I stop pretty regularly at this one since it's right near my work. Maybe it's the early shift people(I'm here before 5 am typically). But my experiences here have been a mixed bag. Typically if it's the guy in the mornings who is helping you, you're gonna have a bad time. Very slow, typically forgets things in your order and for some reason if he is who makes the drink the ratios for cream and sugar are nuts. Now if it's the other two women who I usually see in the mornings that handle your order it will probably be fine.

Only giving them 2 stars because I love their donuts but it would be great if they didn't give me stale donuts. This location is supposed to be a 24 hour one yet they can't make fresh donuts when they run out? They once told me one night to drive to the other dunkin donuts on Rosemont to see if they had any donuts because they had run out. I go to that one (luckily they had some) and they tell me that it was strange they told me that since they make donuts at their location and the Rosemont location receives their donuts from them! Seriously stinky service! Employees there are obviously rushed and rush the crap out of the customers often with eye rolling and finishing your sentence for you. And forget about trying to get a coffee first thing in the morning this place is super packed!

This Dunkin' is always so painless to stop in quickly and get the coffee I love so much (it's so much better than Starbucks), and the staff are always fantastic to deal with (I've had free donuts thrown my way before for and I quote, "being so nice"). The egg white flatbread is my go to for food and it never disappoints. The coffee is always made perfectly and to my liking. The clerks know me and are always fantastic to converse with. Keep it up guys!!

A dozen donuts for about 6 bucks and some change? Why not! We asked the employee what she would recommend. She seemed uninterested in helping us choose. Her exact response was, "I don't know." Mind you, Dunkin Donuts isn't a big thing in Southern California. Heck, the closest one to Los Angeles is maybe 3 hours away in the middle of a desert on the way to Las Vegas. Anyway, we got a dozen and paid and left. Wouldn't necessarily dock a star for the employee not being helpful. It was awkward more than anything.

Not a big fan of how DD has tried to re-brand itself as a Starbucks competitor, but decided to try the newly rebuild building a few weeks ago. Found the coffee tasted more burnt than Starbucks, and the donuts as stare as buckwheat. Think, I'll stick with Starbucks. .

I seriously love these guys. If you come at 2 a.m. and order donuts, they'll give you a bag of donuts from earlier that night just to get rid of them. It's not uncommon that we order 6 donuts and leave with over a dozen because of their generosity. Seriously kind people here. :)

Horrible experience... Went around 7 at night to get an iced coffee, only to have to wait 10 minutes at the drive thru intercom to place my order because I was told to hold on. There were already two cars In front of me and overall a 20 minute wait for a coffee is ridiculous. I would not reccommend this shop if your in a rush, don't know the meaning of "fast food", slow as hell!

I love this Dunkin Donuts. I go through the drive thru quite often and 90% of the time I get through it in 3 minutes or less. It's by far the most efficient one I've been to. I don't know why the reviews are so mixed, but all I can say is I usually get there between 10:45am and 3:45pm, depending on when my own work shift starts. Maybe that's when the efficient people work? Either way, I will continue to go to this one even though I have one right near my house.

I've often wondered what this Dunkin' Donuts did with their stale leftovers. Dispatched them to the dumpster? Nope. Donated them to local homeless shelters? Probably not. Rather, I'm convinced they stash em behind the counter and then sell them to me whenever I come in. That can be the only explanation for consistently stale donuts. Unless they never bother to throw out the bad ones, thereby compromising the company's reputation to save a few bucks. They wouldn't do that, would they?? I think so. As a former pasty chef, I'm keenly aware of when baked goods are past their prime, and this place must be some kind of donut nursing home where aging crullers come to die. (Or get sold to unsuspecting customers.) Quit selling me dried out donuts you cheap bastards! Repeat business is what keeps you in business, and I won't be coming back. Why can't we just get a Krispy Kreme in Frederick?

I love this Dunkin Donuts one time I ordered and left my wallet at home I was so embarrassed. The manager said Just come back and pay. I was so honored that she trusted me, I mean you can't trust anyone these days. Of course I came back And paid but that was amazing customer service and I really appreciated it. Every time I go through the drive thru it's an efficient, friendly experience. My order has never been wrong and I'm always greeted with a smile. The line is always long but I've never been in the line longer than 4 minutes. I love the combo #10. It's turkey sausage with egg whites on pita bread it's perfect, better than Starbucks turkey breakfast sandwich honestly. I don't care for the hash towns they taste to garlicky. And the coffee is decent.
