Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

I just can't figure out how this place could get one-star reviews. I've eaten at least a pizza a month here for years, and I can't imagine what these low-balling reviewers think is a good local pizza joint. I've had pizza in a lot of places, and Tony easily makes the best New York-style pizza on the Eastern Shore. Great crust, terrific sauce, very fair prices. Plus, the guy is there virtually all the time. The place isn't always busy by accident.

We are from Jersey. Stopped in Rustica for some pizza with family. This is the best NY style pizza I have had outside NY. And the service was great. The waitress was very ftiendly.

Authentic Italian pizza, our waitress remembers us and brings us our beers. Our favorite is the vege pizza, the best we've ever eaten. Definitely the best in Talbot County. Very busy most nights.

Pizza was ordered for take out. Sauce was very good. Crust was a little soggy from maybe just a little too much cheese. All in all not a bad pizza by MD standards. I would definitely go back for another pie. Inside was clean and well maintained.

I've been going to Rusticana Pizza regularly when I'm in the area since 2005. Their pizza is great. I love their sauce and they don't skimp on the cheese. While I primarily stick with the pizza, the few pasta dishes and subs I've had have also been good. I like the relaxed atmosphere of the place. The place always has a good crowd. Plus, their prices are not hard on the wallet.

The best pizza I have had on the Eastern Shore. The owner is very friendly but the lady behind the counter had a terrible attitude and hopefully will be replaced soon. The rest of my experience was great but unfortunately it is tough to find good help on the Eastern Shore.

Stop there last night to get a pizza for my family.......the pizza was not done enough....when I went to break a slice the sauce and cheese just rolled off of it and my kids said it was cold (I don't eat pizza)......also ordered a salad and the lettuce looked old......how y'all still in business for real!!

The best pizza in Easton. Friendly staff. Restaurant is always packed and still offers great service.

Good pizza. sauce isn't overly sweet like many pizzerias do. Good consistent pizza. It can be a little too greasy, and often requires a lot of paper towel blotting before eating.

This review is really about the new Rusticanan Express on Dover St. What I like is there must be a family recipe used for pizza. No matter what place you go, the pizza tastes the same - VERY good. What ticked me off was the counter girl telling people that the special of the day was 2 slices & a soda for $5.04. I told her I didn't want a drink, just 2 slices. She told me it would cost the same either way so I said fine. Got my slices & soda & grabbed a menu on the way out & slices are marked @ 1.95. - So my first experience at the new place is more remembered for the counter girl lying than it is for the pizza. - Which was excellent as always.

When I read the other reviews I felt like I needed to add my own review here! My husband and I come to Easton from DC on the weekends, and this is our "favorite" pizza spot. Hands down, the sicilian pizza is amazing (better than anything we've tried in the city.) And the owner is so nice. It's too bad they are getting bad reviews just based on a waitresses, counter girl etc. I'd recommend trying out the pizza and giving it a try for sure!

Good value, okay pizza. My buddy and I stopped in here for dinner the other night. We weren't too hungry but we both tried a couple of slices. The pizza is pretty greasy and has that problem where the cheese is too viscous, meaning you can take the whole (or most of) cheese layer off the slice if you don't get a sufficient bite that separates the cheese completely. The toppings are okay. Not great. In summary, if you want a decent slice for a really good price, this might be your place. If I'm ever back in Easton and craving pizza, I'll probably try another place. PS. The service is quite good here.

Rusticana has been a favorite of my family for many years. I grew up in MD, but was born in (and my parents are from) Brooklyn, NY. It's hard to find good NY-style pizza down on the Eastern Shore of MD. My family has been going to Rusticana for as long as I can remember. Tony (owner and chef) is from NY originally, so we trust his pizza making. ;-) Cute little restaurant, good prices, and good pizza. Can't be beat.

Terrible pizza (But better than Lido's) terrible atmosphere (seats are attached to tables so you can't move them, and you are packed in there like sardines, you hear every conversation around you). But the worst is the help! Old, overweight waitresses who ignore you all night then hold you hostage when its time to go. I'll never go back there, not even for carry out. Just Terrible.

The service was horrible. We got our drinks, and they took our order, then we were ignored. People who came in after us sat down ordered and ate and left before we got our food. They did apologize and comped our order, but I will never go back there again. The pizza wasn't bad, but the service was so bad I will never go back there.
