3.5 stars Overall, I prefer Cracker Barrel but Bob Evans' sausage gravy and biscuits beat them by a mile! However the hash browns here were bland and limp; get the home fries instead. The staff was pleasant and they have a small counter you can eat at if you don't want to wait for a table.

Went there New Years day and it was very busy. Once seated we were told the food may take longer than usual. That was an understatement. It took an hour, and to make matters worse, people who came in after us were served their food before us. They obviously can not handle a crowd. The waitress was not attentive in the least. The food was good; it's Bob Evans (that's what the star is for), but don't bother if they're in the least bit busy.

I was so glad to stop here for a filling bite to eat after leaving Kitty Hawk early that morning. Even though it was the lunch hour, I went for the unlimited pecan pancakes at $5.99. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive. The food was very consistent with the brand name. I would stop here again due to its good food and easy access to the interstate.

Horrible service. Took them over an hour to bring our food out. Then when the food came out it looked like they had microwaved everything. They messed up my boyfriends order. I was really shocked usually when I go to bob Evans it's great! However this location was crap. Don't suggest it. Go to ihop instead.

I love Bob Evans, but this experience was probably the worst I've had. Our waiter was unfortunately not very knowledgeable about the menu or how an entree should look. We were not the only customers frustrated today. We ordered the onion petals and the potato chip nachos. The chips came out plain, no cheese, no pico de gallo, no jalapenos. Just naked chips. The onion petals didn't come with the sauce either. So you're telling me the waiter carried out both those appetizers and thought they looked correct? Really? We were patient and didn't say anything, just asked for some ranch dressing to dip these plain things in. Then the entrees came. My dad got the turkey melt sandwich which was supposed to come with fries and he asked for no tomato. Alas, the sandwich came out alone on a plate with a tomato. My breakfast entree was supposed to include a crepe, but to my surprise...no crepe. The assistant manager did come over and offer to take off an appetizer since things went so poorly. However, I will not be visiting this particular Bob Evans again.

Ihop'd in looking for my friends Denny and Shoney. surd enough I I couldn't find them anywhere until I came here. yep there they were. but its good clean place to eat full of servers who are not tipped well. Tip your servers people. if your food is cheap then tip big because we know your tipping small at the fancy places

Solid three-stars. Just what is expected of a Bob Evans; no more, no less. Service was efficient and cordial. I enjoyed the breakfast omelette with mushrooms, spinach and swiss cheese. Note that this restaurant is a little hidden from the road or at least it was for me. As you come off the highway, look for the signage directing you to the Holiday Inn and Bob Evans is right next to that.

We eat there frequently. Good food at a reasonable price. Friendly servers. Fresh facility renovation was well received. We will continue to come. Chris & Bett Bavis

Sweet tea was old. Got that taken off the bill. The pumpkin bread that we love so much from Bob Evans was dry and tasted old. So did my baked potato. Not impressed at all. Bob Evans used to be our favorite Place to eat a good geartet meal, but they are lacking! Not just at this location. Apparently at most locations. Also smelly bathroom?!?

Nothing special, but not terrible. After a long day of travel and politics the wife and I checked into The hotel and web out for a Quick bite. Picked Bob Evans because we knew it to be casual and somewhat quick. The food was pretty good and the service not too bad. Overall a plain and almost bland experience.

Went in for a quick bite to eat after a long day of travel. Alexis took great care of me, always making sure my glass was full and if I needed anything. Restaurant was clean and bright. Awesome customer service.
