I always order food from this domino's store and haven't been let down yet! They're always quick and their prices are great. I usually order the pizza from the online ordering/ or app. Can't beat the choose any 2+ things for $5.99 each :)

I'm giving it a 5 star because it's DOMINO'S. It's not supposed to be gourmet pizza, right? Well, everything we've had has been wonderful. The handtossed crust, the pan pizza, the wings, the specialty chicken, the pasta, the stuffed cheesy bread... If you are used to the Domino's of the 80s and 90s, don't hold that against them. We tried it for the first time since college days just a few months ago and were shocked at how goood it was and how affordable it was. Maybe it's just the Elkridge location, but the delivery time is also super fast.

These guys rock. They bring me the munchies I need. If you buy online you get more toppings cheaper. Menu prices sucks, but if you use a coupon it's good and cheap.

Since some of the more local pizza shops have closed down, this Domino's has become our go-to when we feel the need for pizza. I love the convenience of online ordering (and they also have deals on the website), and this location always prepares our order correctly. Delivery time is on point and the driver is always polite. We know we can count on them to deliver what we want on a night when we just can't cook but need to eat!

What a shame. When I lived in Federal Hill, that Domino's location made me a believer in the chain again. Ordered delivery around 2:30pm on Sunday. Get the medium pizza + wings combo for $5.99 each. Estimate wait time is 30 minutes which is completely reasonable especially if they are busy. I follow my order on the pizza tracker and see the order is out for delivery after about 20 minutes. Seeing that I live about 5 minutes from the store, I figure Domino's shall arrive very soon. I wait and wait some more. The driver arrived 30 minutes after the pizza tracker said the pizza was going out for delivery and 60 minutes after I ordered. Being optimistic, I just assumed they were busy and the tracker was not accurate. The pizza and what looked like a wings box arrived. Driver peels away and my girlfriend opens the wing box and finds bread sticks. Information sticker on the side is not our telephone. We call the Domino's store and they are not apologetic, but agree to deliver wings to us. We open the pizza and it is not their re-branded garlic crust that I've grown accustomed to. On top of that, the pizza had to be heated up in the microwave as it was cold in spots and mushy overall. The delivery driver showed up with wings about 15 minutes later. Of course he was not apologetic and just said, "Here's your wings...bye." I'm not looking for Domino's to roll out the red carpet, but a little customer service would have been nice.

The hand made pan pizzas are good enough @ $7.99 [weekdays only]. Haven't ordered anything else in a while.

The food is standard Domino's fare. The problem is with the online pizza tracker. I ordered a pizza. About fifteen minutes later, the online tracker told me that my pizza was ready. When I got to the store, they hadn't started making it yet. The delay is understandable, because they were in the middle of their grand opening weekend, and were very busy. But they used a machine to lie to me, and that's not really cool.

Although I never ate from this place, the people that work there are inconsiderate. I called this place, after 2 rings I had to hang up because my brother was calling me. I called the place again after talking to my brother, and the woman says "Hi can I help you?" Before I could say anything, she hangs up. I can understand why she did, which was fine. I called again and a man picks up, I ask him, "may I get a pick up order?", he says "Oh you want a delivery?"... Maybe he misheard me, which is understandable. I raise my voice so he can hear me clearly (And no, not in a rude way) and he says "Hold up" and puts me on hold. I wait for about 5 minutes.... And counting..... I just hung up. If I did wait long enough and order, they would probably spit or drop my pizza on the floor anyways. "Probably"... So the food? I dont know. But the service? 1 of the worst I have ever experienced in my life time.
