The food was so fresh and delicious. We will tell all of our friends. Simply the best restaurant in Talbot county.

The sushi is beautiful and tasty and the rolls are creative. Definitely worth a try!

Stopped there for lunch today and ate at the sushi bar. The Godzilla roll and the spicy tuna roll were both excellent. Their menu is very diverse. Staff was friendly. I missed the lunch special but they do these Monday through Saturday. If you like sushi and are either here or passing through town stop and give it a try. You won't be disappointed!

This place is exactly what Easton needs. Atmosphere was nice, considering the restaurant is in a strip mall. I ordered the Spider Roll and I would order it again. Well portioned (I'm surprised I ate all of it!) and, although the prices are a bit high, you do get what you pay for. I'll be coming back.

My new favorite sushi restaurant on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Super fresh, fast service, and reasonable prices. Very nice and clean location with wonderful service too. They also have a full non-sushi menu. I don't know how you could ask for anything more.

Great place. You seriously won't be disappointed. Sashimi deluxe is a serious deal. Age dashi tofu rocked too! This place is a gem.

Sushi was ok BUT the fact that they charge you for an Ice T refill just makes no sense. Who in the world charges for a refill anymore ?

First time going here. The decor was nice felt like a stone dungeon. The waitress was overly attentive and the language barrier made it difficult to costume order dishes or ask questions about dishes. We ordered the bbq squid high marks for presentation but not skinned or prepped properly making it unpleasant to eat. The dinosaur roll was on point. The godizzal roll had nice textures and was cooked nicely. Don't have an urge to go back.

I will give them the benefit of the doubt, because they just opened, but my sushi rolls were terrible. I really enjoy sushi and I can't think of the last time I didn't clean my plate and eat every last piece. Unfortunately I couldn't even get halfway though the two rolls I ordered - the Rock & Roll and the Black Dragon Roll. Something didn't taste right about them and I have been a little nauseous ever since (as of an hour after.) I can not say if I will ever go back, but it will be a while if I do. Positive notes: The place inside was very clean and looked nice. Bathrooms were also nice and clean. The wait staff was attentive, but there were only two other tables when we sat down. One waitress had a very strong accent, but she had our order correct and was nice. So my only complaint is the food (which is kinda the big part of a restaurant). I really hope that your sushi is better then mine was - good luck.

Still going love the food. Haven't had a specialty roll I haven't enjoyed. Still not to miss is amazing roll and pork gyoza.

The rice did not taste at all fresh , making the sushi some of the worst I've had -I admire the atmosphere but they don't even clean their fountain soda machine . Not ever eating their again . The way they make the sushi was fine I just felt like nothing was fresh. They also watched me the entire time I was paying the bill .....

Fresh, fast, and good. Bento box for the wife was excellent and I got the lunch special 3 rolls. All three were great. Place is spotless and new. Bathrooms are clean! We will be back

Add me to the list of fans! First: the interior is hip. Spartan but cool with a sense of design atypical to the region. Second: Impressive, quality fish. I always get Chirashi when visiting a restaurant for the first time. The quality of the different fish was excellent and the portions were impressive. The only thought I had was in regards to the lack of accompaniments that traditionally go into the mix. There were a couple pieces of tsukemono (Japanese pickles) but a few more would have been nice. I don't remember if there any shitake as well. The reality is, there is no one recipe for chirashi, so it isn't that the platter I received was "wrong" just not quite as varied as I've had elsewhere. I remember thinking I'd have traded a piece of fish or two for more of the accompaniments. Bottom line: go here! Be adventurous! Support a great local business.

So we have been back to U Sushi several more times. They have indeed improved in terms of service and they now have a liquor license. Mysteriously though they still have not figured out how to make unsweetened iced tea. The sushi is competent but bland. Spicy rolls are anything but. The experience at this restaurant has improved greatly but the comparisons to Nobu etc. were ridiculous then and remain so now. This is easily the best sushi restaurant on the Shore.

We love sushi and are so happy to have this great restaurant in Easton! The owner & staff are friendly and thoughtful and we love trying new specials and appetizers - tonight we had sliced yellowtail with jalapenos in ponzu sauce and a salmon/tuna tartar two ways. Outstanding. All the standard rolls are great but my absolute fave is the M-16, and the Black Dragon is a close second - there are tons of specialty rolls. I've never managed to save room for dessert (since we gorge on the fresh fish) but I can attest that the beers are always cold, the green tea is tasty and I always leave very satisfied!
