Phenomenal. Clean, delicious, affordable, and fast. Don't miss this home style meal! The Mac and cheese as well as the cold slaw were very fresh and delicious. Everyone tried a different BBQ style and loved each one. A++

This is the BEST option for BBQ in Easton. Hands down. Meat is always flavorful and tender. Never dry. The Cole slaw is simple and delicious, and the Mac n Cheese is great.

We dropped into this restaurant while in St. Micheals for a festival today. It was amazing. My husband and I got the pit beef which melted in our mouths. We could not stop ourselves from sharing another. The service was quick and the two gentleman working were very friendly and eager to please. We would definitely go back to this place.

The beef brisket was delicious with the homemade tangy/sweet traditional sauce! It fell apart and melted in my mouth!

Tucked Away in a small building that offers several different types of niche foods is this gem of a barbecue counter. There are a few tiny tables and it is a deli style restaurant. I had a pulled pork sandwich and some barbecue beans and was very happy with both. The meat was very tender and I really enjoyed the barbecue beans. Eight dollars got me a very big sandwich and a side of baked beans and a beverage. I parked in the Goodwill parking lot although every space was posted with that your car will be towed sign but I was unsure where the actual lot was. if you can get to the Goodwill lot you're there.

Ate at the newer location in St Michaels today. Delightful experience and everyone enjoyed their meals - pork bbq, chicken salad, bagel and lox, etc. French fries were awesome! Brisket was tasty but reportedly a bit too fatty, so skip that. Stop in, the owner/staff were also very pleasant.

Spectacular BBQ and seafood. Great place for lunch or takeaway. A bit hard to find, it's actually a stall in the Easton market area. But nice people and great food.

The good: Really tender, moist and tasty brisket with good smoke. Pork was good too but a little dry, which happens to the best of places. Pork "butt" is such a large piece of meat that some of it dries out before the entire cut is done. I liked their sandwich rolls and they do have very good homemade cookies. The average: Cole slaw was typical, beans were pretty standard, sauces are good but contain liquid smoke, which I don't like. Some people do, apparently, because I find that in a lot BBQ sauces. They do have a Carolina style vinegar sauce which does not have liquid smoke in it and is very tasty, if you like that sort of thing. The bad: On one of my visits I got the ribs and was horrified to see them put in a microwave to be warmed up for over a minute. To me, microwaving ruins meat. They fell of the bone as I was eating them, which is overdone in my book, and the microwaving made them taste a little burnt. I have no idea if this is their standard practice or not. If you get them to go, you could ask for them cold and warm them up properly at home. I will definitely go back for the brisket sandwich!

If you on miss Big Als in St Michaels as much as I do you will be happy to hear the pit master from Shore Barbecue opened a second location down the street which is not on Yelp yet at, 208 South Talbot Street. Which ever location you choose, the family tradition of pit beef and pulled pork are alive and well at this local hot spot.

BEST salmon sandwich I've ever had!!! Their soups are amazing too. All the food is really fresh. The owner is very nice and very knowledgeable about the food he serves. All the food preparation and smoking is done right on the premises. The copper top counter is a bonus. Fun place. Great food. Friendly staff. Great place to carry out or eat in at the counter.
