The food was good, it was nice and hot, that's about where the happy stops. The gave me an apple pie, not the cream cheese cherry I ordered. I didn't eAt it til we were on the road, and I hate apple pies. The box said cherry too. It wasn't completely clean, but not gross dirty, just meh. The music they were playing sounded like a jazz band murdering a long horn sheep with bricks. Loudly. The ice machine wouldn't stop! I tried to tell the kid who worked there, he stared at me blankly and walked away. Understand I am standing there holding ice the chute closed with my hand as it tries to churn more ice out. I told him again. He came over, looked, and said "I don't know how to fix that" and walked away! I stood there a while longer then just it go. At this point it was clogged that it didn't pour out, however the next person who tried to get ice had to pry it out, then it wouldn't stop again. I had to ask for butter and honey, twice. There were no napkins anywhere. There Is a Subway across the street. Try them.

It's been a while since I've been to a Popeyes. They've remodeled this location since the last time I came. It looks more modern and very clean. It seems they also remodeled their staff, because the last time I came, I remember very rude employees who clearly didn't want to be bothered with helping a customer. This time the staff was friendly. The service was fast; in and out within 5 mins. They didn't get my order completely correct though, but then again I should have checked before leaving. And the "spicy" chicken wasn't quite as spicy as I like. Other than that though, it's an overall decent Popeyes.

SUPER inefficient. Absolutely no order behind the counter. Even though I've never been to this location before, I could tell this wasn't just a "bad day". Even the girl working behind the counter said that "there's no communication back here." Evident in the fact that no one knows who's completing what order and orders are being completed out of sync. For example, lady with order 51 didn't get her order but 60 did. My order (#57) was literally sitting on the counter and the girl told me no one made it.... The workers are yelling "who's got 53??" and no one is responding. The girl that took care of my order just said "whatever, Im gonna do it." Had to check myself to see if my order was right because I wouldn't be surprised if they would have just started throwing food into a bag, (not really, just saying that for the effect of how bad service was.) Spent so long trying to get my food. To make a long story short, I'm pretty sure this Popeyes operates like this everyday.

I haven't been to a Popeye's in what felt like ages and I have to tell you that this past experience was wonderful. I certainly missed this fried chicken. The crispiness and the crunch of the outer part of the chicken as I bit into it to taste the spices and juiciness of the perfectly cooked chicken was fantastic. I also tried the Tackle Box Shrimp. I do not know if it is a promo item that will be around for a short time or if it is something that is on their menu permanently but if you happen to see it, give it a try. Fried shrimp is one thing but fried shrimp the way Popeye's makes it is great! You got to give it a try! The staff was friendly and efficient and this location was clean, even the bathrooms. Slowest service ever. They stood around with 3 people in line. When they took orders, they messed up that of the gentleman in front of me, as well as mine. It is clean, and the food was hot and fresh, which is the only reason they get two stars.

Drove 30 min to this Popeyes because it's closest one. Wife is sick so I wanted to get her favorite chicken for her. 1st- made me pay up charge for large drink because THEY ran out of medium cups. 2nd- told them 3 times what sauces I wanted with tenders- it's the only reason I eat them. No sauce=zero interest in eating them. Wife eats the chicken with their gravy- asked for thing of gravy, didn't get it either! So far both are main meals are ruined. Wait! Doesn't end there! Was supposed to get a large green beans- got a small rice instead! 3 for 3 so far! And as painfully slow as they are I would of at least expected the food be right! Place is so bad it should close down if they cannot do their jobs right!

This is a rough Popeye's location. I gave them two chances recently, and had to wait almost 10min for my food each time. The first time I waited almost 10min and had to exit the drive thru and go back inside due to the food being ice cold. They offered me a different item because I would have waited for new food to be cooked. The second time I visited the drive-thru my order was filled incorrectly, but it was hot. I was disappointed both times I visited this location and It is not worth the hassle of cold food and incorrect orders.

Very disappointed in this restaurant and its service. Came in with a friend on Saturday morning-- was there at 10:20 and waited until 10:40 when they were to open at 10:30. When ordering, my friend asked for wings and I asked for tenders along with an extra biscuit. They charged me for the biscuit and it said EXTRA BISCUIT on the receipt and monitor but when I checked, I did not get my biscuit. I told the manager who was also at the counter and he said they didn't charge me for it. So then why is it on the monitor and it clearly states I did? OK, I wasn't going to argue over a $1 biscuit-- maybe they sold so many in the last 10 mins that they had to conserve. So I paid again for one biscuit. Then when getting sauces, they said my friend who had wings could not get ranch because they believed their wings were soooo good without it, she couldn't request one ranch sauce. When I was asked what sauce I wanted, I said ranch so that my friend could take it since I didn't want any. They gave me a horrific snide face after reluctance and threw the ranch in the bag. I was supposed to get two sauces for the size, but because it was going to my friend, they only allowed me one. Seriously Popeyes??? The service including the manager were horrible. They looked and acted like they were upset their hangover sleep was disturbed by coming in to work. I thought this restaurant prided themselves in great southern friendliness.... guess not. Trust we will not be back to this location ever!
