This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. It was the lunch from hell!! It was so bad, I will be writing corporate to voice my anger and displeasure. I was of course dragged here against my own will because of a birthday celebration for my Great Aunt. I would've never chosen this place, mainly because I despise buffets, but other reasons factor into the equation as well. Since it was for family, I obliged. We had to stand in line to pay for our meal to get in. My parents were in front of me and when my mother was leaving the register, the cashier made a smart comment about her to the "manager" standing next to her. He chuckled and don't say anything else. Since she clearly wasn't being discreet, I heard her and I went off! No one on God's green earth will ever, and I do mean ever, disrespect either of my parents, without me letting them have it. Clearly her ignorant tail had to realize the majority of us in the line were with the big birthday party group, so why make a comment in front of one of us. After I confronted the cashier, I moved into the dinning area. After greeting some family members, I got a plate. I can honestly say that it wasn't one thing that I actually wanted. I ended up with a salad and some rock hard chicken nuggets. I wasn't the only one displeased, because several of my family members complained about the food they ate. The food just plain ol' sucked. While getting my food, I saw the manager and confronted him about his unprofessional manner and his employee's rude attitude. He acted as if he didn't recall what I was talking about. I let him know how I heard what she said about my mother and how he chuckled it off. He didn't reprimand her or comprehend why I was so angry. He proceeded to say, "that sounds out of character for her." What? I heard her with my own two ears and so did he. Instead of him checking her or apologizing, he stood there like the fool that he is, and played dumb about the situation. He even had the nerve to say that he's sorry about "how I perceived the situation." Are you kidding me? That was a slap in the face! I didn't "perceive" anything, I experienced it point blank. Had he not been such a coward and had customer service skills, he would've apologized on behalf of his simple employee and tried to smooth the situation over. His lack of interest about the situation pissed me off even more. Speaking to him was clearly pointless. To add insult to injury, my cousin had her car broken into while we were in this hell hole. In broad daylight someone came into the restaurant parking lot and busted her window out and stole whatever they got their hands on. I'm tired of patronizing establishments and the staff feels they can say and do whatever to the customer. Whenever I spend my hard earned cash at any establishment, I expect to be treated like a valued customer, not a bother. If at all possible, I would give this place ZERO STARS! Needless to say, I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CLASSLESS RESTAURANT (and I use the term restaurant very loosely) AGAIN!! Kick Rocks with No Socks!

OCB, is a nice spot to stop at if you are a buffet enthusiast. Seriously, it's a very clean restaurant and they offer a deluxe drink bar! I've never heard of that! I mean they have Icey's, cappuccino's and a huge variety of soda's. Everytime we visit this spot on vacation, we are happy to see the large variety of good food, taco bar as well as the comfort foods all of us enjoy! Service is so-so, meaning the front cashier is usually nice enough for a buffet. Your wait staff comes by the table and introduce themselves to you. Oh and I have to mention this, because Golden Corral have disappointed me so much here in PA. OCB offers such a great selection of desserts, so save room! Not to mention that their breakfast buffets are ON POINT!! Go ahead and enjoy...they are worth it...especially if you're extra HUNGRY! lol

The FATHER'S DAY WEEKEND advertisement for Prime Rib, Baby Back Ribs, & Rancher's Select Sirloin is a 'Bait And Switch' here. Today, June 13, 2014 we went here specifically because of this add for the Prime Rib. They were serving Chuck Roast, and telling people that it was over-cooked Prime Rib!!! The company is charging a higher price than usual this weekend because of the cuts of meat advertised. Dinner hour is suppose to start at 4:00p.m., and our receipt records our walk in time at 5:45 p.m. We told them that they have the wrong meat out; I even asked another woman customer if she knew the difference between Chuck Roast and Prime Rib. The other woman customer also said, "Yea, that's Chuck Roast." Since we complained, the manager came to our table. He also would not admit that the meat was Chuck Roast. He also claimed it was "over cooked Prime Rib." I said the grain doesn't even look the same from the two different cuts of meat. The roast they were serving fell apart in strings just like Chuck Roast (not the close, solid of a Prime Rib). They took away the roast that was up there, and put out another fresh Chuck Roast. My husband told them that's another Chuck Roast. We went ahead and finished eating. We finished and left by around 6:20 p.m. and they still didn't even have the advertised Baby Back Ribs. We were told by the manager that they had some earlier, but they ran out and more were cooking. My husband had asked about the ribs too when he first went to the 'carver' buffet; they said they would be out in 20 minutes (they never appeared while we were there). It was obviouse some of the people working here DO NOT KNOW what Prime Rib is. It is also obviouse some of the people working here play politics and won't admit 'a wrong'. The manager made amends for us since we were 'unsatisfied customers', but that still doesn't erase the fact that this is the 1st day of a 3-day weekend, that is starting off as a FARSE! How many people are going in there with the idea of getting a juicy, tender cut of Prime Rib, going to 'settle' for Chuck Roast without even a wimper (and pay more to boot), and walk away having paid more for something they were promised! We had ased a neighbor if she would like to go for Prime Rib with us. She had other plans. I guess I'm thankful she had other plans, since it would have been such an embarasment that there WAS NO PRIME RIB!

This place needs to close. I ended up there Saturday May 31,2014 around 7/7:30pm it was terrible the tables and floors was not cleaned after previous customers had finished.it was a table in the center the rest was dirty the so call manager and cashier saw we and others were in search of a table and neither one of them moved.all of a sudden the waitress came running oh I'm sorry I was on break give me a minute I will clean a table for you...Really. The food is a nasty as well as the service I was going to ask for a refund but they probably need the money I will never return after I called a few friends all I had to say was old country buffet and they screamed GIRL RUN THAT PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE...I have always gone to the Golden Corral and will continue I only gave one star because I could give nothing less

This is the first and only OCB I've been to, so I'm not sure how this location compares to the rest of the chain, but it's pretty okay in my book. If your looking to load up on some comfort food, this is your place. During the lunch hour, the food turns over pretty fast which is always a plus on a buffet. It's good for office groups because you don't have to deal with the headache which is dividing up checks, since you just pay individually upon arrival. The good: Deliciously greasy but crisp grilled cheese triangles, mac n cheese, potato wedges, rolls, green beans, baked beans, cranberry sauce, fried fish, chocolate chip cookie cake, banana pudding, and fudge brownies. The bad: Picking up an occasional utensil or plate that isn't quite clean. Days they are slow at or don't make grilled cheese. Small drink cups that require many trips to and from the drink bar. The ugly: The carpet - replace or heavily shampoo please.

Every time i travel with my church group, we have to dine at an Old Country Buffet location. My excitement soon turned into disappointment because the foods were not labeled. Given our dietary restrictions (no pork and certain seafood), we found it challenging to identify and avoid those foods. There were a few scares that ingredients which we could not consume were blended with ordinary foods which caused a lot of food already placed on our plates to go to waste. Staff was not on hand to assist. Given the large group, I expected more than one waitress to remove the dishes after we were completed. The floors were disgustingly sticky. I enjoyed my food, but the experience was mixed.

Not a good selection, and it always empty. I don't see this place lasting long because the food is not as good as you would think. The location is changing, and the food and restaurants around here..is unhealthy.

Cindy and I went to the one in Annapolis and the one in Laurel. Both were very good. I would go back again.

I truly wish that I could give this place no stars! The only thing decent about this place is the drinks. I tried to get an omelet made during the breakfast buffet and there was barely anything to put in it (from the omelet station) I had to literally bring my own bacon from another buffet table to put into my omelet. The minimal amount of green peppers, onion, bacon and sausage that was there looked VERY old!!! I would NEVER go back to this place! I have dined here during the dinner buffet and there isn't much of a selection. This place needs a major over haul of EVERYTHING!

Everything was uncooked, the pizza cheese was chunky, the dough was liquid, not even kidding. The pasta was plain horrid, uncooked for an inch, then cooked for an inch, how do you even do that?!?! The fish sticks tasted like 5000 year old mothers milk of a dying goat. I've licked tastier butts.
