About Taco Bell
Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.
The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.
Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.

I waited and hour and 25 minutes for them to deliver one cheese steak sandwich. When it finally arrived, it was so dry. Not even worth it. :(

Finally! A place with not only great subs but overstuffed too. Everytime I call to order the staff seems very unfriendly but the subs make up for that. I recommend their Italian cold cut. The oil and vinegar infused with Parmesan cheese set this sub apart from the rest. I really don't care for their pizza. I know what they are trying to do with the "NY slice" but there isn't much flavor at all. Stick with the subs

I've been in for a slice more then I can remember. Plus I love the staff.

By Rosedale standards, this would be a "good" pizza restaurant. The cheese and sauce are definitely of the higher grade. Pepperoni pizza seems to emit a lot of oil on the pizza. Ordering a pizza with toppings, will have nearly the entire pizza covered in said topping (s). The quality of their pizza seems to vary with each order. One time, their pizza bread was quite soggy possibly due too much oil on their toppings. With their relatively high price, I expect their pizza to be of high quality each time I order it. The other time, the cheese became "unattached" from the sauce was stuck on one side of the pizza, due to how I drove. They say the pizza will be done in 20 minutes, when it's actually done within 10-15 minutes. I.e., your pizza will probably be cold by the time you get home. I don't intend to come to this chain anymore, and am willing to drive to more upscale neighborhoods to buy great pizza each time I order it. They charge a ¢0.50 fee for credit/debit card payments and therefore they prefer cash, which is very cumbersome in this day and age.

Online ordering from here is really easy and it gets here fast. They must have some sort of magical elves working in their kitchen because they achieved two things I didn't think possible: delivery fries that aren't soggy and delicious gluten free pizza. Seriously, their gluten free pizza is way better than most. Their wings are pretty good too, and their greek salad is diner quality - order it with the house dressing, it's homemade. The website they use for ordering allows you to customize everything.

Bello Vita's has delivered to our home multiple times. our family loves their pizza and I love their gravy fries. In addition to great food, everyone I have talked to over the phone is super pleasant. Our food is always delivered in a timely fashion, hot ,delicious and with the great disposition from their delivery employees. The food is made with care and quality ingredients. They always include the extras you want and need like sauces, salt&pepper, utensils etc. without even requesting it of them. I, as well as others in my area, would give them an "A". Order soon, you will be super pleased.

We've eaten here twice in the last two years. The first time we tried their sub's, they were just OK. Yesterday we tried their pizza, and I would also say it was just OK. Not worth going a third time, there are much better options around.
(3)Bill L.
Great food every time
(5)Ash B.
Absolutely love their chicken and eggplant parm subs! Started coming here about 15 years ago as a treat after my grandmother would pick me up from high school. I have since moved to Virginia and still insist on stopping here if we aren't taking Nana to eat when we visit. I fondly remember their fettuccine Alfredo and garlic bread as well but haven't sampled that for a few years now.
(5)Gary S.
Try they ethnic food. I.E Hummus. Their pizza is great also!
(5)Naomi J.
This is a decent place for your everyday casual dining experience. Good pizza, wings, excellent subs and cheese steaks (chicken and beef). I work nearby so I have tried a lot on the menu. The quality is consistent and the food is always good and two years and no messed up orders. You always get more than enough and the specials and sandwiches are always a great deal. The only thing I wouldn't recommend are the soups, but this is a pizzeria.
(3)Britt P.
Great breakfast sandwiches! Even with delivery, they're still fresh and great tasting!
(4)Breyonna W.
I have a thing for their Italian Subs. Every time I came back into town from school I must have one! Great with a bag of chips and a movie. Make sure to order the sub with everything--that way you can get the full experience of deliciousness. ^^
(5)Tricia G.
The pizza is AMAZING. I order their 16 inch pepperoni pizza at least twice a month, maybe more. They have ruined other pizza places for me because it's seriously the best. I've also had their boneless old bay wings and they are bangin.
(5)Sarah B.
I was in no way shape or form impressed with the food we received here. Pizza was bland, wings overcooked and under sauced and no dressing is actually made in house for salads or wings. Eggplant parm was middle of the road, but the sauce was terrible. I was really disappointed since so many reviews spoke highly of it. We wanted to try a local delivery place we hadn't had yet, since we were feeling particularly adventurous. I will not be returning my business, unfortunately.
(2)Fat T.
Their homemade soup was actually pretty good. 4 stars for the food but 5 stars for being homemade with fresh ingredients.
(5)Courtney W.
We have been eating from Bello Vito's since it opened and I LOVE IT! No matter what you order, its all good. Enough said! :)
(5)Saborte79 S.
Plain and simple best food in the area with real homemade cooking. Must try the Italian Cold Cut with the delicious house dressing, Cheese steak and there homemade dinners are fine dining quality in a little sub shop!
