Picked up 1/2 a bushel #1's for Fathers day. Not one dead crab on the 2 hour ride to Philly(on the back of my motorcycle). Very healthy crabs!! Tasty too...didn't have old bay, so we just steamed the crabs...so fresh and tasty they did not need any seasoning.

Very nice owner. Food hot and on time. Started with the soft crab sandwich was very good but the soft crab itself could've been a little fresher, and soft crabs have to be eaten 24 to 48 hours after they're caught to get that true freshness. Potato salad that came with it was average and our grandparents probably make a better potato salad at home, but not a bad taste. Next I have the stuffed shrimp which come three to a platter with fries, and I bit into them and they were very good tasting. The shrimp was fresh and the crab cake mixture went well with the shrimp and they were a little bit spicy. I would definitely get these again. The stuff shrimp were not awesome but they were very tasty. Next I have the shrimp salad sandwich with fries and I came on a Kaiser roll, and the truck or fresh but the overall taste of the shrimp salad could use some more seasonings like celery salt, old bay, and Dijohn mustard mixed into the mix. Also the shrimp sounds a little bit wet and it should be a little thicker and a little more sticky so it stacks/stays better on the role or bread. Overall I would say the shrimp salad was good but not wonderful and I would not order it again because it just wasn't anything special. Next I ordered the clam strip basket with french fries and tartar sauce or you can order cocktail sauce if you choose. I did ask the owner and he did tell me they clam strips are frozen but they are nice and big, and he was right they're Big, but they do not taste any better than the clam strips you can get at the grocery store or your local restaurant. What I would suggest is that The owner only buys fresh clams when they are in season, and offers a fresh clam basket for a partial part of the year only. If he offers a fresh clam basket it will sell so much better and he will be able to charge more for it. I told you I got french fries with all these platters but you could also get chips or different kinds of salads, you just have to ask the owner what's available. But these french fries are outstanding and they are very similar to The boardwalk fries you get in Ocean City Maryland. The fries come lightly seasoned with the restaurant special seasonings and they are a little bit spicy but absolutely delicious and if you put malted vinegar on them or apple cider vinegar on them you are back at the beach baby. Finally I got a dozen 12, jumbo crabs for $85 with three pieces of steamed corn which is steamed right in with the crabs. Oh man don't forget to get the corn with your crabs it is worth the extra cost. The corn and crabs were awesome. So my experience today-was definitely four out of five stars, and I really like what BnB Seafood is doing. If you just want crabs go get some crabs and corn here, because he has fair prices, fresh crabs, and plenty of specials.

Solid crabs, and the corn is amazing!!!! Hot and fresh tasting, i will def be back.....be sure to call in, will save some time! If not, theres a liquir store next time u can kill some time stocking up. Prices were pretty reasonable, on par or better than what i have seen so far this year.

Sigh. Seems like our first year was a fluke. The last few times we got crabs they were small and some had an off flavor. We're looking for a new crab shack.

Stopped there yesterday for some steamed crabs and they were very good it was well worth the hour ride from NJ. The crabs were cooked perfectly and the seasoning blend they use had just the right little kick to it. We will make a return trip before the season is over and try some of the other menu items.

I love BnB!! Crabs are always good have been going there for years when Paul used to work there rest his soul. Now they have additional menu items- crabcakes are yummy and I know crabcakes hell Im a Marylander . I have also tried the crab pretzel not really my cup of tea but my son loved it. Prices are fair but the reason I truely love it is because its next to a liquor store how can u go wrong crabs n beer/wine what more can you ask? Oh yeah I cant forget about the corn and snowballs keep up the good work Brian n the BnB team!!
