Service generally sucks but the ice cream is INCREDIBLE. This store is shared by a Dunkin Donuts, a weird mini convenience store & the Baskin Robbins. They have like 5 tables in the back where you can sit and gamble on Kino (kinda odd but whatever). This attracts some interesting clientele as you can imagine. They also have a bathroom that can use a couple of bottles of bleach. The service ranges from truly horrible to barely acceptable. One ice cream server was so inconvenienced that we asked to sample a new flavor, I almost wanted to apologize. Then she proceeded to give us 1/4 scoops, presumably as punishment for asking for samples. Anyway, the reason this place gets this many stars is simply because Baskin Robbins ice cream is too good for words. Thank goodness for franchising. They also send out coupons and deals. If management is reading this, pls train your staff to provide better service & consider a very thorough cleaning/ paint job. This place could be a lot more happening if they got their act together.
