I've only had a problem w/this domino's once and that was because there was a shortage of drivers. Made my complaint and promptly received a call. Haven't found another pizza chain that can make the steak and cheese pizza. They're the best and service has always been good....I hope it stays that way. Been ordering from them for over 10 years.

This location up to about 6 months ago had excellent pizza and service. About a month or two ago the driver came to our house during the day and said he was not getting out of the car. My husband went out to get our pizza and noticed he was drunk or high off something. My husband and I didn't complain because we knew nothing would be resolved. Every since this incident we haven't ordered any deliveries or pick up orders. The pick up orders seem like they have been sitting around the store for every and they just reheat them.

Ghetto is hell! You can never expect good service in this area anyway. Thats why i travel away to get decent service. The damn pizza wasn't even all the way cooked. Still chewy!!! Ghetto ass black girl...smh. No customer service skills at all, not friendly and just plain ratchet!!!

Like some others before me I had a horrible experience and will NEVER patronize them again. My stove was broken and the repairman wasn't coming until the next day, so I placed an online order Thursday afternoon and paid using my credit card. When my order arrived I received a call that the driver was outside. I said "great, the front door of the building is unlocked - I'm in apartment 2". Then I hung and went to grab some cash for her tip. After a few minutes, I went to the outside door to see what was taking so long, and a woman started yelling at me from a car in the street approximately 40 feet away. I signaled and said "here I am" to which she responded "I'm not getting out of my car, you need to come here" Say what? I explained that I had a two year old in the house alone and that I couldn't leave her, and since when don't drivers get the hell out of the car??? After some actual arguing, I told her to keep the order and went back inside to my hungry toddler. I called the store and asked for a manager. "Paula" who identify herself as the manager is the most ghetto, disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional "manager" that I have ever encountered. i told her that I've ordered from there before and the drivers have ALWAYS come at the very least to the front door of the building. Additionally, there was no "safety issue" because it was daylight, the order was prepaid, the only cash being exchanged was the few bucks I planned to give the driver as a tip, and if I was going to "rob" the driver, I wouldn't 1. pay with my credit card, 2. use my address and name, and 3. do it with a hungry toddler in tow. I told the "manager" that I wanted my money back, and she said "you might see it in a week". Worst experience ever. I then called Jerry's and 30 minutes later, a knock came on my APARTMENT DOOR from their delivery guy with a delicious, hot pie. I couldn't wait to give him his tip.

Domino's Pizza YOu guys SUCK! Just ordered a pizza to be delivered to my house. The driver calls me and tells me to come to his car because he is not going to get out ! What the what are you serious! SMH. Why would I do that I ordered online and paid for it online and paid for DELIVERY! Then he had the nerve to have an attitude! Are you serious! I would be okay if there was a message online stating this fact, but NO such thing is stated online! You just lost a customer FOR EVER. And I will never order it for any school function, to feed my students, other teachers and or parents. I am now on hold with the main store, who then proceeds to ask me what kind of car was the delivery guy driving. I DON'T KNOW OR CARE! What phone number did he call me from? So you Domino's Pizza don't know who is driving and what ordered or location they are in? I didn't leave my house cause it is delivery. Even in college they come into the dorm, lobby area! You can't come to my door! Really! Safety issue, we have had no incidents in this condo area at all! That is a logistical issue! Now I am on hold because I want ALL of my money back since I paid online FOR DELIVERY and I have NOT GOTTEN my PIZZA! Hell we could have gone to get the pizza ourselves. Furthermore I am speaking to the manager on duty and she is rude and disrespectful and needs to be trained again. My question was where on the website is the disclaimer stating that the drivers' DO NOT HAVE TO GET OUTOF THE CAR after DARK to deliver the pizza to MY DOOR. Are you serious! This Dominos never sends orders as they are suppose to. You order online then they make up some excuse as to why the cannot come. I will be sure to let corporate know this time. This is the fourth time they have done this. It's ridiculous. They are lazy and gave zero customer service!

I was starving. So, I ordered a pizza, for delivery, at about 7:10. The pizza did not arrive at my house until about 8:15. I was tracking the order online using Dominos' tracker feature. I used to LOVE this feature because I enjoyed seeing when they made the order and put it in the oven, etc (no life; I know). However, I am convinced that the feature is not accurate because it said "your pizza has arrived. We hope you are enjoying it" long before the pizza arrived. This was crushing. I had to call the Dominos and speak to the manager to find out if they had the right address and what was taking so long. his response was that they were busy. Understandable. However, not acceptable. The pizza actually arrived while I was on the phone with the manager. The pizza was warm. Actually, great temperature because it doesn't burn the roof of your mouth, though, not a good temperature for when you go to get additional slices. The cinastix were good. I try to support Dominos because they used to deliver to my old residence back when Pizza Hut was scared, but I will not be ordering from THIS Dominos again because this is not the first time it's happened.
