I have eaten here several times and everyone is always nice. It might be that the person coming into eat has an attitude because I have been there at all different times and they are always friendly. The subs are always fresh and taste.

The best sub roll I've ever had. All the veggies were fresh. The sub is so filling that I couldn't finish it. Super friendly and sparkling clean restaurant.

Couldn't get hot peppers on the side and bag your own lame, stale bun sandwich. Is this the standard attitude of Jimmy John's or is it just unique to Easton? First time and last time for Jimmy Johns.

I eat here frequently and I have to say this place is impeccably clean. Never been in a similar place that is not just clean but even smells of chemical cleaner. In any case, Jimmy Johns makes pretty good subs and sandwiches, probably the best around. The bread and sub rolls are the highlight for sure. I'll say this though, if Jersey Mike's ever starts making sub rolls like this they'll be unstoppable.

Used to love it here but this time was BAD. Messed up our order, insisted we were the ones who ordered 3 sandwiches for 2 people, AND our food looks like crap! Very disappointed was really looking forward to this...

I go here for lunch on a regular basis. The #9 with hot peppers is my go-to. When I feel like changing it up, I go for the #12 on wheat. The service is fast and the staff has always been friendly to me.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Customer service was snarky and rude at the front counter, offered ZERO assistance, and gave no acknowledgment that we were even standing there. My friends sub was served on a dry roll with no oil, vinegar, or any dressing for her Italian sub. My disguising sub was a "JJBLT". They don't heat their bacon so if you want a limp, congealed bacon sandwich this would be your choice. I took one bite, asked if they heated bacon (no), then threw it away. The pickle was good though. I WILL NEVER EVER CROS THAT THRESHOLD AGAIN. I basically paid $8 for a pickle, bottled water, and to be treated like I'm imposing on the staff.
