Delicious! Husband got the Thai Tea with jelly bobas. Yum! Kind of like gummy bears in taste. I got the taro with yogurt bobas.....THE BEST BUBBLE TEA I'VE EVER HAD! Didn't try their food but the menu was a good size and everything looked tasty. Only 4 star instead of 5 because the guy, while friendly, was really slow to help customers and get orders out. Should be more than one person working.

Simple, fast and the best I've ever had in a mall- the bubble tea & and simple & fast food was GREAT ! The owner of this stand alone cafe is your server - And way better than all those mega chains - Highly recommended!

This place is the best at smoothies! Every time I go to the mall, I always get my self a strawberry smoothie with the mango buba balls in them. I have yet to try out the wide selections of food on the menu, but from the looks of it, it always looks appetizing and fresh. But for now, the smoothies are a absolute favorite of mine.

I have not had too many of the menu items, but the people eating at the tables look very happy with their food. Nothing being thrown out, for sure. I stop in about twice a week and really like all of the drinks that I get. They have iced coffee if you don't want hot. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality. Chai lattes and the frozen bubble tea are my favorites. While sitting here waiting on a friend, I am reading the very detailed descriptions about what goes into each sandwich, salad, Panini or rice bowl. I just noticed that they will also make a sandwich in a half size. Crunchy garden tuna melt, here I come !

I was unimpressed by bubble tea at Mocha Island Cafe. I ordered a mango iced tea, and it was a let down. Didn't taste a hint of black tea. The boba had no flavor. The tapioca taste was so bland, I almost gagged. I won't be back.

A disappointment on all fronts. We were the only people on line and after standing at the counter for 5 minutes being completely ignored we had to make a point of grabbing the attention of a staff member. The girl was rude and didn't even make eye contact while taking our order for bubble teas. The teas that we got had very little ice, just a few tapioca pearls and there were lumps of mix in the drink that made it undrinkable. Even for a mall establishment it was far below my expectations. I will not be going back to this "cafe" again.

This was the best food I've ever had in a mall. Everything tasted fresh and had a lot of flavor. I split a turkey avacado panini and a Mediterranean pizza with my boyfriend and both of us were impressed. Would definitely go back.

I ordered a cup of coffee. The coffee was really really hot--I know, coffee is supposed to be hot. But it was scalding. And the cashier seemed to mumble and didn't care to explain the menu and choices to me. Unimpressed but I didn't order food or a smoothie or other drink that maybe they shine more on. Just don't order a basic cup of coffee unless you have about 15 minutes to let it cool.

This place is located inside the FSK mall right next to subway and it KILLS subway! The owner is so nice and will create and alter the menu to fit your needs. I love that he keeps the place sooo clean, that is really important to me. I hate eating at dirty places where you can see behind the counter and it's all dirty. A lot of healthy options and there are so many coffee drink, teas, smoothies, etc to choose from...I could have something different there everyday! And he always has specials during the week. I love this place!
