Service blows! Sat for 10-15 min and nobody ever came to the table! Actually got up and left.

The food is always on par with other IHOPS. We always walk away full and thrilled with all the many things "we never should have indulged in" and the service is always wonderful. When my son, (also a chef) received his cheesecake stuffed french toast, topped with strawberries, he told me he "loves the waitress and may get her number." He never set his plate down and ate the entire serving very quickly. (I'm not sure he even chewed!) I've had no experiences with undercooked pork, old mayo, or poor service, as we've experienced in other IHOPs. This location's staff is on their game. Side note: They need to check the cleanliness of their bathrooms more frequently as the ladies' room had a mess in it that I won't mention, but I had to be distracted for a while before I could eat.

Even though it was a longish wait they still get you in and out of there pretty quickly. It's just like any other iHop out there and even if the long is line still give it a chance because the line moves quick. I got chicken and pancakes and it was wonderful. They have a variety pancake choices and I haven't had a bad experience at this particular iHop. I love it here because I can get breakfast anytime of the day!!!!

We took our twin 3-year-olds for dinner on their birthday because they wanted pancakes for dinner. The restaurant was clean, service was fine, food was as expected. The issue we had was that there was no noise in the restaurant at all - we felt like we were eating at church. The restaurant is small and it was only about 1/3 full, but there was no music and everyone was whisper quiet. Our kids were very well-behaved, but we spent all dinner shushing them since even their normal voices sounded like screams. IHOP needs to turn up some background music when the restaurant is not at capacity so the patrons don't feel the need to whisper.

Typical newer IHOP restaurant in North Frederick in the MARKET SQUARE SHOPPING CTR. Menu does have some healthy options beyond the fluffy and stuffy pancakes (which I stay away from) . I have only been here for breakfast and lunch on business in the Frederick area mostly during non-peak times .The service always seemed fine to me . I would not hesitate returning to this restaurant for breakfast or lunch. The dinner menu doesn't really look very appealing. There are other option in the center for dinner. The IHOP coffee flash is always a good thing so you always have fresh coffee at arms reach in lieu of constantly flagging down a waiter. Prices are very reasonable. Parking layout is good with friendly access to the front entry .

Classic IHOP. The service at this IHOP and others hasn't been the best for me lately. But I only had to wait 12 minutes to get seated on a busy Sunday morning so that was nice. I am never disappointed with my food (Chicken & Waffles are AMAZING). And if you ask they will bring you hot syrup. Yummmm. Love going here for brunch or a late night breakfast run!

IHOPs are always hit or miss, especially when you're traveling. However, we stopped into this IHOP for brunch around noon on Saturday and found it to be clean with fast service. I think we had about a 5min wait, which was nothing. It's a newer location in an area that is still being developed. This is a nice area with a lot of new stores and places to eat nearby. The food here was all cooked very good and everything was fresh. I had the big steak omelet and it was huge. My wife ordered the country fried steak and it was so large she took half of it home. Very good food. We will stop here again the next time that we're in the area.

This IHOP is pretty cool. It's fairly new so it's stil pretty clean in the dining area. The servers have always been friendly, even in the middle of the breakfast rush. I haven't ever had to wait longer than 15 minutes for a table but then again, we're just a party of 2. The pancakes are always great and I can't get enough of the hash browns. The new All American bacon scramble was pretty good and it felt like a more reasonable portion than some of their regular menu items. Parking is a breeze.

It's an IHOP YALL! I love it. I frequent this location after my two hour training sessions at Sport & Health.. Not a good choice, but whatever; I earned it! Depending on which cook is working that night it'll determine how juicy your steak tips will be. Most the time it's good but sometimes it's a little dry. Breakfast food is always on point, at times a bit heavy but who cares!? We're in 'MURICA YALL. But whatever, the staff here is friendly and it's almost always busy no matter the time of day.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is the best chain breakfast place in Frederick. It completely blew away both Bob Evans and the other IHOP. I'm from the south so my brain will not allow me to speak negatively about Waffle House so I can't compare it. We went on a Sunday morning around 10 and ended up waiting about 20-25 minutes. Wasn't horrible but since it was cold outside, we were packed in the waiting area like sardines. I also think if they were more on top of the table bussing, the wait would drastically improve. Other than that, we actually really enjoyed our breakfast. The food was really good; no grease and very fresh. They are quick with the coffee and taking your order. Also, the restaurant is completely spotless and our waiter was awesome. I'm really not sure what else you need for a weekend recovery breakfast.

It's always sad when you come almost every Thursday and wait up front for 5-10 minutes. Even better when all the servers just look in your direction, aknowlege you, then just stand there or better yet, pull out their phones. Way to go ihop, can't say I'm surprised but a little effort wouldn't hurt.

Slow service. That will tach me to crave pancakes around 2pm on a Wednesday. Maybe understaffed. Food was ok but my pancakes had sort of a powdery taste to them. Maybe will try the other IHOP or go back to Denny's for pancakes. Syrup selection was nice of the dispensers had any in them. Had to ask three times for a syrup. If I wanted a fight with a waitress, I could have gone to a Waffle House. At least there you get your money's worth in an argument.

Love this place and so will you. It's the normal breakfast lunch and dinner place with all your faves. And ask for Meagan for service and get to know Sam the AGM.

I've never walked into an IHOP and been seated immediately during peak times. So I was shocked when at 9:30 AM on Sunday my party of 6 got a table immediately. This is a new location, so I expected it to be extra packed, but maybe word hasn't gotten out yet about this location? I don't see how that could be possible since this part of Rt. 26 is being built up like there is no tomorrow! First off the bat, service was great. Our server was very attentive and sweet and did a great job with all requested substitutions and special orders. My group is slightly high maintenance. We don't do it on purpose, but when you combine us all our restrictions and quirks can be a bit more than a normal table. So kudos for doing it all with a smile and getting is all correct :) Food is standard IHOP. No better or no worse than any other location. I ordered the blueberry wheat pancakes and they were a little dry. My eggs however, cooked sunny side up, were pretty good. My sis-in-law really enjoyed her biscuits and gravy and my nephew finished everyone's extra food. Clearly the food tastes just fine :)

Stopped in for breakfast this morning on my way back from Dulles. The staff was friendly. My waitress, however, seemed to not understand my order. She placed the order for crepes with strawberries instead of the Danish fruit crepes. I ate the incorrect order. I rarely send food back. I was a little disappointed, the crepes tasted like onions and peppers. It concerned me because there was only one other table and they were leaving as I sat down so there should have been no cross contamination unless the grill or the utensils were not clean.
