coffee is poured quickly. This store also donates to a few local charities I am involved in so they have fully embraced the community they serve.

The staff here is great, my only complaint, well my 2 complaint's are: 1) there are only 3 electrical outlets in the whole store, meaning if you need to plug your laptop in, and those 3 seats are taken you're out of luck. the Sun, you can't see your laptop from the glare when you sit along the windows, this Starbucks does have a screen along the wall facing Monocacy dr, but if you're sitting along the parking lot facing RT 26 you can't see your computer screen

Very Friendly staff!!! Store is always clean, and the staff goes out of their way to take care of you. My only complaint is the owners ability to project supplies. They are frequently out of certain items, or decide to not carry something at all.

This has been my "local" coffee shop for about six years since it is near my workplace. This shop can be very busy at peak times but they keep the lines moving. I generally get the bold coffee in the AM, and the Pike Place at other times. I don't drink the sweetened drinks other than maybe an iced mocha in the summer and a Pumpkin Spice latte when they roll them out in the fall. I don't usually eat their food items either but on rare occasions I like to have a scone with my coffee. I tried the Greek yogurt with honey on my wife's recommendation and I thought it was quite good. I use a registered Starbucks card for my purchases and I am able to earn some extra perks that way. Not a bad idea if you visit Starbucks regularly. The staff in this shop is always friendly to me even when they are busy, which is a plus. They also have free WiFi now, another plus. A nice reliable cup o' joe.

Oh Starbucks.....your pumpkin spice latte certainly was the gateway drug to my coffee demise. Over the last fifteen years...I have graduated from pumpkin spice lattes, to espresso with a few pumps of pumpkin spice, to straight up six shot espressos in a tall cup (please)...to the kinder, gentler (possibly?) black eyes. This location is generally crowded and the only electrical outlets for your devices are in the ceiling (is this intentional to keep the loungers away?), but.....as far as comfortable starbucks locations go in Fredneck...this one...is just like the others, but probably a tad bit more comfortable.

Did they change there recipes or something.... I got a iced white chocolate moca (I always get this, to scared to try anything else) and the coffee ideally has me Bouncing off the walls...well the past few times I haven't even Gotton a buzz....I don't drink it everyday...maby once every 3 Months so my body isn't "immune or use" to it. I think they did something to the coffee... Bring back the old crack addict addictive coffee...

Don't come in a hour before closing. The employees are rude as ever and the drinks taste like crap. They don't put the effort into making good drinks at night. Try coming here in the day time. The drinks taste much better and you get good customer service.

Supposedly opens at 5am, as with many times in the past I left and went somewhere else because they were still getting ready at 5 min after and the door was locked. Don't advertise 5 am if the doors aren't open.

This is by far the best Starbucks in the area (maybe because I'm a regular), but my drinks are always made perfectly and I never usually get the same thing every time I go. They're patient when I can't make up my mind, quick, and always friendly. I'll sacrifice a drive thru any day for the service they give.

Only downfall is no drive-thru! So unfortunate. But they are ALWAYS quick here even if there's a long line. And all the baristas are usually very friendly and seem in happy moods. I've never had a bad experience here.
