I have been to Noodles & Company in Gaithersburg and love it... So I was so excited when the one was opening up here in Frederick. So it was my turn to get dinner and that is where I wanted to go... Should have went to McDonald's. Spent about 22.00 for two poorly portioned meals and 2 drinks... The portions are less than Gaithersburg and the prices are the same... for Frederick not sure pricing should be the same as Frederick is not nearly the same for the cost of living. I was so disappointed and the meat in the meal was fatty/grissely. Not impressed at all... not sure why they are not training the staff or cooks with those at the one down south.... they have it mastered and I have never had a problem with my orders being dissatisfying. I will continue to go to the one in Gaithersburg as it will be a long while before I try this one again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as I have had the other stores and this is not even in the same world for service or product... sorry not pleased and so sad that it will not be a place I would crave... Dry pasta and minimal sauce --- meat portion I counted 6 pieces and 3 mushrooms literally. I counted... this was supposed to be the larger portion and looked like the small. Sauce was not even enough to coat the pasta. My husbands was better but pasta was dry and he paid for the extra meat which was larger thank goodness. His sauce was minimal as well. I hope they get better of this will be another restaurant that goes under if they don't get it together. Will not be back for a while...

Quick service for noodles. Noodles & Co. has different varieties of noodles from Asian to Greek to Italian. It definitely reminds me of a Chipotle for noodles. Although the food is not too bad. I have not had anything terrible there.

I like noodle company! This is the first noodle & company I been to where I sit and chat and someone actually comes and take the dishes once we were done. The employees here are really attentive. It's a bit small but it's ok.

This was my first time here. The staff members were very friendly. They took their time to explain the menu items and the ordering process to me. They do things in a manner similar to Boston Market. At any rate, I liked the fact that the menu was low calorie vegetarian and you could add meat or tofu as an option. I really like that you could further reduce your calories by ordering the small portion and still be full. There were about 12 pasta options, 5 sandwich options, 4 salad options and 3 soup options as main courses. You could also add a side salad or soup to a main dish for about a dollar. I appreciate that the side salad actually contained lettuce with nutritional value. The only bad thing is that it is located along the walk way to the Regal Cinemas. That generally means that parking will be a hassle and maybe larger crowds during peak time on the weekends.

Our family loves Noodles & Company! They have a large assortment of dishes so there's something for everyone. Order when you enter and they bring the food to your table quickly. They also have one of those fun soda machines with every flavor beverage you can imagine. I love the Japanese Pan Noodles and my kids love the Macaroni & Cheese and the Spaghetti and Meatballs. My husband usually gets something with shrimp, which he says are delicious. I've never had a problem with the chicken being dry as others have reported. Though the last time we came here, the chicken was cut/torn into small pieces rather than served sliced, which was odd. Staff is very accommodating, though at times things seem a bit chaotic in the kitchen area. But the food is great for a quick (but not "fast food") delicious meal!

I really don't get the appeal of this place. Many of my friends are wild about Noodles and Company, but I have had consistent "meh" experiences. One specific visit involved paying an up-charge for what ended up being a small amount of grey spongey protein that could loosely be described as beef-like material, but certainly not steak. I'd like to elaborate further, but it's simply just not that good. All in all it's hard to really mess up noodles, so it's definitely edible. It's just not worth the price.

*brace yourself for gushy "OMG These guys saved my butt!" review* Ok - I've gotta take a minute to brag on the Noodles Co Frederick (West View) location. Call it user error or computer illiteracy, but when I went to place a massive order for a class of 30+ people 1 day ahead of schedule, I changed the date / time to "tomorrow" but forgot to hit "save" (yes - I can hear the web developer pulling out his hair right now). I noticed my mistake 10 minutes late and frantically called Noodles hoping that they had a lazy shift on duty who didn't start making the order. Too late - in 10 minutes, these cats had completely made everything to spec - a day ahead of schedule due to my internet fubarb. "Throw it in the fridge!" I said - frankly, it was my fault and I deserved nothing more than picking up the food a day later. "Maybe we can microwave it? Either way, I'm sorry." The woman on the phone hesitantly said ok. Not more than another 10 minutes pass when my phone rings again "Hello?" "Yes - Hello, this is Noodles n Company in Frederick. We appreciate your saying to store the food in the fridge overnight, but our quality is more important and we'd be completely fine with remaking everything for you tomorrow." Holy. Customer. Service. And a good thing to - I had to almost double my order the next day anyways. I showed up (early - because I'm annoying like that) the next day and asked to see my receipt so that I could add a generous tip (and pay for the mistake I'd made - because I can't computer). "Hello, I'm the manager, but we don't accept tips here - our staff is very well taken care of, but we'd appreciate a kind word to our corporate office." What?! Not only did these jokers remake every single order so that it could be as fresh as a baby's bum but now I can't even tip them!? What customer service sorcery is this!!? 5 stars and 2 thumbs way way up for these guys. On point, super nice, and delicious food. You guys got good thing going in Frederick!

Kinda gross. Not dirty exactly, but just not right. The staff is so strange: laid back to the point of worrisome. Marinated steak is inedible. Like: awful. Noodles are okay. Set up inside is weird. Not recommended, really.

Noodle & company is a great place to eat with friends & family or having business meeting. The food there they makes it delicious but I gave it for 4 stars instead of 5 because I think regular size is still kinda small portion. I'm not sure but all I know food there are delicious. :)

Quick service, clean and comfortable. The food is nothing more than well presented typical fast food. All sauces come in bags frozen and then dumped into the steam table. It's fine for what it is, just saying don't be fooled into thinking this is healthy or fresh. It's a dressed up version of a Big Mac really. If that's what you like than you'll enjoy it. Nothing special just another run of the mill place serving run of the mill fast food.

One word: Awful (and not in a good way). My husband and I stopped here after a movie on Saturday. I ordered the Strawberry Spinach Salad, Curry Soup, and Asperagus appetizer. The appetizer was okay. They had run out of all of the ingredients for the salad I ordered, so I switched to a Ceasar Salad with chicken. It was okay, but half of the chicken was dry and the croutons were burned. Really? Burned croutons? Seriously, get a clue and don't serve it if it isn't your best stuff. The soup was pretty flavorless. They put too much coconut milk and not enough curry. In my mind, it should have tasted more like curry. And the noodles in the soup? Al dente. And no, it was not appreciated. At all. Well, except by my husband who ended up eating most of my meal. I will give this place another try, but I am not eager to. The wait staff was very kind and apologetic about not having the Strawberry spinach salad I wanted. But they seriously need to retrain the guy who cooks on Saturday nights.....

First time at Noodles & Company and it was a pleasant experience. Even though it features "noodles" and pasta dishes there is quite the variety of items to choose. The prices are reasonable and the staff were kind and helpful. I've found a new place to add to my list of favorites in Frederick.

We have been going to this noodles and company for two years now and never had a problem. My kids love their mc and cheese, they eat a lot so I get them the regular size. My favorite is the spinach fruit salad and Bangkok curry. Cashiers are always friendly. Tutti frutti Frozen yogurt is near so we sometimes walk there after.

Eh... clean restaurant but prices vs quality is lacking. Yes it all tastes good but my chicken was way over cooked. It all tastes fresh, but i wish the menu had more options and let you expand it more. Also, maybe some more side offerings? I like food thats cooked, not opened and or microwaved haha.. The manufactured tastes of things is offensive to my pallet. This is almost a mix of both. Shrimp wasnt "shrimpy" enough and i think its a little $$ for my taste compared to the amount of food you get (hey, im 6'2 and 230). All in all - id go back if was in a hurry and wanted some better than blah food but it wont be a first choice.

Prompt, courteous delivery of tasty noodles dishes ( from macaroni to pan asian to italian style noodle dishes), this sit down eatery serves up consistent noodle dishes and one of those thousand-flavoured coca cola dispensers....all for less than $10 per person. Your hearty noodle dish can be topped with tofu or other meats such as chicken. With a dessert cookie or monstrous rice krispie treat, you may go over the $10 threshold, but you'll surely be full.... There are approximately 15 noodle style dishes which are delivered to your table by a customer-friendly server in less than 5 minutes. It's not exotic, but after going there 4x in three weeks, I'm ready to return to try all of the offerings...For little more than the price of a McDonalds meal, it's much better food that is probably better for you. Dishes come in small and regular sizes. My price quote is based on the larger size.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Don't know what the hype is about. Felt and tasted like I was eating at a glorified Panda Express... what a joke.

The food was 3 stars, but the service was outstanding. I do want to go back and try the macaroni and cheese.

First time at Noodles & Company and it was a pleasant experience. Even though it features "noodles" and pasta dishes there is quite the variety of items to choose. The prices are reasonable and the staff were kind and helpful. I've found a new place to add to my list of favorites in Frederick.

Good food but costed more then I expected

Agh I love this place ... My absolute favorite thing here has to be the Bangkok curry noodles and/ the veggie med sandwich and hubby always gets the Wisconsin cheesesteak... The soups and salads are pretty good too.. Wish they had a bigger menu but other than that no complaints.
(4)James C.
Tasty food, quick time to table.

(5)Ariel C.
Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant I had the penna rosa with Parmesan chicken. It is a little spicy and the chicken wasn't great.
(4)J D.
Eh... clean restaurant but prices vs quality is lacking.

The manager was more than happy to remake a dish for us that too spicy for my wife's taste. Since I wanted to wait to eat with her, they also remade my dish so we could both eat a hot meal together. We really appreciated their efforts.

Not bad no good. Very middle of the road in taste and presentation. Thank goodness the customer service was decent.

I like noodle company! This is the first noodle & company I been to where I sit and chat and someone actually comes and take the dishes once we were done. The employees here are really attentive. It's a bit small but it's ok.
(4)Cyndi J.

1 star for service. No stars for the food. I got the pad Thai with chicken. I have gotten better pad Thai from the grocery store that you add water and microwave. If you want pad Thai go to my Thai's on Thomas Johnson.

Attention all Frederick food lovers!!!!!!!! NOODLES & COMPANY HAS ARRIVED! Yes peeps the long awaited arrival of a cherished gastronomic temple have landed in Frederick MD. They open the doors today at 11am and are ready for you, as I know we have all been waiting for them. So to let you know a bit about them if your just comming out from under the blanket. They have noodles (ok duh) but not just noodles . Noodles you can custome blend with meats, cheeses and not just noodles but Udon, Penne, Whole Grain Lingune, and of course Elbow. You can get 6-types of Mediterranean or Asian, or American to suit your little highly excitable taste buds. The OMG TO DIE FOR MAC & Cheese sans add Mestballs. Or the Pan Noodles with Steak or ooooh Pesto with grilled chicken. Ok so not looking for just noodles they have Salads, Soups and Sandwiches. Porstickers. So grab the gang and order a regular or small. I was at their soft opening test run and I guarantee you will enjoy it and come back.
