Literally worst Panera I've ever been to, because of the people!!! The food is great... But the staff is so rude and sassy. I've never seen such negative energy around. They also alway mess up large orders. I am always missing something. Most people I know goes up to the other Panera. Much better service! (Must add: I have given this location 5 tries, they fail miserably each time)

I went to panera because I wanted something fresh and tasty. I was shocked by the cost of the food, over $13 for my to - go order. I could go to olive garden and sit down for that price! This still would have been ok if the food had been good, but it was terrible, flavorless, chicken that looked pink, unseasoned and canned. The bread was similarly flavorless and soggy. The apple that came with my meal was tiny, bruised and pitted. I'm so disappointed, definitely won't go back.

We've had Panera Bread cater a few office meetings. The delivery service is great and the food always looks and tastes delicious. My recent favorites have been the asiago steak and avocado turkey BLT. I would definitely suggest Panera for office boxed lunches for about 10 or more, less than 10 is not quite as cost effective for delivery.

It's panera! The food is always amazing and fresh! I go here almost every day for my fixings of the soba noodle bowl with chicken! I usually get the rapid pick up which is really convenient with my schedule. I just wish they could make panera a bit bigger so on days that I decide to dine in, it wouldn't be such a problem finding a table. This location is often really packed!

If you're looking for a place that look healthy and delicious ? This is a place to go. I like to come in the morning to grab a coffee and order any of their delicious bakery selections or bagels. At lunch or dinner I would order meal that is half and half deal with lemonade drink. Foods are delicious. Love their patio space. Also the place is very cozy and friendly. Always clean.

When you go to a place like Panera Bread, you go because you pretty much know what you're getting. However, this particular franchise leaves a lot to be desired in the food and cleanliness department. I'd like to say that the girls at the register were very friendly and helpful with selecting menu items. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and the sesame asian salad with chicken for my wife. I guess Panera must be hurting because there was hardly any chicken on my chicken salad sandwich (pretty much just 1 piece of lettuce and tomato with a few pieces of chicken) and there was only a few pieces of chicken in my wife's salad. To make matters worse, there was a black hair wrapped around one of the pieces of chicken. Gross.

This was a terrible experience compared with the one I usually go on Long Island NY. I ordered classic chicken but found only vegetable. Veges are not fresh. I missed the shrimp salad in my hometown. Won't come for a second time!

Bacon turkey bravo with extra mayo. I gotta say its a perfect sandwich, although they certainly could give you a little bit bigger bag of chips with it. Thank you St. Louis Bread Company.

Panera has become one of my very favorite lunch places. Their food is consistently delicious, well-prepared & fresh. It's one of the few places I enjoy having soup (today it was garden veg w/pesto, deLISH), and their sandwiches are fine (today it was sierra turkey, meh). Wish I'd stuck with my usual caesar salad to accompany the soup because IMO it's the soups and salads that really set Panera apart -- though I do love their bread. Their prices are extremely reasonable/competitive given the quality of the food. This Frederick location's only real minus is the restroom -- way too small and unattended for the size of the restaurant.

It can be quite crowded during the evenings. The food is great and the staff are super friendly. The Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup is the best.

I know it's a chain. But I just want to let you all know that Panera has the best coffee (I've tasted) in Frederick. The drip coffee and lattes are both excellent. Be cautioned, the 'baristas' do not seemed to be trained as well as other coffee shops, so lattes are not always consistent. But the drip - you can count on! And the breakfast, lunch and desserts are also always tasty too.

I go to this Panera Bread at least several times a month, about once per week. This is the only Panera in my area and it's at a great location next to the mall and a bunch of popular shopping centers. This is a very popular place to eat lunch and you will often have a hard time finding a place to sit on both business days and weekends in the middle of the afternoon. The 'quietest' time to go is late afternoon. Expect there never to be any booths available at lunch time, or room for a large group. There are several large tables, but sometimes small groups will have no choice but to sit at them during peak hours. This particular Panera Bread has made some nice improvements over the past year including redoing the interior (no more screechy scratched up wood floors - it's carpeted now) and the "you pick two" side salads are now a good size instead of a few measly leaves. As to be expected, when you go at a less busy time, you will find yourself getting more generous portions of food. (They're always about the same, but you will, for instance, get more toppings on something if they aren't busy.) One of my complaints about this Panera is that because it is a franchise, they don't have coffee cards. Their coffee is EXCELLENT, and I would really like for them to have coffee cards. If they did, I would buy coffee there on every visit. My other complaint was that it simply needs to be a lot bigger. Granted, I have a feeling that when this Panera was put in, they didn't expect it to gain so much popularity. It really needs a lot more seating and I'm not sure they really have any options for expanding other than putting in a second location in Frederick. (I'm completely okay with this.) All in all, it's a great way to do lunch if you want something quick and delicious, with plenty of healthy options. Make sure to bring a fresh loaf of bread home with you!

The p[rices are pretty good, the bread and bagels pretty fresh. The quality is not the best in the planet, and I prefer my local bagel shop over the Penera on MD-355, but the price can't be beat. The $18 dollar lobster roll is a bit steep as well for what you get. Oh, well, I'll still hit ya up oh Penera for my bagels.
