Came to meet a friend at this location and was happy to find it a comfortable place to chat. There is plenty of outdoor seating that we took advantage of, though we did move inside as it got a bit warmer. Didn't seem to be too busy on a Saturday afternoon. Ended up staying to talk for about 4 hours, and no one bothered us even though we each only made one drink/food purchase. Standard Starbucks fare, though I can't comment much on barista abilities because I only ordered a green iced tea. I also love the Starbucks protein boxes (not sue why they are called this because they only contain 13 grams of protein). I will return to this location if I find myself in the area again.

This Starbucks is very convenient going to Annapolis but also not that hard to get to even coming from Annapolis. Whenever I go to this Starbucks (Which is Pretty Often) it is not busy whatsoever, the staff is really friendly and professional, and my drink is always made quick and delicious.

I went in at 3pm and the employees were polite and helpful. My pumpkin spiced latte was delicious. There is a large seating area inside and out and the premises are clean.

I love Starbucks, but this location has one of the most immature self absorbed narcissistic employees who make the location about their fun instead of customers. Most specifically a particular childish female who felt the need to loudly vocalize her life's events throughout the entire shop to listening co-workers. I am only bothered by this when that person finishes her entire conversation while standing in front of you, as you wait to say your order. Mind-boggling, really.... Most drinks that are made here have been decent. I've hardly have any mix-ups or wrong orders, but clearly find there to be something wrong with the management of this location (who might even be this women I am speaking of...). 2 stars.

(Tongue in cheek) This Starbucks is awful. Don't go there. Because if you do you will keep coming back and I love it there and don't want it crowded. The Baristas are very friendly and the space is pleasant. You can sit outside in good weather. In any weather really as they don't take the tables away. I am very fond of this Starbucks indeed.

This is the last time we will go to this Starbuck's. The coffee was great but the atmosphere was terrible. A couple was there with their two children. The little girl ran around the perimeter of the store the entire time the family was there. the socialization that was going on between one of the baristas and some relation of another barista was also loud and annoying. I prefer to go to somewhere that knows it is a restaurant and not a day care center for all ages.

I get coffee and coffee drinks to go five days a week - and that's a conservative estimate. As far as drinks at this location go, they always turn out how I order / expect. Customer service however is often lacking. Today I went through the drive thru and there was a torrential down pour outside. The girl who rang me up refused to throw away an empty can I had in my cup holder so that I could make space to fit my multiple drink order. Ok you won't throw my can away? The empty Starbucks coffee can I was trying to get rid of is 100x cleaner than the money I had just handed over - which she had no problem touching. I then basically pleaded with her due to the weather and she informed me I could drive around to the front of the store, park, and then walk through the down pour to their closest outdoor trash can. Which I ended up doing and got soaked head to toe. She didn't even offer me a cardboard drink holder or a plastic bag for the can... Nothing. I have worked customer service before so I just can't wrap my head around this one. If you're going to have rude employees at least put a trash can curb side to the drive thru so I may throw away my empty Starbucks doubleshot expresso can. I spend at least $30.00 at this location every week yet my simple request could not be met? Outrageous. Luckily there are a million other Starbucks and other coffee places to pick from on my way to work everyday.

The only complaint I have is the staff. While some of them are okay, the others tend to be loud and obnoxious people. I understand your making coffee all day but please tone it down. I went here a while ago and my friend in the passenger seat said his order. When we arrived at the window the guy that took our order looked at my friend in the face and said"oh you sounded like a girl".let me be clear that my friend is a 18 year old gay man and proud of it. I let the guy have it from me and I hope he wet his pants. Seriously dude just keep it to yourself. I would rather drive 15 minutes to the Starbucks located in the mall.

I love drive thru Starbucks! I wish they made more of these. Great service too. The employee I ordered from was friendly and funny, and then at the window there was also a very sweet employee. They hide their tip jar, but I did tip for the great service I got. On and they are in a small strip mall with plenty of parking. They also had some outdoor seating.

I decided after a meal at the Sonic up the road that my favorite White Chocolate Mocha beverage would be a good choice of dessert and that turned out to be a good choice. White Chocolate Mochas are the perfect coffee drink for those who don't like the normal flavor of Starbuck coffee. Since I was visiting on a Sunday night around 8:20 (the sign said they closed at 9), all the desserts and cakes were put away for the night but I also would recommend the marshmallow dream bars which are basically giant rice krispie treat squares. They are much closer to the taste of the homemade kind rather than the premade kelloggs rice krispie treats. They weren't busy when I went in so I was easily in and out in three minutes, perhaps even less. The staff was very friendly (and patient as I fished out my three starbucks gift cars to find the one with the proper balance on it). I would gladly visit this location again.

I frequent this Starbucks location and always find the staff friendly, the place clean and the drive through convenient for those quick stops. The big plus for this 'bucks is they brew bold most days rather than Pikes Place. So if you share my love of dark, delicious coffee after noon you are usually in luck here.
