Always have a good experience when I come here. Food is fast, fresh, and the staff is very nice and helpful. They have never made a mistake on an order either!

I am always a sucker for a good trip to Chic-Fil-A and have been ad avid eater there for about 3 years now. This visit, I attended this CFA on National Cow Appreciation Day and wore all black and a cow t-shirt in order to get myself a free chicken sandwich. Although the restaurant was packed and the line was almost out the door, this location did not disappoint. Servers and those working the floor were everywhere, filling up drinks and being pleasant as always. When I got to the front of the line, i was ecstatic to find out i qualified to a free meal and got a lemonade and some waffle fries. The meal was as always fabulous and I enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich to the last bite. When my friend and I were finishing our meal, a staff came over and informed us there was a photobooth outside and that the Chic-Fil-A cow would be appearing soon. The outside was set up for the celebration and I had a great time taking a photo booth pic and getting to see the classic Chic-Fil-A cow. Overall- I am very impressed with how this restaurant handled the rush of people that came out for this day and their staff deserves so much credit for feeding so many cows! PS- love the free wifi here!

I wish i could give this negative stars. My coworkers and I decided to do carry out to celebrate a coworkers last day. We work a solid 20 minutes away without traffic, so usually 25 minutes after getting stuck behind some dump trucks on the one-laned 32. I ordered 8 things on one receipt- salad, twelve pack, twelve pack, chicken sandwich, deluxe spicy meal, deluxe spicy meal, sandwich, and another twelve pack. I waited on the side and they brought me rather quickly two large bags. I already had the drinks and I asked if it was all there- the teen assured me it was. On a time crunch, I did not double check and left. I drove back to the office only to find they had FORGOTTEN THREE MEALS. Not just perhaps one falling through the cracks, but THREE....two of the twelve pack nuggets and a sandwich. This is just poor service. I call the number listed on their google page to try and talk to someone...it RINGS AND HANGS UP on you. Ok weird....I call a different number listed on their Facebook page...SAME THING! But I am determined and now super pissed. I FINALLY get through- to a manager nonetheless- and he barely apologies for the phone issue and the food issue. He says if I come back, he'll give me the food. Nothing else. He blames the phones for not working on an employee dropping one into a bucket of water- not surprised. I drive back- another twenty-ish minutes lost. I get there and no manager will speak to me- instead, the teen who messed up my bag in the first place asks me what items were missing and then hands them to me. I asked to see the manager and he said he was busy. What a poor excuse for customer service. John the manager- I will never be using this Chick Fil A agian and I will surely be talking to corporate.

Good food, quick service, the way things ought to be, I have visited this location several times, and no matter how busy they are, the staff is great and the service is quick and efficient. The location is clean, the food is always hot and fresh and is fast. They get 5 stars only because Yelp has made that the highest rating possible.

The staff are ridiculously friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Embarrassed to say I go there almost weekly because it's an easy meal for my kids who love it. Awesome!

Question - how many stars do you give a fast food joint? It is, after all, fast food. They don't call it gourmet food for a reason. So here is what I did, I rated them 5 but in the context of other fast foo joints. It's not the same experience of a fine dining sit down establishment so lets just be straight on that. CFA is awesome. First, consider the staff. They are trained. Trained down to the finest detail - yes the all are trained to say "My pleasure." if you say "Thank-you" to one of them. Go ahead and try, I do it for kicks because the "My pleasure" just makes me happy. Being treated like a customer is just, well, awesome. Kudos for a fast food joint that actually cares about the customers. Second awesome thing - it doesn't smell like grease. You know what a McDonald's smell like, or a Burger King, or a Wendy's. CFA doesn't have the overwhelming smell of grease. Food- yes they serve honest go goodness food. I can't say that about all fast food joints. It's chicken, specifically chicken sandwiches, but they are good. The fries are good too. I love the grilled chicken sandwich with some Pete's hot sauce - just tastie as can be. A word of advice. NEVER EVER HAVE A SHAKE!!! Yup, don't do it because a CFA shake will spoil you forever. A McDonald's shake is something that came out of a plastic factory and the last shake I had from Wendy's was just so wrong I can't even begin to think of the right words to put it down. But a CFA shake is just awesome, beyond awesome, really good awesome. It also has a lot of calories and each one you have will probably take a measurable amount of time off your life on this side of dirt, but they are so dang good. So take my advice, never ever get one. That way the shakes at all the other places won't seem so bad and you certainly won't be tempted to swing by after a had day at work to drown your sorrows in a chocolate shake. On the price scale CFA runs a bit high but to me the food is always good the the customer service great. They are closed on Sunday which I highly respect and at the same time find disappointing. If you have never been to CFA then I highly suggest you try them out - but just don't get the shake!!!

I love this chik fil A. It is very clean and they give you a number for your table and then bring your food to you. They come around to get you drink refills and the hostess Trixie is wonderful

Nice new large location. Food was typical of a CFA . Irritated that cashier claimed we did not order drinks for everyone in our party, charged us another $1.85 on top of our pricey fast food bill. I would have disputed had we gotten our receipt. Then got a cup full of ice and little soda. No soda refills either.

Typical CFA experience. Kids play room sometimes seems kind of dirty. Sometimes the drive thru forgets to give straws, especially with milkshakes. The people are always nice, but they have grown less genuine over time (pretty normal after grand openings). Overall a nice place, and glad there is one in Eldersburg!

The service was very however I was disappointed in the food. After all of the hype we heard, the sandwich was just average and the fries were hot and tasteless. If we were to go back I think we try to experience other things on the menu.
